In this study it will be discussed how to solve the problem of discomfort from rolling motion on the fishing boats. Most discomfort is caused by the short cycle of rolling due to the light weight of the boats. The light weight is due to the FRP material which dries a boat. A way to improve the feeling of boarding by using fish hold was researched. The experiment was done on experimental fishing boat made by FRP in Jeju. An existing fish hold was designed and manufactured through the rolling test and that was used for a marine experiment. The rolling condition of the U-tank boat ideally designed was compared to that of an existing fishing boat using the same conditions. The experiments were carried out two times on the stop engine in the outward Sehwa fishing port, which the experimental data had analysed for effects of rolling reduction to compare the U - tank with the of exiting fish hold. The results were confirmed that the U-boat tank in the roll period and GoM were more safe than the existing fish hold and the average amplitude and significant of rolling angles were decreased relatively.

This survey was carried out to determine 5 residual sulfonamides(sulfamerazine : SMR, sulfamethazine : SMT, sulfamonomethoxine : SMM:, sulfadimethoxine : SDM, sulfaquinoxaline : SQX) in muscle of mouse. For this investigation, pertaining detection wavelength, residual levels and residual times in muscle of mouse were summarized as follows ; 1. Pertaining detection wavelength of 5 residual sulfonamides(SMR, SMT, SMM, SDM, SQX) was 270nm by HPLC/UV detection. 2. After 1 day put a stop to sulfonamides administration, residual levels was 1∼l.5ppm, but were not detected at day 7 3. Withdrawal time of 5 sulfonamides were about 7 days suspectly.

Recently, many vehicles have applied electric parts for saving fuel consumption and reducing levels of environmental pollution. ISG (integrated starter & generator) is one of main electric parts and can improve fuel efficiency by using idle stop & go function and regenerative braking system. However, if ISG driving inverter works under the continuously high load condition, it will make the performance and durability of the inverter decreased with rising temperature. In this study, we carried out the analysis on the fluid flow and thermal characteristics of the inverter. As a result, we found the MOSFET of the air cooled inverter was increased up to $116^{\circ}C$ over the limit temperature. On the other hand, the liquid cooled type inverter's MOSFET was decreased by about $17^{\circ}C$ compared to that of the air cooled inverter. Therefore, we verified the feasibility of the liquid cooled type using the present cooling structure.

Withdrawal time of erythromycin in the cultured black rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) was investigated to provide regulatory authority and fishery industry with full information needed to secure food safety of the fish treated with erythromycin. Medication was carried out using the experimental diet containing erythromycin of which concentration was 200 mg/kg diet and its daily dose was about 40 mg/kg body weight. The withdrawal time needed to reduce antibiotic contents around 10.0 mg/kg accumulated during 9 days medication below 0.2 mg/kg was identified about 10 days. The antibiotic with 13.7 mg/kg of fish on the $9^{th}$ days of medication was completely depleted after 30 days from stop of medication.

The current participative government has started to carry out Residents Service Reform that transforms the transmission system of suppliers' oriented convenience to one-stop tai for made civil and governmental integral ion service for the purpose of realizing universal Social Benefits in responding to increasing desires of people according to the changes of social and economic conditions by overcoming the existing limit of transmission system. This study has analyzed the status and problems of local autonomous organizations according to the innovation of support for the life of residents and in order to solve these problems, I present the implementation strategy of transmission system of civil and government cooperation tailor-made integral ion service through the project of "30 experiencing hall for Social Benefits, " which is a joint project of civil and government dove loped by Jungrang-gu. In addition, it aims for the completed accomplishments of this project to settle as eight largest services market ing brand in 30 method and also as the best strategic brand for the "establishment of network of civil and governmental cooperation" with suppliers of public services, suppliers of civil service, and residents, who are suppliers as well as potential customers, for solving problems of local communities.

Load/Unload(L/UL) technology includes the benefits, that is, increased areal density, reduced power consumption and improved shock resistance contrary to contact-start-stop(CSS). It has been widely used in portable hard disk drive and will become the key technology far developing the small form factor hard disk drive. The main object of L/UL is no slider-disk contact or no media damage. For realizing those, we must consider many design parameters in L/UL system. In this paper, we focus on lift-off force. The 'lift-off' force, defined as the minimum air bearing force, is another very important indicator of unloading performance. A large amplitude of lift-off force increases the ramp force, the unloading time, the slider oscillation and contact-possibility. To minimize 'lift-off' force we optimizes the slider and suspension using the integrated optimization frame, which automatically integrates the analysis with the optimization and effectively implements the repetitive works between them. In particular, this study is carried out the optimal design considering the process of modes tracking through the entire optimization processes. As a result, we yield the equation which can easily find a lift-off force and structural optimization for suspension.

This paper reports experimental findings about the duration feature of the acoustic components of English stops in Korean speakers' voicing perception. In our experiment, 35 participants discriminated between recorded stimuli and digitally transformed stimuli with different duration features from the original stimuli. 72 sets of paired stimuli are generated to test the effects of the duration feature in various phonetic contexts. The result of our experiment is a complicated cross-tabulation with 540 cells defined by five categorical independent variables plus one response variable. To find a meaningful generalization out of this complex frequency table, we ran logit log-linear regression analyses. Surprisingly, we have found that there is no single effect of the duration feature in all phonetic contexts on Korean speakers' perception of the voicing contrasts of English stops. Instead, the logit log-linear analyses reveal that there are interaction effects among phonetic contexts (=C), the places of articulation of stops (=P), and the voicing contrast (=V), and among duration (=T), phonetic contexts, and the places of articulation. To put it in mathematical terms, the distribution of the data can be explained by a simple log-linear equation, logF=${\mu}+{\lambda}CPV+{\lambda}TCP$.

In this paper, we developed modeling of tension and speed dynamics for a two-drum winder in a three span continuous web transport system which had not been previously. Dynamic modeling of the time-varying nonlinear system was derived by considering the effect of the radii and mass moment of inertia in the unwinder and the two-drum winder through winding up the web. After linearizing it, we designed with a variable-gain a PID controller for tension control and a PI controller for speed. Simulation is carried out with the variation of radii and moment of inertia at high speed for the proposed tension control system with the two-drum winder and the variavle-gain a PID controller. Results show good performance of tension control during the speed change speed at a start-up and stop.

본 논문에서는 단락 전송점을 갖는 소형 유전체 필터의 설계 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 회로망 변환을 이용하여 저지대역내에 감쇄극을 두는 방법으로 기존의 극점 합성 방법과 비교할 때 간단하면서도 빠른 설계를 할 수 있다. 또한 필터의 EM 결함 pattern의 설계의 문제점인 field simualtor의 계산시간을 줄이는 효과적인 설계방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 집중회로영역과 EM영역사이에 선형 변환함수를 이용하고 회로영역에서 최적화를 수행하여 설계시간을 대폭 절약하였다. 감쇄극 필터의 예로 1900MHz대역에서 단락전송을 갖는 협대역 필터를 설계하고 제작하였다.

Water meter frost in winter is a nuisance to the water administration and citizen as well. It causes stop of water supply, possibility of accident due to leakage freezing, and additional official work to change frost water meters. This study was carried out to give some basic information of water meter frost condition, to verify the effect of frost protection devices such as lagging vinyl cover, electric heater, and meter pit using subterranean heat. Nearly half of the number of the water meter frost happens in old apartment house with outer corridor, and temperature of the meter box was measured in that kind of apartment house, comparing with atmosphere temperature. The capability of three kinds of lagging vinyl cover was investigated by measuring the inside temperature of the insulated box. Also the capability of existing meter pits and new meter pits using subterranean heat was compared by measuring the inside temperature of the pits. One of the result is that the inside temperature of meter pits using subterranean heat was higher than that of the existing ones, and deeper pit causes higher inside temperature in case of using subterranean heat.
