The purpose of this study is to analyze cognition of applicants about the national sports coaching certificate examination. In order to collect data an online survey was conducted against those who attended the practical and oral examination for the sports coaching certificate. SPSS Version 18.0 was used to analyze frequency of the collected 2,895 samples, the factors of measuring methods in the study, difference of applicants' cognition on the certificate system, and difference of applicants' cognition on the practical and oral examination. Results from this study indicates that the applicants' cognition on the sports coaching certificate system differs according to ages, educational levels, and sports related majors at college, and that the applicants' cognition on the practical and oral examination for the sports coaching certificate is also different according to gender, age, educational level, and sports related majors at college. This study suggests development directions for the future sports coaching system by comprehending of the study results.

Recently, the aviation leisure business has been legislated, and related industries have become active base with increasing the light sports aircraft within the legislation system. However, in the light sports aircraft safety problem, it is often mentioned that the flight is in violation of the regulations, the lack of safety consciousness of the operator and lack of ability, and the personal operators have a risk of accident of light aircraft such as insufficient safety management and poor maintenance. At present, the maintenance of light sports aircraft is carried out by the A & P mechanic in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, but it is difficult to say that it is equipped with qualification and expertise. It is not a legal issue to undertake light sports aircraft maintenance work on the regulation system. However, the problem of reliability and appropriateness is constantly being raised because airplanes, light sports aircraft, and ultra-light vehicle are classified and serviced in a legal method. Although legal and institutional frameworks for light sports aircraft are separated, much of it is stipulated in the aviation law provisions. Light sports aircraft maintenance work also follows the current aircraft maintenance system. In the United States, Europe, and Australia where General Aviation developed, legal and institutional devices related to maintenance of light aircraft were introduced, and specialized maintenance tasks are covered in the light aircraft mechanics system. As a result of analysis of domestic and foreign laws and regulations, it is necessary to introduce the qualification system for maintenance of light aircraft. In advanced aviation countries such as the United States, Europe, and Australia, a light sports aircraft repairman system is installed to perform safety management. This is to cope with changes in the operating environment of the new light sports aircraft. This study does not suggest the need for a light aircraft repairman system. From the viewpoint of the legal system, the examination of the relevant laws and regulations revealed that the supplementary part of the system is necessary. It is also require that the necessity of introduction is raised in comparison with overseas cases. Based on these results, it is necessary to introduce the system into the light aircraft repairman system, and suggestions for how to improve it are suggested.

public certification is some kind of electric ID which can prove the valid user, based on open KEY. usually it had been used in the field of government complaint, e-commerce, financial. but recently it expands the its use range through computerization of work process of diversity fields such as e-sports, property, medical industry. because of this reason, importance for user certificate process is gradually rose. The purpose of this paper is looking at the method for user certification of public certificates and draw a way for enforce the user certification process by Vulnerability Analysis. To draw the alternative we study the Authentication Principle and policy structure of public certification system by researching references, has drew the limitation for policy of certification. we provide the guideline to enforce the user certification through conclusion which has been drew from previous step.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics and implications of the quality management policy through teachers' entire life in Japan case study. This article composed of four chapters; Implication and problem situation, Backgrounds and streams of the japanese teacher reform policy, Characteristics of the main policies about managing the teacher's quality through their life, and Conclusion(Japanese characteristics and the suggestion for Korea). The main quality management policy means the various teacher recruitment and selection system, Merit system of personnel management, Effective management of a system for teachers performing unsatisfactorily, Professional development for teachers with new and 10 years' experience, and Teacher Certificate Renewal System every ten years. The method of study composed of the literature search and interview. The System Analysis[input-process-output-feedback] is used as a model of the analyze the policy process[backgrounds & T.O-quality management system-japanese teacher's reaction & implications to korea] The Central Council for Education(CCE;2012.8.28) has released "An Outline of Measures for Comprehensively Improving the Quality and Ability of Teachers throughout their career". This report can be regarded as a blueprint for the teacher reform policy in japan. As a conclusion, Ten lessons is proposed for the Korea policy improving the quality and ability of teachers(training, employment, and development).
