호텔예식 서비스품질과 만족간의 관계 및 구전의도의 조절효과 연구 (Research of the Relationship between the Hotel Wedding Service Qualities and Customer Satisfaction, and the Word-of-Mouth Intention as a Moderating Variable)

  • 호텔예식 서비스품질이 고객만족에 미치는 인과관계 및 호텔예식 서비스품질에 대한 구전의도의 영향관계를 실증분석하여 이에 따른 경쟁력있는 호텔예식 마케팅 전략 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이에 특급호텔예식 참석고객을 대상으로 서울지역 특급호텔 12곳에 각 30부씩 배부하여 회수된 335부 중에서 불성실한 20부를 제외하고 315부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해서 다음과 같은 결론을 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 호텔예식 서비스품질은 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치며 둘째, 호텔예식 구전의도는 호텔예식 서비스품질과 고객만족과의 관계에서 중요한 조절 역할을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 본 연구의 결과와 한계점을 충분히 고려하여 표본의 세분화와 예식서비스 상품과 관련하여 지속적인 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

국내 Social Network Online Game(SNOG)의 성공 요인 및 전략: Nexon 사례 연구 (The Success Factors and Strategy of Social Network Online Game in Korea: A Case Study of Nexon)

  • 네트워크를 통한 정보의 창출 및 교류는 온라인 커뮤니티를 형성하고 온라인 게임과 접목하면서 Social Network Online Game (SNOG)라는 새로운 엔터테인먼트 분야를 만들고 있다. SNOG는 트위터, 페이스북과 같은 Social Network Service (SNS)의 사회적 요소와 게임적 요소를 융합한 서비스로, 소셜 플랫폼에서 동작하며 사용자들의 오락적 유희와 상호작용 관계를 촉진시키고 있다. 국내 SNOG 시장은 현재 빠르게 변화하고 있으며, 급속하게 교체되고 있는 스마트 환경에 따라 빠른 변화가 예상된다. SNOG는 비용적인 측면에서 기존 온라인 게임과 비교해볼 때 경쟁력을 가지기 때문에 더욱 발전될 전망이다. 이와 더불어 페이스북, 트위터 등 해외 SNS 플랫폼 기반 SNOG 서비스와 관련하여 국내 NHN, Daum, SK 컴즈 등에서 개방형 SNS를 선보이면서 SNG 유치를 위한 경쟁이 치열해 질 것이다. 또한, 모바일 연동 기반 서비스와 관련하여 관련 SNOG 개발이 이루어지고 있으며, 관련 국내 인터넷 업체들이 적극적으로 개발 참여하고 있다. 이러한 환경 속에서 본 연구는 SNOG 시장에 비교적 성공적으로 진입한 Nexon 'Maplestory adventure'사례를 연구함으로써 성공적인 SNOG 요인 분석 및 전략을 정리하고 분석하였다. Maplestory adventure 성공 가능 요인으로는 기존의 인기 있는 온라인 게임에 SNS 접목, 기존의 유저를 통한 marketing, NexonStar 실패요인이었던 Platform문제 해결 등을 들 수 있다. 이 연구는 이후 계속 확산 발전될 SNOG 성공 전략 문제에 함의를 제공하여 국내 게임산업 발전에 기여할 수 있으리라 기대된다.

  • Social and cultural impact of postmodernism in the seek for diversity and to respect the individual's personality and character was the center of human-centered thinking. This also affects the design area, as well as architecture, interior design. It is because of interactive interior design that reflects the lives and relationships with people. Thus, in modern society, people to meet the diverse needs have created a third space. Today's commercial space in the flow to a variety of users and is trying to provide comfort. To go to stores often offer lifestyle and proceeding to the next stage of life. Space for the creative force is trying to become getting better space. Collaboration is refer to phenomenon that two or more objects meet to collaborate. Collaboration is can be classified of space, art, low/high, high concept and star collaboration. And this study has been studied mainly collaboration. Space collaboration is can be classified of experiential, the third space, brand passes and landmark. Space collaboration elements rearranged to the standards of interior design theory, analysis, and marketing of space, commercial space, with previous studies of the spatial elements were extracted. The purpose of this study in the field of interior design space analysis method for the verification of collaboration theory is that to develop. Thus, the space collaboration has been developed to fit the field of interior design, and commercial interior spaces will be helpful for applying.

신진디자이너의 패션스타트업 기업운영 실태조사 연구 (A Survey on the Current Status of Management of Fashion Start-up Companies by the Rising Fashion Designers)

  • The aim of this study is to investigate the operating characteristics of fashion start-up companies and the characteristics of their founders. For this purpose, this study surveyed fashion start-up companies via online survey in May 2015, and analyzed the data from one hundred companies. The results are as follows. First, for the characteristics of the founders, female founders constituted 65.0% and male founders 35.0%. At the time of establishment, founders aged 26-35 constituted 77.0%. Founders with less than five years of work experience made up about 80%. 82.1% of the founders participated in domestic and foreign exhibitions/fairs. 41.0% of the founders were awarded fashion contest and competition awards, and 33.3% of the founders were supported by rising designer support projects. Second, for the operating characteristics of the start-up companies, clothing at 78.0% was the most popular entrepreneurial item, and the majority targeted the age 20-30 group. 78.0% of the companies had less than 40 production styles per season, and all the enterprises had less than 5 employees. 59.0% of the companies had export experience. Exports to China, Hong Kong, and Japan accounted for 67.4% of all exports. Major distribution channels were mainly select shops(offline select shops 79.8%, online select shops 62.8%). The main methods of promotion were fashion media articles/interviews, product sponsorship, and SNS. The most preferred distribution channel was becoming a part of online/offline select shops(92.6%). Viral marketing(84.4%), star marketing and costume sponsorship(66.7%) were the most preferred method of promotion. The most preferred way to enter foreign markets was to participate in domestic and foreign exhibitions/fairs/trade shows. This study provides basic data necessary for future founders preparing to launch fashion start-up companies. It also aids fashion start-up companies in developing more advanced business operation strategies.

한국 섬유 및 의류산업의 유망 해외 진출국으로서의 베트남: 최근 진출 현황, 향후 전망과 제언 (Vietnam: Is it attractive market for Korean Textiles and Apparel Industries\ulcorner Recent investments, Future Directions, and Implications)

  • No one doubts that textile and apparel industries have contributed to economic miracles of the export-led growth in Korea. However, by the turning of 1990′s, these sectors have encountered many problems such as decreasing of domestic production and exports mainly due to wage rise and shortage. Therefore, foreign direct investment to the low labor cost countries has been enlarged for a way of improving its competitiveness and increasing exports. However, no intensive study has been made exploring current investments and future directions. This study focuses Vietnam as one of the promising overseas investment countries. The purposes of this study are to analyze current investment status of Korean textiles and apparel firms in Vietnam, to explore merits and problems Vietnam has, and to present useful implications and strategies for Korean textiles and apparel companies. Analysis of current secondary data suggests that Korean apparel industry, rather than textiles industry, have invested more in Vietnam, mostly in southern Ho Chi Minh City. Investments of Korean apparel and textile firms have shown steady increase from 1990 but have turned to a decrease from 1995. Findings suggested that Vietnam has merits for attracting foreign investment since it provides relatively cheap labor and outstanding skillful hands suitable for apparel and textiles industries. In addition, because of EU quota increase and the trade agreement between Vietnam and USA it is likely for firms in Vietnam to increase exports to EU and USA Rapid expansion of domestic apparel market and "Korean trend (Han Rue)" in Vietnam resulted from successful star marketing of Korean firms are another merits Vietnam has to the Korean fm. However, regulations of central government, low efficiency of bureaucratic and stiff administrative process, difficulty of making decision in case of joint venture, lack of social overhead capital, high factory construction costs, weak construction condition, and the excessive competition among investment enterprises have found to be problems. Based on pros and cons of investment to Vietnam, marketing strategies, practical implications and future directions were suggested.

Analysis of Spectator Factors of Seongnam Football Club Spectators

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study, we will evaluate and analyze the importance and performance of Seongnam Football Club visitors using IPA analysis to present new marketing strategies and improvement plans based on the basis of the audience's perception of the team's priority, low priority, and excessive effort. Research design, data, and methodology: In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the survey was conducted on 120 home spectators of Seongnam Football Club, and the analysis of the data was conducted using SPSS Window Version 21.0. Data were analyzed via frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, corresponding sample t-test, and IPA analysis. Findings are as follows. Results: First, the first quadrant showed 'The convenience of access to the stadium', 'Parking lot convenience', 'Tournament schedule guidance', 'Providing information about player', 'Providing information about the team', 'Ticket reservation method'. Second, the second quadrant showed 'Players' fan service', 'Cleanliness of toilets', 'A player's level of performance', 'Team's level of play', 'A match against a rival team'. Third, the third quadrant showed 'Indication of facility guidance', 'Seat comfort', 'Team's Star Player Possession', 'Various participation events', 'Gift recommendation'. Fourth, the fourth quadrant showed 'Player-related promotion through media', 'Promote match schedules through media', 'Entrance convenience', 'Ticket Price'. Conclusions: Based on these findings, Factor in first quadrant, fourth quadrant should be kept. On the other hand, factors in second quadrant should be improved as soon as possible while factors in third quadrant can be improved through new marketing strategies in the future. Future implications were discussed.

  • The main battlefield of 'made in China 2025' proposed by the Chinese government is the deep integration of industrialization and informatization, among which intelligent manufacturing and new energy vehicles are the key links. New energy vehicle refers to the use of unconventional automotive fuel as a power source (or use conventional automotive fuel, the use of new vehicle-mounted power plant), integrated vehicle power control and driving aspects of advanced technology, the formation of advanced technical principles, with new technology and the structure of the vehicle. BYD's success in the battery, I T and automobile industries has attracted the attention of the industry, making it a shining new star in the Chinese business community. BYD 's innovation, diversification and corporate culture construction have certain enlightenment to the development of China's small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, by looking at the Chinese network literature, about BYD's research mainly focused on the development strategy, corporate finance, corporate performance, and corporate marketing, etc. This paper will take BYD as the research object and focus on corporate culture. Through literature analysis and qualitative analysis, it will summarize and further analyze the unique corporate culture of BYD, its important role, and provide relevant theoretical references for the construction and development of corporate culture in other industries.

영상미디어(게임, 애니메이션, 영화 분야)의 확장에 따른 피규어 산업에 대한 고찰 (Investigation about Figure Industry by Extension of Image Media (Game, Animation, Motion Picture))

  • 게임, 애니메이션, 영화와 같은 다양한 영상 미디어가 발전함에 따라 한 가지의 콘텐츠 소스를 여러 형태로 이용을 하는 확장으로서 피규어(Figure)라 일컬어지는 상품이 만들어 졌으며, 오늘날 많은 인기를 모으고 있다. 하지만 국내에서는 어린이들의 단순한 장난감 취급을 받으며 관련 산업의 발전이 더디게 이루어지고 있는 반면 외국의 경우 콘텐츠 산업에 있어서 마케팅의 수단으로 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 피규어에 대한 의미와 종류를 알아보고 철학적 사상과 이론을 통하여 피규어가 지닌 성격을 학문적고찰(발터 벤야민, 프로이드 및 심리학자들의 이론)을 통하여 분석하였다. 현재 국내 외 피규어 산업은 발전을 지속하고 있으며, 특히 한류 스타라는 콘텐츠를 활용한 피규어는 문화 아이템으로서 많은 가치를 지니고 있으며 발전성이 있음을 알 수 있다.

중국내 극장 개봉영화 흥행에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Box Office Performance in China)

  • 본 연구는 2015년 중국 극장에서 개봉된 200편 영화를 대상으로 영화 흥행 수익에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대해 분석하였다. 회귀분석결과 중국 극장 개봉영화 흥행에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 요인들은 주연배우인기지수, 온라인평점, 제작사 파워, 중국제작영화여부 였으며, 배급사 파워, 영화의 장르, IP활용여부, 제작사/배급사 결합여부는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 영화의 장르가 주요한 영향을 미쳤던 기존 연구결과와는 차이가 있으며, 인터넷으로 평가되는 주연 배우 인기지수, 온라인 평점 등이 흥행수익에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 요소로 나타나 중국 극장에서 상영되는 영화 흥행에 온라인 마케팅 요소가 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인으로 부각되고 있음을 알 수 있다.

Marc Jacobs 패션 콜래보레이션의 가치 탐색 (Exploring the values of Marc Jacobs's fashion collaboration)

  • This research worked on the cooperative case by Marc Jacobs, who was involved in innovative collaboration in the field of fashion, and the analysis on imbedded values. With assessment of it, this paper aims at providing the theoretical ground on prevalence of fashion collaboration for creative innovation and presenting the basic material in establishing the design and marketing in the fashion industry. In methodology, the review was followed up about literature regarding Marc Jacobs and collaboration and his cases in 2001 through 2012. Results showed that his collaboration cases could be divided into those with modern artist, those with fashion brand or designer, those with other field brand than fashion, and those with the public star. They were processed into such a form as development of new product and collection, shop display, and exhibition event. The value could be drawn from this case examination of Marc Jacobs' fashion collaboration, which includes the design innovation through reinterpretation of tradition, innovation of maximized brand value, and transboundary innovation toward a vast extension of realm. Namely, the collaboration of Marc Jacobs would be the driving force for design innovation and the creative process for both parties concerned through endless cooperation and would generate the innovative value for fashion field.
