청년층 취업자의 직장 근속연수 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determinants of Years in Service of Youth Employee)

  • 본 연구는 패널 데이터를 분석하여 청년층 취업자의 현 직장 근속연수에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 검증하였다. 연구결과 청년층의 직장 근속연수에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별, 연령, 최종학력(고졸 이하-대졸 이상 여부), 혼인상태, 정규직 여부, 현 직장 임금, 현 직장 고용안정 만족도(p<.001), 가구 총 근로소득과 현 직장 복리후생 만족도(p<.01) 및 현 직장 인사고과 공정성 만족도(p<.05)로 나타났다. 또한 남성일수록, 연령이 높을수록, 기혼일수록, 근로소득이 낮은 집단일수록, 정규직일수록, 정년제일수록, 계속근로가 가능할수록, 업무내용과 전공이 일치할수록, 현 직장 임금이 높을수록, 현 직장 만족도가 높을수록 근속연수가 길었다. 본 연구는 청년층의 직장 근속연수 결정요인을 밝힘으로써 장기적이고 안정적인 고용을 위한 효과적인 정책을 마련하는 데 시사점을 제공한 것에 의의가 있다.

인공지반을 적용한 사교하는 사면에서의 터널 갱구부 설계 (The design of outlet in inter-cross slope with tunnel which it applied forming artificial ground)

  • The tunnel type spillways is under construction to increasing water reservoir capacity in Dae-am dam. The tunnel outlet was planned to be made after installing slope stabilization system on natural slope there. Generally, the tunnel outlet is made perpendicularly to the slope, but in this case, it had to be made obliquely to the slope for not interrupting flow of river. Because of excavation in condition of natural slope caused to deflecting earth pressure, the outlet couldn't be made. So, artificial ground made with concrete that it was constructed in the outside of tunnel for producing the arching effect which enables to make a outlet. We were planned tunnel excavation was carried out after artificial ground made. Artificial ground made by poor mix concrete of which it was planned that the thickness was at least 3.0m height from outside of tunnel lining and 30cm of height per pouring. Spreading and compaction was planned utilized weight of 15 ton roller machine. In order to access of working truck, slope of artificial ground was designed 1:1.0 and applied 2% slope in upper pert of it for easily drainage of water. In addition to, upper pert of artificial ground was covered with soil, because of impaction of rock fall from upper slope was made minimum. The tunnel excavation of the artificial ground was designed application with special blasting method that it was Super Wedge and control blasting utilized with pre-percussion hole.

Effects of Occipital Bone Stimulation by Cervical Stabilizing Exercise on Muscle Tone, Stiffness, ROM and Cervical Lordosis in Patient with Forward Head Posture: Single System Design

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of occipital bone stimulation by cervical stabilizing exercise on the muscle tone, stiffness, ROM, and cervical lordosis in patient with forward head posture(FHP). This study was a case study of a single patient with forward head posture. This study used a ABA' design, A and A' were the baseline phases and B was the intervention phase. The intervention was occipital bone stimulation by cervical stabilization exercise. It was administered once daily for 7 days. The therapist kept hands together, and placed the two index fingers under the subject's occipital bone. The subject performed the chin-in exercise with a maximum isometric contraction for 20 sec.The exercise was implemented by performing the movements 10 times as a set and repeating the set three times. The muscle tone was not significantly changed after intervention. However, the stiffness was decreased and lasted the effect lasted without intervention. The cervical flexion angle was increased, but the cervical extension angle was not significantly changed after the intervention. The left and right lateral flexion angles were increased and the effect lasted without any intervention. However, the left and right rotation angles were significantly changed after the intervention. Cervical lordosis increased not from $37^{\circ}$ to $41^{\circ}$ after the intervention. These results suggest that occipital bone stimulation by cervical stabilizing exercise had a positive effect on cervical stiffness, flexion and lateral flexion ROM, and lordosis in a patient with forward head posture.

Molecular Geometries and Electronic Structures of Methyl Pyropheophorbide-a and (Cationic) Tropolonyl Methyl Pyropheophorbides: DFT Calculation

  • This study reports on the geometry optimizations and electronic structure calculations for methyl pyropheophorbide (MPPa), tropolonyl methyl pyropheophorbides (TMPPa, ITMPPa), and cationic tropolonyl methyl pyropheophorbides ($TMPPa^+{{\cdot}BF_4}^-,\;ITMPPa^+{{\cdot}BF_4}^-,\;TMPPa^+,\;and\;ITMPPa^+$) using Local Spin Density Approximation (LSDA/ 6-31G*) and the Restricted Hatree-Fock (RHF/6-31G*) level theory. From the calculated results, we found that substituted cationic tropolonyl groups have larger structural effects than those of substituted neutral tropolonyl groups. The order of structural change effects is $ITMPPa^+ > ITMPPa^+{{\cdot}BF_4}^-$ > ITMPPa, as a result of the isopropyl group. Because it is an electron-releasing group, the substituted isopropyl group electronic effect on a 3-position tropolone increases the Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital and Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital (HOMO-LUMO) energy gap. It was constituted that the larger the cationic characters of these photosensitizers, the smaller the HOMOLUMO band gaps are. The orbital energies of the cationic systems and the ions are stronger than those of a neutral system because of a strong electrostatic interaction. However, this stabilization of orbital energies are counteracted by the distortion of chlorin macrocycle, which results in a large destabilization of chlorin-based compound HOMOs and smaller destabilization of LUMOs as shown in TMPPa (ITMPPa), $TMPPa^+{{\cdot}BF_4}^- (ITMPPa^+{{\cdot}BF_4}^-),\;and\;TMPPa^+\;(ITMPPa^+)$ of Figure 6 and Table 6-7. These results are in reasonable agreement with normal-coordinate structural decomposition (NSD) results. The HOMO-LUMO gap is an important factor to consider in the development of photodynamic therapy (PDT).

병원중심 가정간호사업에 대한 입원환자의 인식과 태도에 대한 조사연구 (A Study on the Recognition and Attitude on the Home Health Care Program by Inpatients in Pusan)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed at investigating the recognition and attitude of inpatients for the purpose of facilitating the implementation of the home health care program in relation to the opening of the Home Care Department in P University Hospital in Pusan. Method: Data were collected from the questionnaires returned by 293 patients, who were admitted at P University Hospital. from May 1 to May 15, 2001 and analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Fisher exact test. Results: In regard to the previous information about the home health care program, 55.6% of the inpatients heard about the name through the advertisement in the hospital. the mass communication, and from acquaintances. The percentage of right answers regarding the knowledge of home health care program was 43.9%. In regard to the acceptance of the home health care program, 97.1 % of patients agreed with the implementation of the home care program. The reasons for acceptance were: the maintenance of the continuity of care, the alleviation of the family burden of time. Conclusion: For the stabilization and successful implementation of a home health care system, it should be accompanied not only by advertisement but also education for patients about the home health care program, and a post-evaluative study after the implementation.

  • 대표적인 고부가가치 산업의 하나인 의료기기 산업은 선진국과의 기술격차를 최소화하여 해외수출시장의 진입이 매우 용이한 분야임에도 불구하고 그동안 일반인에게는 생소한 분야로 인식되어 각종 제도와 정책적인 지원 등에서 소외받아왔다. 특히 효율적인 진료와 환자의 심리적 안정을 위해 의료기기의 제품디자인은 매우 중요한 요소임에도 불구하고 디자인에 대한 무관심과 인식부족으로 투자와 지원이 부족했었던 대표적인 분야이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 의료기기 산업의 현황과 국내외 시장환경에 대한 일반적인 고찰과 함께 현 단계에서의 디자인문제점을 제시하고 이를 해결할 하나의 대안으로 대표적 고부가가치 장비인 이동형 영상진단장비에 대한 디자인개발 프로세스를 진행하여 결과물을 도출하였으며 이를 통한 디자인경쟁력의 중요성을 부각시키고 의료기기산업의 후발 디자인추진업체에 하나의 기초자료와 모델을 제시하고 지속적인 디자인투자의욕을 고취시키는 역할을 하고자 한다.

  • PDLC 필름을 제작하는 데는 여러 방법들이 있으나 그중 하나로서 에멀젼 기술에 기반을 둔 NCAP필름 제조방법이 있다. 이러한 에멀젼 기술은 물에 부분적으로 용해될 수 있는 PVA, PVP와 같은 고분자로 NCAP를 제조할 수 있고, 또한 안정제 없이도 안정한 액정 에멀젼을 형성할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 물에 녹는 것과 물에 녹지 않는 부분을 가지고 있는 분자로 구성된 공중합체에 대하여 에멀젼의 안정성과 계면장력, 표면장력이 공중합체의 구성, 농도, 소수성 체인 등에 의존한다는 것도 연구하였다. Acrylamide-styrene(AA-ST)계 공중합체는 같은 농도조건에서 사용한 다른 공중합체보다 낮은 계면장력을 나타낸다. 낮은 계면장력 때문에 AA-ST 공중합체는 액정분자들과 좋은 친화성을 갖는다. 또한 액정표면에 쉽게 흡수되는 분자들이 액정 에멀젼 시스템을 더 안정화하다는 것과 형태학적 분석을 통한 액정의 안정성도 논의하였다.

윤활유 오염입자에 의한 저널 베어링 손상에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on Damage to Journal Bearing due to Contaminating Particles in Lubricant)

  • Recently, there have been reports of severe symptoms of wear in bearings due to foreign substances mixed in lubricants. Therefore, studying the effects of foreign substances (such as combustion products and metallic debris) on the wear characteristics of journal bearings and proposing appropriate management standards for lubricant cleanliness have become necessary. Studies on the effect of particle size and concentration of foreign substances on surface damage have actively progressed in the recent times. These studies indicate the possibility of foreign substances causing direct wear of bearing surfaces. However, experiments conducted until now involve only basic tests such as the Pin-on-Disk test instead of those involving real bearing systems. This study experimentally examines the damage to the surface of a journal bearing due to foreign substances (combustion products and alumina) mixed with the lubricant, as well as the effect of the type and size of particles on its wear characteristics. The study uses an experimental journal bearing similar to a real bearing system for conducting the lubrication test. Hydrodynamic Lubrication (HL) numerical analysis, experiment results, and film parameters are used for calculating the operating conditions required for achieving the desired film thickness, and the results of the analysis are modified for considering the surface roughness. The run-time of the experiment is 10 min including the stabilization process. The experiment results show that alumina particles larger than the minimum film thickness cause significant surface damage.

매립장의 생분해로 인한 가스발생이 장기 침하에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Gas Generation due to Biodegradation on Long-term Landfill Settlement)

  • 매립장의 침하메카니즘은 매우 복잡하여 전통적인 토질역학적 방법으로만 해결하는 것은 적절한 방법으로 판단되지 않는다. 매립장은 다량의 유기물질이나 유기질토로 이루어졌기에 분해에 의한 침하방법도 고려하여야한다. 매립장의 유기물질 분해는 혐기성상태에서 분해가 이루어지는데 분해시 발생 가스는 이산화탄소($CO_2$)와 메탄($CH_4$)등의 성분으로 이루어진다. 매립장에서의 유기물질의 분해는 침하와 관계를 가지며 분해는 가스를 생성하므로 발생가스량에 따른 침하예측모델을 제안할 수 있었다. 또한 매립장의 조기안정화 방법으로 사용하는 침출수 재순환법을 적용하여 침출수를 재순환 한 매립조와 재순환을 하지 않은 매립조를 제작하여 가스발생과 침하특성을 비교 분석하였다. 제안한 가스모델을 침출수가 재순환하지 않은 매립조와 재순환한 매립조에 적용할 때는 각각 보정계수 1.4, 1.7이 필요하며 재순환 매립조의 침하촉진효과는 22% 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Soil is the fundamental element in the construction process. Soil problems affect the safety of the structures, even so the high quality of the structures and so, bad soil found the structures will affect the lifetime or even destroy the structures built on it. Therefore, the study of soil is an important step in the construction process and the investigation of the most effective characteristics of a special kind of soil (shale soil), i.e. Atterberg limits, swelling pressure, swelling potential and unconfined compression strength, are the most effective soil properties. A big projects will be constructed in new urban extension areas with expansive shale soils, like at Al-Kawamil and new Akhmim shale soils which associated with soil problems, treatment system should be used to ensure the stability of the soil under the structures foundations one of the most effective methods is by adding lime solution to the soil by specific quantities, which affect on the properties of the shale soil by decreasing the swelling and increasing the compressive strength of the treatment soils. Experimenting with the soil added to the lime, it was found that the addition of lime solution 6% improve c j the properties of the soil. The results of the tests showed the high effectiveness of using lime in the treatment of Al-Kawamil soil
