산업재해의 직접적인 원인은 작업자의 불안전한 행동과 작업과정에서의 안전시설 설치미흡으로 인한 불안전한 상태로와 기술적, 교육적, 관리적 원인의 복합적인 형태로 발생되는데 그 가운데 산업안전보건법상의 건설공사 각 공종 별 기술적인 안전시설설치 기준이 건설업 종사자에게 쉽게 적용하기가 현행 법기준에는 문제점이 있으며 이러한 복잡한 법기준을 분석하여 안전사고 예방 기법에 적용하고자 제시하고자하며, 향후에 이를 바탕으로 산업안전보건법상의 안전기준을 체계적으로 분석하여 제시하고자 한다.

Life cycle costing is one of the most effective approaches for the cost analysis of long-term life products, like as railroad vehicle. Life cycle costing includes the cost of concept design, development, manufacture, operating, maintenance and disposal. Especially, life cycle costing in the railroad industry has been focused on the maintenance cost. In this paper, we investigated the standard, guide and maintenance information of railroad vehicle. For this purpose, we suggested the unique templates of railroad vehicle maintenance information. We also performed maintenance cost analysis on the some sub-system of railroad vehicle for the case study.

As RAMS becomes an international trend in the railroad industry, it is also generalized in the domestic railroad industry. This research is performed to present a criterion of the RAMS plan for the next generation high speed rolling stock. The criterion is developed based on IEC62278(EN50126), the international standard for railroad RAMS and CLC/TR 50126-2, 3, the guide to the application of IEC 62278. It is necessary for the export of the rolling stock. The criterion describes the RAMS targets and the contents to be included in the RAMS plan to meet the RAMS targets. Through developing the RAMS plan, we can identify RAMS activities and documents to be done in the total life cycle which includes design, manufacture and operation. It will help to accomplish synthetically the system targets of the next generation high speed rolling stock.

A large sample (1090) of randomly selected early childhood education professionals and government officials rated each of the 133 standards of "A Model for Institutional Accreditation for Early Childhood Education and Care"(Yang, 1999) on a scale of 1 (least important) to 5 (most important). Findings were that all kindergartens and child care centers should be evaluated for accreditation every 3 years with 3-6 months for self-study and on-site validation visits by representatives of the appropritates agencies for 1-2 days. Evaluation results are should be used by institution personnel as a guide to self-supervision, by government officials as a funding standard and by parents as criteria of program quality. Essential accreditation standards included: facilities and equipment; curriculum; nutrition, health and safety; administration and management; and support systems. Safety and teacher-child interactions were most highly rated while parent involvement was not highly rated.

RFID is an emerging technology and rapidly applied to various industries due to its high-tech characteristic and convenience. Although RFID provides valuable benefits. it might also generate serious privacy problems. Previous studies show that privacy issues should be incorporated in developing RFID systems and more detailed privacy protection methods. However. they just provide basic concept, rough guideline. and simple architecture about RFID privacy protection. Industry needs more structured framework and detailed systematic process to incorporate privacy issues into the RFID system. The purpose of this paper is to develop a framework and detailed process design of RFID privacy protection issues in retail industries. A framework is developed based on individual sensitivity concept, RFID contents, and interface with EPC global standard. Case study is applied to validate the framework and it turns out to be useful. It is expected that the proposed framework and process design would provide more systematic guide lines to solving RFID privacy problems.

The purpose of this study was analyzing with present conditions and content analysis of the parking area for the handicapped people. The researcher investigate to that establishment ratio, accessibility, the induction and guidance, and safe walking passage security, and proper space of the parking area for the handicapped people was established by lawfully. The results as follows. In spite of the regulation established by law, regulations was not established 40% on region government. The parking area for the handicapped people established Properly consider to the accessibility. But the size and height of the stand-up guide plate of the induction and guidance which corresponds in legal establishment standard of the handicapped people. then this research analyzes problems and suggests alternatives of the facilities.

As more and more the social environment change, the companies try to improve industrial structure. The role of enterprise changed direction from position power to communication power. Social contributed activity - representative of social responsible activities in companies - is means of communication with the community and new marketing strategy. The most important element of successful social contributed activity is member's volunteering minds. Volunteer mind based on practical behavioral philosophy. This is right people for company. In this paper, we discussed company social responsibility and suggested standard guide line for voluntary record reflection when the company hire new employees.

Standard dimensionless parameters cannot simultaneously represent all operation modes of a pump-turbine. They either have singularities at E=0 and multiple values in the 'unstable' areas, or else get singular at n=0. P. Suter (1966) introduced an alternative set of variables which avoids singularity and always remains unique-valued. This works for non-regulated pumps but not so well for regulated machines. A modification by C.S. Martin avoids distortion at low load. The present paper describes further improvements for the representation of torque, and for closed gate (where Suter's concept does not work). The possibility to interpolate across all operation modes is likewise useful for representing other mechanical parameters of the machine. Practical application for guide vane torque and pressure pulsation data is demonstrated by examples.

The diverter system is a key component in achieving a high accuracy liquid flow rate standard using a static gravimetric system with a flying start and stop method. The diverter is a moving device used to direct flow alternately along its normal course(by pass) or towards the weighing tank. The time needed for collection into the weighing tank is measured using a timer. So it is important to the diversion period is sufficiently fast and triggering point of timer which is determined the filling time. On this studies show that uncertainty of diverter system for changing diversion speed and triggering point was estimated in accordance with Guide to The Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(ISO).

Recently the hospital infection with misappropriation of the antibiotic and absence of knowledge is aincreaseing trend. For this, medical treatment is confronting infection management guide. But so far there is no accurate standard or countermeasures. Since early 1990 Nosocomial Infection has not been looked over, although there is serious problem. After 90's understanding seriousness of Nosocomial Infection, many investigations have been done, but the relations of medical facilities were hardly investigated. This thesis shows the relation between facilities and Nosocomial Infection by documental references and the direction for intensive care unit through survey the recent general hospitals.
