The standardization system in Urban Transit is the system that verifies and develop the standard, a safety standard, a performance test standard and a Quality certification standard to improve the capability, the safety and operational efficiency and that develops technologies of the main installations. We have already developed a signal, electric power in Urban Transit. Also, we have already noticed the standardization of railroad tracks and developed the main installations through the first stage in the standardization in 1995${\sim}$2006. Still, there remains many fields to standardize, like information and communication facilities, facilities in the station, governmental organizations and maintenance facilities because, Urban Transit is so widespread. In case that we do not keep promoting the standardization in Urban Transit, rather it could hamper development of the Urban Transit. So, it is important to maintain and advance the standardization in Urban Transit. In this paper, we suggest the research course that we would promote, to maintain and develop the standardization in Urban Transit.

Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) controls as a type of unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) is growing rapidly and its flight controller stick disposition is required standardization. We should standardize RPA drone flight control disposition because the flight pilot of RPA is hard to be trained so the flight controller stick differences impairs safety and wastes time and effort of flight controller industry. So this study researches the on-going standardization of RPA drone flight control disposition in Korea and foreign countries. Also this paper analyzes and researches of expert about RPA drone flight controller function and application of flight control mode. I accomplished expert research about standardization plan of unmanned flight control mode and confirm the necessity. Nowadays mode1 and 2 are mostly used in Korea so I carried out preference investigation for two modes. There were 4 preferences choices of RPA drone control mode necessity (importance) and recommendation of standardization modes. They answered that necessity of standardization is important considering pilot training, flight safety and positive development of drone industry. The result of standardization mode preference is that they prefer mode 2 (drone maker 86%, training facilities and research facilities 58%, government bureau 60%). Overall preference result shows that mode 1 24%, mode 1&2 16%, mode 2 60%. So they preferred mode 2 by 60%. The differences between two modes are the direction of throttle and pitch. Direction of throttle and pitch operate opposite way. They prefer mode 2 because mode 2 has similarities of manned flight control mode. Significance of this study is that it showed the necessity of standardization and flight control preference in a quantitative way. It will help drone standardization in related industries and development direction near future.

2008, Seoulmetro transports an average of 3,952,000 passengers every day with a 0.8% increase of the daily ridership compared to last year.(Korean Economics '09.01.21) Seoul subway systems ridden by a considerable number of Seoul citizens place their top priority on swiftness, safety and clean underground air quality so as to meet the customer satisfaction. One of the most important problems is to eliminate minute dust(PM10) among the pollutants such as the gas attributable to air pollution and floating particulate matter defined by the ordinance of the Ministry of Environment. Seoulmetro install and operate many kinds of air filtration facilities, however we've launched a research on "Standardization Plan on Underground Air Filtration Facility" for the installation and improvement of optimum standardized air filtration system. As a preliminary study, we're going to consider ventilation system and air filter to supply filtered metropolitan outdoor air aimed at ensuring clean underground environment.

The purpose of this study was to develop an information system for home care service based on RAI(Resident Assessment Instrument). The standardization of service providing process was conducted using the steps of need assessment, triggers, application of CAPs, and care plan. The structure of MDsoft-HC was composed by MDS-CAPS system and system management system. A database on home care clients was accumulated by putting data, respectively, in general information, MDS-item, and MDS-result. Based on this data, the list of CAPs for the client was selected and monthly and annual statistics were calculated by problem result counts. It was suggested that standardization of a care plan would be integrated and short form of need assessment would be developed in the next stage.

The purpose of this Study is to develope the Role of Statistics in Industrial mass production. The process of mass production will be divided into three steps, that is, Standardization, production and inspection. The Statistics is applied to Specificat-ions, Quality Control and Sampling inspection in these three steps. The applications have developed to Statistical methods based on probability theory. And then, The improved plan is exhibited the point of problems of introducting of spreading of quality control throughout field survey.

Today, the domestic construction area has changed from the ground development area to the underground space development area. In addition, the problems of sprawling development and environmental pollution in the process of developing underground space have become significant. In the circumstances, it is expected that the use of underground space information, which helps to understand underground space, will be on the sharp rise. However, the underground information in Korea is separately established and managed by each institution, and it is difficult to use the information in an integrated way. Therefore, at the time when the information on underground space is integrated, it is required to perform the integrated DB standardization in order to establish the integrated infrastructure of underground space information. In this work, this researcher studied a plan of using the standardization of the integrated infrastructure of underground space information. As a result, this work suggested standardization of each geologic stratum, standardization of unit systems, and standardization of the connection of underground space information regarding the standardization contents of underground space information integration. To examine its availability, this researcher conducted a questionnaire survey with experts of each institution. As a result, the suggested plan was found to be have high availability.

The technical standard is an important factor in the national economy, and its importance is gaining more attention due to the emergence of the convergence industry. This is an essential element for implementing fusion technology because it ensures interoperability. Since standardization activities are essential for the growth of domestic SMEs, this study aims to diagnose the status of standardization activities of SMEs and to suggest policy directions accordingly. And we sought to clarify the status of the standardization activities of domestic SMEs and to draw some implications for the domestic promotion plan by examining the major promotion policies for overseas standardization successfully. As a result, it was found that the investment cost for the standard activities is burdensome, the professional manpower is needed, and the participation of SMEs is low due to the complexity of the standard technology. In addition, standardization activities have weaknesses in terms of technology protection, and SMEs tend to avoid technology disclosure. Therefore, in order to solve the difficulties of standardization of companies, it is necessary to establish cooperation system of supporting organizations. In order to promote standardization activities, it is necessary to establish legal basis necessary for technology protection.

Objective: It makes a through study on the popularization and usefulness paln of Moxa Combustion, therefore popularizing practical use of that. Methods: It was based on the established treatises and books, in order to studying about the literature of Moxa Combustion Results & Conclusions: It makes a through study on the whole of Moxa Combustion, the results as follows. 1. We explained(illustrated) the origin, history, classification and mechanism(effect) of Moxa Combustion 2. The study of standardization plan of Moxa Combustion for popularization - The thermal stimulation of Moxa Combustion was decided the characteristic pattern of combustion temperature by moxa burning and that makes a measure to grasp the effective action of Moxa Combustion upon human body. Thereupon it is necessary to continue further studies by analysing the characteristic pattern of combustion temperature by moxa burning and there clinical effects in practice. 3. The usefulness of Moxa Combustion - The therapeutic effect of Moxa Combustion are hematopoiesis(increase the blood), analgesic function, increase the immunity, antioxidant activity, diuretic action, control of hormone(endocrine gland), supression of carcinogenesis, increase the self involution(natural healing), decrease of GOT/GPT, Glucose, Cholesterol level.

The domain of database standardization can be divided into three fields; general database, data, and database by basic reference model. The international activities for the database standardization are currently being proceeded variously and actively. This article analyzes the status of the activities of ISO/TC46 in the information & documentation and ISO/IEC JTC1/SC32 in the data management and interchange, and proposes a plan for strenthening the activities of the domestic technical committees related to these activities. This also presents the status of the legislative organizations of the domestic databases standardization and the directions of promoting their activities.

In this paper, disasters are increasing rapidly due to increase of population, giantish of cities, advancement of traffics, and abnormal weather phenomena, and the scale of damages is also getting wider. So we study of the disaster safety management system and find recognition comprehensions and the problem points which are basic in our system. We dedicate this research on improvement analysis and main discussion issues of the system that based on diagnostics in developed countries' system. And Disaster management activities are increasing to efficiency through the disaster standardization trend.
