Today, wearable technology products are used in a wide range of consumer, healthcare, bio-medical, and industrial applications. The market for wearable technology products is expected to increase dramatically over the next several years. In addition, concerns for safety, performance and reliability of wearable products keep increasing and will be essential for widespread acceptance in the marketplace. Wearable smart devices, which are generally in contact with the human body and skin, are exposed to the risk of the electric shock, burn, and explosion. Therefore, the standardization of wearable devices in terms of human safety and reliability should be very important. Furthermore, the development of test method and test certification of the wearable products will be one of the key technology for mass production. Such standardization and certification will help consumers to choose the safest and best quality wearable devices and allow manufacturers to prove the safety and quality of their products, thereby helping them to gain a competitive technology. This paper discusses the current status of the wearable smart devices as well as the standardization and test certification applicable to wearable technology products.

상업출판사에 의한 학술정보의 무기화 및 독점화로 학술정보 유통이 일대 위기를 맞고 있는 가운데 누구나 자유롭게 학술정보를 이용하자는 운동이 활발하다. 이를 기술적 표준적으로 지원하기 위해 결성된 OAI에서는 OAI 아키텍쳐와 표준 프로토콜을 개발하였다. OAI는 프로토콜 표준화를 통해 메타데이터의 상호운용성은 크게 증진하였으나, 메타데이터와 전자원문 간 연계를 간과함으로써 정보자원 간 연계가 취약한 맹점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 OAI 아키텍쳐의 메타데이터와 전자원문 간 연계성을 개선하고 유사 자원으로의 확장성을 제공하기 위해, 국제표준 프레임워크인 OpenURL을 접맥한 개방형 학술정보 유통 아키텍처를 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 통해 분산 환경에서의 정보자원 간 상호운용성 및 유사자원으로의 확장성을 제고하였다.

스마트제조는 제품기획, 설계, 생산, 품질, 재고, 조달 등 스마트공장 내 제조 프로세스의 정보화, 최적화 및 생산 시스템의 자동화를 ICT기반 스마트 기술로 실현하는 제조 공정으로 정의된다. 본 논문에서는 스마트공장과 스마트제조 시스템의 운영시 발생하는 제조 데이터와 관련된 국내 표준화 동향에 대해 소개한다. 표준화의 범위가 매우 넓기 때문에 스마트공장 및 제조 ICT시스템과 관련된 일반적인 표준화 내용 및 제조 데이터를 거래시 필요한 표준에 관련된 사항을 다룬다. 이를 기반으로 하여 제조 데이터의 활용을 위해 필요한 사항에 대해 논의한다.

市场营销的标准化已经成为有关国际市场营销的研究中最为关注的焦点之一. 全球营销这个术语常被定义为以国外市场的共同性为前提的国际标准化的营销战略. 营销标准化仅在传统的实体市场交易场所的背景中被讨论. 自从上个世纪90年代起, 联网上的电子市场交易场所开始兴起, 并成为全球化过程中为全球营销活动标准化开拓新机会的最重要的动力之一. 另一方面, 消费者由于更大程度的接受互联网而可能产生与标准化相比更高水平的定制化和产品的差异化, 这样的观点也很流行. 考虑这个分歧, 在全球电子商务的背景下关注营销标准化的综合的研究不能达到一定高度的这种情况值得注意. 在这个背景下, 本研究提出了两个基本研究问题: (1) 在国际电子商务中公司多大程度标准化了他们的营销? (2) 营销的标准化对公司的表现（或成功）有没有影响? 根据文献回顾提出了下列研究假设: H1: 从事国际电子商务的公司为营销标准化做了更多的准备. H2: 营销标准化在帮助公司在国际电子商务中获得成功的方面发挥积极的作用. H3: 在国际电子商务中, 营销组合标准化在公司获得经济的和非经济的成功方面比营销过程标准化发挥更积极的作用. H4: 国际电子商务公司获得非经济的成功越大, 获得经济的成功也越大. 本研究的数据是通过在2005年2月到4月间进行问卷调查获得的. 本调查包括了德国各种产业中的国际电子商务公司和国外电子商务公司驻德国的所有总部和分公司. 801家公司中的118家回复了问卷. 本研究为结构方程模型, 使用PLS‐Graph3.0版本中的偏最小二乘法. 数据分析结果支持所有的4个研究假设. 结果表明, 从事国际电子商务的公司在商标, 网页设计, 产品定位和产品项目上的标准化很高. 这些公司打算未来在营销组合标准化方面加大努力. 另外, 他们想提高营销过程标准化的水平, 尤其是和信息系统, 企业语言和在线营销控制程序一起. 在本研究中, 营销标准化对企业在国际电子商务中的表现起到了积极全面的影响. 营销组合的标准化在非经济的成功方面比营销过程的标准化发挥更积极的影响. 相反, 营销过程的标准化在经济的成功方面发挥了较积极的作用. 另外, 我们的结果明确的支持了在国际电子商务中非经济的成功和经济的成功是高度相关的这一假设. 实证结果表明, 国际电子商务公司的成功与营销标准化高度相关. 但营销组合和销售过程标准化以不同的方式帮助企业的经济和非经济的成功. 结果表明, 公司在互联网上使营销组合的众多因素标准化. 这种做法在一定程度上违背了 "划分标准化" 的经营理念, 认为营销组合的一些因素应该适应本土化, 其他的应该国际标准化. 而且, 发现表明, 相比一个特定的营销组合元素的标准化, 整体标准化营销为成功带来更积极的总体影响.

본 논문은 도시철도 개발과 관련된 기술 자료들을 표준화시키기 위한 프로젝트에서 생성되는 자료들을 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 방안에 대한 사례 연구이다. 이 사례에서는 자료의 DB화, 스키마 설계, 자료와 해당 항목의 연결 절차를 이용하여 데이터 관리 시스템을 구축하였다. 데이터관리 시스템은 시스템엔지니어링 도구인 Cradle을 이용하여 구축되었다. 이렇게 구축된 데이터관리 시스템은 저장된 방대한 정보를 손쉽게 찾을 수 있을 뿐 아니라 해당 정보와 연관된 정보 및 데이터를 빠른 시간에 찾아낼 수 있게 해 준다.

As a consequence of the standardization process developing in Europe, on April 2005 the new European standard EN 13749 was issued by the European standardization body CEN. The norm EN 13749 standardizes and develops the requirements already present in UIC leaflets for test verifications and define all technical requirements for the acceptance process in order to achieve a complete satisfactory design of the bogie. The aim of the norm is to define the complete design process of new railway bogies. It includes design procedures, assessment methods, verification and manufacturing quality requirements. In this study, fatigue analysis of the bogie frame is investigated comparing different approaches between conventional methodology and simulation results based on the VPD(Virtual Product Development).

ISO 10303-112 is an integrated application resource of ISO 10303, commonly known as STEP, and specifies the procedural_sketch schema. The ISO 10303-112 provides general resources for the representation of modeling commands for the exchange of procedurally represented 2D CAD models. Procedural models have the advantage of being easy to edit, simply by changing values of parameters of their constructional operations. Such models are said to embody design intent, in the sense that modifications to them conform to the method of creation used by their original creator, and they also comply with any constraints implied by the particular constructional operations used. This paper introduces the development and standardization process of the ISO 10303-112, and describes the concept of procedural 2D CAD modeling, the way to represent the procedural 2D CAD models in STEP and the harmonization with other STEP resources.

This study focus on the suggestion of application manual using assembling reference plane design & standard finish material basis upon material classification code. We see it will function as a tool of a linkage between building design and construction standarization in order to enlarge the applicability of house building material that is produced by the module plan. For a estabilishing of this condition, it is neccessary to link the standardization's result of material--design--construction field. According to this neccessity, we are going to suggest information factor that can make relative business manager easily approach to the standardization practical task.
