지하철 차량운용 문제에 대한 수리적 해법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mathematical Programming Approach to the Subway Routing Problem)

  • 차량운용문제 혹은 열차반복문제는 수송계획, 열차운행계획에서 작성된 열차운행시각에 기초하여 편성유형 또는 차종에 따라 주어진 제약조건(선회조건, 검수조건, 기지복귀조건 등)을 반영하여 최적의 차량운용 다이아, 운용순서를 구성하는 문제이다. 일반적으로 이 문제는 집합분할(Set Partition)문제로 모델링하여 열생성(Column Generation) 기법을 사용하여 제약조건에 맞는 운용을 생성하였다. 하지만, 본 연구에서는 지하철과 같이 열차운행의 빈도는 높고 물리적 네트웍은 간단하며 시종착역의 수가 적을 경우 많은 대안 경로(Alternative Routing)들이 생성되는 특징 및 일반 철도와는 다른 역에서의 공간적 제약에 따른 차량 선회 제약을 고려하여 차량운용수를 최소화할 수 있는 지하철 차량운용 문제에 대한 수학적인 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저, 차량선회제약만을 고려하여 최소비용 흐름 모형으로 네트워크 모형을 구성하였다. 최소비용 흐름 모형을 결과로 생성된 운용을 바탕으로 각 운용의 운행거리를 정규화(Normalize)하는 휴리스틱 기법을 제안하였다. 또한, 이 방법론을 실제와 유사한 지하철 열차 스케줄에 적용하였고 약 14%의 차량소요 감소 및 최대 영업거리 약 11%, 표준영업거리편차 약 5% 감소를 통하여 본 연구결과의 유용성을 확인하였다.

공동주택 공종별 수선시기 설정 연구 (A Study on the Repair Time of the Construction Type in the Apartment Housings)

  • Apartment is settled down as a main housing type and massive supply has been conducted since 1990's. The government has focused on the housing supply to improve the housing number and cut its price. On the contrary, the management of the housing has been neglected to get an early deterioration. Since 1995's, various ways have been made to improve and maintain the building function and performance. Among these, the long-term repair plan has played a main role to manage the housing condition and plan the repair schedule for preparing the massive cost of repair such as a roof proof, elevator change. The long-tern repair plan provides the repair time and repair rate according to various construction types. Most of the management agent apply the repair standard into the field area. But the repair time could not reflect the present condition and bring into the wrong maintenance. Therefore, the repair time for the long-term maintenance plan would be revised and reflected from the material and technology development. |n this study, it aimed at improvement for the repair time in various construction types which are provided in the long-term repair plan. For this, the 22 management agents are surveyed directly. This study shows that the repair time of the painting are correspondent to the repair time of the long-term plan irregardless of the painting materials. Most of other areas would correspondently similar to the long-term plan. This study could not include the building location, material and other haracteristics. Therefore, the further study would be needed to reflect the building and materials attributes to get the detailed repair time.

수직구 굴착시 전자뇌관을 이용한 Deck-Charge 발파 시공사례 (Application of Electronic Deck Charge Blasting Method to a Vertical Shaft Excavation)

  • 본 사례는 "수서~평택 고속전철 ${\bigcirc}$-${\bigcirc}$공구 건설공사"로서 공사구간 내에 아파트 등이 매우 근접하여 위치하며, 설계도서에 근거한 다단식 전기발파의 적용은 민원 등으로 인한 공사기간 지연과 더불어 공사관련 민원이 예상되어 공사비 증가가 발생할 것으로 판단된다. 이에 대안 굴착공법으로 당 현장의 진동허용기준(0.2cm/s, 아파트)를 준수하고 공사기간을 합리적으로 단축시켜 경제성과 안정성을 동시에 확보할 수 있는 전자 데크발파 공법을 검토하였다. 시험시공 결과 원 설계인 전기 다단 발파에 비하여 현저히 시공성을 향상시켰으며, 발파 진동 또한 현장 내 진동허용기준(0.2cm/s)이하의 안정적인 수준으로 계측되었다. 특히 터널용 전자뇌관 eDevII를 사용함으로써 작업에 편의성을 더했으며, 전기적으로 안전해 수직구 발파작업 환경에서 전기적인 위험성을 크게 개선할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

치과의원 의사의 틀니진료 원가 분석 (Cost Analysis for Dentures Performed at Dental Clinics in Korea)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to analyze the cost for the denture treatment in accordance with the government's plan to expand the National Health Insurance coverage for dental prothesis from July 1, 2012. Methods: We developed the draft of classification of the treatment activities based on the existing researches and expert's review and finalized the standard procedures through confirming by Korean Dental Association. We also made the list of input at each stage of treatments. We conducted survey of 100 dental clinics via post from April 4 to May 20 in 2011 and 37 clinics took part in the survey. The unit of cost calculation is the process from the first visit for denture treatment to setting of denture and adjustment. The manufacturing process performed by dental technician was not included in the cost analysis. Results: The process for the complete denture treatment was classified with 10 stages. The partial denture treatment was classified with 8 stages. The treatment time per each denture is about 5.6 hours for complete dentures and about 6.6 hours for partial dentures. The treatment cost were from 591,108 won to 643,913 won for complete denture and from 670,219 won to 738,840 won for partial denture in 2011, depending on the location, type of the clinics and the types of physician's income. Conclusion: This study shows the example of cost analysis for the treatment to set the fee schedule. Measures to get representative and accurate information need to be made.

Improved Slow Charge Scheme for non-communication Electric Vehiclesby Predicting Charge Demand

  • Recently, the study and development of environment-friendly energy technique have increased in worldwide due to environmental pollution and energy resources problems. In vehicle industry, the development of electric vehicle(EV) is now on progress, and also, many other governments support the study and development and make an effort for EV to become widely available. In addition, though they strive to construct the EV infra such as a charge station for EV, the techniques related to managing charge demand and peak power are not enough. The standard of EV communication has been already established as ISO/IEC 15118, however, most of implemented EVs and EV charge stations do not support any communication between each of them. In this paper, an improved slow charge scheme for non-communication EVs is proposed and designed by using predicting charge demand. The proposed scheme consists of distributed charge model and charge demand prediction. The distributed charge model is designed to manage to distribute charge power depending on available charge power and charge demand. The charge demand prediction is designed to be used in the distributed charge model. The proposed scheme is based on the collected data which were from EV slow charge station in business building during the past 1 year. The system-level simulation results show that the waiting time of EV and the charge fee of the proposed scheme are better than those of the conventional scheme.

실측자료 기반의 공동주택 시간별 전력소비 패턴 분석 연구 (An Analysis of Electricity Consumption Profile based on Measurement Data in High-rise Apartment Complex)

  • Worldwide, the building energy simulation becomes inevitable step for predicting the energy consumption in building. In simulation process, the expertise is required for the accurate analysis results. In Korea, however, most of user use the inconsistent data with Korea circumstance. In this step, we need to construct the standard input data matched building in Korea. In this study, electricity consumption of apartments in Daejeon is analyzed. The yearly data of a apartment complexes of 2009 are analyzed as monthly, daily(week and weekend), timely, and completion year. With this result, we are able to predict the demand pattern of electricity in a house and make the schedule by demand pattern. The results of this study are followed. The averaged amount of electricity consumption in winter is higher than summer because of the high capacity of heating equipment. All of the house has electric base load from 0.26kWh to 0.5kWh. The average of the electricity consumption of month is shown as 326.7kWh. A week is seperated as 4 part such as week, weekend, Saturday and Sunday. During week, the average of timely electricity consumption is shown as 0.442kWh. The Saturday consumption is 0.453kWh. The Sunday is 0.461kWh.

Urinary 1-Hydroxypyrene Levels in Workers Exposed to Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon from Rubber Wood Burning

  • Background: Urinary 1-hydroxypyrene (1-OHP) was selected as a biomarker of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) to explore the accumulation level in the bodies of workers at rubber smoke sheet factories in southern Thailand. Methods: Spot urine samples were taken from four groups of workers from June 2006 to November 2007. The nonexposure or control groups included habitual cigarette smokers and nonsmokers. The other two groups were workers exposed to particle-bound PAHs from rubber wood smoke and they were nonsmokers. All spot urine samples were analyzed for 1-OHP and creatinine levels. Results: The mean${\pm}$standard deviation urinary 1-OHP in the control group of habitual smokers and the nonsmokers was $0.24{\pm}0.16{\mu}mol/mol$ creatinine and not-detected to $0.14{\mu}mol/mol$ creatinine, respectively. In the workers, the 1-OHP levels on workdays had no significant difference from the 1-OHP levels on the days off. The yearly average 1-OHP level was $0.76{\pm}0.41{\mu}mol/mol$ creatinine whereas the average 1-OHP level during 10 consecutive workdays was $1.06{\pm}0.29{\mu}mol/mol$ creatinine (p > 0.05). Conclusion: The urinary 1-OHP levels of workers exposed to PAHs were high. The accumulation of 1-OHP in the body was not clear although the workers had long working hours with few days off during their working experience. Therefore, a regular day off schedule and rotation shift work during high productive RSS should be set for RSS workers.

건조전(乾燥前) 선별(選別)에 의한 Southern pine재(材)의 고온건조(高溫乾燥) (High-temperature Drying of Southern Pine Lumber by Green sorting)

  • This study was performed to investigate the effect of green sorting before drying on the high-temperature drying characteristics of southern yellow pine dimension lumber(2"${\times}$6"${\times}$12'). To test the advantages of weight sorting, green lumber was seperated into heavy(above 55 1b), medium(50-55 1b), and light(below 50 1b)weight classes. Pieces in each weight class were subgrouped into high(above 35%) and low(below 30%) latewood groups. Groups were dried and seperated by a standard commercial high-temperature schedule; dry bulb temperature $245^{\circ}$ F, wet bulb temperature $180^{\circ}$ F, and air velocity 1200fpm. The results obtained were as follows; 1. There was a highly significant correlation between annual rings per inch(X) and percent-latewood(Y). The regression equation was Y=24, 5047+1.3272X. 2. There were highly significant correlations between either annual rings per inch($X_1$) or percent-latewood($X_2$) a.d specific gravity in green wood(Y). Their regression equations were Y=0.4260+0.0081$X_1$ and Y=0.3749+0.0029$X_2$, respectively. 3. Heavier weight charges dried more slowly than lighter weight charges. 4. Board-to-board variation in green or dry moisture content was less for all seperate weight classes than for unseperated control charges. 5. Lower latewood pieces had higher initial moisture content than higher latewood pieces, and then drying time for lower late wood pieces was longer than higher latewood pieces.

모비우스 플랫폼을 이용한 IoT 센서 네트워크 구현 (Implementation of IoT Sensors Network Using Mobius Platform)

  • 본 연구는 모비우스 플랫폼을 이용하여 IoT 센서 네트워크를 구현하였고 성능을 검증하기 위해 스마트 홈 서비스에 적용 가능한 4종의 Z-Wave 센서를 구현하였다. 모비우스가 제공하는 12가지의 CSF(Common Service Function)은 센서들의 상태 감시를 비롯한 어플리케이션 서비스를 빠른 시간에 구현할 수 있도록 하였다. 표준적인 서비스절차와 프로토콜은 시스템의 설계 과정을 생략할 수 있도록 하였고, 어플리케이션 소프트웨어 개발자, Gateway 개발자 및 센서 개발자들 간의 규약확정을 위한 회의시간, 그리고 의견 조정을 위한 논의 시간을 단축할 수 있도록 하였다. 구현된 센서네트워크를 기반으로 하는 어플리케이션 서비스와 IoT 센서의 구현은 개발일정을 단축시킬 수 있음을 확인하였고, 무엇보다도 시장에서 구매한 상용품을 변경개발 없이 수용이 가능함을 확인하였다. 이러한 신속성과 개방성은 다양한 서비스의 요구에 부응할 수 있도록 하여, 서비스 확대 및 신규 시장 창출에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

한국십진분류법의 환경학 분야 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvements in the Korean Decimal Classification System for Environmental Studies)

  • 본 연구는 환경학의 학문적 특성과 연구영역을 고찰하고, 환경 분야에 관한 한국연구재단의 연구분야 분류표 및 KCI 등재 학술지를 보유한 학회, KDC, DDC, NDC를 비교 분석하였으며, 이를 토대로 KDC의 환경학 분야의 분류 체계를 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 먼저 환경철학, 환경사회, 환경교육, 환경독성, 환경건축, 지리환경을 각각 철학, 사회학, 교육학, 약리학, 건축학, 지리학 내 하위분야로 KDC의 본표에 추가하고, 표준세구분표의 -027 보조기법 및 절차를 -0276 녹색기술, 환경 기술로 세분 전개하여 환경에 관한 측면이 집중될 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 환경법 및 환경행정에 대한 분류기호를 재정비하여 각각 법학, 행정학 내 하위분야로 설정하여 분류자와 이용자의 혼란을 방지하도록 하였다.
