패션업체 판매원의 서비스교육과 임파워먼트가 직무만족, 고객지향성과 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The effects of service education and empowerment for sales person of fashion companies on customer orientation, job performance and job satisfaction)

  • The study focuses on verifying the effects of service education and empowerment on job satisfaction, job performance, and customer orientation. 290 salespeople working for fashion companies participated by completing a survey. The collected data was then analyzed with SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 7.0. Structural equation modeling was used to examine the goodness of fit. Looking at the results of this study, the service education of salespersons in fashion companies was shown to affect their level of satisfaction with their compensation, whereas empowerment affected their psychological satisfaction. These findings indicate that the service training and empowerment as experienced by salespersons working for fashion companies affect their customer orientation and job performance. Specifically, psychological satisfaction as part of the overall level of job satisfaction was found directly to affect their customer orientation, whereas their satisfaction with their compensation did not affect their customer orientation. Customer-orientation as influenced by service education and empowerment was revealed to have direct effect on job performance. The results of this study indicate that the service education of salesperson working for fashion companies and their level of empowerment create job satisfaction and customer orientation in these individuals. This study will be a valuable source of information for those who create salesperson empowerment programs and salesperson management strategies for fashion companies. Such programs and management strategies can facilitate efficient job performance by salespersons working for fashion companies and increase their level of job satisfaction.

조직특성 및 개인특성이 판매원 성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Organizational and Personal Characteristics on Salesforces' Performance)

  • 본 연구에서는 판매원성과의 결정요인을 분석하기 위해 자동차 판매원들을 대상으로 조사 를 실시하였다. 분석의 결과, 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십, 시장지향성, 조직분위기 등의 조직특성변수의 일부가 판매원 성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 개인특성 변수로는 성취욕구, 내적 동기부여, 학습목표지향, 자기효능감이 양(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미 치고 외적 동기부여는 음(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대한 관리적 시사점을 제시하고 연구의 한계와 미래 연구방향을 제시하였다.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to attempt to incorporate power theory to evaluate information capability of SCM adopters. Therefore, this study focuses on the relationship of information sharing, partnership quality, and information capacity according to the power intensity of the variables of SCM. and CSV value creation. Design/methodology/approach The questionnaire of SCM builder was conducted and 302 samples were analyzed. Based on the theoretical background of power and information capacity, we set up a structural equation model. Hypothesis testing and statistical analysis were done through AMOS and SPSS. Findings First, it shows that the compensation power among the constrained power has a positive effect on the partnership quality, and the legitimacy power has the positive influence only on the information sharing. Compulsive power, compensation, and legitimacy, which are generally restrictive powers, may reduce the quality of information sharing and partnership, but the results of this study are rather higher. Second, both non-binding power expertise and criterion have a positive effect on information sharing and partnership quality. Third, information sharing has a positive effect on partnership quality. Supporting a number of research results, it is well reflected in SCM attributes where interdependence is important. Fourth, information sharing and partnership quality have a positive effect on information capacity. Information literacy has become an essential element in modern management. Fifth, the enhancement of CSV value creation plays a role of a controlling variable to further strengthen information sharing through non - binding power attribute, expertise and conformity. In addition, the strengthening of CSV value creation has been shown to play a role as a controlling variable to further strengthen the quality of partnership through the non-binding power attribution, but expertise has been rejected.

전라북도 일부 지역 치과위생사의 직무만족도 조사 - 치과의료기관 운영제도를 중심으로 - (A research on the job satisfaction of dental hygienists an area in Jeollabuk-do - The focus of management system -)

  • Purpose : This study was to figure out the factors affecting the job satisfaction of dental hygienists working in dental clinics. To gain the data to establish the systems for enhancing the job satisfaction of the dental hygienists. This research has been conducted dental hygienists working in dental clinics institutes located in Jeonju and Iksan city, Jeollabuk-do, korea. Methods : The collected data were analyzed by using an SPSS statistical program, obtaining the following results. Result : The average satisfactory level of the dental hygienists was 3.45 out of 5 points. The most important factor affecting of the job satisfaction was the relationship with patients as 3.83 points and the least influencing factor was the compensation as 3.09 points. The management system and the satisfactory level were also correlated. For each of details, communication structure and working environment showed the highest correlation with Pearson's correlation coefficient of 0.610. Among the management system the general job satisfaction according to the communicational structure was higher when they had better communication with dentists. Among the management system, the job satisfaction according to structural factors was higher when they have manuals for the job, when their job is taken partial charge of the responsibility As for job satisfaction by the welfare support factor in the clinic management system, the better an informal social gathering, the higher general job satisfaction. As for job satisfaction by the job autonomy factor in the clinic management system, the more evenly distributed job opportunities and chances of reeducation for professional development led to higher general job satisfaction. Conclusion : The compensation-related grade was the lowest among the 6 constituent factors of the job satisfaction, it seems that improvement of wages and incentives is required to enhance the satisfaction of the dental hygienists. Also, improving factors affecting the management system of the dental service institute can increase the job satisfaction since the job satisfaction was higher when the institutes have the better management system.

진공용 3자유도 얼라인먼트 스테이지 개발 (Development of Three D.O.F Alignment Stage for Vacuum Environment)

  • Alignment systems are frequently used under various semiconductor manufacturing environment. Particularly in PDP(Plasma Display Panel) manufacturing process, the alignment system is applied to the combining and sealing processes of the upper and lower glass panels of PDP, where these processes are performed in the vacuum chamber of high vacuum and high temperature. In this paper, the XYΘ-alignment stage is developed to align PDP panels. Because of high vacuum and high temperature environment, the alignment chamber has been designed to isolate the inner part of the alignment chamber from the outer environment of high vacuum and high temperature, in which every part of the alignment stage is inserted. As it is difficult to attach feedback sensors to the alignment stage in the alignment chamber, the alignment stage is implemented with the open loop algorithm, where the parallel link structure has been designed using step-motors and ball-screws for structural simplicity. The kinematic analysis is performed to drive the parallel link structure, based on the experiments of actuation-compensation of the alignment stage. For the error compensation, the hyperpatch model has been used to model the errors. From the experiments, the positional accuracy of the alignment stage can be improved significantly.

  • Recently, with the rapid development of virtual reality technology, there have been more and more applications of virtual reality technology in various fields. In order to realize a virtual reality, a method of implementing a visualization environment through an HMD (Head Mounted Display) is widely used. However, in the current visualization environment through the HMD, the user feels dizziness when worn, It has the disadvantage of imposing restrictions on. In this study, it is aimed to realize virtual reality visualization environment through multi-screen environment which improves the experience effect of virtual environment by using existing screen instead of visualization through HMD, and compensates for shortcomings of HMD method. In order to realize a multi-screen environment as a highly visualized environment, a technique for matching the spatial position of the multi-screen with the spatial position of the virtual environment is required. To do this, we need an efficient method to precisely measure the position of the space, and we propose a spatial position compensation methodology that can efficiently and precisely measure the position of the real space and reflect it in the virtual environment.

장애인지역사회재활시설 종사자의 분배공정성과 소진의 관계에서 임파워먼트의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Empowerment between the Distributive Justice and the Burnout of Personnel in Community Rehabilitation Facilities)

  • 본고는 장애인지역사회재활시설 종사자들의 분배공정성이 소진에 미치는 영향관계에서 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 대전과 충남 지역의 장애인지역사회재활시설 종사자 321명을 대상으로 한 설문조사자료를 검증하였다. 주요 분석방법은 SPSS/AMOS 18.0을 활용한 확인적요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석이다. 분석결과, 장애인지역사회재활시설 종사자의 분배공정성이 소진에 대한 영향과 임파워먼트의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 장애인지역사회재활시설 종사자들의 소진을 감소시키기 위한 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 첫째, 종사자들의 분배공정성 인식을 높이기 위해 능력과 업무량에 대한 객관적 평가에 의한 보상, 투명한 보상체계의 구축, 비정규직의 근무여건 개선 등이 요구된다. 둘째, 종사자들의 임파워먼트를 향상시키기 위해 관리자들을 대상으로 한 리더쉽 교육과 프로그램의 운영, 종사자들의 프로그램에 대한 자발적 참여, 슈퍼비전의 제공과 임파워먼트의 교육 등이 필요하다.

도로터널에서 적정한 필라폭 산정에 관한 연구 (Study on Determination of Proper Pillar Width in Road Tunnel Design Stage)

  • 산악터널과 달리 도심지 지하도로는 대부분 평야지대에 위치하고 충적층이 두껍게 분포하고 있으며 특히 터널 입 출구부는 병렬터널로 분기되는 지점인 동시에 하향굴착을 하는 관계로 터널 시 종점의 위치선정에 따라 공사비에 미치는 영향이 매우 크게 된다. 또한 병렬터널의 필라폭(PW)은 지하 보상비와 직결되기 때문에 병렬터널의 안정을 확보하면서 동시에 최소의 필라폭(PW)으로 터널을 계획하여야 한다. 국내 도로터널의 필라폭(PW)은 일반적으로 1.5D(D: 터널 최대폭)를 기준으로 하며 일부 터널의 경우 입 출구부 극히 한정된 구간에서만 1.5D(D : 터널 최대폭)이내의 필라폭을 적용한 사례가 있으나 보상비 문제가 아닌 선형계획측면에서 불가피하게 발생한 사례들이다. 본 논문은 NATM형식으로서 국내최초 도심지 지하도로 설계사례를 통해 선형 계획단계에서부터 지하 보상비 및 지반특성을 함께 고려하여 적정 필라폭을 설계한 사례를 소개하고 도심지 병렬터널의 적정 필라폭 결정방법에 대해 기술하였다. 적정 필라폭 결정은 설계 및 시공사례 분석과 수치해석을 통한 강도 감소법과 강도/응력비 방법을 이용하였으며 터널간 초근접으로 인해 필라의 안정성이 불량한 터널 입 출구부는 안정성 확보를 위한 보강방법을 제시하고 수치해석을 통해 안정성을 확인하였다.

소매점 볼런터리 체인 활성화의 선행요인과 결과 (Antecedents and Consequences of Cooperation in Retail Voluntary Chain)

  • Purpose - Recently, the management conditions of small independent retailers are getting worse everyday as large-scale marts and franchised convenience stores are increasing. The objective of this research is to find out the antecedents and consequences of cooperation in voluntary chain in order to enhance small independent retailer's competitiveness. Voluntary chains, also called affiliation or symbol groups, or allied group represent a high market shared in some European countries like Italy, France, and Germany. Nevertheless, there are still limitations in this research from academic fields. Drawing from network theory, the author investigates the relationship between antecedent factors in voluntary chain cooperation, such as participation benefits, justice of compensation, and autonomy in voluntary chain, and relationship specific asset. The author also attempts to examine the relationship between the relationship specific asset and cooperation of voluntary chain member shop and cooperation and consequence factors of voluntary chain cooperation, such as efficiency, group cohesiveness, and long-term relationship. Research design, data, and methodology - The author presented conceptual framework integrating the major antecedents and consequences of voluntary chain cooperation. The data were collected from 174 independent small retailers who joined K-voluntary chain. K-voluntary chain consists of small independent retailers. In accordance with their status, each entrepreneur associated with the voluntary group can own one or more outlets and can be a part of the life and the decision-making process of the group. This participation is not based on company turnover or on the number of outlets, but based on a one member, one vote system. To verify the research model and test hypotheses, the author carefully investigated the reliability, content validity, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the proposed model. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS structural equation modeling program. Results - The results of this study are as follows. First, as antecedent variables, participation benefits and justice of compensation have positive effect on the relationship specific assets of voluntary chain members. Second, voluntary chain members' relationship specific asset also directly related to the level of its cooperation to chain headquarter. Third, cooperation of voluntary chain member shop facilitates efficiency, group cohesiveness, and long-term relationship. Unexpectedly, there are no effect autonomy in voluntary chain to relationship specific asset. Conclusions - This research shows several theoretical and practical implications to both marketing scholars and marketers. In terms of theoretical implications, this study applies to network theory and network theory variables to explain the antecedent and consequence factors of cooperation in voluntary chain. From the point of view from business management, most of all, this study shows the way how to reinforce competitiveness of voluntary chain. Specifically, it is necessary for voluntary chain headquarter to give higher level of participation benefit and justice of compensation to its members. Second, the results also indicate what the consequence factors of cooperation in voluntary chain. In other words, to increase the level of marketing efficiency, group cohesiveness, long-term orientation in retail voluntary chain, and chain headquarter need to facilitate participants' cooperation.

이주노동자의 산업안전보건과 위험의 이주화: 영국 건설업 사례를 중심으로 (The Occupational Health and Safety of Migrant Workers and the Migrantisation of Risk: A Case Study of the UK Construction Industry)

  • 이 연구는 영국 건설업 사례연구를 통해 이주노동자의 산업안전보건 문제를 구조적 취약성을 중심으로 살펴본다. 이주노동자는 중층적으로 분절화된 노동시장의 하층부에서 외주화된 위험노동을 담당한다. 구조적 취약성은 산업안전보건의 위험요인을 이주노동자 개인의 책임이나 '문화'적 차이보다는 작업장 내 위계를 형성하고 위험을 증가시키는 사회구조에 중점을 둔다. 이 연구는 영국 건설업 내 위험의 이주화를 지속화하는 구조적 요인을 저임금 이주노동력에의 의존성, 불안정 고용구조, 브렉시트 이후 이주노동자의 법적지위를 중심으로 살펴보고, 세 가지 요인이 어떻게 맞물리며 이주노동자의 건강과 안전에 대한 취약성을 증대하는지 논의한다. 위험의 이주화는 사업장의 안전보건이나 보편적 산재보험에 대한 논의뿐 아니라 저임금 저숙련 인력에 의존하는 고용구조와 국가의 노동이주정책이 상호연관된 문제이다. 이에 교육훈련이나 법제도에서 이주노동자를 배제하지 않는 소극적 차원의 선언적 정책을 넘어 구조적 위험요인을 제거해나가는 적극적조치가 요구된다.
