The study is diagnosis about fatigue failure phenomenon of heating coil spring (sup9) and heat treatment method that is used to crusher. Because more than 80~90% of damage announcement of breakdown of machine and construction is been caused in fatigue present state, fatigue failure became important leading person at design. Calculated design load is imposed repeatedly that fatigue breakdown is safe. Is phenomenon that change load is imposed in the construction continuously. Used coil spring applies heat 30minute by Quenching temperature $860^{\circ}C$ if see manufacturing process and temperature of gasoline of $50^{\circ}C$ keep after quench that know tempering a $460^{\circ}C$ 90minute a product be. If doto apply heat $950^{\circ}C$ material at rolling process historically before quenching, austenite formation clay pipe being done AGS(Austenite Grain Size) by 2.5~4 become. Apply heat quenching 30minute by $820^{\circ}C$ by improvement method and after quench that keep $50^{\circ}C$ in oil tempering if do $450^{\circ}C$, 90minute spring ideal formation sorbite formation of the river form and condition that satisfy most more than AGS 7 appeared. Also, we can secure authoritativeness through MT since shot peening processing.

The behavior of a bellows for an electromagnetic control valve was investigated. The bellows consists of an outer metal bellows, inner spring, and metal caps. The bellows needs to have sensitive and precise motion against external loads and pressure loads in order to control the position of the valve accurately. The spring constant of the inner spring and load-displacement curve of the bellows set were measured using a test machine. The inner spring showed a linear relation between load and displacement. The bellows set showed small stiffness at small displacement, and then the stiffness slightly increased upon subsequent displacement. Based on the measured data, finite element analysis was performed. Axisymmetric conditions were applied, and shell elements were used. The effective material properties of the outer bellows material were extracted. Additional analysis was performed, and the behavior of the bellows was analyzed using the finite element model.
In this paper, two different electromagnetic energy harvesters using bulk micromachined silicon spiral springs and Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) packaging technique have been fabricated, characterized, and compared to generate electrical energy from ultra-low ambient vibrations under 0.3g. The proposed energy harvesters were comprised of a highly miniaturized Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) magnet, silicon spiral spring, multi-turned copper coil, and PDMS housing in order to improve the electrical output powers and reduce their sizes/volumes. When an external vibration moves directly the magnet mounted as a seismic mass at the center of the spiral spring, the mechanical energy of the moving mass is transformed to electrical energy through the 183 turns of solenoid copper coils. The silicon spiral springs were applied to generate high electrical output power by maximizing the deflection of the movable mass at the low level vibrations. The fabricated energy harvesters using these two different spiral springs exhibited the resonant frequencies of 36Hz and 63Hz and the optimal load resistances of $99{\Omega}$ and $55{\Omega}$, respectively. In particular, the energy harvester using the spiral spring with two links exhibited much better linearity characteristics than the one with four links. It generated $29.02{\mu}W$ of output power and 107.3mV of load voltage at the vibration acceleration of 0.3g. It also exhibited power density and normalized power density of $48.37{\mu}W{\cdot}cm-3$ and $537.41{\mu}W{\cdot}cm-3{\cdot}g-2$, respectively. The total volume of the fabricated energy harvesters was $1cm{\times}1cm{\times}0.6cm$ (height).

In this study, to evaluate the possibility of using a steel spring as a displacement-dependent damping device, tensile loading and cyclic loading tests were performed. The main experimental variables were the type of steel (SAE9254 and SS275), the spring constant (700 N/mm, 1,000 N/mm, and 1,400 N/mm), and the presence or absence of heat treatment for SAE9254. As a result of the tensile test, the ratios of the measured spring constant to the design spring constant of the steel springs made with SAE9254 ranged from 1.08 to 1.13, while the ratios of the design spring constant and the measured spring constant of the steel springs made with SS275 ranged from 0.86 to 0.97. After yielding, the slope values of the load-displacement curve of the SAE9254 with/without heat treatment were about 240~251 N/mm and 92 N/mm, respectively, but the slope values of the load-displacement response of SS275 were almost zero. According to the uniaxial cyclic loading test results, all specimens were satisfied with three conditions for a displacement-dependent damping device in KDS 41 17 00 (2019): the maximum force and minimum force at zero displacement, the maximum force and minimum force at the maximum displacement, and the energy dissipation capacity. In addition, the equivalent damping ratios of steel springs made with SAE9254(non-heat treatment) and SS275 were approximately 2.8 times and 1.9 times greater, respectively, than that of steel springs made with SAE9254.
Paldang is a river reservoir located in the Midwest of Korea, with a water volume of $244{\cdot}10^6m^3$ and a water surface area of $36.5km^2$. It has eutrophied since the construction of a dam at the end of 1973, and the phosphorus concentration has decreased since 2001. Average hydraulic residence time of the Paldang reservoir is about 10 days during the spring season and 5.6 days as an annual level. The hydraulics and water quality of the reservoir can differ greatly, both temporally and spatially. For the spring period (March to May) in 2001 ~ 2017, the reservoir mean total phosphorus concentration calculated from the budget model based on a plug-flow system (PF) and a continuous stirred-tank reaction system (CSTR) was 13 % higher and 10 % lower than the observed concentration, respectively. A composite flow system (CF) was devised by assuming that the transition zone was plug flow, and that the lacustrine zone was completely mixed. The mean concentration calculated from the model based on CF was not skewed from the observed concentration, and showed just 6 % error. The retention coefficient of the phosphorus derived from the CF was 0.30, which was less than those of the natural lakes abroad or river reservoirs in Korea. The apparent settling velocity of total phosphorus was estimated to be $93m\;yr^{-1}$, which was 6 ~ 9 times higher than those of foreign natural lakes. Assuming CF, the critical load line for the total phosphorus concentration showed a hyperbolic relation to the hydraulic load in the Paldang reservoir. This is different from the previously known straight critical load line. The trophic state of the Paldang reservoir has recently been estimated to be mesotrophic based on the critical-load curve of the phosphorus budget model developed in this study. Although there is no theoretical error in the newly developed budget model, it is necessary to verify the validity of the portion below the inflection point of the critical-load curve afterwards.
It is the common practice to over design the reinforcement for the secondary tunnel lining due to the lack of rational insight into the ground loosening loads. and due to the conservative application of the empirical design methods. The main loads of the secondary lining are the ground Loosening loads and the ground water pressure, and the ground load is critical in the reinforcement design of the secondary lining in the case of drained tunnel. If the external load is absent around a tunnel, the reasons of the load far secondary tunnel lining are the deterioration of the primary supports such as shotcrete, steel rib, and rockbolts. Accordingly, the analysis method considering the ground-primary supports-secondary lining interaction should be required tar the rational design of the secondary tunnel lining. In this paper, the interaction was conceptually described by the simple mass-spring model and the load transfer from the ground and primary supports to the secondary lining is showed by the ground-primary supports-secondary lining reaction curves fur the theoretical solution of a circular tunnel. And also, the application of this proposed model to numerical analysis is verified in order to check the potential far the tunnel with the complex analysis conditions.

Load duration curve was applied to determine important water quality parameter control term for improvement of Paldang lake water quality. Load duration curve was analyzed with long term data from 1985 to 2012 including water quality, flow rate and climate state of Paldang water environment. From the result of flow rate patterns of paldang lake, differences between high and low flow rate of each year showed tendency of increase because rainfall characteristics of paldang lake watershed were changed by climate exchange. Both of land use state of upper Paldang lake watershed and number of limit excess from load duration curve indicated that seasonal action related with land use such as agricultural fertilizer distribution in upper watershed affected Paldang lake water quality. So focused BOD (biological oxygen demand) management during spring season from march to June is required to control organic materials in Paldand lake. The main affecting factor of TOC (total organic carbon) increase in Paldang lake was initial rainfall after march. T-N (total nitrogen) kept increasing during research period, so enhancement of T-N standard is needed to T-N control. Initial rainfall and increase of temperature during spring season from March to June showed a positive correlation with TP (total phosphorus) and Chl-a, respectively.
Typical biomechanical system such as human body and mammals possess abundant muscles which are more than required for motion generation of such systems. We have shown that the excess number of muscles play important roles in spring-like impedance modulation. redundant kinematic structure, which is another feature of biomechanical systems, allows modulations of inertia and damping properties of such systems. In this work, we propose a frequency modulation algorithm which combines the spring-like impedance with inertia impedance. also, a load distribution method for frequency modulation is also introduced. The frequency modulation represents a simulataneous control of force and kinematic redundancies, which has not been addressed in the literature.

A dynamic model of direct-acting OHC valve train system has been used to determine the load conditions in the system. The modified equations for calculating the friction forces between cam and HLA, and at a camshaft bearing have been defined considering the lubrication conditions. Then, to understand the frictional characteristics in the system, a parameter study has been performed. As the results of the analysis, valve spring stiffness and preload have great effects on the friction in the system, but the effects of other parameters are negligible. So, how to design the valve train system with respect to the reduction of friction is to minimize the valve spring stiffness and preload in the limit of satisfying the dynamic constraints.

A ground anchor system is used as a load carrying element in soil work. The conventional systems with ground anthers bring about the anchorage loss of wedges when anchors are installed for the support of soil structures. Hence we developed the new type of anchor system using both the spacing apparatus and spring (length 60mm, diameter 6mm). In this system, we tan directly check the condition of wedges and PS strands and modify the problems with the slip and anchorage of wedges under construction. For demonstrating the superiority of this system, we carried out a series of the laboratory test. Consequently, we can obtain satisfactory result (18.99$\%$ reduction to the loss of conventional systems). Moreover, the replacement of wedges is easy and simple when retensioning of strands.
