A study on Medical Fee Information System Application based on XML Based on XML (XML 기반의 수가정보시스템 적용에 관한 연구)

  • Lots of information such as prescription transmitted to the drug store by the result of separation of medical activity from medicine one, EDI for billing medical charge to Health Care Public Cooperation and the returned opinion letter sent to doctor etc is scattered in the Web document made from XML. Especially information containing medical treatment charge is one of the materials that are revised frequently. It is the current situation that document is transmitted or form is made for distribution whenever this kinds of revision is occurred. In this thesis, DTD design and implementation for the information system regarding the rate of medical charge is studied based on XML which is used to calculate charges for the several activities including consulting and prescribing. Patient or patron as well as doctor, pharmacist and nurse are all interested in the information regarding the rate of medical charge. It aims everybody to easily obtain information about the rate of medical charge by querying it anytime, anywhere.

  • With the recent drastic development of Internet technology, electronic prescription and prescription EDI system is used for the hospital and doctor's office and the medical business area is rapidly developed and considered as the one making a very great profit. The system to reduce inconvenience caused by the result of separation of medicine activity from drug one such as receiving prescription from hospital, providing it and waiting long at drug store is studied and the service quality for patient is improved by processing prescription per patient into database. In this thesis, the first achievement is that the standard format of prescription is designed, the second one is that the standard format of prescription is developed based on XML for user to issue prescription without setting up the separate environment and considering type of operating system and the last one is the database search result based on XML is implemented to help user to manage interface and maintenance easily.

  • Based on the rapid development of the computer network technology, the ubiquitous sensor network (USN) was developed to enable us to have access to the communication environment anywhere and anytime without the need for recognizing computers or networks. Moreover, with the increasingly high interest on individual health, the USN technology is being applied to diverse sectors for healthcare and disease prevention. In this paper, a system was designed and implemented using the USN-based RF communication for doctors and nurses who care patients in the hospital to easily measure and control the physiological data on blood pressure and blood sugar. In addition, a database was designed using MS SQL database to store and manage the blood pressure and blood sugar data, which were passively or actively measured from patients. Using the results of this study, the physiological data of patients can be managed in real time and emergency situation can be instantly addressed. It is expected that the healthcare service can be improved and the paradigm of healthcare service environment can be changed.

  • XML has been proposed as an international standard for organizing and exchanging a great diversity of the Web data. It is important to retrieve components of stored XML documents that are needed by a wide variety of applications. In this paper, we suggest a method to store XML documents and to retrieve an XML data. In other words, we suggest the method of retrieving XML data is using XML -QL. So we need to mapping XML-QL to SQL translator on top of an RDBMS. The contributions of this paper include, besides the detailed design and implementation of the translator, demonstration of feasibility of such a translator, and a comprehensive classification of XML queries and their mappings to SQL relational queries.

  • This paper presents about energy input and output modeling for a flywheel energy storage system that can store and supply mechanical energy, which is emerging as one of clean energy sources, and the analysis and control of a PWM inverter system. Moreover, this paper describes flywheel's characteristics related to variations of mechanical and electrical parameters like as voltage and current versus speed characteristics formed as numerical formula and thus simulate behaviour-status of flywheel energy. Also for comparison and analysis between PI control and PDFF control, the modeling, design and analysis to the single-phase full bridge inverter with double loop feedback control is accomplished through numerical description and simulation. Finally, under load condition 0.1[pu], 1[pu]. it is validated that harmonic characteristics for voltage and current wave is controlled within 5% below even dynamics condition.

A Study on Radiological Image Retrieval System (방사선 의료영상 검색 시스템에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to design and implement a useful annotation-based Radiological image retrieval system to accurately determine on education and image information for Radiological technologists. For better retrieval performance based on large image databases, we presented an indexing technique that integrated $B^+-tree$ proposed by Bayer for indexing simple attributes and inverted file structure for text medical keywords acquired from additional description information about Radiological images. In our results, we implemented proposed retrieval system with Delphi under Windows XP environment. End users, Radiological technologists, are able to store simple attributes information such as doctor name, operator name, body parts, disease and so on, additional text-based description information, and Radiological image itself as well as to retrieve wanted results by using simple attributes and text keywords from large image databases by graphic user interface. Consequently proposed system can be used for effective clinical decision on Radiological image, reduction of education time by organizing the knowledge, and well organized education in the clinical fields. In addition, It can be expected to develop as decision support system by constructing web-based integrated imaging system included general image and special contrast image for the future.

  • In this paper, convert in RDF triple and a RDF document through RDF document converters and design metadata schema about a digital camcorder after use Wrapper technology, and acquiring commodity information of a HTML page about the digital camcorder which these papers are defined so as to be different by electronic commerce stores, and is expressed. Save in digital camcorder domain ontology storage that implemented to relational database to DCC knowledge base ontology as convert to OWL Web ontology based on designed metadata schema. Through compare with rdf and DCCKBO, mapping, and inference process, provide to buyers by DCC information of the store that had the commodity purchasing information which is the best, and proposed a dynamic Web ontology guessed to contents of the best commodity purchasing information, and to define domain ontology saved in DCCKBO.

  • 스타일 정보를 중심으로 하는 기존의 워드 프로세서의 출력 문서들을 차세대 인터넷 문서인 XML문서방식에 따라서 표기하고 또한 제목, 초록, 장 및 단락 등과 같은 논리적인 구조를 반영할 수 있도록 구조화함으로써 문서들의 상호교환뿐만 아니라 인터넷에서 유효하게 사용할 수가 있다. 본 논문에서는 스타일 또는 표현 속성 중심으로 하는 다양한 문서의 평면 구조를 XML의 계층적인 논리적인 구조로, 또한 다양한 DTD(Document Type Definition)환경하에서 변경시킬 수가 있는 변환 스크립트 언어를 표현할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 XTML(XML Transformation Markup Language)을 DTD형식으로 정의하고 이를 이용하여 변환 스크립트를 작성하였으며 자동태깅에 적용하여 보았다.XTML은 그 인스턴스에 해당하는 변환 알고리즘의 효과적인 수행을 위하여 즉 기존의 XML문서를 효과적으로 다루기 위하여 문서를 GROVE라는 트리 구조로 만들어 저장하고 또한 이를 조작할 수 있는 기능 및 다양한 명령어 인터페이스를 제공하였다. Abstract Output documents of existing word processors based on style informations or presentation attributes can be structured by converting them into XML(Extensible Markup Language) documents based on hierarchically logical structures such as title, abstract, chapter and so on. If so, it can be very useful to interchange and manipulate documents under Internet environment. The conversion need the complicate process calling auto-tagging by which elements of output documents can be inferred from style informations and sequences of text etc, and which is different from various kinds of simple conversion.In this paper, we defined XTML(XML Transformation Markup Language) of DTD(Document Type Definition) form and also defined the script language as instances of its DTD for the auto-tagging. XTML and its DTD are represented in XML syntax.Especially XTML includes various functions and commands to generate tree structure named as "GROVE" and also to process, store and manipulate the GROVE in order to process efficiently XML documents.documents.

  • According to the recent increase of mobile commerce, the researches on electronic voucher payment based on NFC are lively made. However, most researches focus on the payment method using electronic vouchers, and so there is none for tracking circulation history of an electronic voucher. To address this problem, this paper proposes the method to store circulation information of an electronic voucher. The proposed method applies Object Memory Model (OMM) to an electronic voucher. When an electronic voucher is issued, transferred to other person, and used in payment, related information is stored at the object momory of an electronic voucher. So, our proposed object memory has three types of blocks, on which each information for issue, transfer, and payment of an electronic voucher is stored. We can retrieve and analyze the circulation history of an electronic voucher using this information. In the future, we will implement the proposed an electronic voucher and propose the method to analyze circulation information.

  • The appearance of the large distribution facility of large enterprise putting first reaches get to the various effect until change of leisure life and life pattern of the consumers from the distribution industry of the interior of a country. Competition of the distribution facility upgrade of the distribution facility and it shows the aspect which becomes the semi-department store, and construction cost is appearing different in proportion to each form or scale. Therefore, purpose of this study was to facilitate amicable construction progress between the owner and the builder through estimating the proper construction cost. This study investigated and analyzed the actual cost of 15 domestic distribution facilities and these datums were used to estimate the proper construction cost. This cost shows that from new project accomplishment through analysis of prediction construction cost for feasibility study from initial plan and design step and can be utilizable elementary data bH decision method to whether or not to propriety of distribution facilities business.
