As interest increases in health promotion through sports, demand for public sports facilities is steadily growing. However, there is a lack of research on operation and management compared with the supply plan of public sports facility. In this context, the aim of this study is to address problems of management of public sports centers and suggest strategies for vitalizing the facilities through the big-data. The data are collected from web such as news, blog, and cafe for one year in 2015. From the big-data, We can find that the national sports centers and the open gyms showed similar users' behavior but showed different needs. Both facilities have been used as sports and leisure area and have a high percentage of visitors for other purposes such as walking, picnics, etc. However, while the national sports facilities which were used for more specialized programs, the open sports center were used as leisure space.

Purpose: As the medical laboratories in general hospitals have made an efforts on quality management and employee health, they recognized the need of design guideline for clinical laboratory. As laboratories are prohibited to patients, their environments are becoming more congested and deteriorated as time goes by. So, this study investigates the current status of facility and equipment of laboratory medicine focusing on less than three hundred patient bed hospitals, and searches the improving matters. Methods: Questionnaires to technologist captains and field surveys to medical laboratories in korean hospitals have been conducted for the data collection. 18 answers have been analysed statistically by MS Excel program. Results: The result of this study can be summarized into followings. Clinical laboratory functions are all hematology, clinical chemistry, immunology, transfusion and urine microscopy, and except for three including microbiology for infection and bio safety level. Average man power of lab are 12.3 man including lab director and captain. Patient bed number, space area and total specimen numbers are not correlated with each other, but specimen numbers and employee number are correlated with. Work space distances are usually good, but exit distances are not adequate for escape owing to obstacles. Specimen delivery system by courier, test method by automatic analyzer, access floor for exposed plumbing and electricities are more practical. Open lab layed out in the center and lab support layed peripheral in space diagram. Lab space configuration by SD method showed that lab support area and employee support area are dissatisfied. Implications: Specialized hospital and yearly total specimen numbers are related to the space area and organization for laboratory planning and design.

Localization trends in Korea and trade liberalization in the world are the important challenges to agricultural extension services in Korea, and strategic directions in terms of system, organization, programs and conciousness would be necessary for adapting to the new circunstances. Some of the measures to improve and activate agricultural extension services in Korea should include the following: 1) Modification of extension personnel appointment regulations to secure specialized extension agents by the provincial administrators and county directors at the provincial and county level rural extension services. 2) Flexible organization and operation of county level rural guidance offices to meet the specific needs of local areas. 3) Strenghening the central government's financial support for effective local extension services in terms of facility and manpower. 4) Expansion of agricultural extension programs for women and urban people and quality inservice training for extension personnel.

Every year, the last products from most important builders of high bandwidth digitizers are tested in our laboratory which is specialized in the design and the characterization of fast links used in large laser facility. The purpose of this article is to describe the series of tests conducted during the characterization of such digitizers. More particularly, it takes an interest in the metrology of instruments with more than 5 GHz of bandwidth. It presents the different methods used and the kind of conclusion that we can give after such study. Such metrology campaign which usually takes one month of work, allows us to observe the smallest details and characteristics that usually builders don't give in their tables specifications. After the campaign, a copy of our technical report is written and sends to the builder. This report can be used by the technical team to ameliorate the points we noted.

Mechanical facilities in modern buildings and industrial plants become more important in the view points of energy and environment issues. However, mechanical construction fields are still considered as to be subjected to buildings, even though design and construction of mechanical fields in the construction production process is independent of other fields. Recently, 'Framework Act on the Construction Industry' has been revised since 2007. According to the revision, the barrier of general construction and specialized construction is collapsed and the construction company can register any type of construction classification if they are able to carry out the construction mission. The mechanical construction fields are exempt until 2011 because of the protection of mechanical construction industry. In the present study, the bidding system has been prospected due to the revision of 'Basic Law on Construction Industry' after 2011. The trends for development of mechanical construction fields has been also discussed.

The human baby appears to be born with preexistent knowledge of language. This specialized neural structure in the brain awaits auditory experience with language to trigger it into functioning. The auditory-linked acquisition of language is a time-locked function related to early maturational periods in the infant's life. The longer auditory language stimulation is delayed, the less efficient the language facility will be. It is for these reasons that it is urgent to fight the hearing problems of children with all the skill, knowledge and insights of which we are capable, the so called 'rehabilitative process'. An understanding of the timetable and the origin of prenatal to early life development of auditory mechanism will help in planning the aural rehabilitation. Further interests and studies are needed to establish the systematic structure of rehabilitative audiology.

Compared with a lot of comprehensive and alternative studies on elderly housing facilities until now, specialized studies of dimensional and detailed standards have hardly made. Therefore we intends to examine the status of bathroom planning on representative elderly housing facilities in Korea. As the methods of this study, we executed a field study into five representative elderly housing facilities in Korea. We visited each two units out of the outstanding 5 facilities and surveyed the total ten bathrooms. Then we analyzed the space planning of them and the state of bathroom commodities, and measured the bathroom equipment. In addition, we collected questionnaires about satisfaction, preference, and problems from the residents. As a result, most of the bathrooms had powder rooms and were furnished with bathtubs(4) and shower stalls(6). One or more grab bar and emergency calling system were provided but the heights of the handles were different from each bathroom. The floor material of bathroom should be installed with no-slippery material.

This paper develops and builds an Integrated Assessment System for National Competency Standard Professional Basic. The integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in the National Competency Standards is developed to conduct examination by means of computers, smartphones and tablet PCs. The system can be used for the basic job competency test, examination for online cyber universities, job competency examination for enterprises, and the listening, reading, and speaking test in the foreign language proficiency examination and is even better in terms of facility investment and saved operating costs as well as efficient use of spaces in comparison with conventional evaluation schemes. Even greater synergy effects can be achieved by providing support for the integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in connection with the NCS qualification system. The evaluation system has been tested and practiced at a specialized high school and can be applied to the NCS education evaluation of the college and four-year college and to the selection examination of new employees of the company.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analysis importance for evaluation indicators in youth centers. The sample of it is 138 youth centers. Method of this analysis of importance for its indicators is AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Evaluation domains in youth center are process evaluation, product evaluation, input evaluation and specialized program in order of importance. Also, it is important to evaluate in needs assessment, recruitment of youth instructor, participation of youth in decision making, connective project with schools, sanitation level of youth center, satisfaction research, efforts of improvement of youth center staff in evaluation indicators. The result of this study is that importance for evaluation indicators suggests developmental directivity in youth center management.

Now a days in our society, occupation boundaries have become blurred, and come into the limelight in the prior occupation or miss about new workplace. Medical area is no exception also, So we face urgent problem about protecting and spreading RT work-sphere simultaneously. This research allow to identify on RT role area of digital environment that is obscure profession-realm specially, and open up a new field hereafter. We examined present RT role area of digital environment in the more than thirty medical facility(general or university hospital) through questionnaire/visit survey from PACS administrator. Survey sentence comprises total 29 sentence over all main quadrisection-(eX. hospital formation & treatment state and PACS team composition & organization and PACS team workplace and PACS team daily workload), We performed comparative analysis in general contents perspectively. further more, divided main 5 section based on upper analysis and then manufactured output in consideration of each medical facility's operation state. There are comparative problem of hospital policy, So we maintained information security of each facility exhaustively. First, we separated a survey output into main 5 section as follows-(eX. PACS server & maintenance manage, Client/interlock manage, PACS data conversion, 3D reconstruction, PACS data im/export)-that received by 35 medical facility. And then manufactured output with comparative analysis about RT role area each section, general IT managing team about medical environment was out of existence that fill up with RT manpower in the surveyed medical facility consequently. What is worse, hospitals that entirely fill up with another worker were 3 place amazingly. Our specific statistic results show, the respondents was 63% that agree with reorganization of formation base on independence team, and supplement of the personnel average -continuous with upper agreement simply-was about 2.64. Further more, if reorganization break out with only RT manpower, quota TO will increase by geometric progression. Protecting and spreading role workplace is much accounted of the our inevitable project surely and more than 95% PACS administrator's have confidence in this proposition unconditionally. Henceforth, look forward to meeting the RT vision of many-sided multiplayer, based on acquire a specialized IT knowledge actively and open up a new work-field with frontier spirit.
