  • What are main contents of Balanced National Development Five Years Plan? We will study for contents and policies of the plan's six themes. Six themes of the plan are the drive strategy, the rearing of the worldwide progressive cluster, the local promotion in the strategic industry, the formation of the square national circulation road network, the consolidation of the metropolitan area and the independent drop-out region, and the fund and raising plan. And especially, we will study the details of the national land-structure network formation.

Path coordinator by the modified genetic algorithm

  • Path planning is an important task for optimal motion of a robot in structured or unstructured environment. The goal of this paper is to plan the shortest collision-free path in 3D, when a robot is navigated to pick up some tools or to repair some parts from various locations. To accomplish the goal of this paper, the Path Coordinator is proposed to have the capabilities of an obstacle avoidance strategy[3] and a traveling salesman problem strategy(TSP)[23]. The obstacle avoidance strategy is to plan the shortest collision-free path between each pair of n locations in 2D or in 3D. The TSP strategy is to compute a minimal system cost of a tour that is defined as a closed path navigating each location exactly once. The TSP strategy can be implemented by the Neural Network. The obstacle avoidance strategy in 2D can be implemented by the VGraph Algorithm. However, the VGraph Algorithm is not useful in 3D, because it can't compute the global optimality in 3D. Thus, the Path Coordinator is proposed to solve this problem, having the capabilities of selecting the optimal edges by the modified Genetic Algorithm[21] and computing the optimal nodes along the optimal edges by the Recursive Compensation Algorithm[5].

물리문제해결 실패자(초심자)와 성공자(전문가)의 문제해결 사고과정에 관한 연구 (A Comparative Analysis of Expert's and Novice's Thinking Processess in Solving Physics Problems)

  • This study intended to find the differences between expert's and novice's thinking processes when they solve physics problems. Five physics professors and twenty sophomore students in a physics department were participated in the study. The researcher investigated their thinking processes in solving three physics problems on NEWTON's law of motion. The researcher accepted so called "Thinking Aloud" method. The thinking processes were recorded and transfered into protocols. The protocols were analysised by problem solving process coding system which was developed by the researcher on the basis of Larkin's problem solving process model. The results were as follows: (1) There was no difference of time required in solving physics problem of low difficulty between expert and novices; but, it takes 1.5 times longer for novices than experts in solving physics problems which difficulties are high and average. (2) Novices used working forward strategy and working backward strategy at the similiar rate in solving physics problems which difficulties were average and low. while Novices mo mostly used working backward strategy in solving physic problems which difficulty was high. Experts mostly used working forward strategy in solving physics problems whose difficulties was average and low, however experts used working forward strategy and working backward strategy at the similiar rate in solving physics problem which difficulty was high. (3) Novices usually wrote only a few information on the diagram of figure they drawn, on the other hand experts usually wrote almost all the information which are necessary for solving the problems. (4) Experts spent much time in understand the problem and evaluation stage than novices did, however experts spent less time in plan stage than novices did. (5) Physics problems are solved in sequence of understanding the problem, plan, carrying out the plan, and evaluation steps regardless of problem difficulty.

호주의 국가정신보건전략을 통한 정신보건개혁과 융복합 정책적 함의 (Mental Health Reform through the National Mental Health Strategy in Australia and Convergence Policy Implications)

  • 본 논문은 호주의 국가정신보건전략에 대한 주요 내용과 국가정신보건전략을 통한 정신보건개혁 이후의 변화들, 그리고 정신보건개혁에 대한 논의를 통해서 우리나라의 정신보건정책의 문제점들을 개선하기 위한 현실적인 시사점과 융복합 정책적 함의를 찾는데 그 목적이 있다. 1992년에 발표되어 2008년에 개정된 국가정신보건정책, 1993년부터 2014년까지 네 차례에 걸쳐 수립된 국가정신보건 5개년 계획, 2006년 호주정부협의회에 의해 수립된 정신보건실행계획, 그리고 2012년 호주정부협의회에서 채택한 국가정신보건개혁을 위한 로드맵(2012-2022)을 포함한 국가정신보건전략은 지난 20년 동안 호주의 정신보건개혁의 광범위한 과정을 선도하는 대단히 중요한 정책 준거를 제공하였다. 1992년 시작된 국가정신보건전략을 통해서 정신보건재정 확충, 지역사회 중심의 치료 및 보호시스템 구축, 정신병상의 변화, NGO의 참여와 역할의 증대, 정신장애인과 가족(보호제공자)의 참여 확대 등과 같은 변화를 이루었다.

  • A strategic plan for an immediate situation must be present in a business enterprise to deal actively and efficiently with the demand environment of new customer. The purpose of this paper is to provide research about the manufacturing strategy situations of the Korean manufacturing company. And this paper is a part of Modeling on Manufacturing Strategy. We emphasizes the importance of dynamism and complexity on the competitive environment, and classify the manufacturing strategy by trade-off model, cumulative model, sandcone model, strategic fit model, and competitiveness model.

  • 본 연구에서는 동북아 지역에서 협력과 공존을 위한 부가가치 물류 전략방안들을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 국내산업구조의 변화와 일본슈퍼중추항만계획 및 중국의 대수심 양산항만의 건설 등으로 인해 국내 항만물류산업은 이들과의 경쟁을 피할 수 없게 되었다. 국내산업 구조의 변화로 수출물량의 감소와 양국의 새로운 항만정책과 건설로 인한 환적화물의 감소는 현재 컨테이너 물동량 처리 위주로 운영되고 있는 부산항 항만물류산업에 커다란 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다. 이제는 컨테이너 물동량 처리를 통하여 항만의 수익을 얻으려는 것에는 한계가 있으며, 향후 중국의 신항만 증가에 따라 중국으로 직기항하는 선박들이 많아질 경우 동북아 거점항만이 되기 위해 노력했던 국내 물류전략들은 수정이 불가피할 것이다. 그리고 경쟁이 아니 상호 협력과 공존을 위한 전략이 필요하다고 하겠다. 그래서 본 논문은 협력과 공존을 통해 서로가 공생할 수 있는 부가가치 물류 전략방안들을 연구해 보았다.

  • 새로운 제도나 경영전략 등이 성공적으로 정착되어 조직의 성과제고로 연계되기 위해서는 내재화과정이 반드시 필요하다. 성공적인 내재화를 위해서 많은 기관에서 가장 많이 활용하는 방법은 교육방법 및 커뮤니케이션 전략이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 교육이나 커뮤니케이션을 원활하게 진행하기 위해서는 조직구성원들간 신뢰와 협력지향적인 문화 등 다양한 측면에서의 융합전략이 뒷받침되어야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 특정 공공기관의 직원들을 대상으로 새로이 도입한 조직비전, 핵심가치 등에 대한 내재화 정도 및 조직문화 등에 대해 조사해보고, 성공적인 경영전략 내재화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 우선, 경영전략 강화 교육을 위해서는 반복학습을 통해 자주 노출시키고 자주 대화하는 방법이 효과적이다. 이를 위해 집합교육과 이러닝 등 집중적인 교육방법을 병행해야 한다. 둘째, 의사소통의 활성화를 위해서는 기관장이 직원들과의 내재화를 위한 의사소통에 관심을 기울여야 하며, 다양한 방법의 의사소통 전략을 세워야 할 것이다. 끝으로, 조직문화의 변화를 위해서는 동료들간 개방적이고 협조적인 문화구축을 위한 비공식적인 의사소통의 장을 자주 마련하고 인적네트워크의 양적, 질적 확대를 지원해주어야 한다.

A Study on the Short-Term Plan of Structural Reinforcing and the Temporary Housing Supply Strategy through the Analysis of the Status of North Korean Standard Housing

  • Recently, there has been inter-Korean exchanges are active, in company with an assertive international activity with North Korea and inter-Korean Summits. Thus, there is a growing possibility of Korean reunification. However, when the unification situation occurs, population inflow by North Korean residents will be expected, and it will be necessary to prepare a housing supply strategy. In addition, even if North Koreans are prevented from entering, a plan is necessary to ensure structural safety since most buildings in North Korea are aging and a recent natural disaster occurs frequently. In this research, we will try to present a temporary housing supply strategy and a short-term structural reinforcement plan based on analysis of the standard housing conditions in North Korea. In this research, we represent the analysis result of the existing construction level, supply status and structural performance of North Korea. When we consider the reinforcement period and social costs, a short-term reinforcement plan is recommended rather than the full reinforcement of the aged housing in North Korea. Furthermore, we examine the ways to secure the residential safety of North Koreans through a case study of domestic and overseas temporary residential facilities, until the permanent residential facilities were supplied. According to the analysis, the tent houses were used as a form of relief housing in overseas frequently. However, the tent house is difficult to apply for domestic country with clear seasons due to insulation and heating problems. Therefore, it is appropriate to develop a residential supply strategy as focusing on the temporary housing facilities in assembled or container from, in preparation for the future population inflow.

지속가능한 병원건축 마스터플랜 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Strategy of Sustainable Hospital Architecture Masterplan)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive a plan to establish a more sophisticated master plan so that the direction of master plan study can be sustained in the mid to long term. Methods:: Compare and analyze the differences between the master plan and the design to identify causes and problems. First, after establishing the master plan, compare the expansion area, net area per bed, and service area with the design drawing of the first project to determine the degree of recovery to the level required by the recent medical environment. Second, the possibility of responding to future internal changes is reviewed by comparing and analyzing the arrangement and connection method of extension buildings. Third, comparing the difference between the project following the first project and the phased of masterplan. Results: The first one is that continuous participation of person or group with high understanding of the master plan. Second, establishing a master plan and proceeding with the project through the determination of the correct business budget. Third, a specific area of the mechanical and electrical room suitable for the size and purpose of the hospital should be presented, and research on the arrangement method should be conducted. Finally, the feasibility of the hospital's own plan for securing parking facilities should be accurately investigated. Implications: It is important for the hospital to recover from the past to the present and respond to the future that the direction of the master plan continues after the establishment.
