전략기술정보 '레포지터리'로서 기술트리(Tech. Tree)의 활용방안에 관한 연구 - 기술로드맵(TRM)과의 전략적 통합방안을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Utilization of the Technology Tree as a Strategic Technology Information Repository - Focused on the Tech-Tree and TRM Integration -)

  • 본 연구는 연구개발 조직에서 '전략기술정보 레포지터리'로서 기술트리(Technology Tree)의 도입을 추진한 후 기술트리의 전략적 활용(utilization)을 위해서 기술로드맵과 통합추진 과정을 고찰하는 것에 목적을 두어 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 기술트리의 개념과 특성을 밝히고, 연구개발 과정에 기술트리를 전략적으로 기술로드맵과 연계 활용하게 되는 주요 과정을 분석하였다. 이러한 이론연구 및 사례 분석을 통하여 기술트리의 전략적 활용을 위해서는 기술로드맵과 유기적으로 연계해야 한다는 것을 고찰하였다. 기술트리 활용을 위한 제반요인을 기술정보역량 측면에서 고찰한 본 연구는 기술트리 추진 후에 이를 실제로 전략적으로 활용하려는 연구개발 조직에게 큰 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 정기선사들간의 전략적 제휴는 10,000TEU가 넘는 선박의 투입과 발주로 물동량 확보 및 비용부담의 최소화와 대고객 서비스의 향상 및 이윤확보와 안정적인 경영을 위하여 점차 다양하고 활발하게 진행될 것이다. 그 동안 많은 선행연구들이 전략적 제휴의 성공요인이나 동기 또는 성공적인 제휴를 위한 파트너 선정 등에 대한 것이었다. 그러나 전략적 제휴의 70% 이상이 실패하고 있다. 전략적 제휴의 실패가 성공보다 많기 때문에, 전략적 제휴에 부정적인 영향을 주는 변수들을 측정하여, 변해가는 해운시장 환경에 적응해야 한다. 전략적 제휴에 부정적인 영향을 주는 요인들을 개선하기 위하여 파트너간 신뢰성 향상에 노력해야 하고, 계약의 애매한 문구를 제거하여 분쟁을 억제해야 한다. 또한 전략적 제휴를 이끌어가는 구성원의 만족이 증가하도록 하여 제휴가 성공적이 되도록 하고, 제휴 파트너들의 외부관계로 발생하는 제휴의 복잡성을 최소화 시켜야 제휴를 성공적으로 이끌 수 있다.

An Exploratory Analysis on Strategic Changes of Furniture Retailer: Focusing on IKEA and Hanssem in Korea

  • Purpose - This study analyzes how Hanssem, which ranks first in domestic market in the furniture industry, responds to the expansion of IKEA, a large overseas furniture maker, and investigates the recent strategic changes of Hanssem and IKEA. Research design, data, and methodology - As a research method, a general method of case studies, literature research, is carried out through academic research results, reports, articles, and statistics. In addition, methods such as field observation and interview with stakeholder were performed to collect in-depth understanding and information about the companies. Results - Along with its core competences, Hanssem has pursued strategic changes to compensate for its weaknesses. IKEA has also used a variety of strategies changes to match the situation in Korea. Conclusion - Both companies have properly balanced localization elements and standardization strategies that value the needs of local consumers. In particular, Hanssem has implemented various strategies based on its core competence in response to IKEA's strategy. In addition, Hanssem and IKEA are actively managing and have good performance not only in Korea but also in foreign markets.

  • The crystalline silicon solar cell where the solar cell market grows rapidly is occupying of about 85% or more. high-efficiency and low cost endeavors many crystalline silicon solar cells. the fabrication processes of high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells necessitate complicated fabrication processes and Ti/Pd/Ag contact, however, this contact formation processed by expensive materials. Ni/Cu contact formation is good alternative. in this paper, according to temperature Ni silicide makes, produced Ni/Cu contact solar cell and measured conversion efficiency.

머신러닝과 딥러닝 기법을 이용한 부산 전략산업과 수출에 의한 고용과 소득 예측 (Machine Learning and Deep Learning Models to Predict Income and Employment with Busan's Strategic Industry and Export)

  • This paper analyzes the feasibility of using machine learning and deep learning methods to forecast the income and employment using the strategic industries as well as investment, export, and exchange rates. The decision tree, artificial neural network, support vector machine, and deep learning models were used to forecast the income and employment in Busan. The following were the main findings of the comparison of their predictive abilities. First, the decision tree models predict the income and employment well. The forecasting values for the income and employment appeared somewhat differently according to the depth of decision trees and several conditions of strategic industries as well as investment, export, and exchange rates. Second, since the artificial neural network models show that the coefficients are somewhat low and RMSE are somewhat high, these models are not good forecasting the income and employment. Third, the support vector machine models show the high predictive power with the high coefficients of determination and low RMSE. Fourth, the deep neural network models show the higher predictive power with appropriate epochs and batch sizes. Thus, since the machine learning and deep learning models can predict the employment well, we need to adopt the machine learning and deep learning models to forecast the income and employment.

Strategic Bundling of HRM for Organizational Performance: an Empirical Study of Publicly Listed Companies

  • Strategic bundling of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices among themselves works together as an entire HRM system rather than individual HRM practices to achieve organizational objectives. The bundles of HR practices support the effectiveness of one another assuming the effectiveness of any practice depends on other practices in place. It is said that the greater the total degree of bundling among the various components of HRM policies and practices, the more will be the organizational outcomes. Realizing these facts, this study aimed to explore the level of strategic bundling and examined the impact of such bundling on organizational performance to the publicly listed companies of Nepal. This empirical study is based on description and exploratory design for which data collected through the questionnaire based on 5-point liker scale. Total population of the study at the time of data collection are 234 organizations publicly listed in Stock Exchange of Nepal. Questionnaire is distributed to all organizations listed, response received from 105 organizations, as a unit of analysis, which is fairly good response. The study of strategic bundling of HRM practices perhaps the first study in Nepal, found that only 32 percent organizations have followed high bundling HR practices and these high bundling organizations are significantly different with low bundling organizations. Business organizations are trying to practice being close association of HRM policies and practices within them except labor relation with employee participation and business strategies. Supporting to the international literature, strategic bundling of HRM practices among themselves shows statistically significant effects on quality of product or services, labor productivity, financial performance, employee satisfaction, rate of innovation, employee commitment and market share.

입.퇴원 수속창구 중앙화와 분산화에 따른 이용자의 만족도와 재이용 의사 (The Study of Comparison Satisfaction and Re-use Intention between Central and Ward Reception Desk Users)

  • The purpose of this study is to design strategic hospital service based on each hospital's features. For this study, an assessment was conducted by 398 in-patents of one university hospital located in Seoul. The self-questionnaires, which were investigated from Oct. 15th to 29th in 2008, compared central reception desk with ward reception desk in satisfaction and re-use rate of patients. The major results of this study are as follow. First, according to each reception desk user, they have different satisfaction of it. As for the staff kindness, admission procedure, discharge procedure and manner of staff, those made patients be gratified as well. Second, when it comes to the intention of re-use, there were no significant features between them. Only convenience in admission and discharge procedure, however, was an attractive factor for the recommendation. Third, this study found out the reasons for higher re-use rate of central reception desk users. Regarding service, they were contented with the time for test and treatment. As for the hospital service, they would like to re-use this hospital because of convenient steps of paying interim fee and getting certificates. Forth, this study found out the reasons for higher re-use rate of ward reception desk users. As a point of hospital service view, they responded that respected privacy, hospital facility and general service were good for staying. As for the manner of staff, they mentioned nurses and staff in charge and whole staff members were kind. When it comes to the procedures of patient management, steps of discharge and paying interim fee were convenience. In conclusion, the results of this study suggest that providing a ward reception desk service can boost the satisfaction and re-use rate of in-patients. Furthermore, this strategic management method would be good for not only cutting the moving line but also efficient in-patient care system. These results can be used for the strategic hospital marketing field, as well. Even though this study has a limitation of the targeted populations which were only in a ward reception desk running hospital, it can say that having competitiveness in satisfaction of hospital service is good for promoting and differencing each hospital. Consequently, whole general management system would be adjusted first for differencing each hospital; however, this sort of additional factor should be concerned as well. I expect that this study would give meaningful data for designing strategic and differencing marketing method to lots of hospitals.

무역2.0 교육 도입과 전략무역의 제안 (Suggestion from Trade 2.0 Paradigm of Global Business Education for Strategic Trade in Korea)

  • It is said that global business education in Korea must be a kind of good investment on the future of Korea, because Korea's degree of dependence upon global trade is very high. But, despite great significance of trade in economic aspect, education system on global business in Korea still remains in old paradigm focused mainly on trade in goods. The purpose of this paper is to analyse key environment of trade in Korea relating to global business education system, and to suggest some trade-friendly measures to improve the global economic environment being worse. Methodology used in this study depends on descriptive analysis by literature study. As all the paradigm of global business has shifted from 20C's trade environment to that of 21C's and still more borderless trend has progressed, it is high time Korea to design the new education system of global business to conform with the trade mode of Korea, and to execute the mode of strategic trade which is new conception of trade strategy derived from Web 2.0 trend. Major findings of this study can be summarized as follows : It is suggested that Korea should convert basic composition of trade strategy to strategic trade irrespective of company size, nationality, public or private sector, etc., and launch new instructional model considering the trade 2.0 concepts. Also, Korea's trade policies which have been based on 'trade in goods' should be changed to the frame of strategic trade so that can include various trade process such as trade in services, trade in technology, cultural contents, global investment(TRIMs), TRIPS, etc.

한국의 경험을 통한 개발도상국 NSDI 전략적 구축 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Strategic NSDI Model for Developing Countries based on Korean Experiences)

  • 본 논문은 한국의 NSDI(National Spatial Data Infrastructure) 구축경험에 비추어, 개발도상국의 전략적인 NSDI 구축모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 1950년 한국전쟁 이래, 매우 짧은 기간 동안 원조수혜국에서 원조공여국으로 눈부신 경제성장을 이끌어낸 한국의 NSDI 구축경험은 개발도상국에게 시사하는 바가 크다. 따라서 연구방법으로 한국에서 NSDI 구축관련 경험이 있는 전문가의견 조사 및 한국 NSDI관련문헌조사를 수행하였다. 본 논문은 관련 문헌조사를 통해 SDI(Spatial Data Infrastructure)에 대한 개념 및 이론적 고찰을 수행하고, 이론적 고찰을 배경으로, SDI의 6개 구성요소 관점에서 전문가조사결과 등의 시사점을 모았으며, 개발도상국을 위한 NSDI 전략적 구축 모델로 구성된다. 본 논문의 핵심인 구축모델은 (1) NSDI 구현전략: 지리데이터, GIS능력배양, 지리정보 플랫폼, 파트너쉽을 통한 비용효율적인 지리정보관리의 4가지 관점, (2) 3단계에 걸친 주요 NSDI 세부 역할과 활동들, (3) 성공적인 NSDI구축을 위한 조화로운 추진방법으로 구성된다.

How Product Innovation and Motivation Drive Purchase Decision as Consumer Buying Behavior

  • Purpose: A good physical appearance greatly affects a person's self-confidence, especially when the media constantly depicts that beautiful men and women are those with perfect bodies, which later forms the perception that being fat or too thin is not attractive. That is in line with the increasing knowledge and the need for nutritious foods and drinks for diets. Therefore, this study aims to see whether there is a relationship between the Weight Rejuvenation Program Everyday product innovation towards millennial purchase decision and the motivation of having an ideal body as a moderating effect. Research design, data, and methodology: Distributed online Google form questionnaires to 96 audiences who commented on "Mute" web series. The respondents consisted of 63 women and 33 men from the millennial generation who lived in Greater Jakarta and were classified as the middle to upper economic class. After all of the data were collected, they were processed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares. Results: Product innovation had a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of the millennial consumer, but motivation did not have the moderating function in the relationships between product innovation and purchase decision. Conclusions: The main factor for product innovation that can be accepted by millennials is the product quality that remains good.
