At present, Kyungbu high-speed railway is operated with 300km/h, Honam high-speed railway is being constructed with 350km/h, and the development for the overhead contact line system is to be conducted for the next-generation high-speed railway with the speed of 400km/h. It is necessary to set up the specification and criteria for the key parts such as dropper, termination clamp and tension insulator for the 400km/h railway line. In this paper, the specification and the criteria for dropper, termination clamp and tension insulator has been reviewed and proposed in order to secure long-term reliability and stability under the maximum speed of 400km/h. Also, the specification, criteria and international standards for 300km/h class and 350km/h class railway line system and the international standards related with the insulators have been reviewed, compared and analysed.

Purpose: A Study on the application of quality management system specification to production validation and audit in military airworthiness certification. Methods: Aircraft quality management system specification for quality assurance and production validation and audit requirements were examined to verify. Also, the system for domestic and foreign production certification were investigated. Results: Production validation and audit criteria for military aircraft by applying methods suggested Aircraft Certifications Systems Evaluation Program(ACSEP). ACSEP evaluation of the items, some items were complementary and not applied. Conclusion: As a way to ensure the safety of aircraft, confirm the correction of Production validation & audit criteria and rulemaking is necessary and how to manage for Critical Safety Item(CSI) is a need to improve.

We, presently, don't have clear diagram methods and analysis criteria in rock bolt pull test usable for tunnel reinforcement. So this paper has suggested that; first, 'scheme of apposite diagram method at hard rock and the different application method of rock bolt pull test at weathered and hard rock', and second, 'the pullout capacity specification criteria for design and construction of rock bolt', based on foreign criteria and field test.

In the case of a precision equipment, it requires a vibration free environment to provide its proper function. Especially, lithography and inspection devices, which have sub-nanometer class high accuracy and resolution, have come to necessity for producing more improved giga class semiconductor wafers. This high technology equipments require very strict environmental vibration standard in proportion to the accuracy of the manufacturing, inspecting devices. The vibration criteria of high sensitive equipment should be expressed in the form of 'exactness' and 'accuracy', because this is made basic data in the use of building structure design. This paper made a study on the specification of high sensitive equipment and proposed a contents of the specification.

건축공사 시 적정 품질 확보를 위해 활용되고 있는 대부분의 국내 설계기준 및 시방서는 절차를 중요시 하며 재료 치수 등을 규정하는 사양 기반이다. 공사업체의 창의성 저해 및 이로 인한 경쟁력 약화 등 사양시방서의 다양한 문제점에 기인하여 최근 최종 결과물을 중요시 하는 성능 기반의 시방서가 제시되고 있지만 건축 분야 적용에 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 시방서 사례의 성능 및 사양항목 기반의 커튼월 공사 성능 사양 연계 시방서 프로토타입을 제시하였다. 설문조사를 통해 중요 성능점검 시점을 도출하였으며, 각 시점별 관련 참여주체 역할을 반영한 성능점검 프로세스와 샘플시방서를 제시하였다. 전문가면담기반 검증 결과 현장적용성이 높고 공사 진행단계에서의 성능 확보를 적극적으로 지원할 수 있는 효과적인 도구로 평가되었다.

Korean defense specifications are the technical criteria of military products and major factor of acquisition system. Weapon systems and acquisition technique have been advanced dramatically after 1990's, but Korean defense specification practice standard has stayed after early 1980's except embedded software. The current status of current Korean defense specification practice standard and trend of related design and acquisition techniques like M&S, SBA, and digital manufacturing have been reviewed. This paper suggests that transfer to product, IT oriented specification structure, adaptation of digital product model and reinforcement of engineering management systems to establish a development initiative of Korean defense specification practice standard.

The difference the guide specifications of between housing and land development has been caused many problems, since Korea Land Corporation and Korea Housing Corporation were merged into LH (Land and Housing Corporation) in 2009. Those are that specification criteria to establishing lower level specifications are disordered; duplicated investment on sites; management systems are conflicted site to site, which are based on different operation system from old land and housing corporations, etc. Thus, this paper aims to suggest a direction of integrated guide specification system of LH including improved and advanced classification hierarchy and specification.

아스팔트의 점탄성적 물성을 기준으로 하는 아스팔트의 등급을 분류하는 수퍼페이브 공용성 등급은 현재 나와있는 아스팔트 등급 중에서 그 이론적 배경이나 포장 공용성과의 관계에 있어서 비교적 우수한 등급으로 평가받고 있으나, 이러한 공용성 등급의 국내 적용을 위해서는 고가 시험장비의 도입, 실험 기술인력의 확보 등 국내 현실로서 넘기 어려운 여러 장벽들이 산재하고 있다. 최근에는 이러한 국내 현실을 이유로, 수퍼페이브 공용성 등급의 개념을 국내에 도입하되, 그 기준을 좀더 측정하기 쉬운 경험적 물성을 기준으로 하여 국내의 아스팔트 등급기준이 설정되어야 한다는 의견이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문은 아스팔트의 경험적 물성을 기준으로한 아스팔트의 공용성 등급의 설정 가능성을 타진하기 위한 연구로서, 국내에서 생산되는 9종의 스트레이트 아스팔트와 2종의 개질재가 첨가된 총 18종의 개질 아스팔트를 대상으로 시험된 경험적 물성과 수퍼페이브 공용성 등급 분류에 사용된 물성이 비교되었다. 연구결과, 침입도 등의 경험적 물성을 이용하여 국내현실에 맞는 아스팔트의 공용성 등급을 구성하는 것이 가능할 것으로 판단되며, 이러한 아스팔트 등급의 구성을 위한 체계적인 연구가 수행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

In this study, safety requirement & criteria for high-speed rail system were developed for safety verification as a national rules and regulations. Safety criteria were presented through analysis of high-speed rail development specification, survey of related regulations for safety requirements. and review of operation compatibility with domestic rail system. Finally, safety rule consist of system safety requirements and safety criteria for technical parts.

The purpose of this study is to develop an examination system for an e-learning quality manager's certificate which is composed of subjects, criteria, method of examination. The task model of e-learning quality manager was modify and task/knowledge/skill matrix was developed to design the examination system through conferences of DACUM committee and an advisory committee. And a survey was carry out to analyze validity of contents of the examination system. The major findings were as the follow: First, occupational specification, job specification, task specification and task/knowledge/skill matrix were developed. Second, examination subjects were developed based on task/knowledge/skill matrix, which were "Basis of e-Learning and plan of service", "Expulsion and management of e-learning infrastructure", "Development of e-learning contents", "Operation and evaluation of e-learning service". Third, the criteria and methods of examination for an e-learning quality manager's certificate were developed, which is composed of test type, the sum of test items, test time and acceptable standards.
