  • This paper describes the test techniques that are used for the implementation test of signalling link function in the signalling system No.7 recommended by 0703 in CCITT red book. The test scenarios are produced by means of the state transition diagrams which are based on the specification of CCITT recommendation 0703. This test scenarios consist of five independent tasks written in MC68000 assembly language and are scheduled to be executed in multitasking kernel. This test scenarios can also be used to test signalling link function implemented in the different environment.

  • 본 논문은 액체산소와 케로신을 추진제로 하는 한국형발사체 1단 엔진의 성능평가를 위한 엔진 지상연소시험설비 개발 현황을 기술하였다. 한국형발사체 75톤급 엔진 지상 연소시험설비의 설계 요구조건에 기반한 설계 규격 및 설비 구성을 제시하였다. 엔진 지상 연소시험설비 기본설계 결과는 향후 한국형발사체 75톤급 엔진 지상 연소시험설비의 상세설계 및 구축을 위한 기본 자료로 활용될 예정이다.

산사(山楂)의 규격 기준 모니터링 및 HPLC 표준크로마토그램 연구 (Quality Monitoring of Specification of Crataegi Fructus in the Korean Pharmacopoeia and Studies HPLC Standard Chromatogram)

  • Objectives : Crataegi Fructus has been used as traditional medicines for more digestion action, amenorrhea due to blood stasis, and hyperlipemia. The aim of this study was to compare of Crataegi Fructus in South Korea collected during three years according to the standards in monographs of the Korean Pharmacopoeia Eleventh edition (KP 11). Methods : Crataegi Fructus was carried out identification test (Qualitative reaction, Thin layer chromatography), heavy metal test, and total ash registered at KP. Add to we tested loss on dry, contents of ethanol-soluble extracts, and HPLC profiling. Results : Identification test (TLC) was on comparing with ursolic acid standard solution in $R_f$ value, all samples showed red purple spot ($R_f$ value 0.9). Ursolic acid spot in $R_f$ value 0.35 showed by changing mobile phase condition. Heavy metals showed contents for Pb, Cd, As, and Hg range of 0.0 ~ 0.5 ppm, 0.0 ~ 0.2 ppm, 0.0 ~ 0.3 ppm, and 0.0 ~ 0.1 ppm. Loss on drying was ranged from 5.5 to 11.9 %, total ash was between the range 2.7 ~ 4.0 %. Contents of ethanol-soluble extracts was ranged from 17.8 to 44.9 %. The content of chlorogenic acid was ranged from 0.0 to 0.1 % based on the chlorogenic acid standard curve. Conclusion : We have verified the current specification standard of Crataegi Fructus and standard that is not set. We hope that it will help the standardization of Crataegi Fructus.

  • I/O FSM 모델로 표현된 프로토콜들로부터의 시험 계열 생성은 I/OFSM 명세 자체가 강하게 접속되어야 하며 (strongly connected) 상태(state) 수가 최소(minimal)하여야 하며, 그리고 또 결정형(determinstic) 이어야 한다는 가정에서 출발한다. 본 논문에서는 프로토콜을 나타내는 명세 I/OFSM(또는 Graph)이 이러한 가정으로 출발 되는 이유를 객관화 시키고, 또 그래프 재표기 시스템(Graph Rewriting System)을 정의하고, 이를 명세 그래프(명세 I/OFSM)에 적용시켜 기존의 알고리즘보다 훨씬 빨리 강한 접속 여부를 판단하는 알고리즘을 제시한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to construct the evaluative objectives of science inquiry skills specificationaly. Specification of evaluative objectives will be able to serve as evaluative criterion for development of a test of the integrated science process skills. The results in this study are as follows ; (l) The selections of science inquiry skills from the previous developed taxonomies are observation, measurement, formulating hypothesis, designing an experiment and controlling variables, inference, predicting(including intrapolation and extrapolation), organizing data and interpreting, defining operationally, formulating a generalization or model, drawing a conclusion. (2) The definitions of the selected science inquiry skills are made operationally. (3) Evaluative objectives relating to the selected science inquiry skills are specified with the previous developed items. Based on the above results, total 9 science inquiry skills are selected and 72 evaluative objectives are specified.

  • An accelerated life test (ALT) is used to estimate the reliability of machinery parts and system with a design specification as soon as possible. However, accelerated life test results with simple and severe conditions are inconsistent with physical phenomena in real service condition. Therefore, to assure the safety of the machinery system, it is necessary to establish the appropriate test condition of the ALT of machinery element. In this study, fatigue analysis of the spur gear as a part of the gear box system in the rolling stock was performed. Moreover, based on the results, appropriate test condition of the ALT is developed using both the probabilistic model of the linear damage rule and accelerated durability analysis simulation.

여과시스템 모델과 자동차 연료필터의 비교성능시험 연구 (A Study on Filtration System Model and Comparative Performance Tests of Automotive)

  • This study presents the comparative filtration performance evaluation of automotive fuel filters based on the theory of Beta ratio. For the experiments, the fuel component's test stand incorporating the multi-pass filtration test circuit was developed. A mathematical description of filtration process in general was derived. And the theoretical basis of multi-pass test and the test procedure were described in detail. Experimental results revealed that domestic fuel filter tested could not maintain consistent Beta ratio, that is filtration efficiency, although it had the holding capacity of contaminants close to the specification at maximum pressure drop across the filter assembly. The results of experiments and simulations also showed that filtration system model could be refined including desorption ratio to estimate the variable Beta ratio in service life.

아스팔트 콘크리트 포장용 균열실링재의 부착특성 평가 (Evaluation of Adhesion Characteristics of Crack Sealants Used in Asphalt Concrete Pavement)

  • Cracking is an inevitable fact of asphalt concrete pavements and plays a major role in pavement deterioration. Pavement cracking is one of the main factors determining the frequency and method of repair. Cracks can be treated with a number of preventative maintenance actions, including overlay surface treatments such as slurry sealing, crack sealing, or crack filling. Pavement cracks can show up as one or all of the following types: transverse, longitudinal, fatigue, block, reflective, edge, and slippage. Crack sealing is a frequently used pavement maintenance treatment because it significantly extends the pavement service life. However, crack sealant often fails prematurely due to a loss of adhesion. Because current test methods are mostly empirical and only provide a qualitative measure of the bond strength, they cannot accurately predict the adhesive failure of the sealant. This study introduces a laboratory test aimed at assessing the bonding of hot-poured crack sealant to the walls of pavement cracks. A pneumatic adhesion tensile testing instrument (PATTI) was adopted to measure the bonding strength of the hot-poured crack sealant as a function of the curing time and temperature. Based on a limited number of test results, the hot-poured crack sealants have very different bonding performances. Therefore, this test method can be proposed as part of a newly developed performance-based standard specification for hot-poured crack sealants for use in the future. PURPOSES : The purpose of this study was to evaluate both the adhesion and failure performance of a crack sealant as a function of its curing time and curing temperature. METHODS: A pneumatic adhesion tensile testing instrument (PATTI) was adopted to measure the adhesion performance of a crack sealant as a function of the curing time and curing temperature. RESULTS: With changes in the curing time, curing temperature, and sealant type, the bond strengths were found to be significantly different. Also, higher bond strengths were measured at lower temperatures. Different sealant types produced completely different bond strengths and failure behaviors. CONCLUSIONS: The bonding strength of an evaluated crack sealant was shown to differ depending on various factors. Two sealant types, which were composed of different raw materials, were shown to perform differently. The newly proposed test offers the possibility of evaluating and differentiating between different crack sealants. Based on alimited number of test results, this test method can be proposed as part of a newly developed performance-based standard specification for crack sealants or as part of a guideline for the selection of hot-poured crack sealant in the future.

  • As a car is a combination of a lot of components, it is necessary to consider safety and durability. Even there are lots of components for a car, the connector is one of the most important one since it connects functional electric signal. Usually automotive connector is tested under each car maker's test specification, which should have dependability characteristic. In this paper, we aim to review the current test specifications in view of dependability, and propose an accelerated life test for the automotive connector.
