Engineering database for CIM of injection mold production has been developed to manage design information and parameters of injection mold. The database has direct connection with product data management system and management database. Design specifications are generated in initial stage of mold design with integration of management information. Design parameters and bill of materials for mold base parts are generated during the CAD process and transferred to the manufacturing database and procurement system. Standard modules for parts and mold base are constructed using national standard and legacy data of industries. The engineering database provides important information route for CIM of injection mold design and production.

The purpose of this study was to develop a scheme to standardize apartment management expenses levy. I have conducted theoretical research on the literature for the foundation of this study. I have also surveyed many different kinds of levies with help from several apartment complex managers in Busan as well as the executive secretaries of Busan Citizen's Coalition for Economic Justice. I held 30 meetings with the experts in this process to discuss the standardization of the levy. The finalized scheme for standardization is in line with the Act for Management of Multiple Family Housing. Because description of the whole standardized scheme is too lengthy for one article, I decided to present it in three parts. This article is the first part of the series. The remaining two parts will be published in future issues.

The purpose of this research is to develop the pattern recognition algorithm based on smart camera for inspection automation, and including external surface state of molding parts or optical parts. By performance verification, this development can be applied to establish for existing reflex data because inputting surface badness degree of scratch's standard specification condition directly. And it is pdssible to distinguish from schedule error of badness product and normalcy product within schedule extent after calculating the error comparing actuality measurement reflex data and standard reflex data mutually. The proposed technology cab be applied to test for masearing of the smallest 10 pixel unit. It is illustrated the relibility pf proposed technology by an experiment.

In this paper, CV behavior of electrowinning system was studied depending on the electrode connection mode of potentiostat. In this system, currents can be flown from electrodes to SUS parts because the LCC assembly was electrically connected between the SUS parts and electrolytic salt. Standard mode without ground line of multi tab or CE to ground mode is considered to be more reasonable than standard mode when using multi tab having ground line.

Currently, it is possible to buy almost anything from books(Amazon.com) to airplane tickets(Travelocity.com) using the world wide web. The purpose of this research is to develop a "clean interface" between design and fabrication facilities for the production of custom machined parts through Internet. The current mechanism for production of prototype parts that can be fabricated using standard machine tools like milling machines, requires a process of part description preparation, bidding, contract award, and finally fabrication and delivery of the part. This is a substantially more complex process than buying a book or airplane ticket. In this paper, we try to define the ambiguous part description using XML based data exchange format and to enable e-commerce in this field. The research accomplishments are summarized: 1. Creation of a new format for data exchange of machined prototype parts, 2. Development of a prototype system to illustrate how the XML data can be effectively used to conduct e-Commerce for custom machined parts, 3. Testing of the methodology with a number of parts.

In this era of information, the public library takes a important role in the local community. In several years, public libraries have been proliferated in our society. However, there have not been specific planning standards of space size for construction of public library. The situation has lead the local governments to the need of consulting for the construction and management of library in search of appropriate guideline. The research paper focuses on the result of consulting support project for construction and management of public library. It examines total 11 libraries which were consulted from 2009 to 2011. It examines the configurational differences between the first scheme from the local government and the final scheme after the consulting, and the percentages of gross areas of each parts of library, reference and reading area, office area, education and cultural area, and public common use area. The analysis concludes that reference and reading area increased by 6.4% from 34.1% to 40.5%, and public common use area reduced by 6.1% from 30.2% to 24.1%, which represents a certain tendency of the configuration ratio of the each parts. Thus, the paper could be a starting point of establishing planning standard of space size for public library.

An analysis of the current water leak status of understand structure (underground parking lots, staircases, plumbing systems, water reservoirs, etc.) of multi-family housing in South Korea shows that water leaks are found from cracks in all areas of the underground structure caused by the degradation environment (water pressure by underground water, humidity, temperature, earth pressure, soil behaviour and vibration, etc.), which result in various problems, including mold, malodour, debonding of finishing materials, exfoliation, breakout, water leaks in electrical boxes, efflorescence, sedimentation of calcium hydroxide, decoloration, rusting, damages and pollution among others. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the current status of water leaks in underground structure and use the results as the basic data for developing a standard guideline for water leaks and maintenance by parts of the underground structure of multi-family housing.

Purpose: In this study, we propose that how to approach a effective system engineering and optimize system engineering management process for the mass production weapon system parts localization development process and success in DTaQ. Methods: To approach a effective system engineering for the mass production weapon system parts localization, we analyze a weapon system acquisition process and system engineering process of Republic of Korea and DTaQ parts localization business regulations in advance. after results of analysis of them, we implement a optimized parts localization development system engineering based on ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288. Results: In order to apply International Standard ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 to the mass production weapon system parts localization development process, we compare the mass production weapon system parts localization acquisition environment with ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 and analyze them. therefore, It is possible to implement a part of concept stage and development stage of ISO/IEC/IEEE total life cycle stage for the mass production weapon system parts localization development process. To achieve the technical review milestones of DTaQ parts localization business regulations in the selected stages of ISO/IEC/IEEE, the development and management agency perform 2 high rank process and 19 low rank process specified in ISO/IEC/IEEE. Conclusion: When the development and management agency perform the mass production weapon system parts localization development using the proposed system engineering approach, they should easily meet milestone through the clarified requirement and simplified System Engineering output documents in limited development period.

In this paper, we have designed a home network system based on WIPI. WIPI (Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability) is the standard specification for the mobile platform made by the Mobile Platform Special subcommittee of the Korea Wireless Internet Standardization Forum(KWISP). The system consists of three parts - a server, client, and simulator, and all parts are developed with JAVA. People can control household appliances anytime, anywhere by using cell phones which can use the wireless Internet, so the system offers convenience to people.
