최근 다양한 형태의 스마트 기기 출현과 대중적 보급으로 고속 데이터 전송에 대한 수요가 나날이 증가하고 있어 소형셀 기술에 대한 이동통신 사업자들의 관심이 높다. 이에 데이터 요구량이 많은 위치에 소형 셀을 다층으로 밀집 배치하고 매크로 기지국 및 소형 셀 기지국의 밀접한 협력을 통해 무선 네트워크의 용량을 증가시키기 위한 기술들에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 매크로 셀과 소형 셀이 다층으로 배치된 구조에서 고려해 볼 수 있는 요소기술들은 단말의 다중 노드 연결, 효율적인 이동성 보장, 효율적인 셀/이동단말 발견, 이종 듀플렉스캐리어 집성, 셀 간 간섭 관리 등이며, 본 논문에서는 이들을 기반으로 최근 3GPP에서 활발히 논의되고 있는 LTE 소형셀 향상 표준화 동향에 대해 기술한다.

ISO TC 108/SC 2 산하에 이미 제정된 24 개의 관련 규격이 있으며, 그 중에 현재 4 개의 규격이 개정 심의 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 FDIS(Final Draft International Standard) 개정 단계에 있는 육상용 증기 터빈 발전기 세트의 회전축 진동 및 비회전부 진동에 관련한 두 규격(ISO 7919-2:1996, ISO 10816-2:1996) 과 2000년 12월 15일자로 개정 완료된 선박 거주구역 및 작업구역의 진동에 관한 규격(ISO 6954:2000)을 개정 전 규격과 비교 설명 하고자 한다. 2007년 3월부터 WFA에서 시작된 "Wi-Fi CERTIFIED(TM)802.11n Draft 2.0" 인증을 통해 현재까지 180가지가 넘는 제품이 출시되고 있는 가운데 이러한 시장의 상황을 반영하듯 여러 매체를 통해 IEEE 802.11n이 2008년 핫이슈로 등장하고 있다. 하지만 차세대무선통신의 기술적인 로드맵을 선도하고 있는 ITU-R WP8F의 IMT-Advanced에서 요구하고 있는 보행시 1Gbps까지 가능하게 하는 기술을 2010년까지 제공한다는 측면에서는 IEEE 802.11n의 성능이 못 미치는 게 사실이며, 이러한 상황을 반영해 IEEE 802.11 내부에서 IEEE 802.11n 후속으로 보행시 Gbps급의 전송 속도를 지원하는 새로운 기술에 대한 표준화 작업에 대한 논의가 꾸준히 있어 왔고, 그 결과 2007년 5월 정식으로 이를 위한 Study Group이 만들어져 작업에 들어갔다. 본 고에서는 이러한 IEEE 802.11에서의 표준화 활동을 중심으로 차세대무선랜에 대한 응용분야, 관련 기술, 표준화 작업 내용에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

Recently, as development of the luminaire industry, many people are interest of the outdoor and indoor lighting environment. Also, as increasing of people activity at night, the role of lighting is more important. In these days, the issue of LEDs lighting environment is using loud colors of LEDs which are the most of primary colors (R, G, B). It is often disliked by same people. Therefore, it is necessary to use of natural color in lighting design using LEDs. The colors of the LEDs are composed of combination of R, G, B diodes. This paper performs to investigate preference of various colors and color patterns of LEDs. The purposes of this study are to suggest standardization and natural colors instead of primary colors using LEDs.

정보통신 보호기술은 컴퓨터와 컴퓨터 통신망의 이용시에 발생할 수 있는 정보의 불법적인 사용 및 파괴를 방지하는 기술이다. 최근 컴퓨터범죄가 빈번하게 발생함에 따라 보안기술에 관한 관심 및 연구, 개발이 크게 증대되고 있으며 이에 따라 정보기술의 국제표준화 작업을 수행하는 ISO/IEC JTC1내에 정보기술 관련 보안기술 표준화를 담당하는 SC27을 새로이 발족하였다. 본 고에서는 SC27의 설립 배경, 설립 목적, 조직 구성. 표준화 분야, 주요 표준화 활동현황 등에 대해 최근에 개최되었던 세 차례의 SC27 총회결과를 중심으로 정보통신 보호기술 표준화에 대한 전반적인 현황을 살펴보았다.

Global logistics including Korea had developed at various fields through the developed IT technology. In addition, in changing into Internet based digital economy times, economic and logistics activities became extending into worldwide over the cross-border. Logistics activity performed by off-line rapidly changed in real environment. But, unfortunately business process modeling about the whole logistics was not happened, even though process modeling had done by transport stages or logistics entities. Therefore, it is difficult to grasp the whole logistics. Additional cost and time was requested due to no association between logistics entities and invisibility. So, this paper has to be process modeling for logistics industry domain. For objective modeling, work area shall be divided and it extracts general work process per each area. And then it defines subprocess of general work process. Cargo tracking in logistics industry domain means to grasp the status and present states at transportation or storage stage. This paper defines business process and data model for electronic processed work area using the UN/CEFACT standard modeling methodology.

최근 국내에서는 바닥충격음에 대한 측정방법이 개정(2001년 6월 19일자 기술표준원 고시 제2001-334호)되어 KS F 2810-1(바닥충격음 차단성능 현장 측정방법 1부- 표준중량충격원에 의한 방법)과 KS F 2810-2(바닥충격음 차단성능 현장 측정방법 2부- 표준중량충격원에 의한 방법)의 체계가 구축되었다. 이는 현장 측정방법으로서 완성된 건축물에 대한 공간성능을 측정하는 의미를 가지고 있다.(중략)

Nochi is a kind of Korean traditional food made from glutinous rice or millet. This study attempted to examine the effects o( the various factors and to clarify the factors which affect the overall eating quality of Noch. The results were summarized as follows. 1. Starch content of waxy rice was 72.4% and IBC was 0.017%. 2. $\alpha$-amylase and $\beta$-amylase activity of malt were 40.13 and 8.94 units respectively. 3. Waxy rice soaked for 3 hours was ground to flour then sifted 20 mesh sieve. The mixture of waxy rice and malt was steamed for 20 minutes. 4. In sensory evaluation on varying the amount of malt and incubation time, the most favorite tendancy of the overall eating quality was at the level of 8hours incubation made by 5% addition of malt. 5. Total sugar contents, reducing sugar contents and the intensities of iodine stain at the incubation temperature of $60^{\circ}C$ were significantly different from those at $50^{\circ}C$.

본 고에서는 일반 가정 및 소규모 업무용 가입자들에 대한 광대역화의 가장 경제적인 대안으로 관심을 끌고 있는 Hybrid fiber-coax 구조의 CATV 전송망에 대한 표준화 동향에 대해 조사 분석한 내용을 기술한다. HFC 액세스망에 대한 표준화는 IEEE 802.14 그룹, DAVIC, ATM Forum, IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)와 Cable TV업계 등 여러기구에서 추진하고 있다. 지금까지 물리계층, MAC계층 등에 대한 주요 표준규격에 대해 DAVIC과 IEEE 802.14에서 주도하고 있으나, 앞으로는 데이터 서비스에 상대적 우선 순위를 두고 표준화를 추진하는 IEEE 802.14그룹에서 주도하게 될 것으로 보인다. 또한 인터넷 접속과 고속 데이터 서비스를 위한 인터페이스와 IP 접속 프로토콜에 대한 표준화를 발 빠르게 추진하고 있는 IETF와 MCNS(Multimedia Cable Network System) 등의 역할이 커질 것으로 전망된다.

About 760 papers and patents of the traditional fermented food in Korea were collected which were published during 1917-1988, and then the papers were classified, outlined and reviewed. Study of traditional fermented food was about 10% of total study on Korean Foods, and that of alcoholic beverage was 50%, soy sauce and related product was 30% and kimchi was less than 20% of total study of traditional fermented foods. Though considerable amount of studies were accomplished before the World War II, but a few study was accomplished during the Korean war. The research activity is, hitherto, increasing gradually, but the systematic studies were rarely done. The studies to be investigated were processing quality of raw materials, classification, standardization, sensory quality of the product and so on.
