신경회로망을 이용한 전력계통 안정화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Power System Stabilization Using a Neural Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 신경회로망 제어기의 한 설계기법을 하고 이를 전력계통 안정화에 적용하였다. 제안된 신경회로망 제어기는 오차와 오차변화량을 입력으로 하는 오차역전파 학습 알고리즘을 사용하고, 학습시간을 단축하여 실시간 제어가 가능한 모멘템 방법을 사용하였다. 이를 전력계통에 적용한 결과 제안된 제어기법이 종래의 제어기법보다 응답특성이 우수함을 보였다.

  • This paper proposed a regulation technique of scale factors on fuzzy controller for power system stabilization. These scale factors arc regulated by a given exponential function with performance index variables. Simulation results show that the proposed fuzzy control technique are more powerful than conventional ones in faces of usefulness and robustness.

  • 화학적 첨가제를 이용한 안정처리는 지반의 강도증가 및 변형발생을 제어하기 위한 방법으로 깊은 심도까지 광범위하게 적용되어 지고 있다. 화학적 안정처리의 기본목적은 지반의 강도증가, 압축성 감소, 팽창특성 등을 개선하여 지반의 내구성을 증가시키는 것이며, 최근 들어 환경친화적이며 혼합체의 특성 및 혼합속도를 효율적으로 개선한 다양한 형태의 진보적인 시멘트 혼화재가 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 농어촌도로(농도)의 효율적인 포장공법 개발을 위하여 시멘트혼화재를 활용하는 방안을 연구하였으며, 혼화재 종류 및 배합비에 따른 다짐시험, 일축압축강도시험, 동결융해시험 및 휨강도시험을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과에 따르면, 실트질 원지반토가 점토지반에 비해 강도증가 및 동결융해특성이 우수하며, 액상형 시멘트 혼화재가 분말형태 보다 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 저배합에서도 고강도의 품질을 발휘하여 농어촌도로 표층 내구성 저하를 개선할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

영상 안정화를 위한 회전중심 및 각도 추정기법 (Estimation of Rotational Center and Angle for Image Stabilization)

  • This paper presents a simple method of rotational motion estimation and correction for roll axis stabilization of an image. The scheme first computes the rotation center by taking least squares of selected local velocity vectors, and the rotational angle is found from special subset of motion vectors. Roll motion correction is then performed by the nearest neighbor interpolation technique. To show the effectiveness of our approach, the synthetic and real images are evaluated, resulting in better performance than the previous ones.

  • This paper presents a simple approach on the rotational motion estimation and correction for the roll stabilization of the sight system. The algorithm first computes the rotational center from the selected local velocity vectors of related pixels by least square methods. And then, rotational angle is found from the special subset of the motion vector. Finally, motion correction is performed by the nearest neighbor interpolation technique. In order to show the performance of the algorithm, the evaluation for the synthetic and real image was performed. The test results show good performance compared with previous approach.

  • In general, high temperature combustion technique has been adopted as an efficient one. However, hydrocarbon-based fuel can be decomposed under high temperature, and it can affect the stabilization mechanism of edge flame. In this research, basic experimental study was conducted to identify the effect of fuel pyrolysis on the lift-off flame stabilization by changing the temperature of the plug flow reactor. Schmidt number of the gas fuel can be changed with temperature variation due to the fuel pyrolysis. Eventually, this study will help to establish and clarify the stabilization mechanism of lift-off edge flame.

  • This paper proposes a real-time approach on the rotational motion estimation and correction for the roll stabilization of the sight system. This method first estimates a rotation center by the least-mean square algorithm based on the motion vectors of some feature points. And, then, a rotation angle is searched for a best matching block between a reference block image and seccessive input images using MPC(maximum pixel count) matching criterion. Finally, motion correction is performed by the bilinear interpolation technique. Various computer simulations show that the estimation performance is good and the proposed algorithm is a real-time implementable one to the TMS320C6415(500MHz) DSP.

  • In ship operation the consequency of roll motions can seriously degrade the performance of mechanical and personnel effectiveness. So many studies for the roll stabilization control system design have been performed and very good results have been achieved. In many studies, the stabilizing fins are used. Recently rudders, which have been extensively modified, have been used to exclusively to stabilize the roll. This paper examines the two-degree-of-freedom servosystem design technique to synthesize the yaw control system which achieves the course keeping object of the ship and the H$_{\infty}$ control approach to suppress the roll motion, respectively.

  • In two dimensional incompressible flows, a preconditioning technique called Hierarchical Iterative Procedure(HIP) has been implemented on a stabilized finite element formulation. The stabilization has been peformed by a modified residual method proposed by Illinca et. al.[3]. The stabilization which is necessary to escape from the LBB constraint renders an equal order formulation. In this paper, we increased the order of interpolation whithin an element up to cubic. The conjugate gradient squared(CGS) method is used for the outer iteration, and the HIP for the preconditioning for the incompressible Navier-Stokes equation. The hierarchical elements has been used to achieve a higher order accuracy in fluid flow analyses, but a proper efficient iterative procedure for higher order finite element formulation has not been available so far. The numerical results by the present HIP for the lid driven cavity flow showed the present procedure to be stable, very efficient and useful in flow analyses in conjunction with hierarchical elements.
