In 2015, Summits of State and Government at United Nations General Assembly agreed to set the world on a path towards Sustainable Development(SD) through the adoption of the 2030 Agenda. 2030 Agenda adopts 17 Sustainable Development Gooals(SDG) to achieve 3 pillars of social security, economic efficiency and environmental integrity. Sustainable Development Indicators(SDI) which are suggested by UN SDSN(United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network), have been developed for measuring SDG implementation, by which Sustainability Assessment(SA) can be accomplished to check through more holistic approaches to poverty alleviation, social inclusion and environmental management. In Korea, Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment(SEIA) has been applied to PPP(policy, plan, program) by 'Ministry of Environment', whereas 'National Land Planning Assessment(NLPA) which is one sort of SEA has been implemented to evaluate PPP of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport'. Although SEIA and NLPA have been utilized as decision-making support tools for stakeholders including high authorities, the reference criteria of these institutions are not considered as convincible and communicable. Evaluation criteria of alternatives which are core principles for SEIA and NLPA seem so ambiguous and unscientific. Through incorporation of SDI into SEIA, a convenient, quick and credible diagnosis of the key dimensions of SD comprising social equity, economic development and environmental management, can help develop a shared understanding of priorities of implementation of SDG.
Smart City Technology, which is significant in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, greatly increases the efficiency and productivity of cities nowadays. The purpose of this study is to present a strategic approach for industrial revitalization and overseas export by analyzing the current status of smart city-related companies and discovering high-priority smart city technologies. To this end, the smart city theory and ASEAN smart city were reviewed through prior research, and a survey of companies with domestic smart city technology was conducted. As a result of the survey, it is revealed that companies with smart city technology in Korea are highly willing to export to ASEAN countries. There is a strong desire to export the following technologies: construction, traffic, green·energy, etc. And there was a high willingness to export the following services: IoT, platform, AI, etc. The following solutions have been proposed as solutions to Strategic Plans to Promote the Export: 1) Deregulation and incentives, 2) Global human resource development, 3) Information provision and strengthening of local networks, 4) Financial and public relations support.

Health promotion has more comprehensive approaches in recent years. Nevertheless we accept the concept of health promotion differently, we are agree on that community is the most important field in health promotion which includes population at the aspect of health policy, individual skill and, environment. And there are a number of different approaches to health promotion. In them, 'population approaches' and 'high -risk group approaches' has the most different characteristics. 'Population approaches' is equally important or more important than 'individual approaches' for maintaining and promoting population health. Almost part of this article contents is the summary of the guideline and population strategy of health promotion in Korea, 1999 - 2005. Community based health promotion program should be reinforced, integrated, comprehensive, collaborative through efficiently utilizing community resources. Recent new orientation of community health program is integrated health program, we can find this orientation at Ottawa charter 1986. Comprehensive approaches with the determinant factors for health are essential task. Physical activity is a key health determinant. The population-health approach suggests that educating people about physical activity is not enough. Individual behavior changes are important too, but need to be balanced with strategies for environmental change. Population strategy with physical activity for health promotion should be developed through improving social and physical supportive environment, linking and integrating community resources between public and private sectors in national, regional and local level. Continuous public education and social marketing should be provided through collaborating with community physical activity organization, facilities, work-places and school for increasing concern of all the people of community about physical activity. Governments, agencies and citizens should held and participate to building movement. And the strategy that various 'active for life' program should be developed, delivered, maintained and reinforced continuously. Basically, adequate and sufficient financing, developing human resources, policies and legislation would be provided and supported fully too. At last, research development and knowledge exchange are required domestically and internationally. In Korea, we had classified the category of strategic priority of physical activity programs by environmental support, life-course approach, high-risk group approach and disease group approach for physical activity program based on community health center. Community based core programs for physical activity that includes infrastructure building and establishment of supporting environment, community campaign, health promotion education and public service announcement, physical activity programs for elderly and obesity, exercise prescription program.
The study is intended to develop the measures to introduce the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) project manager (Environmental Assessor), who will be responsible for leading the EIA task. This role requires a quality standard of expertise in the area of natural science, social science, knowledge and technology on environment design mechanism, and the integrated approaches that combine the relevant policies and systems. To facilitate the system, the certificate will be given to the person who is well acquainted with the knowledge on EIA with relevant experiences, thereby authorizing them to coordinate the assessment task for reliable outcome. Hence, the need for introducing the system is very crucial. The EIA project manager, as a guide for an EIA project team, shall be the person who has a comprehensive understanding of the project, the knowledge about the principal for implementation of EIA and the expertise in structuring the management system, with a skill to maintain the good relationship with the people engaged in the project. To that end, it is highly recommended to set up such a certificate system to be incorporated in the college curriculum.
As in all other parts in the body, oral tissue also undergoes dramatic changes with increasing age. Since these changes occasionally go beyond physiological scope, which may result in pathological changes, it is essential for dentist to understand changes caused by normal aging process. With increasing age, tooth morphology and occlusion also varies, especially loss of hard tissue, which is taking place in lifelong time, occurs as a result of tooth wear. When this loss of hard tissue is presented rapidly or excessively, functional and esthetical problems are raised, resulting in lowering quality of life of patient as well as making dental treatment for oral rehabilitation even more complex. Therefore, based on understanding of change in occlusion with increasing age, strategic approaches for maintenance of oral health in both functional and esthetic aspect are required as appropriate restoration and maintenance for progressive tooth wear enables desirable occlusal relationship. Carefully planned-restorative treatment in accordance with changed occlusal relationship is also required in the same context. Instead of taking changes in oral tissue as only a consequence of ageing, it is vital to educate patient and his or her guardian, assuring maintenance of oral hygiene and regular dental check-up are of utmost importance for improved oral health.

This study aims to recognize customers' real sentiment and then discover the data-driven insights for strategic decision-making in the financial sector of Saudi Arabia. The data was collected from the social media (Facebook and Twitter) from start till October 2018 in financial companies (NCB, Al Rajhi, and Bupa) selected in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to criteria. Then, it was analyzed using a sentiment analysis, one of data mining techniques. All three companies have similar likes and followers as they serve customers as B2B and B2C companies. In addition, for Al Rajhi no negative sentiment was detected in English posts, while it can be seen that Internet penetration of both banks are higher than BUPA, rarely mentioned in few hours. This study helps to predict the overall popularity as well as the perception or real mood of people by identifying the positive and negative feelings or emotions behind customers' social media posts or messages. This research presents meaningful insights in data-driven approaches using a specific data mining technique as a tool for corporate decision-making and forecasting. Understanding what the key issues are from customers' perspective, it becomes possible to develop a better data-based global strategies to create a sustainable competitive advantage.

In this increasingly globalised and rapidly-changing world, the various challenges that can arise are also increasingly globalised and complex. These may range from economic, environmental, societal or even demographic challenges. Solutions should therefore be applicable world-wide, but they need to be properly adapted to the specifications and needs at the regional and country level. This implies that past models of centralised innovation can be progressively substituted by new approaches based on openness and strategic collaboration between the various players involved. There are various models of openness and collaboration in research, development and innovation creating scientific networks at different levels. This paper is designed in a way to present the concept of smart specialisation and clusters and how they are linked and contribute to the support of Smart Specialisation Strategy in the Asian countries. The following paragraphs describe how smart specialisation is applied and the importance of clusters in developing a S3 strategy. In addition, the status of cluster policies in Asia as well as the steps towards S3 are also presented. The status of cluster policies and their steps towards S3 policies in Asia are described. The approach of China to adopt S3 in their R&I policy is also presented. The scope of this paper, is to demonstrate the policy framework of cluster and S3 policies in the region of Asia and how they are applied. China has been further analysed as a case, since they are more active in applying such policies.
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of consumer's preferences for foreign products and extrinsic cues such as brand, country of origin, and corporate reputation on the consumer's evaluation which includes the construct of perceived quality, and loyalty. In addition, this paper is aimed to provide Korean firms insights in strategic approaches about foreign consumers behavior. A conceptual model is developed and empirically tested against a sample of university students in Korea, who have buying experience of products from multinational firms. 290 samples were used for this analysis. Results of multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 show that consumer's preferences for foreign products, brand awareness, and corporate reputation have a significant effect on the perceived quality of the product from multinational firms. The most important factor to influence the perceived quality was found to be a corporate reputation. But country of origin had not significant effect. Also it is found that both product and product related service quality are positive and statistically significant in explaining the customer's loyalty. Implications for increasing perceived quality and customer's loyalty for Korean products in the global market are discussed.

Public rental apartment has suffered social exclusion problem, stemmed from its closed planing for a very specific range of the disadvantaged population. Thereby, it has been recognized as a disliked residential facility. To alleviate this problem, various approaches have been tried such as ownership-tenant mixture, and different unit size mixture. The purpose of this study is to grasp the expected social relation among neighboring residents according to socially integrative planing elements such as ownership, unit size and family life cycle match. Thirty eight graduate students in architecture and housing field responded to the questionnaire which was specifically made to identify relations of 28 neighboring situations based on $2{\times}2{\times}2$ variable composition. Frequency, percentage and MDS(multidimensional scaling) were used to analyze data. As a result, the order of preferred matchy were identified. The match between rental/small/children group and ownership/middle/children group was turned out to be the most desirable while the match between rental/small/children family group and rental/small/elderly group was found the least desirable. Spatial representations of the relationships among 8 household types were delineated. In conclusion, the definite patterns of the favorable and unfavorable match were found. This result is expected to be used as a reference in developing a strategic match to promote the rental apartments social integration in Korea.
