This paper addresses the issues of the parameter error detection and identification in power system. The parameter error identification is carried out as part of the state estimation procedure. The weighted least absolute value(WLAV) estimation method is used for this procedure. The standard formulation of the state estimation problem is modified to include the effects of the parameter errors as well. A two step procedure for the detection and identification of faulted parameters is proposed. Supporting examples are given using IEEE 14 bus system.

This paper deals with a robust subset selection procedure based on Hodges-Lehmann estimators of location parameters. An improved formula for the estimated standard error of Hodges-Lehmann estimators is considered. Also, the degrees of freedom of the studentized Hodges-Lehmann estimators are investigated and it is suggested to use 0.8n instead of n-1. The proposed procedure is compared with the other subset selection procedures and it is shown to have good effciency for heavy-tailed distributions.

This research developes a microcomputer program for MSD which is one of the most widely llsed predetermined time standards. The program is written in BASIC and designed mainly for desk-top or portable microcomputer to facilitate the development of standard times for time study analysis. A simple case is illustrated to show the program running procedure.

이 논문은 선박의 자동조타장치를 음성인식으로 제어할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하기 위한 기초연구로 SMCP(IMO Standard Marine Communication Phrases)에 제시된 조타명령문의 구성 형태를 분석하여 화자의 의도를 예측할 수 있는 특정 파라미터를 추출하였다. 그리고 이 파라미터를 이용하여 1차 패턴인식 과정으로부터 도출된 후보단어 집합으로부터 최종 단어를 결정하는 후처리 인식 프로시저를 설계하였다. 이 프로시저의 유용성을 검증하기 위하여 음성인식용으로 총 525개의 조타명령문을 획득하였고, 표준패턴 기반의 인식과정 인식률과의 비교실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과 의도예측 특정 파라미터를 이용한 인식 프로시저의 인식률이 약 42.3% 향상되어 유효함을 알 수 있었다.

IPTV 서비스의 활성화를 위해 IPTV 단말의 사업자 이동성 확보 방법이 제기되었다. 사업자 이동성이 확보되면 서비스 이용자가 IPTV 단말을 시중에서 직접 구매 후 자신이 서비스를 제공받고자 하는 사업자를 스스로 선택하여 IPTV 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다. 이를 위해, IPTV 단말은 서비스를 제공받기 전 일련의 프로비저닝(provisioning) 과정을 거쳐야 한다. 한국정보통신기술협회(이하 TTA)는 IPTV 단말의 프로비저닝 절차에 관한 표준 기술 규격인 TTAK.KO-08.0026을 제정하였다. 본 논문에서는 이의 개정 문서인 TTAK.KO-08.0026/R2의 내용과 그에 기반하여 구현한 IPTV 단말 프로비저닝 시스템의 구성, 기능, 동작 절차, 파라미터 및 이슈 사항 등에 관해 소개하고, IPTV 단말 프로비저닝 절차의 파급 효과와 표준화의 발전 방향에 대해 논하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 GNSS-RTK 정확도에 근거한 측량기기 성능 기준 마련의 당위성 제기와 국제표준을 적용한 정확도 성능검사 방안 모색하기 위해 「ISO 17123-8」에 의한 현장시험 절차와 방법을 고찰하고 이 표준을 적용한 관측실험을 수행하였다. ISO 표준에 따라 간이시험과 완전시험 절차를 적용해 5개 기종 GNSS 수신기가 RTK 방식으로 취득한 수평·높이 좌표가 기준정확도 이상이 되는지와 이들 좌표 정확도의 동등 여부를 통계검정 하였다. 그 결과 동일 등급 GNSS 수신기라 할지라도 RTK 정확도가 통계적으로 차이가 있을 수 있고 상이한 등급 수신기들도 그 정확도는 동등할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이로부터 본 연구에서는 GNSS 상시관측 인프라의 고도화로 급증하는 실시간 측량 수요 대처 및 새로운 형태와 특징을 갖는 GNSS 수신기 활용성 제고를 위해 RTK 정확도 기반 측량기기 성능 기준 마련과 검사 방법의 도입 필요성을 제기하였다. 여기서, GNSS-RTK 정확도 평가에는 「ISO 17123-8」 따른 관측 시험 중 완전시험법의 두 분산의 비를 비교해 시험정확도가 기준정확도 이상임을 검사하는 방법이 적합한 것으로 판단하였다.

일반적으로 비용이 많이 들고 복잡한 처리과정을 거치는 디지털 항공사진측량은 독립형 워크스테이션 시스템을 기반으로 사용되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 Open Geospatial Consortium에서 제안한 국제 GIS 표준인 Web Processing Service을 통해 항공사진측량 처리 과정에 대한 새로운 접근 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 실험을 위해 항공사진측량 업무를 기본단위로 정의하는 WPS 프로파일링 과정을 거쳐 여러 개의 제네릭 프로세스로 정의하였고, 정의된 프로세스는 WPS 표준에 따라 각각 서버 S/W와 클라이언트 S/W 모듈을 구현하였다. 본 연구를 통해 WPS의 기본 단위 항공사진측량 프로세스를 다수의 사용자가 웹을 사용하여 공유, 재활용 측면의 접근을 기대할 수 있었다.

연구목적: 본 연구는 기업재난관리표준에 규정하고 있는 위험평가 절차에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구방법: 기업재난관리표준에 정하고 있는 위험평가 단계별 요구사항을 파악하고, 'A'기관과 협력사의 적용사례를 검토하였으며 요구사항에 맞는 위험평가 절차를 도출하였다. 연구결과:기업재난관리표준의 요구사항인 위험 시나리오 도출 방법과 절차에 대하여 명확히 정의하고, 위험 시나리오 도출을 위한 표준화된 절차 도입이 필요한 것으로 검토되었다. 결론:발전 연료수급업무에 대하여 시스템 이론에 기반한 STPA 기법을 적용하여 위험 시나리오를 도출하는 방법을 구현하였으며, 모든분야의 핵심업무에 대한 위험 시나리오 도출에 적용할 수 있도록, STPA 기법을 재해경감활동계획 수립을 위한 위험 시나리오 도출 기법으로 기업재난관리표준에 반영할 것을 제시하였다.

Shore hardness test was developed in 1906 to overcome the limit of Brinell hardness test. However, the detailed requirements on the tester was not clearly specified except the scale, i.e., 100 HS for high carbon steel and 10 HS for soft brass. As a result, the shore hardness was used for quite long time without well established standards. For the establishment of hardness standards, standard tester, standard procedure, and standard hardness block must be provided. So far the standard of Shore hardness was maintained by correlating Shore hardness scale to Vickers hardness through converting equation. This is the so called converted Shore hardness and it is not the true Shore hardness standard strictly. In this paper, the possibility of establishing Shore hardness standard based on the Shore standard hardness tester is reported.

We followed the below procedure to establish the development strategy of CITIS standard. At first, we investigated Military CITIS and Commercial CITIS to establish the concept of CITIS and examined several implemented examples. And using the previous analysis, We analyzed the structure of the functions, the technologies and the standards. To establish the development strategy of CITIS standard, we divided CITIS standards into three category, These are infrastrucure standard, data standard and process standard. In the process standard, we analyzed how we develop a formulated process and which item we select to make formulated official documents. And finally, We explained the implementation plan and extension strategy of government-enterprise and inter-enterprise CITIS respectively.
