물리적 모델링은 실제 악기음과 유사한 고음질의 음을 합성하는 방법이다. 그러나 물리적 모델링은 악기의 소리를 합성할 때 필요한 수많은 파라미터들을 동시에 계산해야 하기 때문에 동시 발음수가 높은 악기의 경우 실시간 처리에 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 기타의 음 합성 알고리즘을 실시간으로 처리 가능한 단일 명령어 다중 데이터 (Single Instruction Multiple Data, SIMD)처리 방식의 병렬 프로세서를 제안한다. 대표적인 현악기인 기타의 6개 현을 제어하기 위해 6개의 프로세싱 엘리먼트 (Processing Element, PE)로 구성된 SIMD기반 병렬 프로세서를 사용하였다. 각각의 프로세싱 엘리먼트는 해당되는 기타 현을 모델링하며, 각 현의 여기신호와 파라미터를 합성 병렬 알고리즘의 입력으로 받아 동시에 6개 현의 합성된 음을 실시간으로 생성할 수 있다. 표본화 비율을 44.1 kHz로 설정하고 16비트 양자화 데이터의 음을 합성한 모의 실험 결과, 제안한 SIMD기반 병렬 프로세서를 이용한 합성음은 원음과 매우 유사하였으며, 상용 프로세서인 TI사의 TMS320C6416보다 실행 시간에서 8.9배, 에너지 효율에서 39.8배의 성능 향상을 보였다.

필기 숫자열의 인식성능을 향상시키기 위해서는 물론 인식기 자체의 성능 개선도 필요하지만 인식기에서 필요로 하는 정보를 제공해주는 초기단계의 개선 역시 매우 중요하다. 낱자와는 달리 숫자열 인식에서는 인식기에서 필요한 단위로 입력 데이터를 분할해야만 하는데 잡영, 기울어짐, 접촉 등의 원인에 의해서 쉽게 분할해내기 어렵기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제점들을 극복하기 위한 방법들은 제시하였으며 NIST 숫자열 데이터에 적용해 본 결과 16%의 성능 향상을 보였다.

Review of Korean and Chinese traditional nuruk was performed on the longitudinal change of ingredients and method of each nuruk. Manufacturing process of common nuruk was that flour, wheat chaff, grinded green pea and smartweed were doughed, footpressed to make 凹 type, covered it with mugwort, lotus leaf and cocklebur leaf and suspended it with string for 60 days to get wild mold. This is named Beungkuk. Manufacturing process of Sankuk was that cooked rice or uncooked rice grain was scattered, mixed often for 30 days. Ryokuk and Hongkuk are called Sankuk.

Today SOC(system on a chip) is a trend in VLSI design society. Especially MML(merged memory Logic) process provides designers with good chances to implement SOC which is consists of DRAM, SRAM, Logic and A/D mixed mode ciruit blocks. Designers need good circuit library which is reliable and easy to tune for specific design. For this need we present semi-automated analog compiler methodology. And we aplied this design methodology to resistor-string DAC design.

한전은 앞으로의 전력수요의 증가에 대처하기 위해 전력계통망의 강화, 전력공급의 경제성향상등을 목표로 하여 345KV 초고압송전전압을 채택하였다. 345KV초고압설비의 절연조합전반에 대해서는 한전내 각부서에서 검토하고 있을것으로 알며 여기서는 345KV 송전선로의 절연설계만을 지난 71년 10월 "345KV 송전선 Insulator string검토"회의에서 논의결정된 바에 따라 종합하였다. 본고에서는 송전선로의 절연설계는 내개폐 Surge설계, 내뢰설계 내오손설계를 종합하여 결정되며, 이 방법에 의해서 345KV 송전선로의 애자개수 및 Horn간격을 결정해본다.간격을 결정해본다.

Electrical power in satellite system should persistently satisfy specified power requirement even though that happen the failure of solar array string or battery cell during the mission operation. In this study, the solar array and battery of GEO Communication Satellite with 3kW capacity are designed, and energy balance analysis according to power operation mode are performed to meet specified power capacity at the transfer orbit

The purpose of this article is to introduce the gifted education of mathematics in Korea. We first discuss what is going on in Korea for mathematics education for gifted students. The curriculums for the institutes for gifted education are mentioned. Some focus of this article is proposing some teaching materials that are actively utilizing many basic concents of cryptography and super-string theory, along with careful use of calculators and computers. Many of the materials haven been designed with problem-posing approach on through invoking the cognitive conflict.

This paper presents a analysis method for power system stability using a Modified Genetic-based Power System Stabilized(MGPSS). The proposed MGPSS parameters are optimized using Modified Genetic Algorithm(MGA) in order to maintain optimal operation of generator under the various operating conditions. To improve the convergence characteristics, real variable string is adopted. The results tested on a single machine infinite bus system verify that the proposed controller has better dynamic performance than conventional controller.

국제 표준인 ISO/IEC 14651(International String Ordering)은 글자의 차례를 정하고 문자열(=글자떼)을 간추리는 틀에 관한 표준이다. ISO/IEC 14651을 사용하면, 글자의 차례를 바꾸기 위하여 프로그램을 바꾸지 않고, 공통 틀 표라고 하는 표만 수정하면 글자의 차례를 바꾸어 간추릴 수 있다. ISO/IEC 14651에서 한글과 다른 나라 글자가 섞여 있는 글자떼를 간추리면 제대로 된 곁과가 나오지 않는다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 한글 글자마디를 첫소리, 가운데 소리, 끝소리 글자로 바꾼 뒤 비교하는 방안을 제안한다.

This paper describes syntactic pattern recognition algorithm for pattern recognition and diagnostic parameter extraction of ECG signal. ECG signal which is represented linguistic string is evaluated by pattern grammar and its interpreter-LALR(1) parser for pattern recognition. The proposed pattern grammar performs syntactic analysis and semantic evaluation simultaneously. The performance of proposed algorithm has been evaluated using CSE database.
