This paper proposes strategy development to improve the management of Multicultural Family Support Centers by analyzing four Multicultural Family Support Centers (MFSCs) in Chungcheongnam-do. The research was conducted from September 2012 to January 2013. Future directions for the four MFSCs are established based on a SWOT analysis on both the internal and external environments of the centers. Various strategic directions for the four MFSCs were identified based on these analyses. For center A (urban type, college contract type), the strategic directions included the specialization strategy, systemization strategy, empowerment strategy, standardization strategy, and achievement maximization strategy. The strategic directions for center B (urban-rural combined type, social welfare center contract type) included the improvement of multiculture awareness, specialization strategy, human resource development strategy, and networking strategy. For center C (farming and fishing community type, direct management type by local authority), the strategic directions included the specialization strategy, activation strategy, qualification strategy, and networking strategy. For center D (farming and fishing community type, social welfare center contract type), the strategic directions included the specialization strategy, business standardization strategy, human resource development strategy, and network expansion strategy. The suggested management strategy development for the four MFSCs can provide implications for the management of MFSCs in other areas in Korea.

This paper presents a network capacity model that can be used as an analytical tool for strategic planning and resource allocation for multimodal transportation systems. In the context of freight transportation, the multimodal network capacity problem (MNCP) is formulated as a mathematical model of nonlinear bi-level optimization problem. Given network configuration and freight demand for multiple origin-destination pairs, the MNCP model is designed to determine the maximum flow that the network can accommodate. To solve the MNCP, a heuristic solution algorithm is developed on the basis of a linear approximation method. A hypothetical exercise shows that the MNCP model and solution algorithm can be successfully implemented and applied to not only estimate the capacity of multimodal network, but also to identify the capacity gaps over all individual facilities in the network, including intermodal facilities. Transportation agencies and planners would benefit from the MNCP model in identifying investment priorities and thus developing sustainable transportation systems in a manner that considers all feasible modes as well as low-cost capacity improvements.

This study analyzed the centrality of the GVCs network and the value-added-based production structure of the electrical and electronic industries using ADB-MIRO and social network analysis methods. According to the analysis, the centrality and power of the GVSc intermediate goods network were differentiated into China, the United States, and the EU due to the advancement of industrial structure in Asia. In the 2000 network, the United States and Japan had a very strong influence in all aspects, including connectivity and strength. However, in 2017, China's power index rose to number one among 62 countries in the network. Furthermore, this study presented strategic implications of the Korean electrical and electronic industries to respond to the reorganization of GVSs based on the analysis results.

본 논문의 목적은 한국물류기업이 국제 네트워크를 구축하려는 동기요인에 대해서 살펴보고 현 상황에서 가장 적합한 국제 네트워크 구축 방안을 모색하여 한국물류기업의 국제경쟁력을 제고시키는데 있다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물류기업의 국제 네트워크 구축요인 중 네트워크요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물류기업의 국제 네트워크 구축방안에 관한 분석결과 구축방안은 인수합병, 전략적 제휴, 합작법인 형태의 투자방식이 적합한 방안으로 압축되었으며, 전략적 제휴 방식이 가장 선호되는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구결과는 국제화를 준비하는 물류기업과 이를 지원하는 정부에 시사점을 제공한다. 국제화를 준비하는 물류기업들은 현지 기업과의 협력을 통해 현지 네트워크를 활용하는 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이며, 성공적인 국제화를 달성할 수 있는 파트너를 선정하여 전략적 제휴를 체결하는 노력을 경주해야할 것이다. 정부도 물류기업들의 네트워크 구축 및 전략적 제휴 체결이 보다 용이하도록 정책적인 지원을 해야 할 것이다.

본 논문에서는 자신의 이익만을 극대화하도록 이기적인 행동을 하는 애드혹 네트워크의 노드들을 관리하는 새로운 라우팅 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안된 라우팅 기법에서는 무선 노드간의 거리와 남은 에너지를 고려하여 노드 간의 전송 비용을 계산하고 이를 통해 에너지 효율적인 경로를 설정한다. 또한, 해당 경로상의 노드들에게 협조적인 행동을 유도하기 위해 메커니즘 디자인의 일종인 VCG 메커니즘을 이용하여 각 중계 노드에게 인센티브를 제공하고 이를 기반으로 대역폭 예약을 수행해 실시간 데이터에 대한 서비스 품질을 보장하도록 하였다.

The objective of this article is to create a model of integrated management from the framework modeling of a digital collaborative network supported by knowledge engineering to make heritage site in the Brazil more effective. It is an exploratory and qualitative research with thematic analysis as technique of data analysis from the collaborative network, digital platform, world heritage, and tourism themes. The snowballing approach was chosen, and the mapping and classification of relevant studies was developed with the use of the spreadsheet tool and the Mendeley® software. The results show that the collaborative network model oriented towards strategic objectives should be supported by a digital platform that provides a technological environment that adds functionalities and digital platform services with the integration of knowledge engineering techniques and tools, enabling the discovery and sharing of knowledge in the collaborative network.

What are main contents of Balanced National Development Five Years Plan? We will study for contents and policies of the plan's six themes. Six themes of the plan are the drive strategy, the rearing of the worldwide progressive cluster, the local promotion in the strategic industry, the formation of the square national circulation road network, the consolidation of the metropolitan area and the independent drop-out region, and the fund and raising plan. And especially, we will study the details of the national land-structure network formation.

A multi-channel network(MCN) is an organization that works with video platforms, such as YouTube, to offer assistance to channel owners in areas such as "products, programming, funding, cross-promotion, partner management, digital rights management, monetization/sales, and/or audience development" in exchange for a percentage of the ad revenue from the channel. This paper examines the market trends, business trends, and future evolution of an MCN. It also examines the status of the MCN industry in the media industry and the strategic direction for future industry development.

이 글에서는 박근혜 정부가 적극적으로 추진해온 노동시장 구조개혁을 둘러싼 노동정치의 국면에서 한국노총과 민주노총이 보여온 정책대안과 활동전략을 중심으로 우리 노조운동의 전략적 역량을 검토하며 비판적으로 평가하고 있다. 정부 주도의 노동시장유연화 정책이 계획대로 성사된 것은 아니지만, 노동계가 그들이 바라는 고용안정성을 강화하는 진보적인 노동개혁을 관철시키는'파워의 역설'을 이뤄내지 못하였을 뿐 아니라 정부의 개혁정책에 대해 전략적 역량을 제대로 발휘하지 못하였다. 특히, 양노총은 조합원대중의 결집된 동원(조직연대자원)과 시민사회 친노동정치 세력과의 광범한 연대(연결망자원), 우호적 지지여론의 확보-강화(담론자원), 그리고 활동체계 조직자원 등의 효능적 집행(인프라자원)을 이뤄낼 수 있는 전략적 역량을 제대로 행사하지 못해온 것으로 평가된다. 노동시장 구조개혁을 둘러싼 노동정치에 있어 행사되는 노조운동의 전략적 역량에는 대중적 담론의 형성과 확산이 무엇보다 중요하다. 왜냐하면, 제한된 운동자원과 불리한 권력지형의 제약에 놓여 있는 노조운동으로서는 조직 안의 대중적 결집과 강력한 동원을 이뤄냄과 동시에 조직 밖의 시민사회로부터 대중적 지지와 동참을 이끌어낼 수 있는가의 여부가 그들의 정치적 협상력이나 사회적 영향력을 더욱 중요하게 좌우하기 때문이다. 노동개혁을 둘러싼 노동정치의 국면에서 노조운동으로서는 조직안팎에 대한 프레밍 조정 총화 학습의 전략적 능력을 효과적으로 행사하는 것이 더욱 중요해진다. 최근의 노동개혁국면에서 우리 노조운동은 보유한 자원을 제대로 가동-활용치 못하고 타성적 방식으로 저항운동을 전개함으로써 스스로 조직 안팎의 대중으로부터 운동적 효능감을 잃어가고 있는 것에 대해 깊은 성찰이 요구된다. 또한, 노동시장의 진보적 개혁을 도모함에 있어 정 경 언의 보수 권력연합 앞에서 분열된 조직노동과 야당 및 시민사회의 각개적 대응이 무기력할 수 밖에 없는 만큼, 친노동 세력과 집단들간에 유기적 연대-공조 네트워크를 만들어내는 것이 필요하다.

During last ten years, logistics network management has become one of the most important sources of competitive advantage regarding logistics cost and customer service in numerous business segments. The key to success in this dynamic and severe business environment is the ability to design and plan the logistics network optimally in an integrated way. Network design and planning involves many issues relating to strategic, tactical, and operational decisions. To assist a logistics designer or planner, many computer-based decision support systems (DSS) have been developed. In this paper, the issues related to design, development, and implementation of the DSS for logistics network design and planning are discussed, and an ideal framework of the DSS is proposed with some ideas on the future development. Finally, DLNET, the DSS developed by author, is briefly introduced.
