임베디드 리눅스 기반의 개인 오디오 레코더 서비스 구현 (The Implementation of Personal Audio Recorder Service based on Embedded Linux)

  • 본 논문에서는 음성통화를 위해 CDMA 네트워크와 데이터 통신을 위해 와이브로 네트워크를 동시에 사용하는 임베디드 리눅스 기반의 듀얼모드 응용 서비스인 개인 오디오 레코더의 구현에 대해서 기술한다. 개인 오디오 레코더는 듀얼모드 지원 단말에 탑재된 클라이언트에서 음성 녹음을 시작하면, 송신자와 수신자의 CDMA 음성 데이터가 와이브로 네트워크를 통해 인터넷 상의 저장 서버로 전달된다. 개인 오디오 레코더 서버는 통화 번호 및 통화 시간을 기준으로 음성 데이터를 서버에 저장하게 된다. 구현된 개인 오디오 레코더는 단말의 저장공간이 부족한 환경에서도 음성 통화 내용을 저장할 수 있도록 한다. 그리고, 개인 오디오 레코더는 서버에 저장된 통화 목록을 검색하여, 특정 통화 내용을 재생할 수 있다.

  • 최근 온라인 마케팅 트렌드는 개인화된 서비스의 제공이다. 인터넷 환경의 대중화와 SNS(Social Networking Service), 모바일 환경의 보급으로 사용자는 쉽게 정보에 노출된다. 이런 환경에서 웹사이트나 애플리케이션, SNS에 대해 사용자의 패턴과 관심사를 분석하여 개인화된 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 데이터 분석은 빅 데이터 환경으로 분석되며 이렇게 분석된 개인화 정보는 사용자와 연관성이 높은 정보를 노출함으로 인해 효율적인 정보의 소비와 더불어 마케팅 효과를 누릴 수 있고, 온라인 서비스나 애플리케이션 제공자에게 사용자도 모르게 제공된 개인의 정보 소비 패턴으로 나타내어진다. 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 서버에 저장된 개인화 데이터는 보안적으로 해킹에 취약할 수 있고, 관리하는 서비스 제공자에게 있어서도 유지보수에 비용이 발생함과 동시에 사용자의 개인정보를 과도하게 수집하게 되는 우려가 나타난다. 개인화 서비스 제공의 단점을 극복하고자 HTML5 Local-Storage 기능을 사용하여 브라우저 환경에서 웹 기반 서비스를 이용하는 사용자의 정보이용 패턴을 저장하여 데이터를 사용자 측면의 저장소에 보관함으로 보다 안전하고 적은 비용으로 개인화 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

Detection of Emetic Bacillus cereus from Ready-to-eat Foods in Markets and its Production of Cereulide under Simulated Conditions

  • B. cereus-produced cereulide as an emetic toxin is commonly isolated in starch-based cooked foods. This study examined the prevalence of B. cereus from ready-to-eat foods in markets by polymerase chain reaction analysis and determined the relationship between the level of B. cereus and the quantity of cereulide in the sample after different storage times and temperatures. The prevalence of general B. cereus in 43 starch foods was 32.6%, and the level of B. cereus ranged from 0.5 to 1.95 log cfu/g, meeting the Korea Food Code Specifications of 3 log CFU/g of B. cereus. No samples revealed emetic B. cereus. Fried rice samples were inoculated with a cereulide-producing reference strain, B. cereus NCCP 14796, to determine the level of B. cereus and the quantity of cereulide in the samples after storage for 0, 4, 6, 8, 20, 24, 30, 48, 72, and 96 h at 7, 25, 35, and 57℃. The average levels of B. cereus at 7, 25, 35, and 57℃ were 4.38, 7.31, 7.88, and 3.82 log cfu/g, and the levels of cereulide were 150.41, 1680.70, 2652.65, and 77.83 ㎍/mL, respectively, showing a significant difference according to the incubation time (P<0.05) and temperature (P<0.001).

A Method to Estimate the Burnup Using Initial Enrichment, Cooling Time, Total Neutron Source Intensity and Gamma Source Activities in Spent Fuels

  • Spent fuels (SFs) are stored in a storage pool after discharge from nuclear power plants. They can be transferred to for the further processes such as dry storage sites, processing plants, or disposal sites. One of important measures of SF is the burnup. Since the radioactivity of SF is strongly dependent on its burnup, the burnup of SF should be well estimated for the safe management, storage, and final disposal. Published papers about the methodology for the burnup estimation from the known activities of important radioactive sources are somewhat rare. In this study, we analyzed the dependency of the burnup on the important radiation source activities using ORIGEN-ARP, and suggested simple correlations that relate the burnup and the important source activities directly. A burnup estimation equation is suggested for PWR fuels relating burnup with total neutron source intensity (TNSI), initial enrichment, and cooling time. And three burnup estimation equations for major gamma sources, 137Cs, 134Cs, and 154Eu are also suggested.

Development of Cooked Rice with Garlic and Astragalus membranaceus Extract for the Health-Friendly Ready-To-Eat Product as Cook-Chill Type

  • Medicinal cooked rice with Astragalus membranaceus extract and garlic was developed as a ready-to-eat product. The response surface methodology was used to examine the effect of garlic and Astragalus membranaceus extract addition on the color, texture, and sensory properties to optimize the product. The product was also analyzed for microbiological, sensory, and physical property changes during storage.As for the color, taste, and overall acceptability, the sensory scores increased with the increase of Astragalus membranaceus extracts (p<0.05). The sensory scores for the product ranged between 9.17~9.92 and foodborne microorganism such as Bacillus cereus, Salmonella, Staphylococcu aureus, and Eschericha coli were not detected after 13 storage days. Therefore, the possible shelf life was evaluated for up to13 days of storage. When considering health and convenience are important factors in the development of new food products, the medicinal and biological effects of garlic and Astragalus membranaceus could be useful for providing healthy diet options for senior consumers. The results of sensory and microbiological tests showed the potential for the commercialization of ready-to-eat cook-chill product as an alternative of cooked rice for Asian populations and Korean senior consumer market.

지역 스마트팜 데이터 연계 및 서비스 활용에 대한 연구 (Research on Regional Smart Farm Data Linkage and Service Utilization)

  • To enhance the usability of smart agriculture, methods for utilizing smart farm data are required. Therefore, this study proposes a scheme for utilizing regional smart farm data by linking it to services. The current status of domestic and foreign smart farm data collection and linkage services is analyzed. To collect and link regional smart farm data, necessary data collection, data cleaning, data storage structure and schema, and data storage and linkage systems are proposed. Based on the standards currently being implemented for regional smart farm internal data storage, a farm schema, environmental information schema, facility control information schema, and growth information schema are designed by extending the crop schema and crop main environmental factor information database schema. A data collection and management system structure based on the Hadoop Ecosystem is designed for data collection and management at regional smart farm data centers. Strategies are proposed for utilizing regional smart farm data to provide smart farm productivity improvement and revenue optimization services, image-based crop analysis services, and virtual reality-based smart farm simulation services.

Helicobacter pylori 항원을 이용한 면역우유의 열처리와 저장 중 항체의 안전성 (Stability of antibody during heat treatment and storage in immunized milk with Helicobacter pylori antigen)

  • Anti-H pylori 항체를 함유한 면역우유를 $60^{\circ}C$에서 30분 열처리한 것과 열처리하지 않은 Anti-H. pylori 항체를 함유한 원유의 면역활성 비교시 99.99(100)%의 면역 활성을 나타내었으며, $75^{\circ}C$ 이상의 열처리에 의해서는 면역 활성이 급격하게 감소하여 약 50%이하로 감소하였다. 열처리 온도가 높을수록, 열처리 시간이 증가할수록 총균수의 감소율이 증가하였다. Coliform bacteria의 경우는 원유에서 $10^2\;CFU/mL$이 관찰되었으나 모든 열처리 구에서는 관찰되지 않았다. 면역우유를 $2^{\circ}C,\;4^{\circ}C$ 그리고 $10^{\circ}C$에서 21일 동안 저장한 결과 면역우유의 저장 중pH의 변화는 저장 21일 동안 $2^{\circ}C$$4^{\circ}C$에 저장한 경우 저장온도에 따른 뚜렷한 변화는 관찰할 수 없었으며, $10^{\circ}C$에 저장한 경우 저장 7일 이후 급격히 감소하였다. 총균수의 변화는 저장 초기 $10^3\;CFU/mL$에서 $2^{\circ}C$$4^{\circ}C$에 저장한 열처리 면역우유의 총균수는 저장 21일 동안 뚜렷한 증가현상을 관찰할 수 없었으며, $10^{\circ}C$에 저장하였을 경우 7일 이후 급격히 증가하여 저장 14일째 $10^8\;CFU/mL$로 부패현상을 나타내었다. 면역우유의 저장 중 면역 활성의 변화는 저장 온도에 관계없이 저장 14일까지는 저장초기의 활성에 비해 뚜렷한 차이는 나타나지 않았으나 14일 이후 급격히 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다.

신품종 이슬송이 버섯(Lentinula edodes GNA01)의 온도별 저장에 따른 품질 변화 (Changes in the Quality of New Cultivar Dewdrop Pine Mushroom (Lentinula edodes GNA01) Depending on the Storage Temperature)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics and antioxidant activity on consequent storage based on the temperature of new cultivar dew-drop pine mushroom (Lentinula edodes GNA01). Methods: Dewdrop Pine Mushroom were prepared under different storeage temperature (4, 10, $20^{\circ}C$). Results: Weight loss and hardness showed the least reduction rate when it was stored at $4^{\circ}C$ (p<0.05). The color value changed to dark brown at all storage temperatures during the storage period. When it was stored at $4^{\circ}C$, it maintained its initial color for a longer period than at different storage temperatures. With respect to the change in its viable cell count, the cells proliferated to less than 3.0 log CFU/g up to Ed: Please review the change. The earlier part was difficult to understand 2.83 log CFU/g until 15 days of storage at $4^{\circ}C$. On measuring the antioxidant activity of this mushroom, the polyphenol content was maintained without a large change until 9 days of storage at $4^{\circ}C$. The electron-donating action maintained high antioxidant activity, accounting for 81.99% until 12 days of storage from 83.08% during the initial storage at $4^{\circ}C$. When it was stored at $4^{\circ}C$, the sensory characteristics received the highest score among all items, such as appeaance, color, flavor and general preference, etc. Concolusion: In summary, new Cultivar Dewdrop Pine Mushroom (Lentinula edodes GNA01) can maintain its commercial value until the 12th day of $4^{\circ}C$ storage.

Gamma irradiation and subsequent storage reduce patulin content in apple juice

  • Patulin has been reported as a risk factor in various foods, especially apple juice. This study monitored residual patulin and polyphenolic content in apple juice during post-irradiation storage conditions. Response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to monitor the changes in dependent variables (Yn, patulin, and polyphenolics) as affected by independent variables, such as storage temperature (Xi, -20℃ to 20℃), irradiation dose (Xii, 0-2 kGy), and storage period (Xiii, 0-20 days), which were based on a central composite design. The predicted peak point resulted in the lowest residual patulin content of 58.42 ppb with the corresponding independent parameter conditions, such as 18.19℃ of storage temperature, 1.24 kGy of irradiation dose, and 13.42 days of storage period. The residual patulin content of 58.42 ppb is the minimum desirable level, representing a 91% reduction compared to the non-irradiated control (675.00 ppb). A maximum polyphenolics content (11.98 mg/g) was obtained under the predicted maximum conditions of 14.40℃, 0.78 kGy, and 3.4 days. The most influential parameter in reducing residual patulin content while maintaining polyphenolic content in apple juice was irradiation dose (p<0.01), which showed potential to be applied in controlling the patulin levels in apple juice.

단일 및 이중명령을 수행하는 자동창고 시스템의 성능분석 (A performance analysis of AS/RS with single and dual commands)

  • We consider an AS/RS(Automated Storage/ Retrieval System) which performs both of single and dual commands. The service times of single and dual commands are assumed to be differently distributed. Steady-state probabilities at the service completion epochs are calculated. Then, we transform the arrival rates of storage and retrieval commands into those of single and dual commands. Using this, we propose a non-preemptive queueing model with priority for the performance analysis of an AS/RS, and obtain approximated means of queue lengths and waiting times.
