The rapid advancement of drone technology has led to the emergence of drone swarms, a game-changing concept in modern warfare. This study explores the military applications, countermeasures, and strategic implications of drone swarms. By examining the current trends in drone swarm development and deployment, this research highlights the potential of this technology to revolutionize the battlefield. The study also investigates the challenges and vulnerabilities associated with drone swarms, emphasizing the need for effective countermeasures. Through an analysis of multi-sensor fusion, directed energy weapons, and artificial intelligence, this research proposes comprehensive strategies to counter the threats posed by drone swarms. Furthermore, the study delves into the ethical and legal issues surrounding the use of autonomous drone swarms, underscoring the necessity for international norms and regulations. The findings of this research contribute to the understanding of the transformative impact of drone swarms on military strategy and national security, while providing valuable insights for policymakers, military strategists, and researchers in the field.

The study attempts to investigate the causes of Sino-U.S. trade friction in recent years and provides countermeasures accordingly. The import and export volume of two countries, the product structure of China's export, the 337th Act lawsuits related to China, the industries involved in trade friction, and the G-L Index of Sino-U.S. Products are analyzed in detail. The causes of Sino-US trade frictions are discussed from the aspect of mercantilism and trade protectionism, interest groups and governments' trade policies, Chinese product structure, intellectual property protection in China, and performance of Chinese enterprises in litigation. Based on these, countermeasures are put forward. China needs to implement industrial upgrading, increasing the added value of products, and improving intellectual property protection. A trade friction warning system also needs to be constructed. The Chinese government needs to carry out strategic dialogue and international negotiation.

Information security is a critical issue for national defense. This paper provides a result of a study on the countermeasures to the North Korean Asymmetric Strategy-'Cyber Surprise Attack'. After the attack on Yeonpyeong island, the North Korea threatened there will be more surprise attack to the South Korea. Based on the analysis of 'Stuxnet' cyber attack to Iran and China, the North Korean surprise attack may be 'Stuxnet'class cyber attack. This paper several strategic countermeasures in order to overcome the anticipated the North Korean cyber surprise attack.

Purpose - Through multinational corporate ethics and environmental, social, and governance (ESG), various policy and strategic countermeasures for transparent management in the management and economic fields are presented. Research design, data, and methodology - A literature review is conducted to find important areas for transparent management and to summarize and present transparent management countermeasures based on simple brainstorming opinions from experts. Result - Issues facing transparent management are presented. In particular, multinational enterprises present cases involving prevention of transfer prices and tax avoidance in relation to Industry 4.0. Additionally, a plan is presented to establish a corruption-free economic system through the practice of ESG transparency, ethical management of social enterprises, and transparent management. Conclusion - According to the brainstorming opinions of experts, ESG management and ethical management should be the cornerstone of transparent management in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to institutionally supplement the imposition of digital taxes on fourth industrial companies.

After the Cold War, international terrorism and related issues have been the most urgent problems. However, Korea hasn't recognized this seriousness due to relatively slight damage. Yet the interest about the international maritime terrorism and related issues is increasing as the maritime terrorism issues emerged. This is because Korea is located next to three oceans and majority of international trades depend largely on international maritime transportation due to its scarce natural resources. Therefore this study has the purpose that it reviews the advanced researches and documents, analyzes the priority about response system against international maritime terrorism, suggests the practical solutions. For these purposes, it conducted Delphi technique to international maritime terrorism experts with response system factors selected among the advanced researches and documents. As the result of analysis, this study figured out that legal and institutional countermeasures are needed as international measures, strategic countermeasures are needed as domestic measures to set up the response system against international maritime terrorism. Synthetically, for the efficient and practical counteract against international maritime terrorism, the response institute against international maritime terrorism and the awareness of relevant experts are preferentially necessary.

This study started with the awareness that domestic studies on China's maritime gray zone strategy have been following the analysis results of previous studies, and that only principled positions and directions for countermeasures remain at the 'declarative and conceptual' level. In order to overcome the above problems, the author analyzed the maritime gray zone strategy being developed in the South China Sea, East China Sea, and the West Sea and Ieodo areas, recognizing that China is developing a maritime gray area strategy based on the 'three warfare' that constitutes its own strategic culture. As a result of the analysis, it is predicted that China's maritime gray zone strategy will be more aggressive in order to occupy the West Sea and Ieodo in the future. As a concept of our naval response strategy, The author proposed to 'neutralize' the development effect of 'three warfare', the basis of China's maritime gray zone strategy, to stop the gradual change in the phenomenon induced by China, and to continuously pursue 'return' to a maritime order based on norms and rules. In this study, a 'concrete and systemized' countermeasure to implement this was presented.

Recently, as the awareness of fine dust has increased in Korea, various countermeasures have been suggested. This study examines the current status of fine dust free zones at home and abroad in order to analyze changes in guest space according to the occurrence of fine dust and to find activity patterns. I would like to predict and find implications. The purpose of this study is to forecast demand centering on domestic and foreign countermeasures for dust and domestic industry. In order to secure competitiveness for the smart city in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the research is aimed at proposing a strategic plan to cope with the fine dust that is a threat to urban space. The purpose of this study is to verify the economic effects of the on going Korea-EU FTA negotiations upon the regional economy and to present some strategic economic countermeasures to deal with the forthcoming changes on the economic environments. In comparing with the industrial structure between Korea and EU, due to the different specific part of their industrial competitiveness both parts would have complementary cooperative transactions and trade as well. And also Korea and EU would have the similar understanding of the importance of the field of agriculture and service in accordance with the economic standpoint respectively. The level of degree and magnitude of the effect of Korea-EU FTA upon the regional economy would be decided in accordance with the industrial structure and the level of income of the regional economy. We are not to confirm and specify the economic influences of Korea-EU FTA negotiations on the economic conditions of Gangwon province but to prepare rational economic countermeasures fit to its structural character. One of the political strategies that might be feasible is the inflow of foreign direct investment from the developed European countries to the regional economy. This developing model would mean a new experiment to activate any regional economy and a new formation of the policy of economic growth.

During the last decades, many destructive earthquakes occurred in Algeria, particularly in the northern part of the country (Chlef (1980), Constantine (1985), Tipaza (1989), Mascara (1994), Ain-Benian (1996), Ain Temouchent (1999), Beni Ourtilane (2000), and recently $Boumerd{\acute{e}}s$ (2003), causing enormous losses in human lives, buildings and equipments. In order to reduce this risk and avoid serious damages to the strategic existing buildings, the authorities of the country, aware of this risk and in order to have the necessary elements that let them to know and estimate the potential losses in advance, with an acceptable error, and to take the necessary countermeasures, decided to invest into seismic upgrade, strengthening and retrofitting of those buildings. To do so, seismic vulnerability study of this category of buildings has been considered. Structural analysis is performed based on the site investigation (inspection of the building, collecting data, materials characteristics, general conditions of the building, etc.), and existing drawings (architectural plans, structural design, etc.). The aim of these seismic vulnerability studies is to develop guidelines and a methodology for rehabilitation of existing buildings. This paper presents the methodology, based on non linear and seismic analysis of existing buildings, followed in this study and summarizes the vulnerability assessment and strengthening of one of the strategic buildings according to the new Algerian code RPA 99/version 2003. As a direct application of this methodology, both, static equivalent method and non linear dynamic analysis, of composite concrete masonry existing building in the city of "CONSTANTINE", located in the east side of ALGERIA, are presented in this paper.

We can not respond asymmetric warfare effectively. The asymmetric operation is performed in asymmetric methods and means with different characteristics and functions to their enemy. And the character of the asymmetric operation have 'heterogeneity' and 'superiority' in principle. The type of asymmetric strategy is complex and diverse. Since we can classify the type of the asymmetric strategy in many different way and we must study in many ways and aspects. When we study asymmetric war previous cases from modern to ancient era, we can find that the key factors of the victory have superiority of the asymmetric strategy and discriminatory measures. The asymmetry is created when one party has to adapt to the strategic environment. If we want to secure a strategic advantage, we must take a number of case studies and countermeasures for asymmetric warfare.
