상전이 현상을 이용한 이산화탄소 포집공정개선 및 재생에너지 절감에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Regeneration Energy Reduction through the Process Improvement of the Carbon Dioxide Capture Process)

  • 본 연구에서는 용매 흡수법을 이용한 이산화탄소 포집공정에 액상 용매의 상전이 현상을 적용하여 온실가스의 재생에너지를 획기적으로 낮출 수 있는 공정에 대한 전산모사를 수행하였다. MEA 30 wt% 수용액에 온실가스인 이산화탄소를 용해시키면 이산화탄소의 mole loading 정도에 따라 두 상으로 상분리가 일어나는데 이 현상을 적용하면 본래의 흡수탑-탈거탑으로 구성된 공정에서보다 재생에너지를 약 61% 가량을 낮출 수 있다.

  • We have investigated the channel protection layer (PL) effect on the performance of an oxide thin film transistor (TFT) with a staggered top gate ZnO TFT and Al-doped zinc tin oxide (AZTO) TFT. Deposition of an ultra-thin PL on oxide semiconductor films enables TFTs to behave well by protecting the channel from a photo-resist (PR) stripper which removes the depleted surface of the active layer and increases the carrier amount in the channel. In addition, adopting a PL prevents channel contamination from the organic PR and results in high mobility and small subthreshold swings. The PL process plays a critical role in the performance of oxide TFTs. When a plasma process is introduced on the surface of an active layer during the PL process, and as the plasma power is increased, the TFT characteristics degrade, resulting in lower mobility and higher threshold voltage. Therefore, it is very important to form an interface using a minimized plasma process.

정밀전단금형에서 판누름압력과 삼각돌기가 전단특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Blankholding force and Vee-ring on the Blanking Characteristics in Fine-Blanking Die)

  • This study was performed the blankholding force and vee-ring effects on Blanking characteristics, such as maximum blanking force, burnish, dish-shape, hardness. etc, in fine-blanking die by the experimental method. Two types of aluminum (Al. 1050-0, Al 5052-H) Such as annealed and unannealed materials were used for the experiment. In order to get a hydrostatic pressure effect, the clearance was set to 0.5% of the thickness of strip, and the counter punch and stripper plate with Vee-ring was set-up. While this experiment was carrying out, the average blanking Velocity was constant (37.5mm/sec) As a result of this study, we got a good surface roughness and a glassy shear plane(burnish) of the sheet over 90% thickness, and such as the excellent accuracy of dimensions, the good squareness and the reduction of dish-shape could be obtained, and also the additional results obtained were such that the hardness of shear plane was increased and the maximum blanking force was reduced in the condition of Vee-ring height of 1.0~1.5mm, and blankholding force of 1200kg.

  • This study is performed for investigating the effects of stripping and counter punching forces on shearing characteristics in fine blanking of T-shaped products, such as camber, burr-height and dimensional accuracy, etc by experiments. Conventional hydraulic press is used for experiments so that both the stripping force and counter punching force can be arbitrarily adjusted by another hydraulic unit connected to the fine blanking die. Specimens are selected as hot rolled steel sheet and carbon steel sheet commonly used in auto- mobile company. Based on the experimental results, both the dimensional accuracy and the burr height are not influenced by the stripping and counter punching forces, wherease the camber height representing dish- shaped deflection is much influenced by them, it can be seen through this study that the finely cut surface of T-shaped blank can be obtained even in conventional hydraulic press if additional equipments and specially designed die are employed.

  • In this paper, a new technology to obtain electronic grade, highly pure carbon dioxide by using membrane and liquefied natural gas (LNG) cold heat assisted cryogenic distillation has been proposed. PRO/II with PROVISION release 2023.1 from AVEVA company was used, and Peng-Robinson equation of the state model with Twu's alpha function to predict pure component vapor pressure versus temperature more accurately was selected for the modeling of the membrane and cryogenic distillation process. Advantage of using membrane separation instead of selecting absorber-stripper configuration for the concentration of carbon dioxide was the reduction of carbon dioxide capture cost.

  • A new technology for reducing photolithography process from a four step to a three step process in the fabrication of TFT LCD is introduced. The core technology for 3-mask-TFT processes is the lift-off process [1], by which the PAS and PXL layers can be formed simultaneously. A different method of the lift-off process was developed in order to enhance the performance of efficiency with conventional positive and not negative PR which is the generally used in other lift-off process. In addition, the removal capacity of the ITO/PR in lift-off process was evaluated. The evaluation results showed that the new process can be run in conventional TFT production condition. In order to apply this new process in existing TFT process, several tests were conducted to ensure stability of the TFT process. It was found that the outgases from PR on the substrate in ITO sputtering chamber do not raise any problem, and the deposited ITO film beside the PR has conventional ITO qualities. Furthemore, the particles that were produced due to the ITO chips in PR strip bath could be reduced by the existing filtering system of stripper. With the development of total process and design of the structure for TFT using this technology, 3-mask-panels were achieved in TN and IPS modes, which showed the same display performances as those with the conventional 4mask process. The applicability and usefulness of the 3-mask process has already verified in the mass production line and in fact it currently being used for the production of some products.

외부탄소원 주입시 영양염류의 생물학적 제거를 위한 자동제어 SBR 공정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Autocontrolled SBR for Biological Nutrient Removal with External Carbon Sources)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop effective operating process in order to achieve more suitable conditions of Anoxic-Oxic-Anoxic-Stripper(AOAS) SBR through real-time control. To improve the removal efficiency, glucose, methanol and synthetic food waste acid fermentant were added as an external carbon source, In the case of glucose and synthetic food waste acid fermentant, TN, TP were removed to average 86.9%, 73.0% respectively. Methanol was removed to average 64.6%, 55.4% respectively. The synthetic food waste acid fermentant proved to be the most efficient and allowed for the substitution of an external carbon source. The removal rate of $COD_{Cr}$, was approximately 90% at all cases. The results of the study that a correlation between ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential), pH and DO and nitrification or denitrification when an external carbon source is added and when it isn't was showed that ${\Delta}ORP$ is suitable parameter. ORP reacted properly to denitrification (${\Delta}ORP<-10$) and nitrification (${\Delta}ORP<0$). The use of real-time control saved anywhere between 61 and 67 minutes at the anoxic(1) stage and 26 to 52 minutes at the oxic(1) stage. When the time saved from the anoxic(1) and oxic(1) was added to the anoxic(2) stage for the removal efficiency of TN and TP increased from 0.7 to 13.9% and 12 to 35 % respectively.

광섬유 융착 부위 중접용 미소 직경 복합재료 스프링 구조물 개발 (A Development of Small-diameter Composite Helical Spring Structure for Reinforcement of Fiber Splice)

  • 레이저 융착된 광섬유의 절단 부위에 대한 보호를 위한 관심이 크게 높아지고 있다 일반적으로 절단된 광섬유의 융착부분은 다른 부위에 비해 상대적으로 매우 취약하며 이러한 이유로 광섬유를 광 통신망에 사용할 때 동일 부분에서의 손실이 추가적으로 일어날 수 있다 일반적으로 광섬유 융착 부위는 일반 광섬유의 파괴 강도에 비해 약 1/10인 0.4~l kg로 감소된다. 이러한 이유로 인해 광 융착 부위의 보강이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 구조물의 대부분이 철심 형태의 구조물을 삽입한 슬리브로 보강됨에 따라 굽힘에 대해 효과적으로 대응하지 못할 뿐 아니라 일단 구조물이 굽혀졌을 경우에는 지속적인 광 손실을 발생시키는 요인이 된다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 복합재료로 제작된 코일형 스프링 구조물 형태의 슬리브가 제안되었다. 이러한 슬리브는 기존의 슬리브의 취약점이었던 직하중에 대해 서로 효과적으로 반응할 뿐 아니라 굽힘 및 인장/압축 하중에도 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

방전 가공기용 복합재료 외팔보의 제작 및 성능평가 (Manufacture and performance test of the composite cantilever arm for electrical discharge wire cutting machine)

  • 방전가공은 공구와 공작물 사이의 얇은 간극에 전류를 방전시켜 금속을 가공하는 방법이다. 방전 와이어 가공은 전도성 와이어를 사용하는 방전가공의 특수한 예로서, 펀치나 금형제조에 널리 이용되고 있다. 와이어 방전가공에서 와이어는 와이어 가이드 및 외팔보로서 지지되어 있다. 최근 생산성의 증가추세와 더불어 와이어의 이송속도가 증가함에 따라 외팔보의 진동 등으로 인한 기계 정밀도의 저하가 우려된다. 본 논문에서는 정, 동특성이 우수한 방전가공기용 복합재료 외팔보를 설계, 제작하였다. 끼워맞춤길이와 보강 적층수의 변화에 따른 정, 동특성의 변화를 살펴보기 위하여 시편을 제작하여 하중실험을 수행하였다. 또한 유한요소 해석을 수행하여 하중실험의 결과와 상호 비교하였다. 시편실험의 결과로부터 방전가공기용 복합재료 외팔보를 설계, 제작하여 기존의 금속 외팔보와 그 성능을 상호 비교하였다.

지방족고리 구조를 함유하는 감광성 폴리이미드 수지의 합성 및 특성 평가 (Synthesis and Characterization of Photosensitive Polyimides Containing Alicyclic Structure)

  • 시클로부탄-1,2,3,4-테트라카복실산 이무수물, 2-(메타크릴로일옥시)에틸-3,5-디아미노벤조에이트 및 1,3-비스(3-아미노프로필)-1,1,3,3-테트라메틸디실록산을 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈 하에서 용액 중합 반응시켜 알칼리 수용액에서 현상이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 가시광선 영역에서 우수한 광투과성을 보이는 신규 감광성 폴리이미드 전구체인 폴리암산 (PAA-0)을 제조하였다. 광개시제의 존재 하에서 노광 후 열경화된 폴리이미드 박막은 2.38 wt%의 테트라메틸암모니움 히드록사이드 수용액에 용해되지 않는 특성을 보였으며, 이를 이용하여 광에 의한 미세 화상 형성 연구를 수행하였다. 폴리이미드 전구체 박막의 광반응에 적합한 광개시제는 2, 2-디메톡시-2-페닐아세토페논임을 알 수 있었고, 최적 광량은 400∼600 mJ/$\textrm{cm}^2$의 범위에 있음이 확인되었다. 감광성 폴리이미드 전구체는 25$0^{\circ}C$의 온도에서 50분간 열경화시킴으로써 투명한 폴리이미드 박막으로 전환이 되었으며, 유기용제를 비롯한 포토레지스트 제거제에 대한 우수한 내용제성 및 가시광선영역에서의 우수한 광투과 특성을 나타내었다.
