본 연구는 지역전략산업과 연계되어 추진되고 있는 중소기업 산업인력 양성 정책의 효율화방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 산업인력부문의 공급측면과 수요측면을 동시에 접근함으로써 실무적.정책적 시사점을 파악하고자 하였다. 공급측면에 대해서는 지역산업인력 종사자 현황 및 전략산업별 인력공급현황, 지역전략산업 내 인력양성사업을 다루었다. 수요측면에 대해서는 지역전략산업진흥사업에 참여하고 있는 201개의 중소기업을 대상으로 인력수급현황과 산업인력 양성에 관한 기업수요에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 전략산업별 기업수요의 특성이 다르게 나타나고 있어 전략산업별 차별적인 정책방향과 효율성 개선을 위한 시사점을 찾을 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 중앙정부의 산업인력 정책기조와 지역산업 현장의 기업수요를 반영하여 산업인력정책의 효율성을 증대하기 위한 시사점이 될 것이다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyse the relationship between R&D tax support policy and firm innovation activity using data on firms engaged in 12 national strategic technology sectors. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected survey data from 664 companies engaged in national strategic technologies. The data were then analysed using the Propensity Score Matching (PSM) analysis. Findings - First, corporate R&D tax support had a statistically significant positive (+) relationship with firm innovation performance. Second, there was a statistically significant positive (+) relationship with incremental innovation, but there was no statistical significance with radical innovation. Third, there was a statistically significant positive (+) relationship with the firm's first innovation, but there was no statistical significance with the world's first innovation. Fourth, there was a statistically significant positive (+) relationship with the number of R&D projects of a firm. Finally, there was a statistically significant positive (+) relationship with a firm's open innovation. Research implications or Originality - First, in terms of policy effectiveness, the government needs to consider promoting R&D tax support policies in areas where R&D competition is fierce. For private companies engaged in the 12 national strategic technology fields, the R&D tax support policy is working in the direction of promoting corporate innovation activities, and this positive policy effect is likely to be effective in areas where R&D competition is fierce. Second, if the government wants to improve the quality of corporate innovation activities through R&D tax support policies, it needs to provide incentives higher than the current level.

In this study, we conducted technology monitoring to search for the current technology level and new technologies targeting the core technologies selected as "convergence technologies based on advanced ICT". This technology group, selected by the National Research Foundation(NRF) as one of the future-emerging technologies in 2018, consists of 'next-generation millimeter wave wireless communication technology', 'data-centric computing technology', and 'immersive media interface' that can be seen as important technologies in the fourth industrial revolution. It is possible to provide strategic research direction to the R&D-related stakeholders of countries or enterprises by providing information on newly emerged technologies through quantitative analysis based on patent data on these technologies. Therefore, in this study, we proposed a new technology for the convergence technologies based on advaned ICT group through patent data based on the newly emerged IPC code, and also suggested that it can suggest a strategic direction in planning R&D on related technologies.

ERP시스템 구축은 기업의 업무프로세스 개선을 통한 경쟁력 확보가 가장 중요한 요인이며, 한국에서의 기업환경도 2009년 글로벌 금융위기 이후 경쟁력 확보의 중요성이 더욱 중요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 ERP시스템의 도입 시 도입효과에 영향을 미치는 요인(조직특성, 도입시기)을 분석하여, ERP도입효과를 증가시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것을 연구목적으로 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 도입효과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고 기업의 ERP도입으로 인한 기업성과를 개선 할 수 있는 방향성을 제시하였다.

21세기 들어 e-비즈니스의 확산과 더불어 인터넷이라는 개방형 커뮤니케이션구조를 기반으로하는 네트워크기술의 도약적 발전으로 인해 수많은 중개형 e-마켓플레이스들이 등장하였다. 하지만, 이와같은 중개형 e-마켓플레이스들을 통한 기업간 전자상거래를 규모가 예상과 달리 저조함에 따라 현재 인지도가 높은 사이트들조차도 사업을 정리하거나 전환하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기업내부 혹은 기업간 e-비즈니스의 핵심거래기반으로서 논의되어왔던 e-마켓플레이스를 기업에서의 정보기술활용이라는 역사적 관점에서 재조명해보았다. 이를 통해 기업의 e-비즈니스 거래기반으로서의 중개형 e-마켓플레이스들의 위상과 갖추어야 할 비즈니스적 특성을 제시하였다.

OVO is a digital platform that provides simple payments and smart financial services, as well as one of the largest digital payment platforms in Indonesia. It has wide coverage and security when making payments, and supports multiple settlement currencies. The purpose of this study is to explore the history, business model, and future strategic direction of OVO, an Indonesian e-wallet. To date, OVO has built its own mobile payment ecosystem covering a wide range of consumer scenarios including e-commerce, travel, offline shopping and finance. And it supports mobile banking, online banking, debit cards or selected partner merchants. Its three largest transaction categories are in the transportation, retail and e-commerce sectors. With over 110 million consumers and 1.3 million merchant users, it is one of the dominant e-wallets in Indonesian market and has become the country's e-payment market leader. OVO eWallet's 'One Card' model offers convenience and choice for users, thus contributing to the rapid growth of OVO eWallet. And OVO eWallet competes fiercely with other competitors, but OVO eWallet continues to grow in terms of the number of users and market share. Finally, this study analyzes the strategic goals and plans of OVO eWallet, predicts its future direction. OVO eWallet has a huge success, but there are still competition and challenges to face.

본 연구는 기업의 전략적 위치 변화에 성과 피드백, 정당성 그리고 준거집단 성과의 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 성과 피드백은 목표수준을 기준으로 기업의 성과를 평가한다는 것이다. 선행 연구는 이 이론을 바탕으로 위험감수, 연구개발비 변화 등 여러 기업의 행동을 밝혔다. 여기에서는 성과 피드백에 의한 기업의 전략적 위치 변화와 함께 기업을 둘러싼 환경적 요인인 정당성 그리고 준거집단 성과의 조절효과를 살펴 세 가지 가설을 제시하였다. 북미 원유 및 천연가스 산업을 분석하여 1997년부터 2010년까지 538개 기업을 관찰하여 가설을 검증한 결과 모두 지지되었다. 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 성과가 목표수준보다 낮아짐에 따라, 그 전략적 위치가 산업의 평균에서 더욱 멀어진다. 둘째, 산업의 밀도가 증가함에 따라, 기업의 성과가 목표수준보다 낮아짐에 따라 그 전략적 위치가 산업 평균에서 멀어지는 경향이 약해진다. 셋째, 준거집단의 성과가 하락하면, 기업의 성과가 목표수준보다 낮아짐에 따라 그 전략적 위치가 산업 평균에서 멀어지는 경향이 강해진다. 이 결과를 토대로 기업의 전략적 위치 변화를 이해하기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

국방개혁과 안보환경의 변화, 저출산으로 인한 병역자원 부족 등으로 우리도 병역체계 변화를 준비해야 할 시기가 도래하고 있다. 이에 선진국의 병역체계를 연구하여 우리의 실정에 맞는 제도를 갖춰 나가는 것이 바람직한 방법이다. 미 육군의 경우는 통합된 입대절차를 보장하기 위해 교육사 예하에 입대사령부를 창설하였으며, 그 예하에 모병사령부, 후보생사령부, 육군훈련소를 두고 있으며, 한국 육군은 인사사령부를 창설하여 현행 인사관리와 병력 획득업무를 총괄하고 있다. 한국도 미국이 시행착오를 범하면서 지나온 과정을 겪고 있다. 현재 우리는 사회적 정치적 이슈의 변화와 신세대의 요구 등에서 모병환경이 변하고 있다. 최근의 변화요소들 중에 모병에 유리할 것은 청년인구와 젊은이들이 공무원이나 안정된 직업을 원하고 있다는 것과 실업률 증가, 대학 학기상승과 관련한 재정적인 부담, 아프가니스탄 및 이라크 등 전쟁관련 국민의 관심 증대, 다양한 군복무 지원정책의 개발 등이 있다. 미 육군의 모병업무는 기본적으로 경영학적 모델을 연구하여 적용하고 있으며, 모병 홍보전략을 풍부한 재정적 뒷받침 하에 수립하고, 연방정부로부터 각종 통계자료와 D/B를 제공받아 활용하면서 많은 대학, 연구소들과 연계된 프로그램을 개발하고 타군과도 긴밀히 관계를 유지하며 적극적으로 모병업무를 수행하고 있다. 우리도 과학적인 체계를 구축하여 통합된 모병을 해야하는 시점에 와 있다.

본 연구에서는 기업 경쟁력의 제고를 통하여 최적화된 경영환경을 조성하고, 기업의 효율성을 높이는데 필요한 혁신 수단인 공급사슬관리를 위한 동적역량의 활용 방향성과 전략을 찾을 수 있는 방안들에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 시장과 기술은 전략적 방향과 문화로 기업이 보유한 정형화된 동적역량에 맞추고, 프로세스에는 공급사슬관리를 위한 동적역량과 관련된 기술을 반영하여 활용할 때에 보다 높은 기업성과를 창출할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 시장지향성과 기술지향성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향과 동적역량이 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과는 시장지향성과 기술지향성은 동적역량에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 동적역량은 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 동적역량은 시장지향성, 기술지향성과 기업성과 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 검증되었으며, 동적역량의 매개효과로 기업의 시장지향성과 기술지향성이 기업성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증 분석되었다.

본 연구는 지역전략산업과 연계되어 추진되고 있는 중소기업지원정책의 효율성 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 전략산업 내 중소기업의 기업지원수요를 바탕으로 맞춤형 기업지원 정책방향을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 우리는 정책의사결정(지역사업의 사업포트폴리오전략, 효율적 사업비 배분, 중점추진과제 등)에 활용하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 지역전략산업진흥사업에 참여하고 있는 243개의 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 전략산업별 참여기업들의 특성이 다르게 나타나고 있어 이에 대한 맞춤형 정책창출의 시사점을 도출하였다. 이러한 결과들은 중앙정부 주도의 지역산업 정책기조와 산업현장의 정책수요를 반영하여 지역산업정책의 효율성을 증대하기 위한 시사점이 될 것이다.
