The structure of the Hanwoo (Korean Native Cattle) Industry remains very weak and vulnerable to the WTO/IMF system. Considering that the majority of cattle farmers are small sized, and that marketing systems are outdated and inefficient, rapid expansion of lower priced beef imports by WTO system and rapid increasing of production costs by IMF system would lead to the deprivation of a regular source of farm income and threaten the stability of rural life. Accordingly, the Hanwoo industry should be expanded in accordance with progress in the implementation of (1) programs for the structural adjustment and (2) measures to compensate for the loss. Efforts for lowering major production factor costs needs to continue, In order to increase the supply of calves at low cost, the programs of collective cow-calf farms should be expanded, thereby reducing the cost of calf purchase, which constitutes the largest share of Hanwoo production cost. Also, feedlot operations should be encouraged for small herd farms in order to achieve a substantial saving in beef production costs by integrated operations from calf production to cattle fattening. A substantial saving would also be made by collective purchase and distribution of various inputs through the cooperatives' channels. Extension services should be strengthened for cattle farm management, cattle care and feeding, prevention of cattle disease, etc. In order to minimize cash outlays for commercial mixed feeds, utilization of far by-products as feeds should be enhanced and production of forage crops productive of resources, such as land and rural labor, during the farm o(f-season, needs to be encouraged. Also, technological development for enhancing the nutritional value of farm by-products should be encouraged. Measures for successful segregation of the Hanwoo beef market should be implemented, thereby enhancing incentive for quality beef producers and protecting consumers willing to pay higher price for quality beef. For development of the Hanwoo industry, a considerable time frame would be required in order for (1) small livestock farmers to make a successful adjustment by staying in the enterprise and achieving increased price efficiency (2) livestock farmers to acquire know-how for producing quality Hanwoo beef, (3) the ongoing Government policy of enhancing price-quality competitiveness, and for improving the quality Hanwoo beef marketing to take root. (4) consumers to increase their ability to distinguish meat quality, and others.
Automotive transmission systems are assembled with a large number of gears and shafts, and rolling bearings are used to ensure their smooth operation. Gear oil in the gear box contains solid particles such as wear debris from contacting gears and metallic chips. This particle-enriched lubricating oil can cause premature failure of the rolling bearings. Research aimed at improving the service life of these rolling bearings has been confined mainly to design and lubrication of the inner/outer rings and the rolling elements. In this paper, we redesigned the shape of the cage pocket of a deep groove ball bearing to reduce the premature failure due to particle contamination. Test bearings are assembled with this new cage design containing a hole punched in the cage pocket. Endurance tests are carried out using the contaminated lubricating oil with miracle grid as hard particle. The duration and damaged bearing component shapes are compared for two different cages. The B10 life of bearing with new cage is increased by about 66% compared to the conventional cage. This is because the hard particles can be easily discharged through the pocket hole without staying for a long time in the lubrication regions. This greatly decreases abrasive wear and dents on the highly stressed ball bearing surfaces. Therefore, the cage design of this study, containing a pocket hole, can significantly delay the premature failure of rolling bearings and improve the endurance life.
Construction of large-scale container ports with the productivity improvements in container cranes shortened time of staying port to increase the level of service it harbors efforts accelerated. About container crane system exerted on the input, which is designed to look good performance considering the states feedback control system. The states observer designed of container cranes state variables that are expected to measurement noise or particular measurement signal. In the status of existing research, the feedback gain matrix and the state observer gain matrix are searched by being separated solving. But the feedback gain matrix and the state observer gain matrix are searched by RCGAs at once that be used robust search method in this paper.

There is increasing interest in the introduction of smart work as a flexible working form to perform a task without restrictions of time and place by using the information and communication technology as a creative innovative capacity has become an important element of enterprise competitiveness. However, because of the lack of understanding about smart work and concrete practices, most local SMEs are staying at the beginning of introducing the smart work. It is required to provide the standard of a smart work common structure and interface to quickly develop smart work services in a standardized way for SMEs and promote the deployment of the smart work in this environment. In this paper, we present standard development directions for the smart work service common structure and component interface to develop specialized services according to the size, the purpose and the needs of local SMEs.

In this paper, With the development of modern science and technology are Sheds to stay indoors rather than outdoors space it increased significantly compared to the past. And a wide variety of research about outdoor air quality until recently, efforts are underway but the issue of air quality in the room is the fact that all considered relatively lightly. As the contamination of the room air is polluted, unlike the natural environment, a large outdoor air dilution rate, the dilution rate is very low, once the contaminated air continuously circulating exerts a very bad influence on the health of people staying in the room. In this study, movement characteristics of the person living in a room, the air measuring device for the study of the active indoor environmental control system reflects the life form to measure the quality of the measured air in real time for transmitting the information to the user of the smart devices, alarm bot It was implemented and operational applications.
Recently, COVID-19 has spread and time to stay at home has been increasing in accordance with quarantine guidelines of the government such as recommendations to refrain from going out. As a result, the number of single-person households staying at home is also increasingsingle-person households are less likely to be notified to the outside world in times of emergency than multi-person households. This study collects various situations occurring in the home with lidar, image, and voice sensors and analyzes the data according to the sensors through their respective algorithms. Using this method, we analyzed abnormal patterns such as emergency situations and conducted research to detect abnormal signs in humans. Artificial intelligence algorithms that detect abnormalities in people by each sensor were studied and the accuracy of anomaly detection was measured according to the sensor. Furthermore, this work proposes a fusion method that complements the pros and cons between sensors by experimenting with the detectability of sensors for various situations.

The effect of indoor air pollution on the human body is greater and more dangerous than outdoor air pollution. In general, a person stays indoors for a long time, and in a closed room, pollutants are continuously accumulated and the polluted air is better delivered to the lungs. Especially in the case of young children, it is very sensitive to indoor air and it is fatal. In addition, methods to reduce indoor air pollution, which cannot be ventilated with more frequent indoor activities and continuously increasing external fine dust due to Covid 19, are becoming more important. In order to improve the problems of the existing autonomous driving air purifying robot, this paper divided the map and Upper Confidence bounds applied to Trees(UCT) based algorithm to solve the problem of the autonomous driving robot not sterilizing a specific area or staying in one space continuously, and the problem of children who are vulnerable to indoor air pollution. We propose a space-adaptive autonomous driving air purifying robot for a green smart school that can be improved.
Objective : This study is conducted to investigate the effect of Astragali Radix on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD) induced by the Single Proposed Stress(SPS). Methods : The experiment was conducted with five groups; SAL groups with only saline treatment, SPS group, SPS + ARX25 group, SPS + ARX50 group, and SPS + ARX100 group. After applying SPS, saline and ARX were administered for 14 days to identify the change of body weight, sucrose intake amount, and behavioral changes through Open Field Test(OFT) and Forced Swimming Test(FST). After the behavioral experiment, plasma corticosterone levels, serotonin, norepinephrine and dopamine concentrations were measured by enzyme-linked immunoassay in medical prefrontal cortex, hippocampus, and amygdala. Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in the hippocampus was measured using Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction. Results : Weight change has significantly decreased in the SPS group compared to the SAL group(p<0.05). On day 14, the sucrose intake of rats has significantly increased in the SPS + ARX100 group compared to the SPS group(p<0.05). In OFT, the number of staying in the central space has significantly increased in the SPS + ARX100 group(p<0.01). In FST, immobility has significantly decreased in SPS + ARX50 group and SPS + ARX100 group(p<0.05). The concentration of serotonine, dopamine and BDNF expression has increased significantly in SPS + ARX100 group compared to SPS group(p<0.05) Conclusions : In the SPS-induced PTSD experiment, ARX increased sucrose intake and the numbers of crossing in the central zone space in OFT, decreased immobility time in FST, and increased concentration of serotonin, dopamine, and BDNF. It can be postulated that the ARX could be effective for the treatment of PTSD.

The authors carried out an experiment to investigate the responsive behavior of sea eel, Astroconger myriaster(BREVOORT) to chemical stimuli. The experimental tank was made in doughnut type by using FRP plates. The channel of tank was divided into three concentric troughs by using perforated plastic plates. The inside trough was used as influent part, the outside one as effluent part, and the middle one as the testing trough in which testing fish may be swimmable. The influent part was radially portioned into 12 sections so as to be 30 degrees of central angle. But a basin of any section in testing trough was diverged in the range of 45 degrees of central angle. The the testing trough are radially divided into eight zones. Water is supplied at the rate of 6.3l per minute from the central water tank set as high as 50cm in the center of doughnut, passed across the influent part, testing trough, effluent part and finally discharged by overflow pipes. The chemical substance to stimulate the sea eel was extracted from mackerel, shad and krill which are used as bait for fishing. The chemical substance was injected into any one of 12 hoses which supplies water from central water tank to the influent part at the rate of 2ml per minute. Sea eels used for the experiment were caught by pot in the coast of Chung-mu and accustomed to the tanks for 5 days before applying them to the experiment. The result obtained are as follows: 1. The rate of time length of sea eel's staying in the stimulated zone, as the extracts of mackerel, shad and krill were given to it, was observed as 7.9%, 30.9% and 11.4% respectively. It means that the extract from shad was the most effective of three in attracting sea eel. 2. To compare the effect of freshness of bait fish, the extracts were prepared from shad just killed, form the 24 hour-lapsed one and from the 48 hour-lasped one after killed. The rate of time length of sea eel's staying in the stimulated zone was 30.9%, 17.1% and 11.3% respectively. It means that the freshness is much effective in attracting olfactory fishes like sea eel.
The purpose of this study is to analyze ER patient's Triage and other statistical data. The subjects were 12,618 patients who visited the ER during the year 1998. The study showed the following results; 1. The male vs female ratio was 1.3 : 1.0, the male were in the majority (56.6%), and the age range of 20-29 old was the majority (15.3). The patients who visited ER at 8-10 pm were the majority (11.5%). On Sunday the number of patients who visited the ER were 2,189, and the majority were 17.4%. On Saturday the number of patients was visited the ER were 1,944 patients the second majority (15.4%). Their traffic means : the general passenger cars (75.5%), 119 or hospital ambulance (11.3%). 2.The reasons of visiting ER were : diseases (59.2%), injuries (23.7%). The disease vs injury ratio was 100 : 69. 3. Triage : urgent 40.7%, non-urgent 38.2%, acute 17.8%, and critical 3.2%. 4. The time of waiting and staying in the ER by the Triaget: the average time was 572 minutes (9.53 hrs.). The majority of critical patients (20.5%), acute patients (24.7%) and urgent patients (21.2%) stayed 12-24 hrs., but the majority of non-emergent (27.8%) stayed not longer than one hour. 5. Treatments by the Triage : the 42.9% of critical patients, and 61.3% of acute patients, 57.5% of urgent patients were admitted. But 91.8% of the non-emergents were discharged and 4.7% was admitted. Mortality of total ER visiter were 1.7%. DAA portion was 0.86%. 26.6% of the critical patients were DAA. DAA vs DOA ratio was 1.3 : 1.0. 6. Visiting time, monthly and seasonal distribution by the Triage : the majority of critical patients (12.2%), visited 10-12 am. The majority of acute (12.9%) and urgent (11.7%) visited 4-6 pm, but the majority of non-emergents (15.1%) visited during 8-10 pm. Autumn visiter were the majority (27.6%). The percentage of non-emergent visited in Spring was 41.4% and Autumn was 41.3%. The percentage of urgents who visited in the Summer was 45.3% and the Winter was 40.4%. By clinical departments: the 48.0% of critical patients was NS. The 45.5% of acute and the 33.6% of urgent patients were IM. But the majority of non-emergent patients was PS (21.2%), and the second majority of non-emergent patients was oral Surgery (12.8%).
