응급의료의 수요와 요구의 급증으로 인해 더욱 혼잡한 환경과 폭력, 의료분쟁에 노출되어 있는 응급실 간호사는 누구나 불안을 경험한다. 이러한 불안은 부정적 생리 반응을 일으켜 직무수행도와 직무만족도를 저하시키는 중요한 요인이 되고 있으므로 응급실 간호사들의 불안을 완화시켜주기 위한 중재 환경이 절실히 필요하다. 본 논문은 음악 감상을 통한 음악 중재가 응급실 간호사들의 불안에 미치는 효과를 개선시키는 것을 보인 것이다. 음악으로는 대표적인 성악곡을 선택하였으며, 응급실 간호사의 불안과 활력징후에 미치는 음악 효과를 측정하기 위하여 불안 측정 도구로는 SAI(State Anxiety Inventory)를 활용하였다. 실험을 통해 성악을 통한 음악중재가 응급실 간호사의 불안을 감소시키고 활력징후를 안정화시킨다는 결과를 얻었다.

Backgrounds: In order to prevent dental injuries that often occur in child and adolescent, it is intended to investigate and assess actual state of the injury development, present epidemiological background, and consider and discuss for preparing preventive means against the injury development. Purpose: It was attempted to understand major features of dental injuries developing in child and adolescent and indentify high risk factors of dental injuries in child and adolescent. Methods: In this study, 523 cases of computerized data collected as disease entities of dental injuries among 1-18 years old patient visiting S university hospital located in Seoul in 2009 were analyzed and following results were obtained. Results: It was found that the ratio of dental injuries by genders in child and adolescent was 66.14% of male and 33.86% of female. It was shown also that causes of dental injuries by ages were more in order of falling, bumping, chewing, traffic accident, sports, violence, and crash. In addition places where dental injuries occur by ages were home in less than 5 year old group, park, playground, and play yard in 6-11 year old group, park, playground, and play yard also in 12-14 year old group, and stairs, road, and outdoor places such as mountain climbing, beach, and camping in 15-18 year old group. It was found that time rages when dental injuries in child and adolescent often develop were 15-19 o'clock for falling, 15-19 o'clock for crash, 15-19 o'clock for bumping, 19-03 o'clock for violence, 15-19 o'clock for traffic accident, 15-19 o'clock for sports activity, and 15-19 o'clock for chewing. Conclusion: Background of dental injury inducing factors are very complicated and diversified, so deep study and analysis are required for its prediction. Therefore, it seems necessary to identify risk factors by phases such as before, at, and after accident, establish strategies to reduce injury development, and develop and utilize necessary programs.

The studies of correspondence between novel and nation-state, among which The Rise of the Novel by Ian Watt is supposed to be the first book, have flourished for more than twenty years, encouraged by Benedict Anderson's and Cathy Davidson's works. According to them, the novel should come simultaneously with, or after the foundation of the nation-state, and testify to its production or the emergence of its subject/citizen. This paper questions about these prepositions, trying to introduce a new paradigmatical approach, "between global and transnational historical approach," to first novels in transatlantic areas including England and atlantic coastal areas. In its complex relation to a variety of colonial, post-colonial, and transnational geopolitics, various cultural practices such as history, traveler's tales and epistolary novels can be included in the genre of the novel. The idea of the sexual contract by Carole Pateman is very useful because it helps more clearly understand the nature of relation between men and women in the capitalist reproduction, while the social contract tells about the relation between men as citizens. Unlike Freud in Totem and Taboo, Zilboorg argues that there were primordial and violent scenes such as rape before the first sexual contract. This paper will illuminate that "the rise of the novel" corresponded with the emergence of the sexual contract. In the so-called first novel Pamela, the heroine Pamela was threatened to be violated by Mr. B., and was really even confined in his cottage. Mary Rowlandson's The Captive Narrative shows that her body was confined as an English female captive, and troubled with imaginary rape by Indians which resulted in the unequal sexual contract between her and her puritan community in America. However, Leonora Sansay's Secret History in an alternative communality, which was not a nation-state, was different from both novels mentioned above, in that it shows the possibility of emancipation from their unequal marriage, the sexual contract. Therefore, it can be argued that "between global and transnational historical approach" has a possibility to provide a new vision of global sisterhood and solidarity to recognize globalized women's violence, and free themselves from the unequal sexual contract.

Ecological predictors of imaginative playfulness were researched to test relationships among preschoolers' individual characteristics, socioeconomic status, their visual media use, and their imaginative playfulness. Data were collected from 202 primary caregivers and head teachers in childcare centers in Michigan, U. S. A. Use of visual media was coded by the program categorization of Anderson et al. (2001) and the Television and Movie Violence Rating Scale (Huesmann et al. 2003). Imaginative playfulness was rated by the adapted Playfulness Scale (Barnett 1990). Results of hierarchical regression showed that child characteristics of age and gender predictors contributed to their imaginative playfulness. On the other hand, children's visual media use and socioeconomic status of their families did not predict their imaginative playfulness.

The memory of the Korean War is about the time period when people lived toughly during evacuation, due to being exposed to the natural climate such as intense cold or heat without any protection, leaving their comfortable home and living in temporary built shelters which were barely enough to avoid the wind. 'Death is concealed and only the figures of evacuation for survival were expressed, just as how the government ordered. Since the experience of the battlefield is personal and fragmentary, that is broken into pieces, it does not have compatibility. As war is a distorted experience that cannot be placed in a big picture, it is not possible to take a view of the war's big picture. Having this individualized experience as a common collective memory is an issue and it is the will that people tries to pursue. The reason why the evacuees from north to south, and as well as from the south to further south were all able to be adopted as the theme of artworks due to the military action that emptied the occupied territories of the North Korean Army under the forced removal command. In such situations, the natural state of the 'snow' was like a symbol of the 1.4 Recession. The group of people who were thrown into the intense cold displaced the war damage of loosing their base livelihood, and symbolized the obedient citizens who faithfully follow their government's command. The figure of advocating anti-communism is projected as a figure of a refugee during cold winter-time and it contains ones past which he or she obeyed its own country's commands. Evacuation, especially the evacuation during the winter is a visual device that can confirm these kinds of country's command. The consequences were same for the artists as well. Therefore, the situation being communal could be found due to the individual experiences during war are ideological. The image of the refuge shown in the picture played the role of strengthening the consciousness of defecting to South Korea into the meaning of the 'Finding Freedom.' I would like to express that the reason of them leave their home during the harsh winter is in order to avoid the oppression of the Communist Party. The evacuation that people went through was not to 'Finding Freedom', but 'To Survive'. Later, this evacuation has been imprinted as a behavior of choosing free Republic of Korea, which was an ideological issue. Anti-communism was the rule of survival in South Korea society, and people have the tendency to remember what they want to remember. As it is not the people who possesses an incident, but the memory that possesses ones, people cover their memory with disguised plots in order to forget the violence and to live a different prologue. They share the incident of violence as a hurtful memory. The tragedy of the Korean War was the result of Ideology and being in between the powerful nations' rights, but the violence during the war has been depicted as a natural disaster, which was the evacuation in heavy snow.

사회의 특정 영역에서 발생하는 범죄행위에 대해 그 영역의 특수성으로 인하여 동일한 일반 범죄행위보다 더 중한 비난을 가해야 한다는 것이 일반적인 사회인식일 것이다. 특히 환자의 신체와 생명을 위한다는 목적을 고려해볼 때, 의료인과 환자 사이의 신뢰관계가 의료영역의 기본적 구조로 요구되는 점을 고려해볼 때, 환자에 대한 의료인의 성범죄 행위는 일반인의 그것과 동일선상에 위치시킬 수는 없다. 하지만 이를 형사법적 제재를 통해 해결하려는 입법적 태도는 결코 바람직 하지 않다. 형벌을 전제하는 형법의 기본 원칙은 보충성의 원칙이다. 가능한 모든 수단을 통해 해결하려고 노력한 후 가장 마지막으로 형벌을 가지고 개입하라는 의미이다. 의료라는 특별영역에서 존재하는 특수성에 대한 고려 없이 일률적으로, 편의적으로 성급히 개입하려는 입법적 태도는 해당 영역에서 심각한 균열을 일으킬 것이다. 또한 법체계적 정형성을 무너뜨려 법적용 실무상에서도 바람직한 결과를 기대할 수 없을 것이다. 오히려 행정적 규제가 형벌적 제재보다 효율적이다. 하지만 가장 최선의 방법은 의료영역 해당 구성원들에 의한 자율적 통제이다. 형벌은 가장 마지막에 개입해야하고, 행정적 제재는 그 다변화를 통해 구체적 상황에 효율적으로 개입할 수 있어야 한다. 결론적으로 이러한 국가의 개입은 의료영역이 자율적 통제로 나아갈 수 있도록 가장 멀리 서 있어야 할 것이다.

이 논문은 무엇보다도 '아카이브 정의'(archival justice)의 개념적 이론적 관점을 정립하고 국가 통치 폭력의 피해당사자들을 주축으로 한 진실화해위 아카이브의 체계적 재구성을 고민한다. 이는 국내 기록학계에서 집단 기억을 구현할 수 있는 기록관리 프레임의 부재가 진실화해위원회 아카이브라는 집단 기억의 장을 또다시 기존의 지배체제 중심적이고 공공 아카이브 등의 주류 시스템에 그대로 병합되는 영역으로 남겨두는 상황을 초래할 수 있다는 문제의식에서 비롯한다. 다음으로 이 글은 기존의 집단기억 복원에 대한 제도적 정책적 접근법과 달리 인문학적인 이론 프레임을 접목함으로써 과거사 기록화의 이론적 지평을 확장하고자 한다. 이 두 가지 주요 목적을 위해서, 이 논문은 먼저 과거사위원회 아카이브 구축에 있어 피해당사자가 중심이 되는 아카이브 구축을 '아카이브 정의'로 보고, 이에 입각한 아카이브 구축을 위한 이론적 프레임을 '후기식민주의 아카이브'와 '공동체 아카이브'의 최근 이론적 논의들에서 추출해낸다. 이어서 이들 지적 자원에 기반하여 과거사위원회 아카이브의 현실 상황을 비판적으로 성찰하고자 한다. 즉 피해 당사자 중심의 동시대적 기록관리 모델링을 제안하고 있다.

테러에 관한 보도는 테러리즘을 조장하고 테러리스트에 의해 그들의 홍보수단으로 이용된다는 인식이 당국이나 그 대변자들 사이에 팽배하다. 하지만 일반적으로 언론은 테러리즘에 관한 보도에서 테러리스트의 홍보 수단이 아니라 국가의 홍보 수단이 되어 테러리즘과 테러리스트들을 매도하고, 그에 대처하는 국가의 폭력을 정당화한다. 테러리스트들은 자신들의 테러에 관한 보도를 통해 일시적으로 사람들의 이목을 끄는 데는 성공할 수 있지만, 그러나 자신들의 명분을 사람들에게 홍보하는 데에는 실패한다. 그럼에도 국가나 그 대변자들은 테러리즘에 관한 보도는 그 정치적 메시지를 홍보하는 것이기 때문에 통제해야 한다고 주장한다. 말하자면, 테러리즘에 관한 보도가 테러리스트들을 위한 홍보라는 주장은 그 주장을 구실로 테러리즘에 관한 보도를 통제하려는 의도를 갖고 있다. 이러한 논지들을 제기하기 위해 본고는 테러리즘의 뉴스 가치와 홍보로서 테러리즘의 모습에 관해 논의하고 테러 보도에 관한 몇몇 문제와 잘못된 인식을 검토하면서, 그 예증으로서 9.11 테러라는 미국에 대한 비국가 테러리즘과 "태러와의 전쟁"이라는 미국에 의한 국가 테러리즘에 관한 이국 언론의 보도를 살펴보고자 한다.

지식정보사회로의 변천은 우리의 삶을 보다 편리하고 윤택하게 해주고 있지만 미처 예상하지 못했던 부작용 또한 적지 않게 발생하고 있어 이에 대한 해결방안을 모색하는 것이 시급한 실정이다. 아직 인성이 발달되지 못한 청소년들이 정보통신망을 통해서 유통되고 있는 수많은 음란물과 폭력물과 같은 유해정보에 무방비상태로 노출되고 있는 것도 정보화사회의 대표적인 역기능 중의 하나라고 할 수 있다. 이 문제점 해결을 위해 본 논문에서는 사이트 상에서 제공되어지는 내용을 AC 머신을 이용하여 유해 단어를 추출하고 유해 정보 데이터베이스를 이용해서 유해 단어에 가중치를 부여했다. 그 결과로 유해 정보를 포함한 사이트는 90%의 차단률을 보여 효율적인 시스템으로 판명되었다.

Poet, painter and publisher, Roland $Gigu{\grave{e}}re$ is one of Quebec's outstanding figures, inspired by both Surrealism and Quebec nationalism. He participated in contemporary artistic movement 'Phases' and influenced collective self-awareness and political ferment, 'Quiet Revolution'. In La Main au feu(1973), his poetry represent a landscape dominated by darkness in contrast with red color of fire from the volcanic crater. The world is immersed in darkness of despair which allude to the Great Darkness of Quebec society. Acts of violence assume many different forms: crows, black rain, dark flow, frenzy of knife blows. Both things and humans are in the state of absence or lack. Life falls into opacity of death. In the background of dark landscape, we discover Miror, a singular character. Similar to chain of mountains and to bare forest, he is a creature that shape the tragic inner world of poet. He is as like as seismograph that record the tremble of being. Finally, in order to fight the darkness of environment, the poet attempt to use the power of fire of volcanoes. The flow of magma become paintings of his dream and the flame of eruption, poetry of cry toward the sky. 'La main au feu' means the will to resist injustice and repression in the world. The tragic reality is replaced by a dream that become second reality out of reach of the force of hostile external circumstances.
