한옥표준설계도의 평면도 공간배치 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Space Arrangement in 'Standard Korea Traditional-Houses Design')

  • 본 연구는 경상북도 홈페이지에서 공개하고 있는 한옥표준설계도 4개 타입 32개 종류의 평면도를 대상으로 하였다. 연구목표는 한옥표준설계도의 타입별 특성을 비교분석하여 한옥을 설계하고자 하는 이용자에게 알림으로써 이용자의 만족도를 높이고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 한옥표준설계도에 현대주택에서 사용하는 현관과 같은 건축구성요소를 포함시켜 현대인의 삶을 수용하려고 노력하였다. 2. 농촌의 다양한 대지조건에도 불구하고 한옥표준설계도에서도 거실과 현관을 남쪽으로 배치하는 것을 선호하였고, 추후 확장을 위한 여분의 공간도 있었다. 3.침실개수는 2개 또는 3개가 가장 많았고 이에 침실의 개수 추가 및 농촌의 다양한 기능을 담을 수 있는 다양한 공간 확보가 필요할 것으로 조사되었다. 4. 공간구문론과 감마맵을 이용한 공간깊이 분석에서 안방의 공간 깊이는 툇마루에서 진입하는 동선보다 현관에서 진입하는 동선이 공간의 깊이가 깊은 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 안방의 공간 깊이는 개인의 프라이버시와 관련되는 만큼 충분한 공간깊이로 확보될 수 있도록 계획하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

노인요양시설의 시설구성 현황과 개선방안 (Present State of Institute Composition and Reform Measures of Nursing Homes)

  • 본 연구는 노인요양시설의 시설구성에 관한 실태조사를 통하여, 앞으로 계획되어질 노인요양시설의 시설 구성에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 분석결과 첫째, 복도부분은 5개 시설은 중복도형이고 1개 시설은 확대복도형, 1개 시설은 그룹형으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주거부분은 침실 비율이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 침대식과 온돌식의 크기가 동일한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 의료부분은 의료 간호사실과 물리치료실의 비율이 비슷하게 높게 나타났으며, 물리치료실에 대한 호응이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 공용부분은 식당 조리실 비율이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 프로그램실로 이동하는데 많은 부담이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 관리부분은 사무실 비율이 가장 높게 나타났으며 1층 로비와 인접 배치되어 있었다. 여섯째, 1인당 소요면적은 3개 시설이 1인당 침실 면적 기준에 미달하는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 시설의 부분별 전체 연면적 비율은 주거부분이 가장 높게 나타났다.

장애물 없는 주택 설계기준에 관한 연구 - 국내 공동주택의 무장애(barrier free) 설계수준 평가를 중심으로 - (Design Criteria in Barrier Free Housing)

  • In this paper, the all units of residential housing that is not legislated in facility development law are analyzed and foreign design criteria that is related to barrier-free unit housing is comparing to domestic. Through the comparison in front door, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen, this paper aims to suggest internal barrier-free design criteria. This paper is limited to internal housing which are front door, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Also, the objectives of facility development law are U.S, Japan, German, and in case of U.S, UFAS is established by ADA, in Japan, Heart Building law and detail standard drawing are used, in German, DIN is used. The objective of domestic case study is the latest residential housings that are built over 2003. The flow of study is as follows ; First, the internal items of residential housing are abstracted, and each item is checked in facility development law that is legislated in. Next, through comparison of domestic and foreign facility development law related to housing, common items are abstracted and detail standards are defined. Domestic residential housings are analyzed in those standards. Finally, the problems that is the result of analysis are analyzed and the barrier free design criteria is abstracted in unit housing. Also, more developed items and future study are suggested.

시뮬레이션을 통한 주거공간 단독경보형감지기의 성능 분석 (Performance Analysis of the the Single Alarm Detector in the Rooms of Single Houses by Computer Simulation)

  • 본 연구는 단독주택에 설치된 단독경보형감지기의 성능을 조사하기 위해 수행되었다. 1층 주택 2개 및 2층 주택이 포함된 세 가지 유형의 주택을 대상으로 실험을 실시하였다. 주거 공간에서 경보음 발생에 따른 음압 레벨을 예측하기 위해 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션에 적용된 음원의 특성을 직접 측정하여 입력 데이터로 사용했다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 부엌과 거실에서의 음압레벨이 탐지기의 경보음이 발생했을 때 기준을 충족시키는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 침실에서의 음압레벨은 미국화재방지협회 기준인 75 dB(A)보다 최소 20 dB(A) 낮을 것으로 예상되었다. 따라서 주택 내부의 침실 공간에서 충분한 음압레벨을 유지하기 위한 계획을 수립해야 하며, 관련 표준을 제정하여 화재시 안전한 대피를 보장하기 위한 노력이 필요하다.

종합병원의 병동부 기능공간 구성비율에 관한 연구 (A Study on the proportion of functional Areas in the ward of General Hospitals)

  • This study proposes proportions of functional areas in the ward of general hospitals, which are derived from 5 big university hospitals in order to establish the ward area standard for hospital design. The results of this paper are as follows. First, functional areas of hospital ward are composed of bedroom area, nursing area, training area, service area, and common area. Of course common area can be divided into first common area and secondary common area. The first common area(inter departmental common area) includes lobbies, elevator lobbies, corridors, restroom, and mechanical shafts. The secondary common area means the common area within special department such as ward or radiology department. Second, a standard method of calculating ward areas has been proposed: the standard is based on the center line of the wall between functional areas. Third, the proportions of 6 functional areas in ward are suggested.

공동주택 내 비상방송설비의 음성명료도 실태 분석 및 재실자 인지성 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Improving Speech Intelligibility of Emergency Broadcast Equipment in the Apartments)

  • 공동주택의 복잡한 평면 구조와 향상된 벽간 차음성능으로 인해 화재상황의 전달 및 인지가 어려워 피해가 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 공동주택 평면 형태를 대상으로 소방시설 중 비상방송설비의 명료성에 대한 실태분석을 진행하였다. 아울러 피난방송의 명확한 인지를 위한 음성명료도 개선 방안을 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석하였다. 현장측정 결과 72, 84, 101 Type 모두 국내 경보설비기준인 90 dBA를 R1 지점에서 만족하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 72 Type의 L1 지점(거실) 79.8 dBA를 제외하고는 모든 측정지점에서 출입문을 열었을 때와 닫았을 때 모두 NFPA 기준 75 dBA를 만족하지 못하는 것으로 평가되었다. 침실의 출입문 개구 상태를 기준으로 국내 화재안전기준에서 제시된 1 m 이격지점에서 90 dBA 이상을 만족시 각 침실에서 NFPA 기준인 음압레벨 75 dBA와 CIS 0.7을 만족하였다.

포괄적 주택개념에 기초한 장애인 및 노인주거 계획요소 (Planning Factor of the Housing for the Disabled and Aged based on the Inclusive Housing)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the planning factors of housing for the disabled and elderly based on the inclusive housing design as sustainable neighborhood. The goal of inclusive design is to make buildings and communities more livable for all type of people. Inclusive design should embrace other good design goals and reinforce them, not work against them. To carry out this purpose, we should proceed in the following way: First, we deducted the four design factors (the basic, recommendable, adaptable, and residential factors) by reviewing the characteristics of inclusive housing concepts. Second, we analyzed the related foreign design standards and guidelines such as the ICC/ANSI A117.1 Type C Units (the United States, 2009), Lifetime Standard (the United Kingdom, 2010), and Livable Housing Design Guideline (the Australian, 2010) through four design factors based on inclusive design concepts. Finally, we suggested the housing design factors for the disabled and the elderly in Korea. To conclude, we can make the followings: It is important basic factor that the bedroom and bathroom layout closed to each other. Also, the bedroom has the proper height of light switches, outlets, and windows. The recommendable factors take into consideration stairs and ramp, if existent. The adaptable factors are closely related to domestic housing culture as well as residential factors. Proceeding from this fact, the livability for people with disabilities and older requires accessibility and adaptability that take into account public and efficiency considering the current trend of housing development and urban planning.

무장애 주택설계에 관한 국내외 국가표준의 비교 연구 -현관, 침실, 거실을 중심으로 (A Comparative Study on The Barrier Free Dwelling Guidelines of Domestic and Foreign Countries -Focused on Entrance, Bedroom and living room)

  • This is a comparative study mainly on foreign countries' domestic standards and laws on barrier free housing construction that can be applied to the dwelling of elderly friendly apartment housing. Eight countries - the United States, Germany, Canada, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and China - were reviewed as foreign cases. The analyzed subjects were design standards only for the disabled and the aged. To compare barrier-free guides of the eight countries, each barrier-free guide on three space units (entrance, bedroom, living room) was divided into 11 design items and 36 design factors. The comparative analysis on foreign cases was based on the design guide according to Korea's KS P 1509 (principle and recommendation for designing dimension of dwelling in consideration of the elderly). Some factors -if with dimensions- were compared by means of the skewness of distribution. In the analysis result, there were not only common standards for the nine countries such as a dimension of the space for wheelchair movement but also different standards such as heights of outlets and horizontal lengths of bathtub grab bars. The detailed analysis shows that it is urgently necessary to prepare new domestic national design standards for 8 factors that foreign countries already have. It is also needed to immediately prepare dimension standards for the design factors, which have no detailed dimensions but only national guides, in consideration for anthropometric dimension.

주택 실내 공기중 오염물질 농도의 동절기와 하절기 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis on Concentration of Pollutants in Housing Indoor-Air between Winter and Summer)

  • Purpose: The study is to measure concentrations of indoor air pollutants in housing and to analyze the characteristics of pollutants in housing indoor-air between summer and winter comparatively. The research result could be used as data for public health through indoor air quality management of existing housing and more as a reference for new housing. Method: It was investigated 24 middle class housings of metropolitan area in winter which have been built for the past 30 years. Concentration of HCHO, TVOC was investigated in living room at morning and night and concentration of $CO_2$ was investigated in living room and master bedroom at morning and night. SKT100-X5 was used for concentration of HCHO, TVOC and ZGm053UK for concentration of $CO_2$. The characteristics of HCHO, TVOC, $CO_2$ concentration in winter were analyzed and then the concentrations in winter were analyzed the concentrations in summer being preceding research comparatively. Result: Average concentration of TVOC in winter was 2.7 times more than that of TVOC in summer, average concentration of HCHO in winter was about 2.0 times more than that of HCHO in summer. Average concentration of $CO_2$ in the morning at living room in winter was 1.3 times more than that of $CO_2$ in summer. Average concentration of $CO_2$ in the morning at master bedroom in winter was 1.1 times more than that of $CO_2$ in summer. Average concentration of TVOC was 1.31 times more than that of HCHO and standard deviation of that was 1.73 times higher. Average concentration of $CO_2$ was almost nearly close or over to 1,000ppm being criteria of the Ministry of Environment.

국민주택규모 단위세대 평면 분석 연구 - 2005년 이후 대한주택공사 사례를 면적분석 중심으로 - (Analytical Study for the Plan of Unit Household in National Housing Scale - Oriented on the cases of Korea housing corporation since 2005 ; Focused on analysing area)

  • Since collective houses are started to be supplied, the housing market has been transformed from supplier to demander oriented, and various type with same area of unit households have been deigned and started to be distributed. It can be expected that such transfer phenomenon would be continuously sped-up, and unit household will be more subdivided and varied. Thus, we analysed and studied the planes with subject of unit households in national housing scale ($85m^2$) that is treated as supply standard and has biggest volume in construction by Korean housing corporation. The analysing method is investigating the area of each room within unit household, calculating their minimum, maximum, and average values, studying the efficiency of unit household plane according to the structure of each room by comparative analysis these values, and analysing changing matter by investigating any change of each room area. The analysing results of which are followings. At first, number of BAY on face is increasing. Second, allocation of each room has been vary. Third, area ratio among bedroom1, livingroom, diningroom/kitchen become similar. Fourth, the area of diningroom/kitchen become somewhat bigger. Fifth, the space for passage way is efficiently allocated. Sixth, service area is reduced, Seventh, stereotyped phenomenon Is appeared. Based on many studies so far, any improvements of unit householder in national housing scale are followings. First, in terms of forming style, unit householder in national housing scale is unfolded in various way though, the form of each room is not more than typical style. Second, it shows stereotyped phenomenon. Especially, bathroom 1, 2 show stereotyped feature in terms of their type and area across entire research years, also LDK allocation method is stereotyped, as well as stereotyped trend in bedroom 2, 3, allocation for 4 BAY type.
