  • In this paper, an advanced charging strategy for improving the charging performance of the Li-ion polymer battery is proposed, which is based on the battery characteristic. Simulation results show that the proposed charging current pattern can improve the charging speed of battery in comparison with the standard CC-CV (constant current - constant voltage) charging strategy and the pulse-charging strategy.

전압원인버어터의 최적스위칭패턴 (Optimal Switching Pattern of Voltage Source Inverter)

  • 本 論文은 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)인버어터의 스위칭作用에 의해서 發生하는 高周波 影響을 最小化하기 위한 Suboptimal PAWM(Pulse Amplitude Width Modulation)을 提示하였다. 本 方式은 Suboptimal PWM에서 THD(Total Harmonic Distorition)가 最小가 되는 固定點(基本波 電壓 u1=1.2)에서 하나의 스위칭패턴을 決定하였다. 그리고 電壓은 DC Link에서 DC Chopper에 의해 制御하게 하고 인버어터에서는 단지 高周波만을 制御하도록 하였다. 本 方式은 3相 誘導電動機의 VSD(Variable Speed Drive)에 適用하여 電動機의 騷音, 인버어터의 線間電壓 및 電流, 電流高周波 스펙트럼을 測定하였으며, 他 方式과 比較해 보았다. 그 結果로부터 本 方式의 妥當性을 立證할 수 있었다.

  • The gait training strategy in very important things for central nervous system(CNS) injury patients. There are many method and strategy for regaining of the gait who had CNS injury. A human being has central pattern generator(CPG) is spinal CPG for locomotion. It is a neural network which make the cyclical patterns and rhythmical activities for walking. Sensory input from loading and hip position is essential for CPG stimulation that makes the central neural rhythm and pattern generating structure. From sensory input, the proprioceptive information facilitate proximal muscles that controlled in voluntarily from cortical level and visual and / or acoustical information facilitate distal muscles that controlled voluntarily from subcortical level. Gait training method can classify that is functional level and structural level. Functional level includ level surface gait, going up and down the stair. It is important to facilitate a guide tempo in order to activate the central pattern generators. During the functional test or functional activities, can point out the poor period in gait that have to be facilitate in structural level. There are many access methods with patient position and potentiality. The methods are using of rhythmic initiation, replication and combination of isotonic with standing position. Clinically using it on weight transfer onto the stance leg, loading response, loading response and pre-swing, terminal stance, up and downwards stairs.

  • 지식과 정보를 컨텐츠로 하는 디지털시대는 성공과 실패, 승자와 패자의 구분이 뚜렷해지는 변화에 도전하는 자만이 강자가 될 수 있고 주역이 될 수 있는 시대이다. 본 연구에서는 도서관의 궁극적 목적인 정보제공에 관련된 서비스패턴을 개혁시키기 위해 고안된 FISP(Forecasting Information Service Program) 모델을 제시한다. 이 모델은 아날로그시대의 소극적이고 피동적인 정보서비스패턴을 과감하게 탈피한 혁신전략으로 전문사서의 위상을 높이고 직제를 개편하는데 성공하기까지의 방법론을 밝히는 것이다.

운전자 주행 패턴 분석 및 차량의 순항제어 기법 (Human Drivers' Driving Pattern Analysis and An Adaptive Cruise Control Strategy)

  • This paper presents experimental results for human drivers' driving patterns and an Adaptive Cruise Control(ACC) strategy. Analyses have shown that female drivers' driving characteristic values such as time-gap and minimum clearance are larger than those of male drivers'. Human drivers tend to have more clearance margins at high speed than at low speed. At low speed, drivers are much more sensitive to the desired clearance than at high speed. A multi-vehicle detection method is presented to improve ride quality of an ACC. Simulation results have shown that the proposed ACC can provide superior performance compared to the ACC strategy which uses a single-vehicle detection method.

  • Many kinds of communication systems will be co-existed in the next generation communication environment. Location management will be one of the most important strategies in the future communication network. Whether the user gets the service in any kind of communication system, it is required to know the location of the user properly and manages this location information efficiently. In this paper, mobile IP and WCDMA systems are considered as next generation communication systems. We improve the performance of communication in heterogeneous networks adjusting the conventional region-based location management strategy in homogeneous network. This strategy can be adjusted dynamically to the communication system on the basis of packet-to-mobility ratio (PMR) in mobile IP system or call-to-mobility ratio (CMR) in WCDMA system, lots of different system parameters, and movement pattern of the user. This can be also based on the performance analysis with considering signaling cost and database access cost.

The On-Line Voltage Management and Control Solution of Distribution Systems Based on the Pattern Recognition Method

  • This paper proposes an on-line voltage management and control solution for a distribution system which can improve the efficiency and accuracy of existing off-line work by collecting customer voltage on-line as well as the voltage compensation capability of the existing ULTC (Under Load Tap Changer) operation and control strategy by controlling the ULTC tap based on pattern clustering and recognition. The proposed solution consists of an ADVMD (Advanced Digital Voltage Management Device), a VMS (Voltage Management Solution) and an OLDUC (On-Line Digital ULTC Controller). An on-line voltage management emulator based on multi-thread programming and the shared memory method is developed to emulate on-line voltage management and digital ULTC control methodology based on the on-line collection of the customer's voltage. In addition, using this emulator, the effectiveness of the proposed pattern clustering and recognition based ULTC control strategy is proven for the worst voltage environments for three days.

BLDC 전동기에서 PWM 방식에 따른 토크리플 저감에 관한 연구 (A Study for Torque Ripple Reduction with PWM Pattern on Brushless DC Motor During Commutation)

  • This paper presents a current control strategy to reduce torque ripple of Brushless DC Motor in commutation period with PWM pattern. The torque ripple is mainly caused by the inequality in the rate of change between rising current and decaying one during commutation. And also it is influenced by the shape of real back EMF. Therefore, in the proposed control strategy, considering real back EMF a compensation voltage is generated to equalize the rate of change in these commutating currents. And then, by providing the compensation voltage in commutation period with PWM pattern, the torque ripple can be reduced. The simulation and experimental results verify that the proposed method can reduce the torque and the current ripples significantly.

  • In this paper, we investigate the feasibility of a strategy of failure detection and identification. The point of proposed strategy includes a pattern extraction approach for failure identification using Auto-Associative Kernel Regression (AAKR). We consider a simulation data concerning 605 signals of a Generic Pressurized Water Reactor(GPWR). In the application, the reconstructions are provided by a set of AAKR models, whose input signals have been selected by Correlation Analysis(CA) for the identification of the groups. The failure pattern is extracted by analyzing the residuals of observations and reconstructions. We present the possibility of extraction of patterns for six failure.

  • Recently, the role of container ports is radically changing, These changes are largely driven by the innovation process of Logistics such as Supply Chain Logistics and Global Logistics due to the international expansional of industry. Under this environment, It is required that the container port should act as a integral part of a Supply Logistics Chain especially to provide the customer-oriented logistics service. This paper deals with the development strategy of container ports coping with these changes in the view point of container ports as a Logistics infrastructure to provide customer-response services and necessary to the economic promotion of hinterlands. Strategy is suggested in the phases of the customers desire, the pattern of container cargo, the economic promotion of hinterlands, and interrelation of container ports in north-east Asia and also domestics through the analysis of competiveness of container ports.
