표준품셈 관부설 및 접합공사 품 개정 요인 분석 (Analysis on the Factor of Revision of Pipe Laying Down Material and Connection Work Material)

  • This study analyzed the major revision factors and revision contents for 'Construction-Standard-Production-Rate for Construction Works in 2018. Part 16. Pipe Laying Down and Connection" which was revised by the construction expense estimation standard's middle and long-term plans. The main reasons for the revision was analyzed to be unclear construction scope, limitations in applicable pipe material based on the facility type, labor force mainly composed of ordinary workers, limitations of labor force, and incomplete appropriation standard for the tool rent fee and equipment expenses. Through revision of factors, common items were newly established, organization was revised, the labor force was mainly composed of the technicians, and basis for appropriation of equipment expenses was arranged. In addition, through periodic revision, the appropriation standard for bend and special pipes was set. Consequently, more practical construction cost estimate standard is arranged through revision.

한국기업에서 비정규직의 인적자원관리전략에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Human Resource Management Strategy of Non-Standard Workers in the Korean Companies)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the human resource management strategies of non-standard workers that can contribute to accomplishing both corporate social responsibility and business purpose in efficient and effective ways. For the purpose, this researcher investigated circumstances under which Korean companies are using non-standard workers and systems related to those workers. In Korea, the Non-Standard Workers Protection Act was enacted and revised, and became effective on July 1, 2007. The main provisions of the act are as follows. First, the systems of discriminatory treatment prohibition was legally stipulated, Second, restrictions on overwork for fixed-term and part-time employees and the written statement of working conditions were compelled. Third, only 26 kinds of jobs were permitted for worker dispatch in accordance with positive list system. To achieve their business purpose, companies often use standard workers, but sometimes non-standard workers unavoidably in accordance with their business strategy. This study propose main human resource management strategies of non-standard workers such as determining the scope of jobs, strengthening legal and systematic human resource management, improving human relations, extending the grievance procedure and converting non-standard workers into standard ones.

평판형 와전류 표준 시험편의 개발 및 교정 (Development and Calibration of a Plate Type Eddy Current Standard)

  • 절대형 와전류 탐촉자 인증 시험에 사용되는 인공 결함이 포함된 와전류 표준 시편을 개발하였다. 개발된 표준 시편은 ASTM E 1629에서 규정한 전기 전도도를 지니고 인공 결함을 포함하며 전체 형상과 규격, 인공 결함의 규격을 만족한다. 인공 결함의 규격은 너비 0.1 mm, 깊이 0.5 mm이다. 이 인공 결함은 기존에는 양 측 끝단만 측정이 가능하고 중간 부위의 측정이 불가능하여 가운데 부위의 인증이 불가능하였으나 초음파 기술을 적용하는 새로운 방법을 도입하여 $15\;{\mu}m$ 정도의 불확도로 측정을 하여 교정이 가능하도록 하였다.

어업용 씨앵커의 사용실태 분석을 통한 표준화 연구 (A study on standardization through the analysis of the survey on the use of fishery sea anchor)

  • Fishery sea anchor is widely used for many fishing vessels. However, standardization of the dimension and terminology of the fishery sea anchor has not been achieved, reducing the reliability of the performance and safety of the fishery sea anchor. Therefore, this study researches the reality of usage of fishery sea anchor and then attempts to suggest the development direction of the standard draft as basic data. As a result of the survey on the reality of usage show that various terms were used for each part of the fishery sea anchor (including the incorrect form of non-standard words derived from Japanese) and that the production of this product in the fishery sea anchor market was concentrated on one specific manufacturer. In addition, the main specifications of the fishery sea anchor are set and manufactured based on conventional experience without standards. In the field, there was no standardized drawing for fishery sea anchor and users had low awareness of the main specifications of fishery sea anchor. Therefore, this study suggested the following regarding the fishery sea anchor: standard terms for each part including Korean and English names and standard drawing of sea anchor. It is hoped that this study will contribute to research for the standardization of fishery sea anchor, which will increase in reliability and lead to increased interest in standardization in the fishery field.

한국의 노동시간 계층화에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Working-Time Stratification in Korea)

  • 이 글은 노동시간의 소득계층별 차이와 분포 및 추이를 드러내고 정책적 함의를 도출한다. 노동시간을 주변적시간제, 시간제, 표준노동시간, 장시간으로 구분하고 소득분위별 상대분포를 비교한 결과, 소득 하위 20%는 주변적시간제 내지 시간제일자리에, 소득 2분위에서 4분위까지 60% 가량이 장시간 노동에, 상위 20%는 표준시간노동에 종사하였다. 한국의 노동시간은 단시간-저소득의 유형I, 장시간-중위소득의 유형II, 표준시간-고소득의 유형III으로 계층화된다. 노동시간 유형에 대한 패널 다항로짓 분석결과 월평균 임금을 기준으로 저임금-단시간, 중위임금-장시간, 고임금-표준시간의 유형이, 시간당 임금을 기준으로 저임금-초장시간, 중위임금-장시간, 고임금-표준시간 유형이 확인되었다. 시간당임금 및 월임금, 비정규직 비율, 직업군, 연령대를 중심으로 노동시간의 계층화가 심화되었다. 소득 하위 20%에 대해서는 최저임금 인상, 중위소득 60%를 포함한 다수의 노동자에 대해서는 노동시간 단축을 통한 고용창출이 유효한 전략이 될 수 있다.

유전율법에 따른 다공질 매질의 특성 파악을 위한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental study to estimate physical properties of porous media by a permittivity method)

  • 지반을 구성하고 있는 매질에 대한 체적함수비 및 포화 정도를 측정하는 것은 지반의 물리적 성질, 강우에 의한 지하수 함량 및 자연 사면 파괴를 이해하는데 매우 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다 이러한 지반의 요소들을 파악하기 위해 전자기파를 이용한 유전율법은 지반의 유전율상수의 특성에 따라 평가되어 지므로 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자기파의 측정 주파수 범위 1 - 18 GHz를 사용하는 유전율 시스템인 FDR-V (Frequency domain reflectometry with vector network analyzer)를 적용하여 1 GHz와 18 GHz에서의 두 주파수 범위에 대한 표준사 (Standard sand)와 화강풍화토 (Granitic weathered soil)의 밀도, 온도 및 염분농도 의존성에 따른 유전율상수의 반응에 대해 검토하였다. 실험결과에서, 흙의 밀도 의존성은 체적함수비의 증가에 따라 유전율상수도 증가하는 것으로 측정되었으나, 이들의 밀도 의존성은 다소 낮은 것으로 판단된다. 그리고, 1 GHz 실수부 (Real part)에 대한 온도 의존성 실험에서는 온도의 증가에 따라 물과 표준사의 유전율상수는 점진적으로 감소하는 경향을 보이나 에탄올의 유전율상수는 증가하는 것으로 측정되었다. 따라서, 온도 변화에 따른 각 매질의 유전율상수는 측정 온도에 대한 영향을 고려하여야 한다. 염분농도에 따른 유전율상수의 변화는 1 GHz 허수부 (Imaginary part)에서 염분농도의 증가에 따라 유전율상수의 측정치도 함께 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같이, 다양한 조건하에 대한 유전율상수의 의존성들을 기초로 하여 다공질 매질의 특성을 파악하기 위한 FDR-V 시스템의 적용성을 충분히 검토하였다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서는 1 GHz의 측정 주파수범위 내에서 다공질 매질의 염분오염도를 충분히 정량적으로 측정할 수 있는 것으로 생각된다.

3차원 CAD에서 STEP Part111을 통한 AP224 특징형상 데이터 번역 (AP224 based Feature Translation from 3D CAD through STEP Part111)

  • The exchange of CAD (Computer Aided Design) models between different CAD systems and to downstream applications such as manufacturing has become very important to modem industry. One serious current issue is that the process cannot automatically import existing 3-D solid models in a variety of commercial CAD formats into the process without manually re-mastering the model in current standard including "SIEP AP(Application Protocol) 203 Edition 1" To fully integrate technical data from the design agency to the shop floor, design intent and validated 3D geometry of feature based parametric CAD model should be brought into the standardized processes. To overcome this limitation, AP203 Edition 2 (Ed.2) and its related STEP parts such as Part55, Part108, Part109, Part111 and Part112 are starting to be available to handle this problem. The features in Part111 are harmonized with the machining features available in AP224. This paper is focused on two mapping technologies: CAD to Part111 mapping and Pat111 to AP224 mapping including case studios and it will provide the guideline about what should be done next in the AP203 Ed.2 to AP224 mapping. The final goal of this project is to integrate technical data from CAD to AP224 based manufacturing information through AP203 Ed.2.

가상건설 정보시스템 통합을 위한 표준 아키텍처 (Standard Architecture of Information Systems for Virtual Construction)

  • Systems architecture of information models for construction industry is introduced. The architecture ful fills international standards, such as ISO 10303(STEP) and IAI IFC, etc. It is defined in web service description language(WSDL) and ISO 10303-11(EXPRESS) language. A standard platform for this standard architecture is also developed. This platform has several tools which can transform EXPRESS description file into C++ or Java languages and which also can generate an IDL file or OWL file from an EXPRESS file. System architects, software engineers, information system consultants can use these standards to define their information model for construction industry in standardized way. Construction engineers can test this information model with ease using standard testing tools and testing method, which is also a part of standard architecture of information systems for virtual construction.

  • Since 1990s, we have achieved a certain level of success in standardization of design, construction, and material on housing and public buildings with the national-level promotion. A practical connecting device that can synthesize all the serial processes is required to maximize the effect of construction material standardization. However, desired outcome of the standardization is not achieved yet because these serial standards and notification practices are decided by each part of the process and some are congested. In this study, we aim to improve a general organizational system of Korean Industrial Standard (KS) which is the most fundamental tool for the standardization of construction materials moving from a conventional idea that the standard is only for the material and components producers to a concept that can also be shared by the designers and construction workers. To achieve this, we propose an improvement plan for the Korean Industrial Standard in the perspective of three-tier classification system.
