  • V.M.D는 모든 공간과 환경 및 시각적 자극요인을 다루며 건축물의 외관뿐만 아니라 인테리어, 그래픽 사인물, 윈도우 디스플레이, 레이아웃, 매장내의 집기, 조명, 판매원의 외모 접객 태도까지 포함된다. 좋은 품질과 디자인이 훌륭한 상품을 매장에 진열 했으나 고객이 매장에 방문하지 않는다면 상품 판매는 이뤄지지 않는다. V.M.D는 상품을 고객이 매장 안으로 이끌 수 있게 진열하기 위하여 다양한 연출을 하여 브랜드 이미지를 높이며 지속적으로 고객 유치를 위한 모적을 두었다. 과거 화려하고 고급스런 인테리어를 통하여 디스플레이만 강조하던 개념에서 탈피하여 상품을 논리적이고 체계화된 방식으로 진열하여 소비자에게 구매를 유도하며 정보를 제공하고 매장의 환경을 디자인함으로 고객의 머릿속에 브랜드 이미지를 심어주는 것이다. 본 연구는 매장 내에 설치된 V.M.D소비자 선호도를 분석하여 향후 지속적으로 전개될 통신업계 대리점 디스플레이의 바람직한 매장 V.M.D조건을 제시하고자 한다.

신도시와 영등포 거주 소비자의 비거주지 쇼핑행동에 관한 연구 (Factors Affecting Outshopping Behavior of Female Consumers in Seoul and Satellite Cities)

  • The purpose of this study was 1) to identify the effects of lifestyle activities and decision -making related variables (shopping orientations, use of information sources and importance of store attributes) on the outshopping behavior of female consumers in Seoul and satellite cities, and 2) to investigate the differences in the effects of those variables on the outshopping behavior among 4 clothing categories (formal wear, separates, casual wear, underwear). The data were collected via a questionnaires from 508 adult females of ages over 20's living in Seoul and satellite cities around Seoul and were analyzed by factor analysis and discriminant analysis. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Some of the factors of 4 decision-making related variables significantly discriminated the outshoppers and inshoppers. The most influential factors were attitude toward imported products, time-oriented and price-oriented attitude of shopping orientations. 2) There were significant differences in the effects of 4 variables on outshopping behaviors among 4 clothing categories. More factors were effective in discriminating the outshopping behavior for formal wear or separates purchase.

쇼핑가치에 따른 무인패션점포 이용의도 -기술수용모형의 적용- (The Effects of Shopping Value on the Usage Intention of Unmanned Fashion Stores -Application of Technology Acceptance Model-)

  • The objective of this study was to verify the usage intention of unmanned fashion stores through the technology acceptance model and to verify the extended technology acceptance model including the shopping value as consumers' characteristic. An online survey, consisting of 626 consumers as participants, was conducted from March 13 to 19. Results of the study were as follows: This study used exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Furthermore, a covariance structure analysis using the maximum likelihood was conducted for hypothesis testing. According to the results, perceived ease of use affects perceived usefulness, which thereby affects the usage intention of unmanned fashion stores through attitude. Moreover, the analysis of the extended technology acceptance model including the shopping value as the intrinsic motivation of the consumers showed that the hedonic shopping value had a significant effect on the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness influenced the usage intention of unmanned fashion stores through attitude.

인터넷 의류구매자의 의류쇼핑행동, 태도 및 특성 (Shopping behavior, attitude and characteristics of internet clothing shoppers)

  • In this study, Internet users were separated into 3 groups(clothing shoppers, clothing non-shoppers, non-shoppers). Shopping behavior of clothing shoppers(those who used the internet channel for clothing shopping) and the attitude to internet clothing shopping were examined. And characteristics of clothing shoppers were compared with characteristics of clothing non-shoppers(those who purchased goods except clothing on internet) and non-shoppers(those who purchased nothing on internet). The reason why clothing non-shoppers and non-shoppers didnt purchase clothing on internet was also investigated. Questionaire was used as method of gathering data. Mean, ANOVA, Duncan-test, t-test and $\chi$$^2$-test were used for data analysis. 1. Clothing shoppers considered carefully design, exchange & refund, quality and price and purchased generally T-shirt, underwear, jeans and sports wear. 2. Clothing shoppers thought clothing in internet shopping malls was not various in item, design, color, size and price. But they were satisfied with shopping convenience. 3. Clothing shoppers were more conscious of the shopping cost compared with clothing non-shoppers and non-shoppers Recreational shopping orientations and fashion leader orientations were low in both groups. Self-confidence in connection with clothing purchase were high in each groups, but that of clothing shoppers were relatively higher than clothing non-shoppers and non-shoppers. 4. The reason why clothing non-shoppers and non-shoppers didnt purchase clothing in internet shopping malls was that they wanted to buy after trying on clothing in a store, didnt believe the quality of clothing, didnt need to purchase clothing in internet shopping malls, and worried about exchange & refund.

서비스 유통 산업에서 고객 불평의도 유형과 결정요인 (Customer Complaint Intention in the Service Distribution Industry : Types and Determinants)

  • Purpose - With growing competition in the service distribution industry, the importance of managing customer complaints has increased. If firms handle customer complaints effectively, they can strengthen customer loyalty and repurchase intention. Many studies have focused on customers expressing complaints, yet research on silent customers is scant. This study focuses on two types of complainers and non-complainers. In other words, this study is to examine the value of voice complaint intention and no-action intention. This study also investigates how perceptual and relational factors affect complaint intention. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was carried out using the survey with undergraduate students who have faced a service failure in a retail store(fast foods, electronics, apparel). And if such complaint were to occur again, respondents were asked about any possible action they would take. 300 questionnaires were distributed and a total of 279 respondents provided complete and usable data. The sample consisted of 158 males(56.6%) and 121 females(43.4%). The structural equation modeling analysis was used for the hypothesis test. Results - The results are as follows. First, attitude toward complaining, likelihood of successful complaint, and ease of complaint were positively related to voice complaint intention. Second, attitude toward complaining, likelihood of successful complaint, and ease of complaint were negatively related to no-action intention. Third, commitment was positively related to voice complaint intention but didn't have a significant negative impact on no action. Forth, voice complaint behavior reduced switching intention and no-action intention enhanced switching intention. Conclusions - The findings of this study confirm the value of complaint behavior and show voice complaint intention and no-action intention should be managed differently. Voice complaint intention is evaluated positively because it reflects customers' concerns about the company, while no-action intention is evaluated negatively. Attitude toward complaing is the most effective in increasing voice complaint intention and likelihood of successful complaint is a major factor in reducing no-action intention. Also, in explaining switching intention, voice complaint intention plays a more important role than no-action intention.

반품과정에서의 소비자만족.불만경험 (Consumer Satisfaction and Dissatisfaction in Return Process)

  • This study investigated consumer satisfaction and dissatisfaction experiences in post-purchase product return process. As an exploratory research the study collected qualitative data of subjective consumer experiences using an open-ended questionnaire and identified and classified themes and patterns of satisfaction and dissatisfaction experiences. A total of 113 cases were categorized into satisfied experiences, unsatisfied experiences, and neutral experiences. Further, satisfied experiences were sub-categorized into kind sales associates, quick and easy return process, and services higher than expected based on sources of satisfaction in the return process while unsatisfied experiences were sub-classified into rejection of return, attitude of sales associates, and hassle of return process. In-store adaptive behaviors and intentions on future behaviors were also observed. The results indicated that service quality in the post-purchase service encounter and consumer expectation were important in determining satisfaction and dissatisfaction in the return process. Insights for research questions were proposed.

점포의 물리적 환경이 서비스 브랜드 개성과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Store Environment on Service Brand Personality and Repurchase Intention)

  • 본 연구는 점포를 방문하는 동안 노출되는 매장의 물리적 환경 특성이 서비스 브랜드 개성과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향력을 규명하기 위해 시도되었다. 이를 위해 연구모형을 개발하여, 특정 서비스 브랜드의 이용객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 구조방정식을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 우선, 서비스의 물리적 환경은 주변요인, 디자인요인, 사회요인으로, 그리고 서비스브랜드 개성은 유능함, 성실함, 흥분됨, 세련됨, 강인함 차원으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 물리적 환경의 모든 차원들이 모든 서비스 브랜드 개성차원에 정(+)의 영향을 주었으며, 물리적 환경의 서비스 브랜드 개성에 대한 영향력은 각 차원별로 상이하였다. 셋째, 서비스 브랜드 개성은 모두 재구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 주었으며, 특히 세련됨 차원에 미치는 영향이 가장 켰다. 넷째, 서비스의 물리적 환경은 재구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 주었으며, 특히 물리적 환경 중 사회요인이 재구매의도에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과들은 물리적 환경 연출은 브랜드 개성 형성의 결정요인으로 서비스 브랜드 차별화의 핵심요인으로 작용하므로, 호의적인 브랜드 개성 창출을 위해서는 우선적으로 물리적 환경에 대한 효율적 관리 방안이 강구되어야 함을 보여준다.

청소년의 우유섭취 증진방안 연구(II) -중.고등학생의 식태도, 간식빈도, 신체활동 및 교내판매시설과 우유 섭취 빈도와의 상관관계- (A Study on the Promotion of Adolescent's Milk Consumption (II) -Relationships of Adolescent's Milk Intake Frequency with Food Attitude, Snacking Frequency, Physical Activity and School Vending Facilities-)

  • In order to investigate the ecological factors affecting milk intake frequency of adolescents, the questionnaire survey was conducted with 929 middle and high school students living in Chungnam urban area through October and November 2004. The subjects consumed milk 8.6$\pm$6.7 times per week, other beverages 4.4$\pm$4.1 times per week and drinking water 3.7$\pm$2.1 cups per day. Of the students 77.3% took balanced meals, 72.8% ate regularly and 36.2% ate adequate amount. About 61% had breakfast everyday and nearly a half students snacked once a day. Nutritional knowledge scores about milk was 7.2$\pm$1.7 and milk attitude scores was 28.1$\pm$6.5. The subjects spent daily 1.8$\pm$1.1, 1.9$\pm$1.1, and 1.0$\pm$0.5 hours for computer use, TV watching and exercise, respectively. Milk intake frequencies were positively correlated with excercise, snack frequency, meal balance and regularity, breakfast frequency, food attitude score and milk preference, while showed negative correlationships with TV watching and computer use. Intake frequency of fruit-tasted and chocolate milk showed inverse correlation with nutritional knowledge. Subjects without either school store or vending machine took milk more frequently than those with one or both did. Of the correlated variables, milk preference was the most important influencing factor to milk intake frequency according to the stepwise linear regression analysis, which presented other 5 important influencing factors as food attitude, school vending facilities, excercise, snacking frequency and watching TV. In conclusion, the improvement of milk preference is the most important and effective way to promote milk consumption in adolescents. The favorite ways of drinking milk, nutritional benefit of milk, healthy beverage and good snacking should be taught in nutrition education. Also physical activities should be recommended to students rather than watching TV, computer use and vending facilities selling soft drinks should be limited to be established inside school.

충남지역 고등학교 유형별 학생들의 식품위생 태도와 개인 위생관리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Food Hygiene Attitude and Personal Hygiene Management of Students by high school type in Chungcheongnam-do)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 학교 유형별 고등학교 학생들의 식품위생 태도와 개인위생 관리에 관한 교육 프로그램의 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 2015년 7월 16일부터 10월 15일 까지 충남지역 16개 고등학교의 학년 당 30명씩에게 설문지를 배포하였고, 미회수 및 불충분한 설문지를 제외한, 총 1214 부(인문고등학생 473명과 특성화고 741)에 대해 SPSS(ver 18.0)을 사용하여 통계처리하였다. 연구 결과, 인문계 고등학생은 특성화 고등학생보다 식품을 살 때 유통기한을 더 확인하고(3.79, 3.60), 조리 가열된 식품을 보관 후 그대로 먹는다는 응답이 낮았고(2.85, 2.98), 식품의 특성에 맞게 냉장 냉동 보관 저장한다(3.90, 3.76)고 하였다. 인문계 고등학생이 특성화 고등학생보다 식사 전 손씻기(3.66, 3.52), 화장실 다녀온 후 손씻기(4.30, 3.95), 올바른 방법으로 손씻기(3.63, 3.45)를 잘하였고, 식사시간 중에 돌아다니기(2.19, 2.43)와 식사시간 중간에 화장실을 적게 가는 것(2.28, 2.47)으로 조사되었다. 본 연구에서, 일반 고등학생과 특성화고등학생들은 식품위생태도와 개인위생 관리 부분에서 유의적 차이를 보였고, 일반 고등학생이 특성화 고등학생보다 식품위생태도와 개인위생관리를 잘하는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 그 정도는 높지 않아, 개선이 필요한 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 학교유형에 따라 식품위생태도와 개인위생 관리에 대한 교육을 강화해야 함을 제언한다.

패션 아트마케팅에 대한 소비자 태도가 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of consumer attitudes toward fashion art marketing on purchase intention)

  • This study analyzed consumers' awareness, preference levels, and effect expectations in relation to fashion art marketing according to the types of such marketing (collaboration between fashion and art in fashion products, called product collaboration; sponsorship for art foundation; artist sponsorship; collaboration for the design of a space/store/display; ad/promotional film collaboration). The study also investigated the influence of consumers' attitudes toward fashion art marketing with respect to purchase intention. The study was implemented through a descriptive survey method. The sample consisted of 342 men and women between the ages of 20 and 45. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that there are significant differences in consumers' awareness and effect expectations in relation to fashion art marketing according to the types of fashion art marketing activities. While no differences were found in preference levels according to the type of fashion art marketing, all the types of art marketing showed overall high levels of preference. The collaboration between fashion and art in fashion products, which had the highest awareness, also showed the highest expected effect. In all the types of fashion art marketing, consumers' attitudes had a significant influence on purchase intention. In cases of sponsorship for an art foundation, artist sponsorship, collaboration for the design of a space/store/display, and ad/promotional films, consumers' effect expectations had the most significant influence on purchase intention, followed by preference and awareness level. These results could be used to provide appropriate proposals to fashion brands when they plan to set up an art marketing strategy.
