수도권 지하철은 1974년, 서울 1호선 개통을 시작으로 현재 일일 7,289천 명을 수송하는 가장 중요한 교통수단 역할을 하고 있다. 이처럼 서울 지하철은 2011년 이후 지속적으로 증가하는 수송인원을 처리하고 있지만, 제한된 지하철 용량과 배차시간 때문에 지하철 내의 혼잡도는 계속 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 서울시는 서울역, 시청역, 교대역 등 12개의 역사에 우회통로 건설 등의 혼잡역사 구조 개선사업을 시행하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 사업은 한 역사 당 평균 186억 원의 대규모 공사비에 비해 미미한 개선 효과를 보이면서 혼잡도 개선을 위한 차선책이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 효율적인 객차 및 역사 내 혼잡도 완화를 위해 IoT를 접목한 혼잡도 평준화 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안한 시스템을 바탕으로 예상 효과 분석을 진행하였고, 분석 결과 한 객차에 승차하는 인원이 기존 34명에서 최대 20명으로 감소되는 효과가 나타났다. 이와 더불어 기존 첨두시 20대의 열차 운행대수가 24대로 증차될 수 있다고 분석되면서 운영 효율성 측면에서 효과가 있을 것으로 사료된다.

학습자 정보의 표준화는 원격교육기관간의 원활한 학습자 정보 교류와 학습자 정보의 체계적 관리를 통한 학습자 중심의 이러닝 서버스를 제공하기 위해 반드시 필요하다. 기존의 학습자 정보 표준화 모형은 시스템간의 교류에 중점을 두는 경향이 있었으나, 학습자의 개별 특성에 따른 맞춤식 교육을 위해서는 교육적 관점에서 학습자 정보의 표준화를 다를 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 학습자 정보 표준화 모형에 대한 선행 연구를 바탕으로 학습자 성향 정보와 학습 성과 정보 등 교육적 목적을 위한 구체적인 표준화 항목을 도출하여 전체 3개 영역의 33개 항목으로 구성된 학습자 정보 표준화 모형을 개발하였다. 또한 이러닝의 운영 경험이 있는 26개 대학을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 학습자 정보 표준화 모형을 위한 필수 정보와 선택 정보를 구분하였다. 표준화 모형은 그 적용 범위와 목적에 따라 각 요소들의 중요도가 달라지는데, 본 연구에서는 표준화 모형의 적용 범위를 대학을 중심으로 한 고등교육 영역으로 한정하였다.

This study sought efficiency of collaboration between manufacturers and distributors by finding a way to improve logistics efficiency in order to save distribution cost and standardize packaging together with profit generation by way of simple-display packaging in discount stores. For the study purpose, the impact of products with RRP (Retail Ready Packaging) by each discount store on the collaboration achievement such as loading efficiency was observed. From this observation, an alternative packaging system that can improve logistics efficiency between manufacturers and distributors was sought and the role of distributors in distribution standardization was explored. The purpose of this study also includes suggesting some implications on future basic direction of environment-friendly management. If this study would induce distributors to have more interest in distribution standardization and if logistics efficiency would be enhanced by the operation of packaging system considered of compatibility with pallets, this study would have academic significance and create practical values.

This paper describes the standardization of remote monitoring and controlling system for nursery electrical facilities. The proposed system have three operating modes of motoring, controlling, and fault-notifying. In fault-notifying mode, the local unit is designed to send messages on failure of the electrical facilities to the central computer, mobile phone, and pager. Also, the local unit is consisted of 24-input and 8-output port needed for monitoring and controlling the facilities. With the use of this standardized system, we could expect the effective management in every phase of nursery facilities.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the standard size system of Saenghwal Hanbok for design development and popularization. As a sample, 20's and 40's female data among the 1997's National Somatometry Survey data were used because two groups have different somatic characteristics and design tastes with each other. The results are as follows; From t-test of 35 somatometric items in 20's and 40's female data, we knew that the differentiated size system proper to each age is needed. We also knew that the 38 Saenghwal Hanbok brands don't have consistent size system from investigation of size list and size application. From consideration on the number of size for production and coverage rate, we suggested regression formula by bust circumference and stature, and suggested advanced standard size system which are proper to each 20' and 40' female group.

This article is concerned with various aspects of establishing the global standard for occupational safety and health management system (OHSMS). The notion, main features, and brief history of the OHSMS are presented. The OHSAS 18000, its assets and liabilities, are reviewed as a prototype of the global standard. It is also addressed the possibility of combining ISO 9000(quality management system), 14000(environmental management system) and the OHSMS into the integrated management system (IMS) as a whole. The concepts of internal and external customers are presented to explain why the environment, safety and health should be incorporated into the notion of total quality 'Participation of the members' and 'standardization of the 4Ms (Man, Machine, Materials and Method)'are emphasized as the major enablers of the IMS. Finally, the industrial, academic and governmental roles are discussed for developing the IMS and setting it down into the Korean industries.

Recently building up of u-learning oriented teaching and learning system has been expanded rapidly, However domestic junior college's challenging for adapting it might be slower than other educational body's doing, and in that result it might be paid more or be taken longer time to improve their old system effectively. Now, it is very time for them to develop and implement u-learning oriented teaching and learning system quickly. This paper offers and draws the core factors to design ubiquitous teaching and learning model systematically through investigation of worldwide recent technology and R&D, patent, service and standardization tendency related with u-learnig modeling.

Standards are increasing of importance for New & Renewable energy. The rapid growth of production is one reason for this but standards are equally important in ensuring the quality and reliability of installed New & Renewable energy systems, which have a propound impact on acceptance of the technology in the expanding marketplace. Korea government (Korea Agency for Technology and Standards, KAIST)make and implement a five year plans for promotion of international standardization of this field from 2004. KATS leads the technology innovations and eventually increases the international competitiveness. Strategic collaboration with other countries is also strengthened through Korea's participation in international standards and conformity assessment system such as IECEE(IEC system for conformity and certification of electrical equipment). One of the major goals of the Plan is to facilitate trade between Korea and its trading partners by emphasizing harmonization of its national conformity assessment system with international norms.

본 연구는 중소기업의 정보화를 추진함에 있어, 정보화 중에서도 중단기적인 도입 성과를 낼 수 있는 생산정보관리시스템 구축을 위하여, 화학제조업 분야의 핵심 업무 프로세스에 대하여 표준화를 연구하고 그에 따른 생산정보관리시스템을 구축 적용하는데 제공하고자 한다. 화학제조업 생산정보관리시스템 표준화를 위한 개발방법론은 중소기업기술정보진흥원에서 기 연구 개발된 생산정보관리시스템 개발 방법론(PSDM)을 적용하며, 표준화 대상은 시스템 구성도, 업무절차 흐름도, Menu Structure 등과 같이 시스템구축 시 골격이 되는 핵심 업무 프로세스이다. 본 연구로 생산정보관리시스템을 구축하고자 하는 화학제조업 중소기업 및 관련 전문 IT업체들이 표준화된 핵심 업무 프로세스를 적용하여 시스템을 보다 효과적으로 구축 할 수 있으며, 시스템에 대한 구축 용이성과 신뢰성을 제공하며 아울러 핵심 업무 프로세스의 활용이 극대화되기 위해서 사후관리 교육훈련 및 유지보수 방안도 제시하고 있다. 본 연구 결과를 적용함으로써 생산 공정의 불합리한 요소제거, 생산제품 품질 향상, 생산비용절감이 가능하다.
