여성의 셀프리더쉽이 창업의도에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감의 매개효과 (The Effect of Self-Leadership on the Lntention of Start-up in Women: The Mediation Effect of Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 여성의 셀프리더쉽이 창업이라는 새로운 환경에 적응하는 것이 중요하다는 점을 반영하여 여성의 셀프리더쉽이 자기효능감을 매개로 하여 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 특히, 영향요인인 셀프리더쉽을 보다 구체적으로 파악하기 위하여 셀프리더쉽 전체와 더불어 하위요인인 행동지연 전략, 보상자연 전략 및 건설적 사고전략에 대해서도 검증하였다. 연구방법으로는 온라인 설문에 응답한 198명을 대상으로 Hayes(2018)가 제안한 PROCESS macro의 model 4번 모델을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 간접효과는 붓스트랩 샘플을 5,000개로 지정하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기효능감은 여성의 셀프리더쉽이 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이때 매개효과는 부분매개로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 여성의 행동지향적 전략이 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이때 매개효과는 부분매개로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 여성의 자연보상적 전략이 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이때 매개효과는 부분매개로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기효능감은 여성의 건설적 사고전략이 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이때 매개효과는 완전매개로 나타났다. 이는 여성의 셀프리더쉽이 높을수록 자기효능감과 창업의도가 높아질 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구 결과에 따라 여성 창업에 대한 발전적 제언을 하였다.

저온활성촉매변환기의 체적변화가 활성화 성능에 미치는 영향에 관한 수치적 연구 (Numerical Study on the Effect of Volume Change of Light-Off Catalyst on Light-Off Performance)

  • HC and CO emissions during the cold start contribute the majority of the total emissions in the legislated driving cycles. Therefore, in order to minimize the cold-start emissions, the fast light-off techniques have been developed and presented in the literature. One of the most encouraging strategies for reducing start-up emissions is to place the light-off catalyst, in addition to the main under-body catalyst, near the engine exhaust manifold. This study numerically consider three-dimensional, unsteady compressible reacting flow in the light-off and under body catalyst to examine the impact of a light-off catalyst on thermal response of the under body catalyst and tail pipe emission. The effect of flow distribution on the temperature distribution and emission performance have also been examined. The present results show that flow distribution has a great influence on the temperature distribution in the monolith at the early stage of warm-up process and the ultimate conversion efficiency of light-off catalyst is severly deteriorated when the space velocity is above $100,000hr^{-1}$.

Rethinking Path Dependency and Regional Innovation - Policy Induced 'Government Dependency': The Case of Daedeok, South Korea

  • This study focuses on exploring the behaviours of high-tech start-up firms in response to the policy interventions undertaken to promote regional innovation in South Korea since 1997. High-tech start-ups and their technological entrepreneurship are increasingly considered by policy makers and academics to play a crucial role in the generation of innovation and economic development. However, this study started from a basic concern of why government intervention does not necessarily result in an increase of regional innovation capacity. To explain this concern, we constructed a new conceptual framework of 'government dependency' and apply this to 'Daedeok,' a regional innovation system in South Korea, to explore the reproduction of path dependency as an impact induced by innovation policy. This conceptual framework was developed by remodeling path dependency approaches through a systemic and interactive lens. An empirical study used qualitative interviews of start-up founders to delineate the emergence of a new development path and the extent to which dependency was reproduced in the Daedeok regional innovation system. Empirical analysis suggested that 'reliance' and 'persistence' were the crucial factors in the production and reproduction of the government dependency. Some firms accepted dependency as reliance, but others regarded it as policy utilization. Thus, a critical juncture could not be clearly identified in actors' behaviour. It was also unclear if dependency had hindered innovation, but it was shown that the regional and institutional contexts strongly influenced the reproduction process. The study concludes that the construct of government dependency can also provide useful insights into policy learning as well as the success of government interventions.

초기공정에서 공정변화에 대한 신경망을 이용한 관리도 형태 연구 (A study on the control chart pattern for detecting shifts using neural network in start-up process)

  • 이 논문에서는 초기공정에서 개별관측치를 이용하여 공정변화를 지적하는 효율적인 관리도 패턴을 제시한다. 신경망 모델을 적용한 공정관리 기법이 부분적으로 통계적이거나 다른 분석기법보다 우월하지 않을 수도 있지만 학습된 자료관계는 분석적 가정이나 잘못된 모수 때문에 발생되는 오류를 평가할 수 있는 능력이 있으므로 완벽한 공정관리 모델을 추구할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 BP 알고리즘을 사용하며, 신경망을 이용한 관리도는 작은 공정변화에 특히 예민하다. 공정관리에 영향을 주는 최적의 모수를 구하는 유용한 방법이 신경망을 이용하는 방법임을 제시하며 신경망을 이용한 관리도와 X, EWMA 관리도 비교를 위해 평균 런의 길이를 이용한다.

크라우드펀딩을 위한 패션제품 창업교육과정 개발 (제I보) -와디즈(Wadiz) 보상형 크라우드펀딩을 중심으로- (Development of Fashion Product Entrepreneurship Education Process for Crowdfunding (Part I) -Focusing on Wadiz Rewards-based Crowdfunding-)

  • This study proposes an entrepreneurship education process for fashion product start-ups through rewards-based crowdfunding. It examines issues such as: the general concept of crowdfunding and the pros and cons of rewards-based crowdfunding, the detailed curriculum plans in a chronological order for the regular class development, and the presentation of a visual plan to show the whole process. An entrepreneurship education process is developed in 13 steps: research on crowdfunding market, prototype plan, prototype production, story development, visual contents development, rewards development, project evaluation, public schedule & service setting, period setting & start funding, community management (Q&A), funding ends & deposit, complete manufacturing & start delivering, and the final information disclosure & open the next project plan. This research is intended to investigate rewards-based crowdfunding as a new paradigm of entrepreneurship and apply entrepreneurship education in fashion product development. However, it is limited to studying the Wadiz crowdfunding platform in Korea. Therefore, we propose a case study on various crowdfunding platforms in Korea, a case study on entrepreneurial curriculum application, and a follow-up study on the possibility of entry into an overseas crowdfunding platform.

  • The present paper is devoted to investigate dynamic effect and steady-state performance of methane autothermal reformer theoretically and numerically. In order to simplify the complicated phenomena in the system, axisymmetric heterogeneous reactor model is developed. As autothermal reaction takes places on catalyst surface between bulk gas and catalyst, volume averaging method is incorporated using porous medium approach. To understand the start-up process which occurs in the reactor is highly important. Therefore, in this paper we get various goverining equations to find out transient and steady solutions and time scale for start-up introducing dimensionless variables. Start-up is a significant issue in reforming reaction for automobile system and fueling of SOFC-based auxiliary power units. This paper deals with characteristics of heat and mass transfer and predicted light-off time in the reformer as oxygen to carbon ratio ($O_2$/C) and amount of feeding gas.

Microbial and Physicochemical Monitoring of Granular Sludge During Start-up of Thermophilic UASB Reactor

  • Mesophilically-grown granular sludge seeded in thermophilic UASB reactor was monitored to better understand the start-up process of the reactor. The reactor was fed with a synthetic wastewater containing glucose. As COD loading rate increased stepwise, methane production rate increased. Maximum values of COD removal efficiency (95%) and methane production rate (5.3 l/day) were achieved by approximately day-80 and remained constant afterward. However, physicochemical and microbial properties of granules kept changing even after day-80. Specific methanogenic activity (SMA) was initially negligible, and increased continuously until day-153 and remained constant afterward, showing the maximum value of $1.51{\pm}0.13\;g\;CH_4-COD/g$ VSS/day. Deteriorated settling ability of granules recovered the initial value by day-98 and was maintained afterward, as determined by sludge volume index. Initially reduced granule size increased until day-126, reaching a plateau of 1.1 mm. Combined use of fluorescence in situ hybridization and confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) allowed to localize families of Methanosaetaceae and Merhanosarcinaceae in granules with time Quantitative analyses of CLSM images of granule sections showed abundance patterns of the methanogens and numerical dominance of Methanosaeta spp. throughout the start-up period. The trend of SMA agreed well with abundance patterns of the methanogens.

형광등의 수명 연장을 위한 예열 방식의 비교 연구 (Comparative Study of the Preheating Methods to Extend the Life of the Fluorescent Lamp)

  • This paper proposed methods of filament preheating to extend a fluorescent lamp life. The ballast for the fluorescent lamp can be classified into two main groups magnetics and electronics. The electronic ballast is lighter and smaller than the magnetic ballast and it can dim up and down. There are two ways to start the fluorescent lamp in the electronic ballast: rapid start and instant start. Also there are two methods of the driving inverter self excited oscillation and force excited oscillation. The rapid starting is different from the instant starting in that the rapid start is preheating the filament before the steady state. If there is a preheating process before the lamp ignition, the life of the fluorescent lamp can be increased. This paper presented the preheating methods for self excited oscillating system and force excited oscillating system.

기술 창업자와 창업 조력자 간 창업 성공요인의 인식차이에 관한 연구 (Study on the Perception Gap between Technology Based Entrepreneurs and Startup Facilitators about Success Factors for Startup)

  • 현 정부는 경제성장 및 일자리 창출을 위해 창조경제 정책을 제시하고, 창조경제 실현의 핵심을 기술창업으로 천명하여 지원을 아끼지 않고 있다. 기술창업 지원의 효율성을 극대화하기 위해서는 기술 창업자와 창업 조력자가 생각하는 창업 성공요인의 인식차이를 분석하여 제한된 자원을 효율적으로 활용해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술 창업자와 창업 조력자가 인식하는 창업 성공요인의 공통점과 차이점을 분석했다. 이를 위해 선행 연구를 통해 분석된 창업 성공요인을 크게 1) 창업자의 특성, 2) 창업 전략, 3) 조직의 특성, 4) 창업 환경으로 분류하여 기술창업 기업의 CEO와 출연(연)에서 중소 벤처기업을 지원하고 있는 연구원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문을 바탕으로 ANP 방법론을 활용하여 두 집단 간 창업 성공요인에 대한 우선순위와 인식의 차이를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 창업 성공을 위해 기술 창업자는 '조직의 인력구성 및 전문성'을, 창업 조력자는 '자금조달 전략'을 가장 중요한 변수로 선택하였다. 두 집단 모두 창업 전략의 중요성을 높이 평가하였고, 창업 환경은 상대적으로 낮은 중요도로 평가했다는 공통점을 가졌다. 반면 창업자의 특성과 조직의 특성에 대해 두 집단이 평가하는 상대적 중요도는 상이하였다. 본 연구는 창업 성공요인의 우선순위에 대한 기술 창업자와 창업 조력자 간 정성적인 인식차이를 정량적으로 분석했다는데 의의가 있고, 향후 관련 정책 수립 시 실용적으로 활용될 수 있다.

보일러 헤더 기동시의 탄성 크리프 해석에 의한 열응력 평가 (Thermal Stress Evaluation by Elastic-Creep Analysis during Start-up of Boiler Header)

  • Thermal stress and elastic creeping stress analysis was conducted by finite element method to simulate start-up process of a boiler header of 500MW standard fossil power plant. Start-up temperature and operating pressure history were simplified from the real field data and they were used for the thermal stress analysis. Two kinds of thermal stress analysis were considered. In the first case only temperature increase was considered and in the second case both of temperature and operating pressure histories were considered. In the first analysis peak stress was occurred during the temperature increase from the room temperature. Hence cracking or fracture may occur at the temperature far below the operating maximum temperature. In the results of the second analysis von Mises stress appeared to be higher after the second temperature increase. This is due to internal pressure increase not due to the thermal stress. When the stress components of radial(r), hoop($\theta$) and longitudinal(z) stress were investigated, compression hoop stress was occurred at inner surface of the stub tube when the temperature increased from room temperature to elevated temperature. Then it was changed to tension hoop stress and increased because of the operating pressure. It was expected that frequent start-up and shut-down operations could cause thermal fatigue damage and cracking at the stub tube hole in the header. Elastic-creeping analysis was also carried out to investigate the stress relaxation due to creep and stabilized stress after considerable elapsed time. The results could be used for assessing the creep damage and the residual life of the boiler header during the long-tenn service.
