Hybrid Control of Position/Tension for a Stringing Troy Wire (가설 트롤리선의 위치 / 장력 혼합제어)

  • As a stringing troy wire is installed by manual operation, it is necessary to scheme the automatic system for stringing troy wire. To accomplish a task of this kind, in this paper an approach to designing controllers for the hybrid Position/Tension control of a stringing troy wire is presented. Position control system is designed based on equation of dc motor and motion equation of robot, it is controlled by feedback with a detected speed dc motor. Tension control system is designed based on equation of ac servomotor for generating torque and dynamic equation of a troy wire, it is controled by feedback with a detected tension. The control parameters is determined by simulation in independence operation of each system. To suppress a mutual interference that the disturbance occur in operating of two task at same time. Dynamic hybrid control is proposed by feed forward compensator with a disturbance accelerator and a step torque at start. The operation of proposed system is simulated and experimented, results is verified the utilities.

Induction Motor Drive Using a Line Commutated Inverter with a Forced-Commutated Circuit (장제전류회로를 갖는 타려식 인버터를 이용한 유도적 성질)

  • This paper describes the variable speed drive of an induction motor by the line commutated inverter, which is operated in the forced commutation mode from start-up to operating point of load commutation. A novel forced-commutation circuit is proposed in this paper. The selection range of leading condenser to decide load commutation starting point is simulated by the sampling data of a general purpose IM and a high speed IM. The experiment to drive IM by a line commutated inverter with the proposed forced commutated circuits is performed. There was no problem in driving IM from standstill to starting point of load commutation by a line commutated inverter with forced commutation.

  • This paper presents a hybrid sensorless control for an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) for zero-, low-, and high-speed regions. Many sensorless control methods such as an observer-based estimator have been introduced. However, most of the observer-based estimators have a disadvantage at start-up and in the low-speed region. To solve this problem, a simple strategy of using a hybrid system is proposed by integrating a high-frequency (HF) signal injection method and a full-order flux observer. In addition, an HF signal injection method with only a low pass filter (LPF) is proposed to simplify the hybrid system. The hybrid system achieves high-performance drive throughout the entire speed range. The effectiveness of the proposed hybrid technique is verified by experiments using an 11-kW IPMSM drive system.

  • Recently, not only in the Middle East and Southeast Asia but in African area, too, industrial plant construction is being actually done. But unlike in Korea, a lot of them are small-scale isolated industrial plants. And because of the characteristics of industrial plants, induction motors' load forms a large part. The influence of stability resulted from the maneuver and operation of induction motors' load may lead to serious result in the isolated system. This study analyzed it through mathematical modeling on induction motors' maneuver phenomena in the isolated system, realized a case system with the E-TAP program, and simulated load follow performances according to the control variables of a generator inside the isolated system.

  • 본 논문은 에너지 절감차원에서 단상 유도 동기전동기의 효율을 개선하는 설계를 수행하였다. 회전자에 삽입되는 영구자석의 길이와 위치의 결정, 운전 시고효율과 원활한 기동을 위한 운전 및 기동 커패시터의 값의 산정을 통하여 설계를 수행하였으며 이를 시작품 제작하여 실험으로서 설계의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문은 단상 line-start permanent- magnet (LSPM) 전동기가 가지는 비동기 운전영역에서 나타나는 다양한 토크성분을 해석적 방법으로 분석한다. 비 동기속도에서의 정상상태 전류를 DQ 등가회로를 이용하여 유도하였으며, 이를 이용하여 유도전류와 제동전류의 주파수를 확인하였다. 마지막으로 시간차분 해석을 이용하여 비동기 운전영역의 특정 속도에 대한 토크와 전류를 분석하였으며, 주파수 변환을 이용하여 각 전류의 주파수 성분을 확인하였다.

Sensorless Vector Control of Induction Motor Using the Flux Estimator (자속추정기를 이용한 유도전동기 센서리스 벡터제어)

  • This paper presents a flux estimator for the sensorless vector control of induction motors. The proposed method utilize the combination of the voltage model based on stator equivalent model and the current model based on rotor equivalent model, which enables stable estimation of rotor flux in high speed region and in low speed region. The dynamic performance of proposed method is verified through the experiment. The experimental results show that motors ran easily start even under 150[%] load condition and operate continuously below 0.5[Hz].

  • This paper presents the thermal modeling and analysis of Line power Start Permanent magnet Motor (LSPM). Thermal analysis of electrical machines is important because temperatures that are consistently too high will reduce the life time of machines and may lead to serious failure. Coefficients of convection are calculated according to the types of operating conditions. And computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technique is performed in order to predict thermal characteristic. The results are compared to the test results.

  • 본 논문은 스위치드 릴럭턴스 전동기(SRM)의 센서리스 초기 기동을 위한 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 일반적으로 정지된 SRM을 기동하기 위해서는 회전자 위치정보가 필요하고 이는 전동기의 전압방정식을 이용하여 얻을 수 있다. 간단한 상 전환 알고리즘을 이용하여 이를 구현하였다. 상 전환이 이루어지는 시점은 히스테리시스 전류 제어기를 사용하여 전류제어 범위를 벗어나는 현상을 통해 찾아 내었다. 검증에는 4/2 SRM을 사용하였고 센서를 하나만 사용하여[1] 전류를 제어하는 방식을 적용하였다. 이 알고리즘의 실험을 통하여 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • This paper presents an excellence start-up performance drive system of Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM) for hoist. At first, the SRM design method of Hoist drive is expounded, and suitable Digital control arithmetic of SRM Hoist drive is advanced in the paper. Finally, some correlative experimentation has been finished, and the SRM Hoist drive has been confirmed in the experimentation.
