수열합성법으로 제조된 PZT 분말의 특성에 미치는 광화제 농도와 출발물질의 영향 (Effect of Mineralizer Concentration and Starting Materials on the Characteristics of PZT Powders by Hydrothermal Process)

  • The effect of reaction parameters in the characteristic of $Pb(Zr_{0.52} Ti_{0.48})O_3$ powders by hydrothermal process was investigated in this study. In the preparation of PZT, the types of starting material and concentration of mineralizer on phase fraction and morphology was investigated respectively. Regardless the types of Pb precursor, PZT was able to synthesize ranging from 7 to 20 on KOH concentration and from 13.01 to 13.55 on pH of solution. The particle size of the PZT powders can be controlled by the mineralizer concentration and various types of precursor.

순환하는 레이어 연결을 갖는 개선된 On-line 신경회로망의 설계 (Design of an Improved On-line Neural Network with Circulating Layer Connections)

  • In this paper, an improved on-line neural network model is suggested. This neural network is designed to store and recall sequence of key strokes in on-line. The network stores incoming patterns as weight connections between series of layers. The layer has a 2-dimensionally distributed neurons where the location of neurons are relevant to the actual location of computer keyboard. To store longer patterns, the network has circulating layer connections and different patterns can be superposed on the same layer. Also, when the patterns are stored over the layers, the starting layer is not fixed but changed by the characteristics of Patterns to increases network capability. The ways how to choose the starting layer during the store and recall process are investigated.

초음파 분무 열분해 구형 미립자를 이용한 Y-TZP 소결체의 제조 (Y-TZP Sintered with Spherical Fine Powders Prepared by Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis)

  • Zr0.94Y0.06O1.97 powder was synthesized by the ultrasonic spray pyrolysis with various concentrations of starting solution and the influence of powder characteristics on sintering behavior was investigated. Powders prepared at 75$0^{\circ}C$ were characterized as narrowly distributed submicron spherical particles, which were crystalline, nonagglomerated, and compositionally homogeneous. The changes in concentration from 0.01 to 01. mol/ι increased mean particle size from 0.24 to 0.38${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ and decreased the specific surface area from 14.2 to 2.9$m^2$/g. The relative density of the specimen from the powders, prepared with the solution concentration of 0.01 mol/ι, was 98% after sintering for 2 hr at 1,45$0^{\circ}C$ and the monoclinic phase was observed after sintering at 1,55$0^{\circ}C$. As the concentration of starting solution was increased, the formation temperature of monoclinic phase was lowered.

Design and Characteristics Analysis of a Novel Single-phase Hybrid SRM for Blender Application

  • In this paper, the design and characteristic analysis of a novel single-phase hybrid switched reluctance motor (HSRM) for the purpose of replacing the universal motor in commercial blenders are presented. The proposed motor is easy to manufacture due to its simple yet robust structure with minimized power switches and no torque dead-zone. Moreover, the proposed HSRM is able to deliver a high starting torque as a requirement for blending hard food or even ice. The stator has permanent magnets (PMs) mounted on its inner surface and the rotor has a wide pole arc and salient poles that contribute to its high starting torque profile and the elimination of the torque dead-zone. Finite element method (FEM) is used to analyze the characteristic of the proposed motor. Finally, the prototype is manufactured and its performance is verified through experiments.

  • This paper presents an application of SRM drive for LSEV(Low Speed Electric Vehicle). In this paper, a 5〔㎾〕 SRM for a traction of a LSEV is to design and investigate the characteristics of the drive system. The main design parameters and control strategy are given. In the control method, a current control, for the soft-starting technique at a starting operation, is adopted. In the high speed range, an angle control technique is implemented, for a high efficiency drive of SRM. Some experimental tests are executed to find the drive performances.

  • This paper suggests a overvoltage protection scheme for HID lamp. HID lamp has complex characteristics and long duration in process from starting to steady state condition. So it is necessary to protect both starting and normal lighting mode. The protection method is composed of two circuit: one is for ignition state and the other is for steady state.

높은 솔리디티를 갖는 자이로밀의 공기역학적 특성 (Aerodynamic Characteristics of Giromill with High Solidity)

  • 3 차원 비정상유동해석을 통하여 자이로밀의 공기역학적 특성을 고찰하였다. 일반적으로 소형자이로밀은 구조가 간단하고 솔리디티가 높아 제작이 쉽고 자구동(self-starting)이 가능하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 TSR (tip speed ratio)가 4~7 인 다리우스풍력발전기와 다르게 1~3 정도로 매우 낮다. 본 연구에 사용한 자이로밀은 일정한 단면을 가진 3 개의 직선날개로 구성되어 있으며 솔리디티는 0.75 이다. 솔리디티가 매우 낮은 다리우스풍력발전기와 다르게 자이로밀은 TSR 이 증가함에 따라 날개 상호간의 간섭과 하류에 위치하는 날개로 유입되는 유동속도의 급격한 감소로 인하여 양력이 감소하고 날개의 회전속도에 의하여 주변의 공기가 가속되면서 항력의 증가로 성능이 저하되었다. 이로 인하여 TSR 이 2.4에서 최고의 성능을 나타내며 이후로 급격히 감소하는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • This paper presents speed control characteristics of capacitor-run SPIM(Single Phase Induction Motor) using TRIAC for comparing and analyzing four kinds of voltage control methods such as supply voltage control, main winding voltage control, auxiliary winding voltage control and auxiliary winding voltage control without starting capacitor. The computer simulations were performed using MATLAB Simulink to show control characteristics of four voltage control methods. And their control characteristics were conformed by experiments for capacitor-run 90W SPIM as a sample motor. The results of simulations and experiments show that supply voltage control method has fast dynamic response characteristics and main winding voltage control method has higher power efficiency and can be implemented at lower system cost.

수열합성법에 의한 PZT 분말제조 : 출발물질과 기질의 교반이 분말특성에 미치는 영향 (Preparation of PZT Powders by Hydrothermal Synthesis : Effects of Starting Materials and the Agitation of Substrate on Powder Characteristics)

  • 본 연구에서는 출발물질을 변화시켜 입방체의 PZT(Lead Zirconate Titanate) 분말을 수열합성법으로 제조하였으며 합성된 분말을 이용하여 소결특성을 조사하였다. 출발물질에 관계없이 입방체 형태를 갖는 PZT 결정분말이 형성되었으나 $Pb(NO_3)_2$, $Ti(OC_4H_9)_4$$Zr(OC_4H_9)_4$을 출발물질로 사용한 경우 다른 여러 출발물질을 사용한 경우보다 상대적으로 작은 입자가 생성되었다. 수열합성시 교반을 시키면서 합성한 경우 교반없이 반응시킨 경우에 비해 핵생성을 위한 수열 반응온도가 낮아졌으며 상대적으로 입경이 큰 입자들의 수가 늘어났다. Zr대Ti의 조성비를 변화시켜 수열합성한 반응물을 XRD 분석한 결과, 조성비가 40대60인 경우 정방정상이 주상(major phase)으로 형성되었으며 조성비가 60대40인 경우에는 주상의 결정형이 능면체정상으로 바뀌었다. 여러 조건에서 합성된 PZT 분말을 PbO 분위기에서 소결시키면서 소결온도 및 소결시간 변화에 따른 소결밀도의 변화를 분컥하였으며, $1150^{\circ}C$에서 2시간 소결시켰을 때 최적의 소결밀도, $7.6g/cm^3$을 갖는 소결체가 제조되었다.

기술혁신형 중소기업의 특성과 성장단계에 따른 애로요인의 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on High-technology Innovative SMEs' Characteristics and their Bottlenecks across the Growth Stages)

  • This study is to suggest the government's support direction for the small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) by examining the relations among technology level, innovation factors, entrepreneur's characteristics, and start-up reasons. The management bottlenecks and the necessary fields of government's support are also investigated across the company's growth stages. Empirical analysis was conducted based on the 318 Korean SMEs' data receiving the Venture and/or Inno-biz certification. Results show that managing difficulties of the company have typical pattern according to the stage of growth. The characteristics of an entrepreneur such as age, education background and past experience affect the early stage of starting business. We also found that the technology level is closely connected with operational innovation activities and circumstances, entrepreneur's characteristics, start-up motives, and technological innovation activities.
