This study is to investigate the determinants of consumption expenditure by considering potential expenditure factors such as socioeconomic, fishing village tourism behavior, motivation for visits, and optional attributes of tourists at Muchangpo webfoot octopus and finespotted flounder festival in Boryeong. The analysis data are 300 questionnaires of visitors to the festival during the 2018 Muchangpo Mysterious Sea Road Webfoot Octopus and Finespotted Flounder Festival from March 17 to April 8, 2018. As a result of analyzing the factors of consumption expenditure of tourists to the festival in Boryeong, socioeconomic factors such as gender and residential groups outside Chungcheong-do have a positive (+) effect on consumption expenditure. Among the factors of fishing village tourism behavior, the only number of days of stay more than one night has a positive (+) effect on consumption expenditure. In addition, in the analysis of factors for motivation to visit the festival, fun/interest and simple rest/leisure have a significant positive (+) effect on expenditure whereas stress relief have a negative (-) effect on expenditure. In the analysis of the factors of festival selection attributes, tourism facilities has a significant positive (+) effect on expenditure, but natural scenery and excellent natural scenery show a significant negative (-) effect on expenditure. The main implications that can be obtained from the results of this study are as follows. First, it suggests that the promotion should be actively conducted outside of Chungcheong Province in order to achieve the original purpose of revitalizing the local economy from the Muchangpo webfoot octopus and finespotted flounder festival. Second, it indicates that there should be a variety of unique high-quality festival programs differentiated from other local festivals, promoting the existence of simple rest/leisure facilities rather than webfoot octopus boat fishing experiences or natural scenery (i.e., mysterious road and sunset) in order to attract festival tourists' spending at the Muchangpo webfoot octopus and finespotted flounder festival.
Our research participants were composed of health teachers exhausted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This study analyzed the attitudes towards image-making through utilizing the job training at Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education on August 2022, where our study was able to obtain and analyze 30 elementary, middle, and high school health teachers who participated. Image making is defined as playing a role in increasing self-esteem through outward appearances such as facial expressions and posture, personal color, makeup, tone, hairstyling, and fashion and impacting individuals inwardly to increase self-confidence. Therefore, there is a positive impact in providing an image-making program that considers the occupational characteristics of a health teacher. It had the effect of stress relief and aided in building a healthier self-image among the participants. The results our study showed the following results. First, all participants had various concerns regarding their appearance and deemed that image-making was necessary, yet they needed to be more informed regarding the specific methods of doing so. Secondly, participants were mainly focused on purchasing makeup products for image making. Although participants showed interest in a personal color diagnosis, there needed to be more support in approaching the subject as the diagnosis was necessary from an expert. Third, participants stated that image-making should occur for their middle-aged selves when experienced in the field. Participants believed that they would be more concerned with how others viewed them after gaining expertise. Hence, this study found that the occupational characteristics of health teachers greatly benefitted from image-making programs oriented to their careers and would also show an increase in job satisfaction.
On plane strain condition, many researchers have investigated the earth pressure according to the shape of wall, and standardized method has been applied to the design of the retaining wall. But on cylindrical diaphragm wall, at-rest earth pressure has been generally used. Even though this method is on conservative side, it may lead to over-design. In this paper, the application of convergence confinement method to the calculation of the earth pressure acting on the cylindrical diaphragm wall of a shaft was suggested. In addition, a model test was carried out to investigate the distributions of earth pressure. Model test results show that the earth pressures of diaphragm wall are about 1.4 times larger than active earth pressure and about 0.8 times less than at-rest earth pressure.
Objectives The aim of this study was to identify the effect of Baekho-tang extract on epidermal barrier recovery and inflammation relief in atopic dermatitis-induced mice through Endocanabinoid system (ECS) regulation. Methods In this study, we used 4-week-old NC/Nga mice were divided into 4 group: lipid barrier elimination group (LBEG), palmitoylethanolamide treated group after lipid barrier elimination (PEAT), Baekho-tang extract treatment group after lipid barrier elimination (BHTT) and control group (Ctrl). Each group was assigned 10 animals. We identified that cannabinoid receptor (CB) 1, CB2, CD (Cluster of Differentiation) 68, inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), substance P and Matrix metallopeptidase 9 (MMP-9) through our immunohistochemistry. Results We discovered that when compared to PEAT, 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine, a marker of oxidative stress in the epidermal barrier, and CB1 and CB2, markers of ECS modulation, were less activated in BHTT. These results led to an anti-inflammatory response in BHTT, with a significant decrease in several inflammatory mediators such as CD 68, iNOS, substance P and MMP-9 compared to PEAT and LBEG. Conclusions These results suggest that the Baekho-tang extract can reduce the inflammation of atopic dermatitis by restoring the structural damage of the skin lipid barrier through ECS modulation.

Cast austenitic stainless steels (CASS) and austenitic stainless steel weldments with a ferrite-austenite duplex structure are widely used in nuclear power plants, incorporating ferrite phase to enhance strength, stress relief, and corrosion resistance. Thermal aging at 290-325℃ can induce embrittlement, primarily due to spinodal decomposition and G-phase precipitation in the ferrite phase. This study evaluates the effects of thermal aging by collecting and analyzing various mechanical properties, such as Charpy impact energy, ferrite microhardness, and tensile strength, from various literature sources. Different model expressions, including hyperbolic tangent and phase transformation equations, are applied to calculate activation energy (Q) of room-temperature impact energies, and the results are compared. Additionally, predictive models for Q based on material composition are evaluated, and the potential of machine learning techniques for improving prediction accuracy is explored. The study also examines the use of ferrite microhardness and tensile strength in calculating Q and assessing thermal embrittlement. The findings provide insights for developing advanced prediction models for the thermal embrittlement behavior of CASS and the weldments of austenitic steels, contributing to the safety and reliability of nuclear power plant components.

This study aims to develop yoga wear for active senior women aged 50-60 who engage in social activities based on time and economic availability. With the rapid growth of the elderly population, active seniors have become prominent consumers, showing a keen interest in cultural and sports activities, particularly yoga, which suits their physical structure and characteristics. Despite the increased interest in home training and healthcare post-pandemic, research on active senior's athleisure wear remains insufficient compared to younger demographics. This study conducted a literature review to understand the characteristics of active seniors and their needs for yoga wear, followed by a survey of 24 women aged 50 and above who practice yoga. The survey was conducted to assess yoga participation, current yoga wear usage, and design preferences. Results indicated that most respondents practiced yoga for less than a year, primarily for health and stress relief. While 65.2% were aware of specialized yoga brands, only 50% wore them, citing high prices and size mismatches as barriers. Functionality was the most critical factor affecting yoga wear purchase decisions, followed by design, material, and color/pattern preferences. Preferred top designs included V-neck, crew neck, and cowl neck with three-quarter sleeves, while leggings with a full-band waist were favored for bottoms. The study highlights the need for affordable, functional, and size-diverse yoga wear for active senior women, suggesting that modern, sophisticated designs are more appealing to this demographic. These findings provide essential guidelines for developing yoga wear that meets the specific needs of active senior women. As a result, this research has suggested three different yoga wear designs for active seinor women, using 3D Clo.

Anterior knee pain syndrome would best be defined as a painful condition that arises in or around the patellofemoral joint and is insidious in onset and bilateral, with an enigmatic entity with multiple causes. Although its etiology is uncertain, the cause is often considered to be abnormal lower limb biomechanics, pathology of extensor mechanism, disorder of patellofemoral joint, malalignment or lateral tracking of the patella, soft tissue tightness, muscle weakness. The measurement of patellar alignment has come to be accepted as an integral part of the examination of anterior knee pain syndrome. Various measurement techniques exist, both clinical and radiological, and these have been frequently used in the diagnosis and treatment of the condition.?Treatment depends on the underlying cause of anterior knee pain and should be directed to the cause rather than to the results. Most often, this involves non-surgical measures, such as anti-inflammatory medications, quadriceps exercises, and hamstring stretching. Shin splint, or medial tibial stress syndrome refers a syndrome of pain running along the inner distal 2/3 of tibia shaft. Shin splint is a common problem for athletes whose sport involves a repeated, jarring impact to the leg. A major factor determining the efficacy of the treatment is that correct diagnosis be made of the problem. The varied etiology has led to the development of several theories as to the cause, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of shin splint. The management is rest, ice massages, pain relief by medication, and muscle strengthening exercise. Proper rehabilitation and preventative measures can ensure that there is no further recurrence.

The effect of electropolishing far stamped leadframe on the removal of the edge burr and residual stress relief was examined. The present study showed that the electropolishing could be used for enhanced surface quality of stamped leadframes. The electropolishing was performed at the condition of 60% phosphoric acid electrolyte, 5 ampere of current and 3 cm electrode gap at $70^{\circ}C$ for 2 minutes for Alloy42 type leadframe, and $50^{\circ}C$ for 1.5 minutes for C-194 type leadframe. The FWHM values from X-ray diffraction showed that residual stress of electropolished leadframe recovered to the level of as-received raw materials and surface roughness measured by using AFM tuned out to be improved by 0.079 $\mu\textrm{m}$ and 0.014 $\mu\textrm{m}$ ($R_{rms}$) far alloy 42 and C-194 type leadframes, respectively. The plated thickness using XRF showed the improved uniformity in thickness variation by 0.4~0.5 $\mu\textrm{m}$ and grain growth, which is favorable for interface adhesion, was also observed from the bake test samples. We could certify dimensional stability of leadframe with inspection by means of 3D-topography and hardness measurements.

This study was performed to identify the effects of the improvement of brain function by CST on the elderly with the 2nd or 3rd grade of long-term care insurance service. A quasi-experimental design using a nonequivalent control group, pre-post test was used. A total of 12 elders (6 in the experimental group and 6 in the control group) were recruited. Upledger CST(10-Step Protocol) was performed on each subject for 50 minutes per session, once a week, for a total of 8 treatments over an 8 week period from Jan to Feb 2015. The brain function quotient was measured before the 1st CST and after the last CST by portable EEG measurement device using a 2 Channel neuro-feedback system. The data was analyzed by SPSS (Ver. 18.0) program. After CST intervention, the attention quotient (AQ), level of tension, anti-stress quotient (ASQ), emotion quotient (EQ) and brain quotient (BQ) of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. These results showed that the CST was effective in reducing the level of fatigue by the AQ, increasing the physical and psychological stress relief by the ASQ, emotional balance by the EQ, and improving the total brain function by the BQ. Therefore, CST can be used as an effective intervention for improving the health and brain function of the elderly in health facilities.
The police do their best effort to make all security standards of competence and law enforcement suit the public's expectation, take precedence over the direction of the security policy to what the people want, and realize the Republic of Korea in which the people are happy with a strong police security. On the other hand. The people demand the fairly high level of moral integrity to the police who are in charge of law enforcement at the forefront than any other organization. Suggesting various measures for enhancing the organizational level of police ethics in police ethics awareness of police offices have been working on, yet the prevailing view that still insufficient. In this study, after analyzing the current moral status of the police, I suggest ways to improve as follows: First, strengthening the training and improving the program of police ethics. For this, securing professional teacher and implementation of customized ethics training are necessary. Second, the subject of human nature test should be expanded. The targets are limited to less than a supervisor. It should be expanded to all police officers. Third, the improvement of the organizational culture. For this, introduction of mentoring system and enlightening-oriented inspection is needed. Fourth, reducing the burden of manpower by reinforcing personnel. By defusing lack of police personnel, the police will be able to conduct intensive and effective ethics education. Finally, the provision of the stress relief measures for the police. To this end, the police requires constant efforts of the organization itself.
