The objective of this paper is to study how to apply the functional models in the design reviews and the validation of the subsequent design specifications and standards in the urban rail transit standardization program. The functional models can be obtained based on the requirements. Specifically, the requirements are first represented by the use case and sequence diagrams and then the results are transformed into the functional models using the Systems Modeling Language (SysML) diagrams and the FFBD (Functional Flow Block Diagram) and others. Based on the results of the study, it can be checked whether the original requirements have been reflected properly in the designs. Also, it can be seen that how the possible changes in the requirements affect the functions and thus how the designs should be changed accordingly.

It is attempted that the standardization of the construction, globalization of the engineering construction and an information oriented construction spread by setting a goal of the advanced construction industry and productivity increase of human resources within the country. Hence, it has been brought in the information oriented construction of BIM based technology for the field of construction and equipment of Korea. The current study that examines the possibility of application of 3D ; that is BIM based programs of building equipment, and make better the problems of 3D building equipment system through the Pilot Test, indicates the way of growth development about the construction of building equipment process system.

In this paper, we propose an XML based meta-data specification for industrial speech databases. Building speech databases is very time-consuming and expensive. Recently, by the government supports, huge amount of speech corpus has been collected as speech databases. However, the formats and meta-data for speech databases are different depending on the constructing institutions. In order to advance the reusability and portability of speech databases, a standard representation scheme should be adopted by all speech database construction institutions. ETRI proposed a XML based annotation scheme [51 for speech databases, but the scheme has too simple and flat modeling structure, and may cause duplicated information. In order to overcome such disadvantages in this previous scheme, we first define the speech database more formally and then identify object appearing in speech databases. We then design the data model for speech databases in an object-oriented way. Based on the designed data model, we develop the meta-data specification for industrial speech databases.

In this paper. we present a definition of the term virtual enterprise (VE) and discuss some related terms and concepts. The definition was given based on Porter's Value Chain Theory. Then we discuss some positioning strategies for entering or joining a virtual enterprise from an executive's viewpoint. which show a framework for making decisions on for what. when and how a (real) enterprise need to participate or form a virtual enterprise and whom the partners should be. The major pert of the paper is on underlying information technologies and architectures for building virtual enterprises. Requirements for modeling virtual enterprises and core technologies needed for implementation are discussed. A virtual enterprise reference architecture based on NIIIP's model is presented. Finally we discuss some points that should. addressed from a macroeconomic and public policies viewpoints. These are the issues of IT standardization and investments in IT infrastructure.

Recently MPEG (Moving Picture Experts Group) has started a new standardization activity called MPEG Multimedia Middleware (M3W). The M3W supports multimedia applications Independent of hardware and software such as operating systems so that the portability and interoperability of multimedia applications are greatly improved. In doing so, the M3W adopts the concept of a service-based middleware. The M3W standardizes a set of multimedia Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and their implementations can be pro vided by third parties In the form of services. In this paper, we introduce the usage of XML metadata in describing the standard multimedia APIs and third party's services and also we explain the role of the XML Schema within the M3W in providing transparent access from application to the M3W services.

The purpose of this paper is to study on the architectural value in Dom-Ino system. Dom-Ino system by Le Corbusier is a structural system for effective production in terms of physical reproductivity and a modeling system from the view of formal composition. It creates planar grid with a fixed ratio, manipulates the user group, and becomes the basic construction method. Form comes out of geometrical proportion system, and grid-based plan provides regularity and order to elevation planning. Production requires standardization. Indoor space is maintained by uniformed and integrated service facilities. Dom-Ino system was a transitional step of the Modulor system which was created by Le Corbusier in 1945 and composes of and equivalent proportional system. The fact that the numerical proportion system is the one of appropriate design methods implys a progressive concept that architectural configurations are controlled by the technology of that time. And also the system is one of the object type of Corbusier's housing architecture.

In many technologies, artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming an important topic for areas based on the field of big data. However, applied AI cases and the research status of radio wave technology are not widely known to the public. The spread of AI to other areas is being followed by radio wave technologies, and much effort is being taken to evolve it into intelligent radio wave technologies in the future. This paper presents the recent areas of interest in radio wave technology, such as spectral sharing, illegal spectrum monitoring, radar detection, radio wave medical imaging, and channel modeling; examines the requirements for applying AI; and describes the applied cases, research trends, and standardization efforts that apply AI technology to them. On this basis, we will discuss the prospects of AI application to the expected radio wave technology of the future.

This paper is written to analyze systematically the varieties of informations about cooking stream procedure on the basis of the basic theory of installation and arrangement such as SLP(Systemic Layout Planning) and to deduce the plan for the device, installation and arrangement suitable to cooking stream procedure. Through the substantial improvement in the modeling of hotel L, the optimization of the capacity of installation and arrangement, and the reduction of food resource stream and its movement and through the analysis of cooking stream procedure by disposing and dividing the main kitchen into three individual ones, the improvement of productivity in comprehensive cookery such as the specialization and equalization of cooking procedure and improvement effect of the price-reduction. Moreover, as for the problem of arrangement of installation, it was displayed that the effect went up to twice through the flexible production-related systems such as the improvement of arrangement, reduction of cooking preparation time, the standardization of cookery.

기업 비즈니스를 위한 업무절차와 문서/데이터에서의 일관성 확보를 통한 비즈니스 프로세스의 표준화는 기업 내부적으로 효율적으로 개선된 프로세스에 기반한 정보화시스템의 구축뿐만 아니라, e-비즈니스 환경에서 기업간 협업체계로의 적용을 통해 새로운 기업가치의 창출을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 중소 규모의 업체에서 자사 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석 및 모델링하고 공개된 표준적 모델을 참조하여 자사 프로세스를 표준화하기 위한 방법론을 제시하고 있다. 즉, 기업이 유사 업종의 선진적인 표준모델을 참조 및 비교함으로써 프로세스 개선기회를 손쉽게 파악하고 자사 업무환경을 고려하여 프로세스 표준화의 구체적인 실행계획을 수립하기 전 단계까지의 과정에 대한 방법론의 개발을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과물은 표준모델의 참조를 통한 비즈니스 프로세스 표준화의 방법론으로 중소업체에서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있으며, 업종 특성을 고려한 표준모델의 공개 및 보급과 함께 프로세스 표준화를 유도함으로써 기업내부 정보화뿐만 아니라 산업 전반에 걸친 정보화 및 e-비즈니스 환경의 구현을 촉진시킬 것으로 기대된다.
