본 연구는 로컬 거버넌스의 구성 파트너로서 특정 지역에 입지하고 있는 기업이 사회적 책임수행의 차원에서 지역사회와 어떤 관계에 있는지, 그리고 기업의 사회적 책임 수행이 그 지역사회의 지속가능성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 논의했다. 사회공헌활동을 비롯하여 기업이 다양한 방식으로 사회적 책임을 수행하는 것은 지역사회가 기업의 이해관계자이기 때문이다. 따라서 기업의 사회적 책임 수행은 기업 이미지 개선, 장기적으로 교화된 자기이익 추구, 지역사회와 연대 강화를 위한 전략의 일환으로 해석할 수 있다. POSCO 광양제철소의 경우, 법적 윤리적 수준의 자기규제 책임 수행 차원의 지역 협력활동으로부터 보다 고차적인 사회공헌활동에 이르기까지 다양한 형태의 사회적 책임 수행을 추구함으로써 지속가능기업으로서의 기본적 특성들을 갖춰가고 있다.

CEPA (Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement) between India and Korea may vitalize Korean economy more and more. Currently most of Korean firms have entered into manufacturing industries like electronics and automobiles. But only a few Korean companies are trying to penetrate into Indian green industry so this paper suggest how to enter into Indian green industry, especially renewable energy sectors. First, Exporting main shaft, tower-flange and polysilicon products can be considered, as a first step of entry mode. Second, entry mode based on contract like technology licensing, strategic alliance and joint venture establishment can be also one of options. For example, Korean solar energy industry which show more competitiveness than that of Indians should try to make technological licensing on PV modules. In addition to this, they should also try to make joint ventures with right Indian partners and build up 'Solar City' nearby regions like Gurgaon in India where many Korean firms are located. Korean shipbuilding firms like Hyundai Engineering which keep on developing wind turbo engines can also try to make strategic alliance with Indian firms like Suzlon which has strong competitiveness. After that, they should explore Korean and Indian wind sector markets together. Third, brownfield investment can be last and final option as a entry mode as we consider the peculiar characteristics of renewable energy industry. Lastly, Korean government which are rush to indulge into green business should formulate more proper and realistic policies to give big incentives the concerned firms which are trying to open international green market so government should make Korean green firms not to lose good market opportunities related to green industry like renewable energy sectors. Renewable energy sectors are basically regarded as infrastructures so close contact to Indian central government as well as state government will be also required.

폐기물 저감 재활용 에너지화 기술은 27대 중점 녹색기술 중 하나로, 2012년까지 정부 R&D 투자가 증가해야 함에도 불구하고, 2008년~2010년 기간 동안 연평균 증가율이 오히려 감소하였다. 이에 따라 동 분야의 정부 R&D 투자 현황을 상세히 분석하였고, 그 결과 총 정부 R&D 투자는 감소하였지만, 동 분야에서 정의하는 전략제품 서비스 기술에 대한 투자는 증가하고 집중화 되는 추세로 나타나 투자의 질적인 측면은 양호했다고 판단된다. 특히 2010년에는 전략제품 서비스 기술 중 3개 기술군((1) 폐기물 에너지화설비, (2) 폐기물자원순환시설, (3) 폐기물기반 물질생산시설)의 비중이 24 ~ 28%로 비교적 균등하게 투자되어, 정부 R&D 투자는 질적으로 적절했다고 판단되어 진다. 이러한 분석틀은 향후 녹색기술 R&D 정책 추진점검에서 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

최근 많은 기업들이 ERP 시스템을 도입하여 회사의 전체업무를 통합시키고 실시간으로 모든 업무를 동시에 처리함에 따라 경영환경과 정보기술의 급격한 변화에 대처하고 있다. 이미 많은 기업에서는 ERP 시스템을 도입하여 활용하고 있다. 기업들로부터 ERP 시스템 도입은 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 많은 투자에도 불구하고 ERP 시스템의 도입이 기업의 경영성과에 항상 긍정적으로 작용하는 것으로 조사되지는 않았다. 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축을 위한 방안에 대해서는 많은 연구를 찾아 볼 수 있다. 그러나 변화관리에 대해서는 그 중요성은 많이 강조되어 왔지만 연구 결과는 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 변화관리에 관련된 논문들을 참고하여 ERP 시스템의 변화관리를 위한 방안으로 지속적인 변화관리를 통하여 ERP 시스템을 성공적으로 구축한 기업을 심도 있게 분석함으로써 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축을 위해서 구축 단계별 변화관리 주요 활동 사항과 산출물을 중심으로 효과적인 변화관리를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

The success of 2002 Korea Japan Worldcup became a good opportunity to give the message of revival to the people of Korea. With the effect of it, the national brand image has risen. Nevertheless, in order to maximize the chance of time, the most necessary thing that need to be done is to find the strategic counterproposal of the Post Worldcup. Especially, to find the more active plan in the respect of economy. In this research, we have studied the IT industry(especially SI industry) of the economy in order to look into the strategic counterproposal to get the development effect after the Worldcup. We mainly analyzed the SI industry in the respect of economy, because it is not only a high-value added industry of the integration of knowledge and technology but also a high-tech industry which has a spreading effect on the related industries. To implement the analysis of SI industry, derive and verify the strategy, and get the activating plan, we studied with 4 stages. Firstly, analyze the exterior environment and the interior strength with the Competitive Strategy Model(Specially, 7 Force Model & Value Chain Model). Secondly, get the strategy with SWOT analysis. Thirdly, verify the Strategy with interview and survey. Fourthly, classify the SI industry activation plan into 5 kinds after Worldcup through panel discussion and seminar with the data which we got through interview and survey.

대도시에 속한 기초지자체이지만, 일반적인 도시지역과는 다른 농촌지역의 특수한 환경을 지니고 있는 지역이 있다. 예를 들어 부산광역시 기장군은 공공도서관 1관당 봉사대상 인구수 및 1인당 장서수가 부산시 최고 수준을 유지하고 있으며, 군민의 지식문화경쟁력 강화와 문화 향유를 위해 다양한 사업도 추진하고 있다. 그러나 농·어촌 지역과 도시 지역이 공존하는 대표적인 도·농복합지역인 기장군은 대부분의 자원이 도시 지역에 집중되어 있어 상대적으로 과소 지역인 농·어촌 지역에는 공공 서비스를 제공하는 문화시설이 부족한 상황이다. 이에 따라 이 연구에서는 특정지역에 편중되어 있는 공공도서관 체계를 재정립하고 지역의 특성과 요구를 반영한 기장군 도서관의 비전과 전략을 설정하고 제안하였다.

The article is devoted to perfecting the system of management of the financial potential of transport enterprises. It is established that transport as an integral part of the state economy has to organically enter the market economy and provide sustainable transport services to national economy enterprises regardless of ownership, as well as ensure passenger transportation. It is also determined that in the conditions of market relations, transport highways must perform their functions with sufficient economic benefit to keep their material and technical resources in good order, conduct an investment policy with extensive use of scientific and technological progress, as well as a social policy guaranteeing the conditions for employees' motivated work. The study reveals an association between the financial and strategic goals of transport enterprises and the minimization of their economic risks, the prevention of bankruptcy and profit margin shortfalls. It is found that transport enterprises need to strive for the overall improvement of their financial potential through increasing the components of financial potential and assessing the impact of risk factors on them: the capacity of fixed assets, the capacity of financial resources, the capacity of services, and the capacity of credit opportunities. These are the elements of transport enterprises' financial potential that ensure its desired level. It is demonstrated that of critical importance in managing the financial potential of a transport enterprise is the role of financial resources, as a subject cannot reach the desired strategic goals without them.

To overcome the profitability challenge these days, many global banks are increasingly focusing on cost efficiency through more efficient banking processes, such as online and mobile banking, whereas a number of other banks choose to differentiate their services for retaining and attracting the most valuable customer segment (Deloitte, 2011). While global banks in the retail banking industry are adopting either of these two business models as a strategic choice for their long-term growth, KB Kookmin Bank, one of the leading retail banks in South Korea, has begun to operate 'KB Rockstar' as a strategic channel, particularly designed to target college students in the youth market. The new marketing strategy has resulted in a positive impact on its brand image in customers' perception as well as a drastic increase in the number of youth customers. In this study, we analyze the case of 'KB Rockstar' and summarize the key factors for its success from a marketing perspective. First, 'KB Rockstar' is not simply a good channel strategy, but an innovative marketing strategy that aligns place, product and promotion together in order to create a synergy effect, resulting in the successful implementation of the bank's targeting strategy. Second, the strategy effectively establishes 'KB Rockstar' as a brand targeted to youth customers while also competently strengthening the image of the corporate brand, KB Kookmin Bank. The skillful implementation of organically combined marketing mix strategies has enabled the successful launch of the bank's sub-brand. Third, the strategy considers a retail bank branch as not only the place that makes sales transactions in order to generate short-term profits, but also the place that builds a long-term relationship with customers in order to maximize their lifetime values in the long run.

흑연재료를 부극으로 사용하는 리튬2차전지의 유기 전해액으로 propylene carbonate(PC) 용매를 사용하면 흑연층간에 PC의 비가역적 삽입반응으로 인하여 흑연의 exfoliation이 진행된다. 유기전해액으로 ethylene carbonate(EC)를 사용하면 이러한 문제점은 해결되지만, EC의 어는점이 $36.2^{\circ}C$로 높은 것이 단점이다. EC계 전해액에 적정 비율의 PC를 첨가한 혼합 유기 전해액은 전도도가 향상 될 수 있으며, 흑연전극의 exfoliation도 감소시킬 수 있다. EC계 전해액에 첨가한 PC 함량에 따른 유전상수 및 몰전도도를 구하였으며, 동시에 탄소부극에 대한 전기화학적 특성을 조사하였다. $LiPF_6/EC+DEC$ 전해액에 첨가한 PC 함량이 증가하면 유전상수와 몰전도도는 직선적으로 증가하였다. 충방전 시험결과, MCMB-6-28s및 MPCF300의 비가역비용량은 첨가한 PC함량이 $0.83\%$인 경우에는 감소하였으나, 그 이후에는 PC함량에 따라 증가하였다 MPCF3000및 PCG100의 비가역비용량은 PC함량이 $10\%$까지는 50mAh/g이하였다. 그러나, 방전비용량은 첨가한 PC 함량과 관계없이 사용한 탄소재료에 따라서 일정한 값을 나타내었다.

인공어초는 수중에서 물고기들에게 피난장, 휴식장, 산란장 및 먹이장 기능을 제공하는 인공구조물이다. 전통적으로 인공어초는 우리나라나 일본에서는 시멘트나 강재로 만들어져 왔다. 그러나 자원 고갈이 심화되어 감에 따라 인공어초의 본체에 다른 재질의 사용이 요구되고 있다. 반면 농업용 폐비닐은 국내에서만 연간 약 30만 톤 이상이 발생되지만 재활용의 패도를 찾지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이런 의미에서 영농용으로 사용된 농업용 멀칭 비닐을 수산증식용 인공어초로 재활용하면 자원순환사회구축에서 상징적인 면뿐만 아니라 실제적 면에서 효과가 지대할 것이다. 특히 이들 멀칭 비닐 재활용 인공어초는 1) 탁월한 위집효과, 2) 우수한 수중생물의 초기부착도, 3) 극히 낮은 해수에서의 부식성, 4) 비중 조절의 용이성, 5) 제작, 운송 및 침설에서의 경제성, 6) 낮은 유해 물질 침출성 그리고 7) 사용 후 재활용의 용이성 등의 장점이 있다.
