45% of the sports accidents is the knee damage and the representative case is the damage of an Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) and the Posterior Cruciate Ligament(PCL). Although the past different views of ACL reconstruction comes to an agreement, the disputes of PCL is remained yet. The most important engineering approach for these various surgery techniques is accurately to understand and to evaluate the fatigue behavior depending on the stress flow and the stress distribution under the allotted load and the cyclic load, which are caused by the graft fixing device, the proximal tibia of the PCL reconstructing structure. Therefore, this study is the basic research of these above facts. The current transtibial tunnel surgery using the cadaveric Achilles tendon grafts is chosen for the various PCL reconstruction. The relationships between the slippage, the extension ratio, and the slippage ratio by the heel bone fixing method and the soft tissue fixing method of the Achilles tendon were also defined. This research will be the essential data to help the resonable operating techniques for the next PCL reconstruction.

This study aims to show the dynamics behind official historical descriptions, tracking the development of information system for Seoul Olympic Games. Shortly after the decision was made to host the Seoul Olympics, the South Korean government planned to import a computer system used in the previous Olympics. In response, scientists at Electronic Data Processing Center of KAIST put much effort into persuading the authorities to take the initiative in their own development, and they had to prove their capabilities by developing a computer system that worked safely in the National Sports Festival. With the development of the Olympic information system taking shape, various disputes arose among the host ministries, participating organizations and researchers. As a result, the end product resulted in a modularity of four different systems developed by different agencies, rather than a single system. For this reason, no organization claimed ownership or directly inherited the technical performance of the Olympic computer system, although it was praised as a "gold medal outside the arena." Nevertheless, the technology, hardware and manpower accumulated during the development process have since spread to various areas, laying the groundwork for the development of South Korea's information and communication technology.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the influence of the size and composition of the floating population on goodwill and Rent. First, the conceptual difference between location value and rent is clearly distinguished. Second, the value of land price is divided into fixed land value and floating land value. The empirical analysis utilized consulting data from 188 shops in Seocho and Gangnam-gu in 2013 ( restaurants, resting restaurants, drinking places, general stores, entertainment and sports). The results using linear regression analysis are as follows. Goodwill and rent have a positive correlation, but the evaluation system and factors are different. Especially the influence of the floating location factor is larger than the rent. And the fixed location factors such as building deterioration bus stops, were found to be significant influencing factors in the rents, but they did not affect goodwill. This result implies that the value of location of goodwill should be taken into consideration of a temporal and spatial concept. Since, in order to resolve disputes between the landlord and the tenant, it is necessary to accumulate data continuously and to study the objective evaluation system in the future.
