개선된 순시무효전력 보상기를 이용한 IPMSM의 센서없는 속도제어 (A Sensorless Control of IPMSM using the Improving Instantaneous Reactive Power Compensator)

  • A improving sensorless compensator for the IPMSM(Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) drive system is proposed. Generally, the motor drive system is required the robust parameter variation and disturbance. The speed estimation methods of the conventional IRP(Instantaneous Reactive Power) compensator is improved by the speed estimation techniques of the current model observer with the proposed instantaneous reactive power compensator. Performance evaluations of the novel speed error compensator and sensorless control system are carried out by the experiments.

  • This paper presents speed control scheme of the PMSM which has torque compensator to reduce the speed error and ripple. The proposed speed controller is based on the conventional PI control scheme. But the additional torque compensator which is different to the conventional differential controller produces a compensation torque to suppress speed ripple. In order to determine the proper compensation, the activation function which has discrete value is used in the proposed control scheme. With the proposed activation function, the compensation torque acts to suppress the speed error increasing. The proposed speed control scheme is verified by the computer simulation and experiments of 400[W] PMSM. In the simulation and experiments, the proposed control scheme has better control performance compare than the conventional PI and PID control schemes.

  • The speed of SR(Switched Reluctance) motor can be controlled by switching angle. However, since the relation between speed and switching is nonlinear, it is difficult for simple adjustment schemes to achieve the desired performances. In this paper, an error.feedback nonlinear compensator with robustness is proposed for improving the performances of the switching angle controlled SR motor. The proposed controller consists of integral type control and relay type control. The integral type controller which operates regulation, is derived by the steady.state I/O(input/output) map and the relay type controller which works tracking, is designed by Lyapunov stability theory. The validities of the proposed controller are confirmed with the experimental results.

  • This paper presents dynamics of register error on a compensator roll type converting machine. Though a register control is an important aspect of a converting machine, it has not been taken into account as a main subject. Lately, demands for high speed converting machines over 500mpm(m/min) are raising but domestic converting industries can not come up with the high speed machines because capacities fur designing of the converting machine is restricted lower than 300mpm. Moreover register control is the key to product flexible displays through roll-to-roll systems. In this paper, a compensator roll type register controller is analyzed using mathematical model of register error. A case study for reducing transient register errors is discussed.

  • This paper propose a sensorless control system of IPMSM with a adaptive back-EMF estimator and improved instantaneous reactive power compensator. A saliency-based back-EMF is estimated by using the adaptive algorithm. The estimated back-EMF is inputted to the phase locked loop(PLL) and the improved instantaneous reactive power(IRP) compensator for estimating the position/speed of the rotor and compensating the error components between the estimated and the actual position, respectively. The stability of the proposed system is achieved through Popov's hyper stability criteria. The validity of proposed algorithm is verified by the simulations and experiments.

  • Most of sensorless algorithms are based on motor equations including electrical and mechanical parameters. However, parameter variation and uncertain error decrease the accuracy of speed estimation of PMSM. This paper investigates the sensorless speed control of PMSM considering parameter variation. The proposed algorithm use the speed compensator which is robust in parameter variation and error. The simulation and experimental results indicate good performances.

  • Recently, it is concentrated on productivity improvement in high speed operation by converting industries. Register error is becoming the one of the most issued problem. Moreover register control is the key to product flexible displays through roll-to-roll systems. This paper presents a derivation of register error modeling. And the dynamics of register error is simulated under various conditions. Register error is affected by both roll velocity and tension between the front and back span. And dynamics of register error is to be an interaction in succeeding spans.

  • 회전형 전동기와 볼스크류 및 타이밍 벨트를 이용한 서보 시스템은 NC, 가공기, 로봇 및 공장 자동화를 포함하여 산업 시스템 전반에 널리 사용되고 있다. 하지만, 동력의 전달에서 발생하는 비선형적인 마찰 및 댐핑현상은 제어 시스템 전체의 성능을 감소시키고, 특히 저속 정역 운전에서 그 영향이 크게 나타난다. 본 논문에서는 서보 제어시스템에서 발생하는 비선형적인 마찰 토크의 보상을 위해 가중치를 가지는 이중 제어 구조를 적용하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 이중 제어 구조는 서보 제어 시스템에서 널리 사용되는 PI 속도 제어기 내부에 비선형적인 마찰 토크의 영향을 보상하는 내부 제어기를 가지는 구조이다. 특히, 내부의 제어기는 마찰 토크에 의한 시스템의 속도오차에 대하여 가중치를 가지는 구조로 설계되어 있고, 제어기의 이득은 외부 속도 제어기의 이득에 대하여 비례적으로 적용되므로, 안정성이 매우 높고 구조가 매우 간단하다. 본 논문에서 제안된 이중 제어 구조에 의한 비선형 마찰 토크 보상 방식은 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 그 성능을 검증한다.

속도 리플 억제를 위한 수정된 PID 속도 제어기의 설계 (Design of the Modified PID Speed Controller to Reduce the Speed Ripple)

  • PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) has periodic torque ripple from the cogging torque and load conditions. This paper proposes the modified PID speed controller to reduce the speed ripple of the PMSM. The proposed modified PID controller uses a selective D(Differential) control term according to the speed error and the differential of the speed error. The proposed speed controller produces an additional torque reference such as torque compensator based on PI controller according to the speed error and the differential of the speed error, and it can reduce the vibration of the conventional D-control term with reduced speed ripple. Since the additional torque reference of the proposed speed controller is changed by the sign of the speed error and the differential of the speed error, a simple function to determine the sign of the error is used to produce the compensated torque. The proposed control scheme is verified by the computer simulation and the experiments.

교류전동기의 주기적인 토크리플 보상알고리즘 (Compensation Algorithm for Periodic Torque Ripple of AC Motors)

  • 교류 전동기는 전류의 측정오차와 데드타임(dead time) 등의 영향으로 전기각주파수에 동기된 주기적인 토크리플이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 주기적인 토크리플 보상알고리즘을 제안한다. 보상기는 토크리플에 의해 생성된 속도리플의 크기을 관측하는 속도리플 관측기와 관측한 양으로 토크리플을 보상하는 토크리플 보상기로 나누어진다. 본 논문에서는 토크리플 보상기의 해석을 통해 정상상태에서 속도리플이 제거되고 새롭게 제안된 속도리플 관측기을 적용하여 성능이 향상됨을 보였다. 제안한 주기적인 토크리플 보상알고리즘에 의해 토크리플 성분이 보상됨을 모의 실험과 실험을 통해 검증하였다.
