CEO특성과 경영통제간의 적합성에 관한 연구 (A Fitness between CEO Characteristics and Management Control)

  • 본 연구는 상황분석이론을 적용하여, 최고경영자(CEO)의 특성과 경영통제시스템간의 적합성이 존재할 때 기업의 조직성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 가를 구조방정식을 적용하여 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국의 제조기업들을 대상으로, CEO의 특성을 크게, 위험감수성향과 성취동기로 구분하였고, 경영통제시스템을 행동통제와 결과통제로 구분하였다. 그리고, 조직성과의 경우, 주로 재무적 특성을 지닌 성과를 적용하여 분석하였다. 각 변수들간의 관계에 대해 개별적 또는 종합적으로 분석하기 위해 구조방정식을 적용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 성취동기와 위험감수성향 중 위험감수성향은 행동통제와 결과 통제에 유의적인 양의 영향을 미치고, 위험감수성향은 행동통제에 음의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위험감수성향에 음의영향과 성취동기에 양의 영향을 받은 행동통제는 조직성과에 유의적인 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다.

인터넷 상점에 대한 여성고객의 신뢰와 서비스 품질$\cdot$고객 충성도 간의 관계 (Female Customers' Trust on Internet Stores and its Relationships with Service Quality and Loyalty)

  • Female customers form a major customer group for Internet shopping and their trust on Internet stores seems to be significantly related with their transactions. This paper focuses on female customers' trust on Internet stores, hypothesizing that online service quality has a positive impact on trust and that trust, in turn, together with service quality has a positive effect on loyalty. We investigate trust from three dimensions(benevolence, integrity, and ability) and at the same time, unlike existing research, treat service quality to have five dimensions (intangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) as known in SERVQUAL(Parasuraman et al., 1988). Survey data is obtained from the female college student sample. Our research model is justified in terms of construct validity, internal consistency, and goodness of fit. Research hypotheses are tested using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results are as follows: First, assurance and empathy dimensions of service quality have significant impacts on benevolence/integrity dimension of trust. Second, out of the five service quality dimensions, only assurance has a positive effect on ability dimension of trust. Third, assurance dimension of service quality and ability dimension of trust are positively related with customer loyalty. The most important factors for female customers' loyalty are found to be assurance(service quality) and ability(trust). The significance of assurance is in line with findings from existing research. But its relationship with the trust dimensions is uncovered in this research, and the only dimension that impacts on ability is assurance. We find that female customers build trust about internet stores based on their ability rather than on their benevolence/integrity and that the female customers' perception on the internet stores' ability can be improved by higher service quality from the aspect of assurance. Importantly enough, these findings offer practical guidelines to Internet stores to boost female customers' loyalty.

잠재성장모델링을 이용한 미디언 필터링 검출 (Median Filtering Detection using Latent Growth Modeling)

  • 최근에 위,변조 영상의 처리이력 복구를 위한 포렌식 툴로서 미디언 필터링 (MF: Median Filtering) 검출기가 크게 고려되고 있다. 미디언 필터링의 분류를 위한 미디언 검출기는 적은 양의 특징 셋과 높은 검출율을 갖도록 설계되어야 한다. 본 논문은 변조된 영상의 미디언 필터링 검출을 위한 새로운 방법을 제안한다. BMP를 미디언 윈도우 사이즈에 의하여 여러 미디언 필터링 영상으로 변환하고, 윈도우 사이즈에 따른 차분포 값을 계산하여 그 값으로 미디언 필터링 윈도우 사이즈와 같은 특징 셋을 만든다. 미디언 필터링 검출기에서, 특징 셋은 잠재성장 모델링 (LFM: Latent Growth Modeling)을 사용하는 모델 특성으로 변환된다. 실험에서, 테스트 영상은 TP (True Positive)와 FN (False Negative) 두 분류로 판별된다. 제안된 알고리즘은 분류 효율성이 TP와 FN의 혼동에서 최소거리 평균이 0.119로서 훌륭한 성능임이 확인 되었다.

  • 상황이론을 바탕으로 유연성, 전략유형, 정보특성이 생산성과에 미치는 영향관계를 실증분석을 통해 규명하고자 하였다. 유연성에는 제품유연성, 믹스유연성을 적용하였고, 전략유형에는 저원가전략과 차별화전략을 적용하였다. 정보특성에는 재무적 정보와 비재무적 정보를 적용하였으며, 성과는 생산성과를 적용하였다. 연구결과, 제품유연성은 차별화전략에 유의적인 영향을 미치고, 믹스유연성은 저원가전략에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 전략 중 재무정보와 비재무적정보에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것은 저원가전략만이 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 재무정보와 비재무정보는 생산성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 믹스유연성은 재무정보와 비재무정보에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있고, 또한, 믹스유연성은 생산성과에도 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다.

The Effect of Eating-Out Motives on Restaurant Attributes at Shopping Mall

  • Purpose - This study is to investigate the effects of consumption motives of restaurant customers on the perception of the importance of restaurant attributes, and to determine the influence of the consumption motives on the empirical and functional attributes between Vietnam and Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - Questionnaire items from previous studies were revised to fit the research purpose of the present study. From August 1 to August 25, 2017, questionnaires were simultaneously administered in Korea and Vietnam using both on-line and off-line survey methods (including SNS and e-mail). With 381 surveyed questionnaires in Vietnam(219) and Korea(162), this study was conducted by using SPSS 22.0 to verify the reliability and validity of the measured variables. Structural equation model (SEM) was employed as a statistical method for the hypotheses test of this study. Results - The results showed that hedonic eating-out motive has more influence on the importance of empirical attribute than that of functional attribute in restaurant. In addition, utilitarian eating-out motive has more influence on functional attributes than empirical attributes. However, these relationships showed the difference between countries in Vietnam and Korea. As for in Korea, consumers' hedonic and utilitarian motives of eating-out were more influential on experimental and functional attributes. Conclusions - This study analyzed the influence on the importance of the eating-out motives of restaurant attributes and how this differed between Vietnamese and Korean.

의료관광교육 서비스품질이 교육만족도 및 교육훈련전이에 미치는 영향: 조직특성 및 국가관계의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Medical Tourism Education Service Quality on Education Satisfaction and Transfer of Education Training: Focusing on the Moderating Roles of Organizational Characteristics and National Relations)

  • The medical tourism industry, a convergence of medical services and tourism, has been getting more and more popularity as a new value-added industry in the 21st century. Accordingly, the number of professional workers within this industry has been increasing, and the role of educational institutions to cultivate well-equipped human resources has also become critical. However, compared to practically activated medical tourism-related education programs, studies investigating the effectiveness of these education programs are relatively rare. Therefore, this study attempts to examine the effect of five dimensions of medical tourism education service quality (i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on learners' education satisfaction and transfer of education training. In addition, the moderating roles of national relations as well as organizational characteristics (i.e., transfer climate and support of supervisors and colleagues) in the relationship between education satisfaction and transfer of education training are further verified. The results of the structural equation model (SEM) using 151 samples from respondents with experience in completing medical tourism education programs reveal that tangibles, reliability, and assurance are found to have a significant impact on education satisfaction, which in turn leads to a high level of transfer of education training. Moreover, it is found that national relations and support of supervisors and colleagues play a moderating role. This study would provide guidelines for improving the efficiency of educational institutions, creating outcomes for learners' affiliated firms (e.g., hospitals), and promoting medical tourism at the national level from the perspective of medical tourism education.

EA 담당조직의 역할과 EA 활용역량이 EA 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effects of the Role of EA Operating Unit and EA Utilization Capability on the EA Performance)

  • Recently, many organizations are actively adopting Enterprise Architecture (EA) as a methodology to manage IT assets and build IT-based business system. However, most existing studies on EA have focused on the adoption stage of EA. Now the research concerning effective management and utilization of EA after adopting EA is keenly required. This study intended to empirically examine how the role of EA operating unit and the EA utilization capability of organizational members impact on EA performance at the post-adoption stage of EA. Based on Resource Based View (RBV), this study proposed the model and the hypotheses describing that the impact of the role of EA operating unit on EA performance is mediated by the EA utilization capability of organizational members. In order to test the hypotheses, the field survey whose respondents were seventy four Korean public agencies which have adopted EA was conducted by means of questionnaire. Data analysis was done with partial least square (PLS), which is a structural equation modeling (SEM) technique that uses a component-based approach to estimation. The results of the empirical analyses showed that the organizational operation ability of EA operating unit significantly influenced EA performance via the EA utilization capability of organizational members, but that EA education and training performed by EA operating unit did not. The results of this study provided a lot of theoretical and practical implications regarding EA management activities at the post-adoption stage of EA to enhance EA performance.

학교분위기가 중학생의 등교공포에 미치는 영향 : 학교폭력의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of School Climate on Fear of Attending School for Junior High School Students : Focused on School Violence as a Mediator)

  • 연구의 목적은 학교분위기가 학교폭력과 등교공포에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 학교분위기와 등교공포의 직접적인 관계와, 학교분위기가 등교공포에 미치는 영향에 있어서 학교폭력의 간접효과와 매개효과를 살펴보고, 학교분위기와 학교폭력, 등교공포의 관계를 이론적으로 모형화하였다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기지역에 있는 12개의 중학교를 편의표집하여 선정된 중학생들이며, 최종적으로 1,317부의 설문조사지를 분석하였다. 학교분위기는 등교공포에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 학교분위기는 또래폭력과 교사폭력을 매개로 하여 등교공포에 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 학생들의 또래폭력, 교사폭력과 등교공포를 감소시키기 위해 학교분위기를 개선시키기 위한 개입의 필요성을 파악할 수 있었다.

ISO 13485 인증 시스템이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 분석 : 국내 의료기기 제조업을 대상으로 (The Impact of ISO 13485 on the Performance of Korean Medical Device Manufacturers)

  • This paper investigated relationship among internal as well as external motive to receive the ISO 13485 certification, countermeasure to the certification examination, active reception/execution level of the certification, and operational as well as financial performance of the medical device related enterprises in South Korea which received and are maintaining the ISO 13485 certification. SEM (structural equation model) and related analyses using AMOS 21.0 and SPSS 21.0 have been applied to verify the hypotheses of the research. Result of the research showed that internal as well as external motive for certification positively(+) affects active reception/execution level of the certification as well as countermeasure to the certification examination. The reception/execution level of the certification also positively(+) affects on the operational as well as financial performance of the certified enterprises. However, countermeasure to the certification examination was found out to negatively(-) affects the active reception/execution level of the certification and we can interpret that relatively more countermeasure to the certification examination burdens the employees of the enterprise, causing them to be less active on the reception/execution level of the certification. This research found that an enterprise's operational/financial performance improves when an enterprise introduces the ISO 13485 certification standard spontaneously on the purpose of improving its system and the certification system is applied to the enterprise actively, not passively. This research emphasizes the need to recognize the difference of the level of active reception implication among members of an enterprise according to the motive of introduction of the certification system.

체육계열 대학생의 경력개발지원인식과 구직강도의 관계에서 구직효능감의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Job Search Efficacy on Perceived Career Development Support and Job Search Intensity of University Students of Physical Education Majors)

  • 연구는 체육계열 대학생이 인식한 경력개발지원과 구직강도의 관계에서 구직효능감의 매개효과의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구대상은 서울, 충남, 경상권에 소재한 대학교의 체육전공자 중 3, 4학년을 대상으로 223명의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 설문지의 신뢰도와 타당도검사, 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 경로분석은 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육계열 대학생이 인식한 경력개발지원은 구직효능감에는 통계적으로 정적인 영향을 미치고, 구직강도에는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 둘째, 체육계열 대학생의 구직효능감은 구직강도에 통계적으로 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 체육계열 대학생이 인식한 경력개발지원과 구직강도 사이에서 구직효능감은 완전 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
