In this paper, we investigate a hybrid algorithm for finding zeros of the sum of maximal monotone operators and Lipschitz continuous monotone operators which is also a common fixed point problem for finite family of relatively quasi-nonexpansive mappings and split feasibility problem in uniformly convex real Banach spaces which are also uniformly smooth. The iterative algorithm employed in this paper is design in such a way that it does not require prior knowledge of operator norm. We prove a strong convergence result for approximating the solutions of the aforementioned problems and give applications of our main result to minimization problem and convexly constrained linear inverse problem.
A novel three-phase four-wire inverter topology is presented in this paper. This topology is equipped with a special capacitor balance grid without magnetic saturation. In response to unbalanced load and unequal split DC-link capacitors problems, a qusi-full-bridge DC/DC topology is applied in the balance grid. By using a high-frequency transformer, the energy transfer within the two split dc-link capacitors is realized. The novel topology makes the voltage across two split dc-link capacitors balanced so that the neutral point voltage ripple is inhibited. Under the condition of a stable neutral point voltage, the three-phase four-wire inverter can be equivalent to three independent single phase inverters. As a result, the three-phase inverter can produce symmetrical voltage waves with an unbalanced load. To avoid forward transformer magnetic saturation, the voltages of the primary and secondary windings are controlled to reverse once during each switching period. Furthermore, an improved mode chosen operating principle for this novel topology is designed and analyzed in detail. The simulated results verified the feasibility of this topology and an experimental inverter has been built to test the power quality produced by this topology. Finally, simulation results verify that the novel topology can effectively improve the inhibition of an inverter with a three-phase unbalanced load while decreasing the value of the split capacitor.
The volume and size of the wind turbine gearbox has been increased with increasing transmitted power. The optimal sizing of gearbox is important due to limited space on the nacelle. The power-split type planetary gear train has been regarded as a better solution than conventional type from the point of view of the volume and weight. The purpose of this paper is to optimize the volume and weight of the gearbox by the analysis of structural characteristics and evaluation of strength of the power-split type planetary gear train.

In our paper is reported a new 3D(dimensional) trajectory split approach with greatly improved efficiency for the Monte Carlo simulation of the 3D profiles of implanted ionand point defect concentrations in single-crystal silicon. This approach has been successfully implemented in our TRICSI Monte Carlo code. Combined with the previously developed model for damage accumalation in our TRICSI code, this model allows phasically based dynamic simulation of 3D profiles over an subsequent process simulation such as diffusion modeling and simulation. A typical time saving of over 10 timeshas been achieved for 3D simulation. Our method ensures much better region aground the implanted area. For 1-D simulation, the optimized condition for trajectory split has set to 3,000 pseudoparticles with 2 split branches.
This paper introduces a new split-TCP approach for improving TCP performance over IEEE 802.11-based wireless LANs. TCP over wireless LANs differently from wired networks is not aggressive, which is a fundamental reason for poor performance. Therefore, we propose TAS (TCP-Aware Sub-layer) to migigate this problem. Our scheme extends the split-connection approach that divides a connection into two different connections at a split point such as an access point (AP). Using TAS, a wireless node emulates TCP ACK packets using MAC ACK frames, instead of receiving real TCP ACK packets. We compared TAS with both normal TCP and I-TCP (Indirect TCP) by NS2 simulation. Results show that TAS achieves higher throughput, more fair resource allocation and, in power-saving mode, shorter delays.
The purpose of this study was to develop a plausible methodology based on experimental data how to set up darts and split lines on 3D parametric body dressed with tight-fit garment. The results were as following: Through the process of making convex hull, the concave parts were straightened to make a convex hull, especially in the center part of bust, under breast part and scapular part. To figure out the optimum positions of darts and split lines, the inflection points of curve ratio were searched along the horizontal polylines of waist and bust. This procedures produced reliable results with low deviation. Using Rapidform, CATIA and Unigraphics, six patches of bodice patterns were drawn and aligned. Paired t-test results showed the outline and area between 3D surface and 2D were not significantly different, meaning this method could be adaptable when flattening 3D surfaces. The amount of waist dart measured on the pattern showed that the highest portion was allocated on 2nd dart(back), followed by 1st dart(back), 1st dart(front), 2nd dart(front)/side dart, and center back dart. A series of findings suggested that curve ration inflection point could be used as a guide to set up darts and split line on 3D parametric model with low deviation.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the postoperative anteroposterior stability and improvements in facial asymmetry after performing LeFort I osteotomy in the maxilla, sagittal split ramus osteotomy (SSRO) and intraoral vertical ramus osteotomy (IVRO) in the mandible, and lateral corticectomy on the IVRO side. Materials and Methods: From July 2009 to October 2018, a retrospective analysis was performed on 11 subjects. Lateral cephalometric radiograph was performed preoperatively (T0), postoperatively (T1), and at 12 months of follow-up (T2), and the B point distance was measured. Posteroanterior cephalometric radiograph was performed preoperatively (S0) and at 12 months of follow-up (S1) and was used to measure five indicators (Ag angle, M-Ag, Co-Ag, Co-Me, and Ag-Me) of facial asymmetry. Results: The B point distances for T0 and T1 were significantly different (P=0.007), whereas those for T1 and T2 were not significantly different (P=0.1). In addition, there was a significant difference between the B point distances of T2 and T0 (P=0.026). Comparison of the facial asymmetry indicators before and after surgery showed a significant difference for all indicators between S0 and S1: the P-values of Ag angle, M-Ag, Co-Ag, Co-Me, and Ag-Me were 0.003, 0.003, 0.008, 0.006, and 0.004, respectively. The Z value was based on negative ranks. Conclusion: There was no significant difference in the B point distances from postoperation to the 12-month follow-up. However, there were significant differences in all five indicators related to facial asymmetry before and after surgery. The values for the five indicators of facial asymmetry all increased postoperatively.

A split-capacitor (SC) dual-active-bridge (DAB) converter is proposed in this study. The DC-link capacitors of input and output are split in the proposed converter. The primary and secondary windings of transformer are connected to the midpoints of the DC-links. Hence, the SC DAB converter can inherently prevent transformer from saturation. Although the switch current stress of the proposed converter is twice that of the conventional DAB converter, the switch voltage stress is reduced by half. Therefore, the proposed converter can reduce switching loss and achieve high efficiency in a high switching frequency. Given the SC structure, the proposed converter can readily be connected to neutral-point-clamped- or half-bridge-type converters. The topology of the proposed converter is presented and the operating principle is analyzed in detail. A 3-kW hardware prototype was built and tested to verify the performance of the proposed converter.

This paper is concerned with the detection of multiple change-points in linear regression models. The proposed procedure relies on the local estimation for global change-point estimation. We propose a multiple change-point estimator based on the local least squares estimators for the regression coefficients and the split measure when the number of change-points is unknown. Its statistical properties are shown and its performance is assessed by simulations and real data applications.

In this paper, a novel split ring resonator is proposed for improvement of phase noise characteristics that is weak point of oscillator using planar type microstrip line resonator, and oscillator for 5.8GHz band is designed using proposed split ring resonator. At the fundamental frequency of 5.8GHz, 7.22dBm output power and -83.5 dBc@100kHz phase noise have been measured for oscillator with split ring resonator. The phase noise characteristics of oscillator is improved about 9.7dB compared to one using the general ${\lambda}$/4 microstrip resonator. Because it is possible that varactor diode or lumped capacitor is placed on the gaps of split ring resonator, resonant frequency can be controlled by bias voltage. We can design voltage controlled oscillator using proposed split ring resonator. Thus, due to its simple fabrication process and planar type, it is expected that the technique in this paper can be widely used for low phase noise oscillators for both MIC and MMIC applications.
