소프트웨어 공학이란 적절한 자원을 사용하여 품질 높은 소프트웨어를 개발, 획득, 운용하기 위해 필요한 기법, 도구 및 방법론의 총칭이다. 소프트웨어공학 활동의 관리목표는 적절한 자원의 사용을 통한 높은 생산성 추구 및 양질의 소프트웨어 생산이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 관리목표를 달성하기 위해서는 공학적인 이론과 개념을 바탕으로 한 공학원리를 확립하고 개발방법, 방법론 및 소프트웨어공학 도구를 발전시켜 효율적인 공학기술 환경을 구축하여야 할 것이다. 또한 매년 급증하고 있는 공공 정보화사업의 효율성을 제고하고 상호호환성과 운용성을 보장하기 위해 소프트웨어 공학을 바탕으로 정보시스템 기획, 획득, 개발, 운영, 유지보수 및 평가 등과 관련된 각종 지침도 개발되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어공학 관련 기술 기술개발현황 및 시장 표준개발현황에 관해 다룬다.

Many papers point out that the e-Learning is one of the most important industries, and the effect on other industries can be more powerful than any other business. Therefore, we think about social, cultural, industrial and technological effect of the e-Learning in order to enlarge industry scale as well as educational performances. In many cases of developed countries, various kinds of study have been performed for the e-Learning quality assurance because quality of the e-learning should operate on effective and efficient learning and continuous market development of education industries. The e-Learning quality assurance has import function not only for learning contents reusability like a SCORM and metadata but also for learning system, solution and service operation, so activities for the quality assurance should consider of cultural and tactical approach when it is applied in the e-learning business. In this paper, we present the concept, domain and purpose of the e-Learning quality assurance. Furthermore, this paper proposes the process and methodology in order to make the quality assurance standard model which is consist of 6 phase such as Environment Research, Needs Analysis, Framework, Metrics, Development and Implementation, Evaluation and Feedback through the analysis and comparison of pre-studied worldwide quality control, management and assurance documents.

Korean mobile communications industry has been a main locomotive of the drastic development of Korean IT industry and became one of core industries in national economy. To secure strong competitiveness of mobile communications industry, smooth cooperation should be reconsidered among government, universities, research institutions, and private companies. Future mobile communications technology will be evolved from IMT-2000 to system upgrade, 3.5G and 4G. And the goals of technology development are provision of mobile multimedia services based on better mobility and higher data speed rates. Therefore, Korea's technology development strategies of mobile communications should be focused on intensifying bondage of international cooperation, strengthening standardization activities, and enhancing core technology development capability to secure IPR.

The systems engineering (SE) process shall be applied to the project for successful development of ultra-high-speed (UHS) Maglev train system which is one of very large and complex systems. It is important to abolish technology differentials from the advanced developers such as Germany, Japan, etc. and to ensure discriminatory competitiveness of the application of systems engineering process for the development of the system based on appropriate concepts and requirements. General operation concept and stakeholder's requirements of UHS Maglev train system must be elicited with system concept for initiating the project. The management plan should be devised for all sorts of systems engineering activities of risk management, performance management, lifecycle cost management, etc. This paper would support to establish the systems engineering management plan (SEMP) for the program of UHS Maglev train system development with associated documents.

해저지형에 대해 일관성 있고, 체계적인 지명을 부여하는 것은 해양학과 관련된 학문을 연구하는 사람들끼리 의사소통을 원활이 하며 그 연구결과의 활용이나 해도 사용에 혼동을 초래하는 것을 막기 위해 필수적인 작업이다. 따라서 각 국가나 국제기구에서는 일관성 있고 체계적인 해저지명사업을 활발히 진행하고 있다. 대한민국도 영해 범위 내에서나 EEZ 또는 공해상에 해저지명을 부여하기 위한 여러 활동을 전개하여 왔다. 본 연구는 최근 대한민국에서 해저지형에 지명을 부여하기 위한 다양한 활동을 소개하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 구체적 연구 내용은 첫째, 한국에서 해저지명을 부여하는 활동들을 역사적으로 조명하고, 둘째 해양지명 표준화를 위한 지침개발 내용을 소개하며, 셋째, 그 동안 과학적 탐사가 종료되어 SCUFN(국제수로국 산하 해저지명 소위원회)에 제안할 동해에 위치하고 있는 14개의 해저지형의 특색을 밝히고, 마지막으로 체계적 해저지명 활동을 지속하기 위한 미래계획을 제시하는 것으로 구성되었다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized Nursing Diagnosis/ Intervention Protocol through a literature review and validity testing. Seven nursing diagnoses were selected as major nursing diagnosis in the field of Nutritional and Eliminative problem. The nursing intervention list was made by an expert group's review of Nursing Intervention Classification(NIC) suggested nursing interventions. Nursing activities which were included in each nursing intervention were sorted to follow the nursing intervention process after review and revision. The expert group's validity testing was done twice using the Likert scale. As a result the Nursing Diagnosis/ Intervention Protocol for Nutritional and Eliminative Problems was made to include 7 Nursing Diagnoses, 51 Nursing Interventions and 631 Nursing Activities.

세계가 하나의 시장으로 통합되면서 국제표준은 기업의 생사와 국가경제에 막대한 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 정보통신분야에서 표준은 더욱 중요한 의미를 가진다. 기업들은 자사에 유리한 표준을 확대하려고 할 뿐만 아니라, 표준에 특허 등 자사의 지적재산권을 반영하려고 노력하고 있다. 이를 통해 자사의 기술을 보호함과 동시에 시장에서 점유율을 확대하려고 한다. 본 논문에서는 정보통신분야에서 대표적인 국제표준화단체인 ITU-T와 IEEE의 표준에 포함된 특허에 대해 살펴본다. 특허 데이터 분석은 특허 활동의 현황과 향후 방향에 대해 이해할 수 있는 의미 있는 연구주제이다. 국가별 특허 보유 현황과 기관별 특허 보유 현황을 기준으로 특허 데이터베이스를 분석하고, 특허 데이터베이스의 자세한 분석 결과와 그 의미를 제시한다.

디지털 정보보존 관련 분야와 기관간 의견교환과 협력의 기반이 되는 OAIS 참조모형이 최근 ISO 표준으로 인증 발표되었다. 이 논문은 OAIS 참조모형이 정의하고 있는 주요 모형들과 디지털 아카이빙에 관련된 문제들을 논의하고 이 모형의 개발에 참여한 주요 기관 및 프로젝트의 활동을 소개하였다. 귀중한 문화유산인 디지털정보를 진본 상태로 유지하면서 장기적으로 보존하여 현재와 후대의 인류에게 전승하는 책무를 맡고 있는 문화기관들의 협력 필요성에 대해서도 논의하였다.

LAN(Local Area Network)은 10m부터 3km(fiber를 사용하는 경우, 80km까지 가능)까지의 근거리에 연결된 단말 및 통신 장치들을 1Mbps부터 100bps까지 다양한 범위의 전송 속도로 연결하는 통신망으로서, 현재 IEEE802에서 관련 표준화가 이루어지고 있으며 국내적으로는 유무선 통할에 대비하여 Access 장비에 대한 표준화를 진행할 예정에 있다.

It is expected that the electronic money will be a major payment method in the forthcoming electronic finacial system. However, in order for the electronic money to have a widespread use among general public in their dialy life there are many properties that should be satisfied beforehand. In this study, we first analyze the characteristics of the existing electronic money systems, compare various proposals on the electronic money system so far, and then suggest a desirable model of developing an electronic money system for Korean financial institutions. It has been found that the model we propose satisfies the general requirements of the electronic money system. The results of this study will aid in various activities of technology development and standardization. Furthermore, this study will support the initiative effort of Korea in developing inter-country electronic money system.
