공공도서관 통계는 도서관 자원 및 서비스에 대한 객관적이 평가지표인 동시에 도서관 계획 및 정책의 수립 과정을 비롯한 도서관 경영 전반에 유용하게 이용될 수 있는 도구이다. 본 연구는 공공도서관 현황에 대한 정확한 측정과 보고가 이루어질 수 있는 국가단위의 공공도서관 통계 수집 및 제공 시스템을 확립하기 위해 이루어져야할 기본적인 과제가 무엇인가를 밝히고 개선 방향을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구를 통하여 통계의 의의와 이용자 및 활용분야를 정리하고 주요 국가단위 공공도서관 통계수집 사례를 살펴본 후, 도서관협회에서 매년 발행하는 $\ulcorner$도서관 통계$\lrcorner$를 대상으로 공공도서관 통계 수집 현황을 통계항목의 타당성, 수집통계의 신뢰성, 일관성 및 신속성, 그리고 도서관 평가 및 경영과정에서의 유용성을 중심으로 분석하고 개선을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

The statistics of monitoring on soil quality is a report statistics which is made on the basis of Article 15, Environment Strategy Basic Law and Article 5, Soil Environment Conservation Law. This study was conducted according to quality assessment of Korea National Statistical Office. The assessment of quality infrastructure advised that the authority bring up and increase completely responsible officer and secure the budget. The assessment of user satisfaction and reflection of request propose that the statistics is focused on soil background concentration, decrease soil sampling points and extend survey period. The assessment of error management system per processes of detailed preparation suggest change of the statistics objective, a reduction of sampling points and improvement of survey period and soil measurement properties. Accuracy assessment of data proposed cuts of sampling points, accessibility increment and build up of management system linking subordinates and Ministry of Environment. The substantiality assessment of data service demonstrated information environment improvement for users including reference expression and records of statistics table and figure contents.

In this paper we propose a poll system using e-mail. This system expects to increase the response ratio because of including a questionnaire inner e-mail. Especially, this system automatically provides a general paper which is a result of categorical data analysis.

The statistical survey and analysis is much restricted to time, space and material. The statistical survey and analysis could hardly resume. The statistical survey and analysis is very important to create various and accurate information. The statistical survey and analysis which is not a expert knowledge have many problems in productivity of information, reliability and etc. In this paper, we study the design and Implementation of web-based statistical survey and analysis consulting system which a client meet easily a statistical expert on the web.

본 연구는 관광통계 프로세스 설계 지원 도구 개발을 통하여 업무 프로세스를 설계하고, 시스템을 구축함으로써, 관광통계를 체계적이고, 통합적으로 관리할 수 있도록 하고 관광개발계획 의사결정 지원도구로 활용하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목표하에 정보공급자, 정보생산자, 정보활용자의 3가지 요소로 이루어진 관광통계 프로세스 설계 지원 도구를 개발하였다. 이러한 프로세스 설계 지원 도구는 기존의 개발계획지표가 관광 관련 정책결정 및 개발계획수립에 효율적의 활용될 수 있도록 업무프로세스를 개선하고 시스템 구조를 합리화시킬 수 있다. 프로세스 설계 지원 도구를 활용하여,49개의 업무 프로세스를 설계하였고, 외부 기관과 연계되는 합리적인 데이터베이스를 설계하여, 관광통계정보시스템을 구축하였다. 그 결과 관광개발계획 수립시, 보다 합리적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있게 되었다.

최근 대부분 기업에서는 통합 데이터베이스 정보를 모델화하고 이를 전략적으로 활용하는 움직임이 가속화되고 있다. 이는 고객과의 커뮤니케이션 및 관계유지로 대변되는 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)이 기업들의 가장 중요한 이슈 중 하나로 부각되고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 이런 관점에서 CRM의 핵심 요소인 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 개발한 고객 스코어링 모델을 마케팅 층(Marketing Layer)에 연결해주는 스코어링 캠페인 시스템을 개발 하고자 한다. 개발한 시스템은 고객 스코어링 결과 및 캠페인 대상자 선정 작업을 쉽게 할 수 있도록 GUI환경에서 제공해 줌으로서 일반 사용자들이 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

In this paper, we suggest and implement an on-line survey and analysis system based on the database structure. We can do trends analysis in this system and reduce the number of function because we can treat basic algorithms on the database.

Recently, the demand of the Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) has been increased to a large extent, and a real-time traffic information service based on the internet system became very important. When ITS companies carry out real-time traffic services, they find some traffic data missing, and use the conventional method of reconstructing missing values by calculating average time trend. However, the method is found unsatisfactory, so that we develop a new method based the spatial and spatial-temporal models. A cross-validation technique shows that the spatial-temporal model outperforms the others.

The Ministry of Transportation forecasts that the total number of automobiles in use in 1997 will be increased to about 10 million units. Until now, with the increase of domestic demand for automobiles, the customers' complaints have been raised frequently in relation with insufficient supply of auto parts for the repair and maintenance. At the same time, the industry came to face with new problems such as customers' requests of auto makers' quality services. Until now there were not any statistics on the registration of car age for each car type. So, for the auto makers' efficient aftersales management a system for collecting registration statistics was developed, and it has attributed remarkably to the improvement of the aftersales services, through easy anticipation of the requirements of parts being used for not only the small-produced but the massproduced car types. And a systematic instrument useful for auto industry, transportation and policy on environment is provided by timely supply of various statistics to the industry.
