Due to the expansion of cyber space, war patterns are also changing from traditional warfare to cyber warfare. Cyber warfare is the use of computer technology to disrupt the activities of nations and organizations, especially in the defense sector. However, the defense against effective cyber threat environment is inadequate. To complement this, a new cyber warfare operation concept is needed. In this paper, we study the concepts of cyber intelligence surveillance reconnaissance, active defense and response, combat damage assessment, and command control in order to carry out cyber operations effectively. In addition, this paper proposes the concept of cyber warfare operation that can achieve a continuous strategic advantage in cyber battlefield.
The aim of this paper was to study the theoretical background of the convention industry firstly, in which will serve to seek for more efficient plan of promotion. As a result of it, it is found that the convention industry has the characteristics similar to service industry rather than manufacturing, as well as complicated, interdependent ones which are closely related to every field of industries. This paper also considers the advertising, human marketing, and public relations as measures of promoting the convention industry in order to maximize its promotion activities with the characteristics of service industry and establish the plan of promoting the industry. For the effective adoption of these measures in the convention industry, the measures is analyzed by considering the properties and degrees of some convention centers respectively after the strength and weakness of each measure shall be compared. As these measures are mostly shore-run projects, there will be necessary to keep in close touch with other complementary measures in adoption of measures of promotion.
The relationship between Korean bank and customer are known as rigidity compare to other industry. The conservative organizational culture is often found in Korean banks. Today, Korean banks are facing dramatic change in digital world in that new wave in online intensifies the connectivity with bank customers and potentials. The introduction of social media would force to develop new marketing strategy in terms of the relationship oriented behavior. The case study presents the findings of a social media marketing strategy which was conducted in Industrial Bank of Korea in 2009-2011. More specifically, the study was designed to determine and evaluate the importance of social media marketing by retail bank in strategic instrument. Also it sets out to determine the perceived usefulness of the relationship oriented services offered by banks to their visitors and followers what these banks can do in order to improve bank services to improve competitive. Using the six relationship activity factors, the banks were examined in the study, a set of core activities (trusty worthy, empathy, shared value, emotional bonding, rich communication) are defined and described.
Purpose By participating in the business ecosystems, customers make both positive and negative impacts in the ecosystem. In particular, users of platform businesses participate in the business ecosystem as partial employees who voluntarily create and manage content. According to the organizational behavior literature, employees' psychological ownership toward the organization has an influence on the organizational competitiveness. Thus, with an assumption that customers gain psychological ownership toward the business that they participate in, it is important to analyze the process and the factors that influence their psychological ownership. This study proposes a research model that describes the process: customers undertake customer socialization, which then lead them to participate in the business-level and the business ecosystem-level activities. Through the participation, customers gain psychological ownership toward the business. Design/methodology/approach Based on a structural equation model, this study analyzes the data regarding the factors in the research model. Data was collected by surveying college students who represent themselves as Facebook and DaumKakao users. By analyzing the collected data, the relationships are validated between customer socialization and customer participations (i.e., both business-level and business ecosystem-level participation), and between the participations and customers' psychological ownership. Findings Based on the validation, this study confirms the importance of managing customers' psychological ownership and offers customers' participation by their socialization as a solution for increasing customers' psychological ownership. Also, this study proposes the business ecosystem research model as the general research framework for future research and expands the scope of strategic management from the individual level strategy to the business ecosystem wide perspective.

According to the very rapid technological change and market mega-trends, the ITU(International Telecommunication Union) is now under Reform. In line with whole ITU reform, ITU-T (ITU- Telecommunications Standardization Sector) as global standards development organization has setup the two major environment such as ITU-T resolutions and new standards approval process for new study period 2001-2904 in the WTSA-2900. In this paper, we analyze on detailed EDH(Electronic Document Handling) activities, EDH related resolution and Methods as strategic tools within the ITU-T and its application to the New approval process which is described in ITU-T Recommendation A.8(AAP). Finally, we discuss future ITU-T EDH policy and suggest direction of Korean EDH policy.
The distribution sector is affected by a wide range of regulations. Many of these are related to health and safety, others are related to urban planning and environmental issues, whereas some mainly have an economic basis. But, regulations many be unduly restrictive, in which case they can drive up costs and ultimately prices, or they may, in some cases, reduce consumer choice. Unduly restrictive regulations could also increase costs indirectly, by reducing competition and thus lead to lower productivity growth. In the past few years, distribution sector has gone through drastic changes due to deregulation and market opening. Implementation of regulatory reforms served as an opportunity to change laws and systems which had been an obstacle to development of distribution sector. Market opening of distribution sector became a turning point to promote competition among domestic and foreign firms. However, for small and medium scale of the typical retail enterprises which were in no position to compete in terms of prices, additional facilities, and services, faced a threat of diminished trading area, and even of their existence. Because, large firms may have greater market power than small firms, as they can more easily extract favorable terms when procuring goods, and may also be able to deter entry by advertising outlays or access to the best sites. In addition, larger chain stores armied with sufficient capital dominated trading area and reduced customer's welfare by abusing their monopoly power when competing with other shops, and are often cited as an example of adverse effects of local monopoly. In order to minimize such adverse effects and to foster competition, regulatory reforms in distribution sector should set its goal to promote sound and stable distribution activities through market principle and restoring competition principle, and ultimately to boost customers welfare. Therefore, deregulation in distribution sector should be implemented in a way to promote customers welfare, eliminate entry barriers, and expand competition principle such as productivity and efficiency competition. However, it should be also recognized that deregulation of system alone is not enough to develop the distribution sector. To compete in a increasingly concentrated industry, small enterprises increasingly engage in co-operative arrangements, such as buying groups, strategic alliances or franchise agreements.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the logical and legal basis for the development of new branch libraries of the National Library of Korea(NLK) and then to propose the strategic direction of planning the branch(es) as an appropriate model for the future delivery of NLK services. In this research, it is emphasized that the branch(es) of the NLK should not be perceived as "another large public library, " but rather be planned to help consolidate and expand the basic roles of the NLK and reinforce its identity as a national library. In addition, it is recommended that the branch(es) should be located outside the Seoul Metropolitan area to facilitate the services to the larger public, and some programs and activities for the underprivileged and the multi-cultural families in our society as well.
Our society is increasingly dependent on the Internet, and this trend will be accelerating in the ear of All-IP convergence. As the core infrastructure of the All-IP convergence, the next generation Internet should enable end-to-end Quality of Service(e2e QoS). For that purpose, major international standardization institutes such as ITU(International Telecommunication Union) and IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) are building the concept and architecture of the Next Generation Network(NGN). However, these institutes focus only on technical issues, and leave many business/policy-oriented challenges unresolved. For example, the standards raised by ITU assume that the entire service delivery process for e2e QoS services is perfectly working. But required is a standardized business interface and process for seamless inter-operations across many stakeholders including ISPs(Internet Service Providers), CPs(Content Providers), so on. On the other hand, TMF(TeleManagement Forum) and QuEST(Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunication) Forum, global consortiums of telecom operators and vendors, present sets of interface rules and process which playa crucial role as de facto standards: for example, NGOSS/eTOM and TL9000 authorization system. However, these standards focus on telephone services, and provide little principle for the next generation Internet. Our study seeks a way to combine these two strains for a successful implementation of NGN. In particular, we find a missing link in the NGN architecture and the elements that could be complemented with the help of NGOSS/eTOM and TL9000. Finally, presented is a strategic direction that our standardization policy should purse in order to reinforce our global leadership for the next generation Internet.
Purpose - The Purpose of this study is to observe the value of LOHAS as an exhibition that is perceived to be a specialized local exhibition with good fame and differentiated advantage as well as the spectators' will to visit the exhibition coming from the future behavior intention of visitors. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to achieve the purpose of this study, This study organized questionnaire after setting a hypothesis based on the theoretical background from the parameters. verification of the hypothesis by statistically analyzing the answers for questionnaire follows. Finally, the implication of this study is drawn through comprehensive discussion while This study indicated from the limits of the study and future direction for research. This study set up a model to research the influence on the structuring factors in LOHAS exhibition in forming perceived value, customer satisfaction and future behavior intention. Frequency analysis was used for getting demographic characteristics, verification of plausibility, reliability of measured parameters and factors analysis. This study have performed verification of difference at selection property level based on multiple regression analysis and demographic nature. Results - To summarize the study result, through the verification of hypothesis about meaningful influence among structuring factors in LOHAS exhibition, perceived value and customer satisfaction shows some noticeable points to focus on. That is, it is established things that partial adoption and meaning relationship of partial influence. The perceived value affected both customer satisfaction and future behavior intention meaningfully. Conclusions - This study could note that in the structuring factors of LOHAS exhibition, perceived value for visitors and customer satisfaction play their roles positively on the future behavior intention. In conclusion, this study implies that strategic measures are necessary to fulfill the structuring factors of LOHAS exhibition as they would make positive impact on acknowledged value, customer satisfaction and future behavior intention to contribute to the growth and development of LOHAS exhibition. Also it suggests that the method to join each other with activities is necessary to strengthen the properties of the exhibition and position well to be a solid local exhibition.

Competitiveness of small and medium companies often rely on the competency of their employees. Many employees however try to move to better environments if possible, which results in high uncertainty in maintaining solid human resources. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influencing factors of turnover intention and organizational loyalty of the early experienced, especially three to five years experienced, employees in the small and medium enterprises. A survey had been conducted using both LMX (Leader Member eXchange) and TMX (Team Member eXchange) as an effort to test the impact of strategic human resource management factors on turnover intension and organizational loyalty. It has been observed that the level of LMX is critical on the turnover intension, while the levels of LMX and TMX are positively related to the organizational loyalty. Especially significant mediation effect affects on the organizational loyalty for TMX via LMX in the serial structure. The human resource management factors become effective under the circumstances where leader and team members exchange activities are activated. These findings can be used in reducing turnover intention and increasing organizational loyalty of early experienced employees by enhancing the leadership training of middle level managers of the small and medium enterprises organizations. Besides, a set of active communication channels should be provided for the young employees so that they can share their work experiences and difficulties within the organization. The key results of this study may help the practitioners set up a management plan to maintain a low turnover rate for their organizations.
