태양에너지를 이용한 곡물건조시스템의 시뮬레이션에 관한 연구 (Simulation of Drying Grain with Solar-Heated Air)

  • Low-temperature drying systems have been extensively used for drying cereal grain such as shelled corn and wheat. Since the 1973 energy crisis, many researches have been conducted to apply solar energy as supplemental heat to natural air drying systems. However, little research on rough rice drying has been done in this area, especially very little in Korea. In designing a solar drying system, quality loss, airflow requirements, temperature rise of drying air, fan power and energy requirements should be throughly studied. The factors affecting solar drying systems are airflow rate, initial moisture content, the amount of heat added to drying air, fan operation method and the weather conditions. The major objectives of this study were to analyze the effects of the performance factors and determine design parameters such as airflow requirements, optimum bed depth, optimum temperature rise of drying air, fan operation method and collector size. Three hourly observations based on the 4-year weather data in Chuncheon area were used to simulate rough rice drying. The results can be summarized as follows: 1. The results of the statistical analysis indicated that the experimental and predicted values of the temperature rise of the air passing through the collector agreed well.2. Equilibrium moisture content was affected a little by airflow rate, but affected mainly by the amount of heat added, to drying air. Equilibrium moisture content ranged from 12.2 to 13.2 percent wet basis for the continuous fan operation, from 10.4 to 11.7 percent wet basis for the intermittent fan operation respectively, in range of 1. 6 to 5. 9 degrees Centigrade average temperature rise of drying air.3. Average moisture content when top layer was dried to 15 percent wet basis ranged from 13.1 to 13.9 percent wet basis for the continuous fan operation, from 11.9 to 13.4 percent wet basis for the intermittent fan operation respectively, in the range of 1.6 to 5.9 degrees Centigrade average temperature rise of drying air and 18 to 24 percent wet basis initial moisture content. The results indicated that grain was overdried with the intermittent fan operation in any range of temperature rise of drying air. Therefore, the continuous fan operation is usually more effective than the intermittent fan operation considering the overdrying.4. For the continuous fan operation, the average temperature rise of drying air may be limited to 2.2 to 3. 3 degrees Centigrade considering safe storage moisture level of 13.5 to 14 perceut wet basis.5. Required drying time decrease ranged from 40 to 50 percent each time the airflow rate was doubled and from 3.9 to 4.3 percent approximately for each one degrees Centigrade in average temperature rise of drying air regardless of the fan operation methods. Therefore, the average temperature rise of drying air had a little effect on required drying time.6. Required drying time increase ranged from 18 to 30 percent approximately for each 2 percent increase in initial moisture content regardless of the fan operation methods, in the range of 18 to 24 percent moisture.7. The intermittent fan operation showed about 36 to 42 percent decrease in required drying time as compared with the continuous fan operation.8. Drymatter loss decrease ranged from 34 to 46 percent each time the airflow rate was doubled and from 2 to 3 percent approximately for each one degrees Centigrade in average temperature rise of drying air, regardless of the fan operation methods. Therefore, the average temperature rise of drying air had a little effect on drymatter loss. 9. Drymatter loss increase ranged from 50 to 78 percent approximately for each 2 percent increase in initial moisture content, in the range of 18 to 24 percent moisture. 10. The intermittent fan operation: showed about 40 to 50 percent increase in drymatter loss as compared with the continuous fan operation and the increasing rate was higher at high level of initial moisture and average temperature rise.11. Year-to-year weather conditions had a little effect on required drying time and drymatter loss.12. The equations for estimating time required to dry top layer to 16 and 1536 wet basis and drymatter loss were derived as functions of the performance factors. by the least square method.13. Minimum airflow rates based on 0.5 percent drymatter loss were estimated.Minimum airflow rates for the intermittent fan operation were approximately 1.5 to 1.8 times as much as compared with the continuous fan operation, but a few differences among year-to-year.14. Required fan horsepower and energy for the intermittent fan operation were3. 7 and 1. 5 times respectively as much as compared with the continuous fan operation.15. The continuous fan operation may be more effective than the intermittent fan operation considering overdrying, fan horsepower requirements, and energy use.16. A method for estimating the required collection area of flat-plate solar collector using average temperature rise and airflow rate was presented.

한련초의 종자생존력(種子生存力) 및 생장특성(生長特性) (Seed Viability and Growth Characteristics of Eclipta prostrata (L.) L.)

  • 한련초의 종자(種子) 생존력(生存力), 심수관리(深水管理)에 의(依)한 초기생장반응(初期生長反應) 및 생장특성(生長特性)을 구명(究明)하기 위(爲)하여 수개(數個)의 시험(試驗)이 수행(遂行)되었다. 한련초 종자(種子)는 휴면성(休眠性)이 없었으며 실온(室溫)에 저장(貯藏)된 종자(種子)는 5개월(個月)까지 높은 발아율(發芽率)을 보였다. 수분흡수(水分吸收와 건조(乾燥)의 반복(反復)에 따른 종자(種子) 생존력(生存力)의 상실(喪失)은 건조방법(乾燥方法)에 따라 크게 달랐다. 흡수상태(吸水狀態)에서 건조상태(乾操狀態)로 빠른 전환(轉換)은 비고��(比較的) 높은 생존력(生存力)을 유지(維持)했으나 서서히 건조(乾操)된 종자(種子)는 발아중(發芽中)인 배(胚)의 손상(損傷)으로 극심(極甚)한 생존력(生存力) 상실(喪失)을 가져왔다. 토양(土壤) 5~10 cm 깊이에 있는 종자(種子)는 밭보다 논조건(條件)에서 더 오래 생존력(生存力)을 유지(維持)하였다 4 엽기(葉期) 이전(以前)의 심수관리(深水管理)(10 cm)는 신장(伸長)을 크게 억제(抑制)하였으나 그 이후(以後)부터의 심수관리(深水管理)는 오히려 신장伸長)을 자극(刺戟)하여 무처리(無處理)보다 초장(草長)이 유의(有意) 증가(增加)되었다. 분지(分枝)는 출현후(出現後) 2주(週)째부터 시작(始作)하였고 보통(普通) 10주(週)째까지 계속(繼續)되었다. 잎 크기는 동화산물(同化産物)의 공급(供給)과 관련(關聯)되어 분지시기(分枝時期)와 잎의 발생위치(發生位置)에 따라 결정(決定)되었다. 출현후(出現後) 5주(週)째부터 개화(開花)가 시작(始作)되었고 1개(個) 화서(花序)가 등숙(登熟)하는 데에는 10~14일(日)이 소요(所要)되었다. 개체당(個體當) 종자(種子)는 약(約) 14,000개(個)였다. 1일(日) 종자생산량(種子生産量)은 출현후(出現後) 10주(週)째까지 증가(增加)하다가 그 후(後) 감소(減少)하였으며 1 화서당(花序當) 종자수(種子數)는 늦게 발새(發生)된 화서(花序)일수록 감소(減少)하였다.

양산시 화엄늪의 산지화 진행실태 및 예방관리 방안 (Analysis Actual Conditions of Arid Progress and Prevention Management of Hwaeom Wetland in Yangsansi)

  • 산지습지는 멸종위기야생동식물 II 급인 끈끈이주걱과 지표종인 이삭귀개, 잠자리난초, 물매화, 진퍼리새 등이 분포하여 중요성은 높으나, 자연적 또는 인위적인 과정에 의해 건조화가 빠르게 진행되고 있어 시급한 관리가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구는 정확한 자연생태계 현황 및 건조화 진행 실태를 파악하여 습지생태계 보존대책과 건조화 관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 화엄늪은 경사도 $10^{\circ}$ 미만(86.1%), 해발 750~810m(87.4%)로 산지습지의 적지라고 할 수 있으나 하부에 깊이 1.6m, 폭 0.8m인 수로가 형성되어 이탄층 유실, 수위저하 등으로 인한 건조화 진행이 우려되었다. 습지보호지역 내 식생은 진퍼리새 등 습윤지성 식생이 분포하는 면적이 6.7%로 협소한 반면, 참억새, 미역줄나무 등 산림성 목본 및 건조지성 초본이 우점하여 방치시 숲생태계로의 천이가 예상된다. 건조화를 예방하고 양호한 생태계의 지속적인 보존을 위해 식생의 생태적 특성을 고려한 보존 및 관리지역 설정, 습지보호를 위해 천이에 영향을 미치는 주연부 식생 관리, 핵심지역 보호를 위한 완충지역 설정을 제안하였다. 관리에 있어서는 습지훼손 요인관리를 위하여 수계로의 과도한 지하수 유출 억제를 통한 물고임 습지 안정화와 산지습지 지표종에 대한 보호 및 관리식물 지정, 습지의 산림화를 유발 촉진할 수 있는 건조지성 수목을 관리해야 할 것이다.

침투도랑(IT)과 침투화분(IP)의 영양염류 저감효율 비교분석 (Comparison of nutrient removal efficiency of an infiltration planter and an infiltration trench)

  • 최근 강우시 수계로 유출되는 비점오염물질로 인한 수질오염의 문제를 해결하고자 저영향개발(Low Impact development, LID)을 적용하고 있다. LID 시설 중 침투도랑 (Infiltration trench, IT) 과 침투화분 (Infiltration Planter, IP) 은 높은 침투율 및 침강지를 통한 오염물질 제거와 식생을 통한 영양염류 저감효율이 높다. 따라서 본 과제에서는 장기간 모니터링을 통한 침투도랑(IT)과 침투화분(IP)의 영양염류 오염물질 제거효율에 대해 분석하였다. 침투도랑(IT)과 침투화분(IP) 두 시설 모두 TSS 약 84%, TP 약 76%이상으로 제거효율이 높은것으로 나타났는데 이는 인의 화합물과 퇴적물간의 이온교환으로 인한 것으로 나타났다. 질소의 경우 침투화분시설(IP)의 제거효율이 침투도랑(IT)에 비해 약 28% 높은것으로 분석되었다. 이는 침투도랑(IT) 내 여재와 침강지에서의 침전을 통한 입자성 질소를 제거하는데 효과적이었으며, 암모늄질소(NH4-N)와 아질산염 질소(NO2-N)의 감소 및 질소(NO3-N)의 증가는 질산화 및 탈질산화로 인한것으로 나타났다. 침투도랑(IT 모니터링 이벤트 중 강우강도가 11mm/hr로 강한 강우사상에서의 TN 및 TP의 저감효율은 각 34% 및 55%로 저감효율이 낮았으나, 5mm이하의 강우강도에서의 저감효율은 약 100%로 높은것으로 분석됬다. 반면 침투화분시설(IP)은 최대 강우강도 27mm/hr에서도 TN 및 TP의 저감효율은 97%이상으로 높은것으로 나타났다. 두 시설 모두 영양염류의 제거효율은 좋은것으로 나타났으나, 시설용량 및 HRT가 높고 시설 내 식생이 적용된 침투화분시설(IP)이 영양염류 제거효율이 더 높은것으로 분석되었다.

WebGIS 기반 해양 연구선 상시관측 정보 체계 구축 (Establishment of A WebGIS-based Information System for Continuous Observation during Ocean Research Vessel Operation)

  • 해양연구를 위해 사용하는 연구선은 계획된 연구해역으로 이동하여 연구목적에 맞는 해양관측을 수행한다. 한국해양과학기술원(KIOST, Korea Institute of Ocean Science & Technology)이 보유하고 있는 5척의 연구선에는 항해 중에 상시 관측할 수 있는 GPS, 수심, 기상, 표층 수온 및 염분 측정 장비가 탑재되어 있다. 이러한 상시관측 장비를 통해 생산되는 데이터를 체계적으로 관리하고 활용하기 위한 정보 플랫폼이 요구된다. 따라서 연구선 운항계획에서부터 연구선 운항 중 관측, 데이터수집, 데이터처리, 데이터저장, 표출 및 제공서비스에 이르는 일련의 업무 분석을 통해 업무절차를 정의하였다. 업무 절차의 각 단계 별 기능 설계를 거친 후, WebGIS 기반의 정보 플랫폼인 KUMOS(KIOST Underway Meteorological & Oceanographic Information System)를 구축하였다. 연구선 항해 중에 생산되는 데이터는 시·공간적 변화가 있는 특성이 있어 이러한 변동성을 고려한 데이터의 품질관리 체계를 개발하였다. 데이터의 체계적인 관리와 서비스를 위해 KUMOS 통합DB를 구축하고 연구선 항적, 데이터 표출, 검색 및 제공 등의 기능을 구현하였다. KUMOS에서 제공하는 데이터 셋은 연구선의 항해 별 운항결과리포트(cruise report), 원시데이터(raw data), 품질관리 플래그(Quality Control(QC) flagged data) 데이터, 필터 데이터(filtered data), 항적도 데이터(cruise track line), 데이터 리포트(cruise data report) 등으로 구성되어있다. 본 연구를 통해 개발한 KUMOS의 기능 별 업무처리 절차와 체계는 연구선 항해 중 상시관측이 가능한 연구선을 보유하고 있는 국내 해양관련 기관 및 대학에도 벤치마킹 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

충주 앙성지역 탄산천의 수위/수질 변동과 주변 지질 특성: 탄산천의 지속가능성에 대한 고찰 (Water Level and Quality Variations of CO2-rich Groundwater and Its Surrounding Geology in the Chungju Angseong Spa Area, South Korea: Considerations on Its Sustainability)

  • 본 연구는 충주 앙성지역 탄산천의 이용량에 따른 수위 및 수질 변화 패턴을 분석하여 탄산천의 지 속가능성을 검토하였으며, 암석/물의 87Sr/86Sr 값과 주변 W-Mo 광상에서의 함-CO2 유체포유물의 산출, 주변의 지질학적 특성 등을 고려하여 탄산 성분의 기원과 공급에 대하여 고찰하였다. 1986년부터 2017년까지의 자료에 의하면, 탄산천의 수위 심도는 탄산 온천공 개발 초기(1986~1992년)에 비해 후기(2009~2015년)에 매우 하강되어 있으며, 적정양수량도 점차 감소되는 경향을 보였다. 탄산 성분 역시 개발 초기에 비해 후기로 가면서 지속적으로 저감되었으나, 2012년 이후로는 안정된 양상을 보였다. CO2 성분의 기원과 공급은 연구지역 주변에 발달된 W-Mo 석영맥 광상(0.5×1.5×수 km 규모)의 지질학적 생성 환경과 크게 관계된 것으로 추정되며, CO2 성분의 공급이 지하 심부의 마그마 활동으로부터 무한히 공급되는 것이 아니라 과거 지질시대에 형성된 부존지역에서 공급되기 때문에 탄산천의 지속가능성 유지를 위해서는 연구지역 내 탄산수의 이용량을 효율적으로 조정할 필요가 있다.

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 배추를 대상(對象)으로 1986년(年)부터 1986년(年)까지 6년간 Lysimeter시험(試驗)과 포장시험(圃場試驗)을 통하여 기상자료(氣象資料)로 부터 생육시기별(生育時期別) 증발산량(蒸發散量)과 수량(收量)을 추정(推定)하는 모형(模型)을 개발(開發)할 목적(目的)으로 실시(實施)하였다. Lysimeter 시험(試驗)에서는 잠재증발산량(潛在蒸發散量)과 최대증발산량(最大蒸發散量)을 측정(測定)하였고, 관개포장시험(灌漑圃場試驗)에서는 시기별(時期別) 토양수분(土壤水分)을 측정(測定)하여 실증발산량(實蒸發散量)을 계산(計算)하고 수량(收量)을 조사(調査)하였다. 시험(試驗)을 통(通)하여 얻어진 성적(成績)과 기상자료(氣象資料)의 상호관계(相互關係)를 다각적(多角的)으로 비교(比較)하여 증발산량(蒸發散量)과 수량추정모형(收量推定模型)을 설정(設定)하고 검정(檢定)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 잠재증발산(潛在蒸發散)의 5년간(年間) 측정치(測定値)의 평균치(平均値)는 4월초순(月初旬) 2.38mm/day 에서 시일(時日)이 경과(經過)함에 따라 점점(漸漸) 증가(增加)되어 6월중순(月中旬)에 3.98로 최고치(最高値)를 보이고 다시 감소(減少)되어 11월중순(月中旬)에는 1.06으로 떨어졌다. 기존(旣存) 공식(公式)에 의한 잠재증발산추정치(潛在蒸發散推定値)는 실측치(實測値)에 비(比)하여 Penman법(法), Radiation법(法), Blaney-Criddle법(法)은 과다(過多)하게 추정(推定)되고, Pan evaporation법(法)은 과소(過少)하게 추정(推定)되는 경향을 보였다. 추정치(推定値)와 실측치간(實測値間)에는 전체적(全體的)으로 보아 고도(高度)의 유의(有意)한 상관(相關)이 있었으나, Blaney-Criddle법(法)은 7, 8월(月)에 상관(相關)이 없다는 것이 특이(特異)하였다. 2. 기상요인중(氣象要因中) 잠재증발산량실측치(潛在蒸發散量實測値)와 유의(有意)한 상관(相關)이 있는 것은 기온(氣溫), 대기포차(大氣飽差), 일조시수(日照時數), 일사량(日射量), Pan증발량(蒸發量)이었으며, 이들 요인(要因)을 고려(考慮)한 다중회귀식(多重回歸式)은 PET산정식(算定式)으로 활용(活用)이 가능(可能)하였다. 잠재증발산량(潛在蒸發散量) 추정모형(推定模型)으로서는 Pan 증발량(蒸發量)(Eo)을 사용(使用)한 회귀식(回歸式)이 가장 간편(簡便)하고 정확(正確)하였다. PET= 0.712 + 0.705 Eo 3. 잠재증발산량(潛在蒸發散量)에 대한 최대증발량(最大蒸發量)(ETm)의 비(比)로 정의(定義)된 작물계수(作物係數)(Kc)는 배추생육초기(生育初期)에 0.5~0.7 범위(範圍)이었으며, 생육중기(生育中期)부터는 0.9~1.2범위(範圍)로 유지(維持)되었다. 작물계수(作物係數)는 생육진도(生育進度)(G ; 0~1.0)의 2차함수(次函數)로부터 추정(推定)할 수 있었다. 봄배추 : $$Kc=0.598+0.959G-0.501G^2$$ 가을배추 : $$Kc=0.402+1.887G-1.432G^2$$ 4. 최대증발산량(最大蒸發散量)에 대(對)한 실증발산량(實蒸發散量)의 비(比)로 정의(定義)된 토양수분계수(土壤水分係數)(Kf)는 근권(根圈)의 유효수분률(有效水分率)(f)이 임계치(臨界値)(fp)이상(以上)에서는 1.0 수준(水準)으로 유지(維持)되다가 그 이하(以下) 에서는 f에 따라 직선적(直線的)으로 감소(減少)되었다. Kc와 f와의 관계(關係)에 있어서 fp와 직선함수(直線函數)의 기울기는 재배시기(栽培時期)와 PET에 따라 각각 다르게 나타났다. Kf=1.0, if $$f{\geq}fp$$ $$Kf=a+b{\cdot}f$$, if f<fp 5. 층위별(層位別) 토양수분함량(土壤水分含量)으로부더 근권(根圈)의 물보유량변화(保有量變化)(${\Delta}S$) 계산(計算)에 있어서 모관수(毛管水)의 상승(上昇)과 배수량(排水量)은 무시(無視)할 정도(程度)로 적었다. 침투량(浸透量)(I)이 있을때 표토(表土) 5cm에 보유(保有)되었다가 증발(蒸發)되어 버리는 물량(量)(Es)은 실증발산(實蒸發散) 추정한형(推定漢型)에서 별도로 고여(考濾)되어야 하며, Es는 근권(根圈)의 유효수분율(有效水分率)로부터 추정(推定)된 표사(表士) 5cm에서 증발가능(蒸發可能)한 최대(最大) 물량(Esm)과 I을 비교(比較)하여 결정(決定)할 수 있었다. Es = I if I < Esm Es = Esm if < Esm 380 6. 실증발산최(實蒸發散最)(ETa) 추정모형(推定模型)은 물수지식(收支式)에 근거(根據)하여, 모관수(毛管水)의 상하이동양(上下移動量)은 무시(無視)하고 잠재증발산양(潛在蒸發散量)(PET), Kc, Kf, Es를 고려(考慮)하여 아래식(式)으로 설정(設定)되었다. $$ETa=PET{\cdot}Kc{\cdot}Kf+Es$$ 7.배추의 상대수양(相對收量)(Y/Ym) 추정모형(推定模型)은 재배기간중(栽培期間中)의 ETa의 대수함수(對數函數)의 형태(形態)로 설정(設定)되었다. $$Y/Ym=a+b{\cdot}{\ell}n(ETa)$$ 봄배추 : a=0.07, b =0.73 가을배추 : a=0.37, b =0.66 8. 설정(設定)된 모형(模型)에 의해 추정(推定)된 실증발산양(實蒸發散量)과 상대수양(相對收量)을 실측치(實測値)와 비교(比較)하여 본 결과(結果), 실증발산추정치(實蒸發散推定値)의 평균편차(平均偏差)는 봄배추에서는 0.29mm/day, 가을배추에서는 0.19mm/day이었으며, 상대수양추정치(相對收量推定値)의 평균편차(平均偏差)는 봄배추에서는 0.14, 가을배추에서는 0.09이었다. 9. 모형설정(模型設定)이 완료(完了)된 이후(以後) 별도(別途)로 3작기(作期)에 대(對)한 실측치(實測値)와 추정치간(推定値間)의 편차(偏差)도 모형설정기간(模型設定期間)의 것보다 오히려 더 적게 나오는 경향(傾向)을 보였다. 따라서 본추정모형(本推定模型)은 실제(實際) 활용가치(活用價値)가 있다고 판단(判斷)된다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times.
