Hybrid simulation (HS) is a versatile tool for structural performance evaluation under dynamic loads. Although real structural responses are often multiple-directional owing to an eccentric mass/stiffness of the structure and/or excitations not along structural major axes, few HS in this field takes into account structural responses in multiple directions. Multi-directional loading is more challenging than uni-directional loading as there is a nonlinear transformation between actuator and specimen coordinate systems, increasing the difficulty of suppressing loading error. Moreover, redundant actuators may exist in multi-directional hybrid simulations of large-scale structures, which requires the loading strategy to contain ineffective loading of multiple actuators. To address these issues, lately a new strategy was conceived for accurate reproduction of desired displacements in bi-directional hybrid simulations (BHS), which is characterized in two features, i.e., iterative displacement command updating based on the Jacobian matrix considering nonlinear geometric relationships, and force-based control for compensating ineffective forces of redundant actuators. This paper performs performance validation and application of this new mixed loading strategy. In particular, virtual BHS considering linear and nonlinear specimen models, and the diversity of actuator properties were carried out. A validation test was implemented with a steel frame specimen. A real application of this strategy to BHS on a full-scale 2-story frame specimen was performed. Studies showed that this strategy exhibited excellent tracking performance for the measured displacements of the control point and remarkable compensation for ineffective forces of the redundant actuator. This strategy was demonstrated to be capable of accurately and effectively reproducing the desired displacements in large-scale BHS.

본 논문에서는 해석결과를 보정하여 고층 건축물의 기둥축소 예측값과 실제값 간의 오차를 최소화하기 위한 해석보정법이 제안되었다. 이를 위하여 41층 규모의 철근 콘크리트 건물에 대한 시공단계해석이 수행되었으며, 해석결과는 기둥과 코어로 나뉘어 네 가지의 가정된 계측결과들과 비교되었다. 해석보정은 기둥에서는 오차 한계를 넘어서는 시공단계에서 코어에서는 모든 시공단계에 적용되었으며, 해석이 보정된 이후에도 지속적으로 오차가 발생하므로 해석보정이 자주 수행될수록 오차는 감소하였다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 제안된 해석보정 방법을 적용함으로써 장기적인 축소값이 실제값과 유사하게 예측될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

대통령기록물은 일반적인 공공기록물과 비교하여 사료적 가치가 높다고 평가되며, 당대의 사회상을 풍부하게 반영한 신뢰성 있는 자료로서 교육 분야에 있어서 그 활용성과 가치가 높다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대통령기록관의 정보기관으로써의 역할 증대와 대통령기록관에 대한 긍정적 인식을 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 G러닝환경에서 대통령기록물을 활용한 모바일 교육 콘텐츠를 개발할 수 있는 방법론을 제안하고자 하였다. 대통령기록물을 활용한 G러닝 모바일 콘텐츠 개발에 대한 방법론 7단계 - 사전계획, 사전 설계, 대통령기록물 선정, 대통령기록물 스토리텔링, 스토리보드 제작, 게임 구현, 공유 및 평가 - 를 먼저 제안한 후, 5학년 학생을 대상으로 한 교육 콘텐츠를 구현 사례로 제시하였다.

최근 건설 회사들은 기능 인력의 부족현상과 고령화 현상, 그리고 선 시공 후 분양 제도의 도입 가능성 등에 대비하기 위하여 대형 시스템 거푸집의 사용을 선호하고 있다. 이러한 관심과 노력의 결과로 국내 초고층 건축의 경우는 층당 3-4일의 골조공기를 달성하고 있으나, 우리나라 건설사업의 90%이상을 차지하고 있는 공동주택, 그 중 대부분을 차지하고 있는 중층 RC조 아파트의 경우는 6-8일 정도의 층당골조공기를 형성하고 있다. 이는 북미 일반 RC조 주거건축 층당공기 대비 50%수준에 머물러 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행 연구를 통하여 도출된 공기단축의 가능성을 가진 요소기술들을 적용한 Mock-up Test를 통하여 현장적용가능성 및 개선방안을 검토하였다. 또한 기존 6day-Cycle의 단위생산성 및 T/C 가용율에 대하여 분석하고, 기존공정대비 공기단축형 공정모델의 단위생산성 및 T/C 가용율을 비교하였다.

Nowadays researchers attach a great importance to the problems concerned with scientific information in the field of science and engineering. There are some reasons for it, that is, ⅰ) the amount of scientific information increases in proportion to the activities of scientists and engineers, so it is difficult to pick up a real valuable information ⅱ) it becomes more important to use a variety of information in proportion to the spread ofthe branch of science ⅲ) since the medium of scientific information is mostly technical papers, it is very difficult to mechanically transact these papers and to keep all documents and scientific informations for a long time. To cope with these difficult situations, many technical skills have been developed, for example, data-base, automatic information retrieval, micro-film and so on. But there are comparatively few investigation on the matter how the researchers who are users and producers think about the systematization of scientific information usage, so this paper investigates the thought and information needs of researchers, and proposes a basis of a method for systematization of scientific information usage. The author inspects the actual conditions of scientific information, reconsider the method which has been used and investigates the matter of how researchers whose interest is closely related to the study of marine affairs think about problems of scientific information usage by thequestionarie of Fuzzy-DEMATEL method. Also, FSM which is method for structuring hierarchy for the several complex problems on the basis of fuzzy sets theory is adopted as a tool of analysis. We can understand the key problems and make a story to solve the systematization of scientific information usage from the results of the analysis and those results will be directly applicable to construct a new system for scientific information usage.

'홍동허스토리'는 여성들의 삶을 이야기 형식에 담아 기록하는 아카이브 활동이다. 일단의 여성들이 야밤에 집결하여 유쾌하게 대화를 나누며 이야기를 생산, 공유, 체화하는 식이다. 이 활동은 충남 홍성군 홍동면(이하 홍동)에서 홍동허스토리를 창안한 아카이브 활동가, 그녀의 동료들로 구성된 기획팀, 그리고 홍성여성농업인센터의 협업으로 진행되고 있다. 매년 한 해 농사가 마무리 되는 늦가을, 초겨울에 열린다. 2016년~2019년 4년 동안, 20명의 여성들이 참여하였다. 그 과정과 결과는 3권의 책으로 정리되어 출판되었다. 이 글은 홍동허스토리라는 익숙하면서도 독특한 아카이브 활동을 다시 아카이빙 하는 시도이다. 이를 위해 지역적, 사상적 배경을 먼저 살펴본 후, 홍동허스토리의 구성과 특징을 분석하여 서술하였다. 특히 아카이브의 서사적 기능과 정치적 기능에 주목하였다. '아카이브의 문화'를 논의할 수 있는 단초가 될 수도 있을 것이다. 이 글에서는 아카이브의 직접적 정보서비스, 돌봄의 윤리, 쾌락의 추구를 제시했다.

일반적인 강구조물의 연결은 강절(rigid) 또는 활절(hinge)로 취급되고 있으나 실제 강구조물은 연결부위에서 부재간의 상대적인회전이 허용됨으로 인해 부분강절(semi-rigid)의 특성을 갖게 된다. 본 연구에서는 부분강절을 회전스프링으로 가정하여 부재 단부에 적용시킨 평면 뼈대구조물의 엄밀한 접선강도행렬을 유도하고 이를 다시 탄성강도행렬과 기하학적 강도행렬로 분리 유도함으로써 부분강절을 갖는 평면 뼈대구조물의 안정성해석을 위한 일반화된 해석방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 보-기둥부재의 좌굴조건을 만족시키는 처짐함수로부터 안정함수(stability function)를 유도하고, 횡변위(sway)를 고려한 힘-변위관계와 적합조건을 고려하여 정확한 접선강도행렬을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 타당성과 실용성 제고를 위해 두 가지 방법에 의한 수치해석프로그램을 개발하였고 다양한 해석예제를 통해, 타 연구자 해석 결과와 비교하고 부분강절이 구조물의 좌굴강도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사한다.

William Wordsworth's "The Thorn" revolves around the following questions: Who is Martha? Why does she go to the mountain top and repeat her doleful cry? To these questions, it gives us two different kinds of answers; one derives from the villagers, and the other from the narrator. This essay attempts to examine how the answers exemplify two different critical approaches to the problem of community, using Jacques Lacan's account of sexual difference in his seminar on Encore as a guiding thread of analysis. The important thing to retain here is that sexual difference in Lacan's seminar on Encore does not so much indicate biological determinations as two distinct forms of relating to the other which are intimately bound up with the question of how a community is constructed and maintained. The first form, called "masculine," suggests that it is a radical exception to a community that makes possible the community as a field of totality or sameness; the second form, called "feminine," shows that each of the subjects cannot be regarded as a member of a closed community which is guaranteed by the exceptionality, but as an exception that is radically singular. This in turn leads us to consider the possibility that the masculine form has to do with the villagers' effort to distinguish themselves from Martha and the feminine form with the way in which the narrator confronts and represents her. In the course of his formulation of sexuation graph, Lacan stresses that the masculine side must be supplemented by the feminine side, which allows us to elaborate on why, concerning Martha, the narrator does not just keep the completely different position from the villagers'. This is to say that the villagers' representation of Martha as an exception to the community should be supplemented by the narrator's attempt to tell Martha's story as the villagers do and at the same time to capture something of her enigmatic unrepresentability. Bearing in mind Charles Shepherdson's elaboration of traumatic memory, this essay also tries to clarify how the narrator preserves and even transmits something of Martha's truth that is embodied in her uncontrollable and unassimilable cry.

우리나라의 경직적 노사관계나 전투적인 노동조합, 글로벌 스탠다드에서 벗어난 노사관계 법제도나 관행 등이 외국인 투자에 걸림돌이 된다는 지적이 적지 않게 존재한다. 이러한 지적은 IMF 경제위기 직후 우리나라 경제가 외국인 투자에 목말라하던 당시에도 이미 제기되었던 문제이기도 하다. 그러나 그 이후 노사관계에 있어서의 의미있는 제도적 개선은 답보상태를 보였으며 새로운 경제위기 국면에서도 여전히 외국인투자의 장애요인으로 지적되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 사회협약을 통해 노사관계의 안정을 도모하고 이를 통해 외국인 직접투자를 활성화함으로써 괄목할만한 경제적 성장을 실현한 아일랜드의 사례는 우리에게 매우 중요한 시사점을 제공한다. 본 연구는 아일랜드가 경제발전에 중요한 역할을 했던 외국인 직접투자를 성공적으로 유치할 수 있었던 요인들을 전반적으로 검토하는 한편 중요한 성공요인의 하나로 간주되는 사회협약의 형성배경과 특징, 그리고 성과를 검토함으로써 향후 우리나라에서 외국인 투자가 활성화될 수 있는 환경을 조성하기 위한 중요한 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 것을 중요한 연구목적으로 하고 있다.

본 연구는 해방기에 출간되었던 <아협 그림얘기책>시리즈를 대상으로 당시 출판 현전본의, 현황, 체제 및 발행 분석, 삽도화가 분석을 통해 <아협 그림얘기책>의 발행을 비롯하여 체제, 형태, 내용에 대해 심도 있게 살펴보았다. 을유문화사와 조선아동문화협회 (아협)에서 어린이의 생활 해방과 아동문화 건설을 위해 출간한 <아협 그림얘기책> 시리즈는 현재 5책이 남아 있다. 미전본은 당시 발행되었던 신문에 실린 광고 기사를 토대로 책들의 출판 이력을 확인하였다. 현전본을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 표지 권수(卷首) 본문 권말(卷末)의 체제로 동일하게 구성되었으며, 본문에는 그림이야기 형식의 3컷 만화와 이야기로 이루어진 특징을 보였다. 책의 크기는 A5 판형, 분량은 대체로 32면이며 반양장의 장정 형태로 발행되었다. 삽화가로는 당대에 미술 분야에서 활약을 했던 김용환, 김의환 형제가 참여했다.
