This article is devoted to the problem of national and patriotic education of young students by means of digital technologies in the conditions of distance learning environment. It is emphasized that national and patriotic education is a powerful means of strengthening the unity and integrity of Ukraine. It is proved that national and patriotic education will be effective under the condition of systematic and purposeful activity on formation of patriotic consciousness in youth, sense of national dignity, necessity of service of ideals and values of the country. Various forms of educational work of national and patriotic orientation at Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, which were conducted by digital technologies: online thematic lectures, educational classes, round tables, workshops, guest online meetings with famous researchers of historical heritage of Ukraine, online tours of historical places, virtual exhibitions of art, participation in the national-patriotic student camp "Diia" (Action) and etc. The activity of the University Library and V. O. Sukhomlinsky State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, which has a significant impact on the formation of national consciousness and social and political activity of students by modern means of information and communication technologies. It is determined that the project "Inclusive 3D map" helps to broaden the horizons and deepen the knowledge of young students, education of a true citizen, the formation of cognitive interest in the subjects studied, motivation to study, raising awareness of Ukrainians on historical and cultural heritage. The study showed that young students take an active social attitude: they speak Ukrainian, want to live and work in Ukraine, respect their homeland, its traditions, cultural and historical past, love to travel and they are tolerant of people with special needs. Promising areas of educational work with students based on the use of a wide range of information and communication technologies, namely 3D games, TV tandems, podcasts, social networks, video resources in national and patriotic education of youth.

There are two main perspectives in Korea on Korean cultural heritage located overseas: one views it as items that need to be repatriated since they were scattered abroad under unfortunate historical circumstances. The other considers them as a means to more widely promote Korea's culture and long history. A shift in perspective has gradually been taking place in the decades since Korea's liberation from Japanese colonial rule in 1945. This can be noted through three major types of exhibitions. The first type is exhibitions of repatriated cultural heritage that showcase items that were illegally removed from the country but later returned or otherwise acquired through purchase or donation. The Special Exhibition of Returned Cultural Heritage, which was held in 1966 on the occasion of the normalization of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Korea and Japan, emphasized the legitimacy of reclaiming cultural properties that were illegally removed from Korea during the period of Japanese colonial rule. Around the 1990s, special exhibitions of private donations were held, which also highlighted the legitimacy of repatriation. The special exhibition of the Oegyujanggak Uigwe (Royal Protocols of the Joseon Dynasty from the Outer Royal Library) held in 2011 was seen as an opportunity to raise public interest in repatriation, heal the wounds of history, and restore the nation's cultural pride. The second type of exhibition involves borrowing and displaying overseas Korean cultural heritage in accordance with a theme as a means to reenergize and provide a comprehensive view of Korean culture. The exhibitions National Treasures from the Goryeo Dynasty in 1995 and National Treasures from the Early Joseon Dynasty in 1997 (both held at the Hoam Museum of Art) and the Masterpieces of Goryeo Buddhist Painting held at the National Museum of Korea in 2010 underscored the importance of overseas Korean cultural heritage for exploring Korean cultural history. The third type is special exhibitions on the history of the collection of Korean cultural heritage. With Korea's economic growth in the 1980s and the increase in exhibitions and the number of galleries featuring Korean cultural heritage in overseas museums in the 1990s, interest in the history of acquisition also grew. Exhibitions like The Korean Collection of the Peabody Essex Museum in 1994 and Korean Art from the United States in 2012 introduced overseas galleries focused on Korean art and the diverse history of collecting Korean cultural properties. They also examined the perception of Korean art in the United States. These efforts heightened public interest in establishing and supporting Korean galleries abroad. The initiation of more systematic surveys and research on Korean cultural heritage located abroad and the contribution of overseas Korean cultural heritage to the enhancement of the local understanding and promotion of Korean culture have resulted in changes to the perception of overseas Korean cultural heritage in Korea.
Appraisal is one of the most important record management tasks. Appraisal is the process of evaluating business activities to determine which records need to be captured and how long the records need to be kept to meet business, the requirements of organizational accountability and community expectations. Appraisal, therefore, is concerned with deciding both what records should be created to document a business activity and how long those records should be retained. This paper attempts to review the appraisal policies of four national archives in UK, USA, Canada, Australia, which have managed public records systematically and to compare appraisal policies in the following five parts such as 1) purpose, 2) appraisal objectives, 3) appraisal values, 4) procedures for appraisal, and 5) special considerations. Finally, the paper suggests the important items required when the Korean National Archives and Records Services develops their own appraisal policies.

This paper presents specialized DSP instructions and their architecture for the Viterbi algorithm used in various wireless communication standards. The proposed architecture can significantly reduce the Trace Back (TB) latency. The proposed instructions perform the Add Compare Select (ACS) and TB operations in parallel and the architecture has special hardware, called the Offset Calculation Unit (OCU), which automatically calculates data addresses for the trellis butterfly computations. Logic synthesis has been Performed using the Samsung SEC 0.18 μm standard cell library. OCU consists of 1,460 gates and the maximum delay of OCU is about 5.75 ns. The BER performance of the ACS-TB parallel method increases about 0.00022dB at 6dB Eb/No compared with the typical TB method, which is negligible. When the constraint length K is 5, the proposed DSP architecture can reduce the decoding cycles about 17% compared with the Carmel DSP and about 45% compared with 7MS320c15x.

National Union Catalog presupposes an information infrastructure which permits users to identify and locate materials of all the domestic libraries and to share materials among libraries. Recently, there have been developed national union catalog projects in many countries using Z39.50 protocol implementation. In Korea, multi-union catalogs based on the types of libraries, i.e., public, academic, and special libraries, have been constructed separately. The virtual national union catalog which is a decentralized electronically accessible catalog unified by linking the databases of several institutions using Z39.50 is preferable to a union catalog implemented by a single centralized database. In this paper, hybrid union catalog is suggested with mixtures of centralized union catalogs and Z39.50-based distributed search systems for the development of a national union catalog. It is also suggested that the roles of a national library and centers for union catalog, and relationships between two types of institution for making sound ground for implementing the virtual Korean union catalog.
The 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa as a regional public culture facility is the place where it is possible to think over the roles and meanings of a museum. The urn of this research is to provide information for exploring a desirable direction of the design of a regional museum by analyzing the architectural meanings and public property of the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa. In addition, we arranged the totes and meanings of a regional museum and the concept of the public property in architecture. We also analyzed the architectural quality and the expression of the public property in this museum, as well as the value and meaning of a museum through field researches. The results of this research are as follows. First, this museum breaks with the existing stereotyped Idea to be a space open to the citizens. It secures a wide public space and provides the convenience of access and every facility for citizens. Second, the floor plan is divided into the interchanging area for citizens and an exhibition area; the outskirts of the inside of the museum are planned to be used free of charge for an interchanging space of citizens as a public-owned space of citizens. Third, the public-owned space of citizens includes a citizen exhibition hall, an art library, a kids studio and rest space, which ate all designed lot everyone to enjoy freely. Last, the exterior shape of the museum is simple but harmonize with the surroundings. It has an unique shape showing the local identity, and its most special properties are the convenience of access, introduction of a free space inside, and security of a huge space for children and citizens.
Background: Nuclear reactors produce a great number of antielectron neutrinos mainly from beta-decay chains of fission products. Such neutrinos have energies mostly in MeV range. We are interested in neutrinos in a region of keV, since they may take part in special weak interactions. We calculate reactor antineutrino spectra especially in the low energy region. In this work we present neutrino spectrum from a typical pressurized water reactor (PWR) reactor core. Materials and Methods: To calculate neutrino spectra, we need information about all generated nuclides that emit neutrinos. They are mainly fission fragments, reaction products and trans-uranium nuclides that undergo negative beta decay. Information in relation to trans-uranium nuclide compositions and its evolution in time (burn-up process) were provided by a reactor code MVP-BURN. We used typical PWR parameter input for MVP-BURN code and assumed the reactor to be operated continuously for 1 year (12 months) in a steady thermal power (3.4 GWth). The PWR has three fuel compositions of 2.0, 3.5 and 4.1 wt% $^{235}U$ contents. For preliminary calculation we adopted a standard burn-up chain model provided by MVP-BURN. The chain model treated 21 heavy nuclides and 50 fission products. The MVB-BURN code utilized JENDL 3.3 as nuclear data library. Results and Discussion: We confirm that the antielectron neutrino flux in the low energy region increases with burn-up of nuclear fuel. The antielectron-neutrino spectrum in low energy region is influenced by beta emitter nuclides with low Q value in beta decay (e.g. $^{241}Pu$) which is influenced by burp-up level: Low energy antielectron-neutrino spectra or emission rates increase when beta emitters with low Q value in beta decay accumulate Conclusion: Our result shows the flux of low energy reactor neutrinos increases with burn-up of nuclear fuel.
Background : Treadmill training has been proposed as a useful adjunct to conventional physical therapy to restore ability to walk after stroke. The purpose of this study to inform clinical practise by evaluating the research evidence for the effectiveness of treadmill training after stroke. Methods : We searched to the effectiveness of any form of intervention for effect of treadmill training by Dankook University electronic library databases of Medline, Embase, Cinahl, Amed and PEDro combined with a hand search of papers published in relevant peer-reviewed journals. Any type of study relevant to the topic published in English during time period from 1980 to 2007 was included. Results : The literature search identified 35 studies. The included studies enrolled a total of 374 subjects. 1. Treadmill retraining without partial body weight support might be more effective than no treatment at improving gait velocity, get up and go time, gait endurance and step length symmetry. 2. Treadmill retraining with partial body weight support might be more effective than no treatment in improving step length symmetry, gait velocity, gait endurance and balance. 3. Treadmill retraining might be more effective with partial body weight support than without it at improving gait velocity and motor improvement as measured by The Stroke Rehabilitation Assessment of Movement(STREAM). 4. Treadmill retraining without partial body weight support may be no different from physiotherapy and increase gait velocity to conventional gait therapy. 5. Treadmill retraining with partial body weight support may be no different from physiotherapy for gait velocity, motor recovery and balance. Conclusion The review suggests that although treadmill training of gait, especially with partial body weight support, might Improve gait parameters and functional mobility, unless treadmill training is directed at Improving gait speed it might be no more effective than conventional physical therapy at improving gait parameters.
The purpose of this study was to analyses the main factors of research papers for related with home physical therapy. This study was retrospective descriptive study, the period of data collection was from 1991 to 2011. The data was collected by the journal related in physical therapy, the dissertation of academic degree, National Assembly Library and the web-site for academic information. In the web-site, searched with the keyword 'home physical therapy' and 'after school voucher'. The results were as follows; 1. In the home physical therapy, visiting physical therapy, school physical therapy, there were different based on laws; home physical therapy was based on medical law, visiting physical therapy was based on law for community health and law for long term health insurance, school physical therapy was based on special education law. 2. The summary of research title/thema from 1991 to 2011 was as follows; for the home and visiting physical therapy 'the needs and necessity of home and visiting physical therapy' was 18 papers, 'the contents of service of home and visiting physical therapy' was 18 papers, 'program and skill development' was 16 papers, 'system developing and induction strategy of home and visiting physical therapy 'was 15 papers, 'costs of nome and visiting physical therapy' was 2 papers, 'perception and information of home and visiting physical therapy' was 9 papers, 'Recoding system and administration management' was 9 papers, 'the others 'was 14 papers, for the school physical therapy 'after school voucher system' was 9 papers, the others was 4 papers. The total papers was 114 papers. 3. Finally suggested 'Model of Educational Program for HomeVisiting and School Physical Therapy'.

This study is Low-floor(1~2 floor) for high accessibility, important management and a lot of locomotion. This study is analysis by floor of newly established schools in Chungbuk. Facility and space on the possible low-floor situated are classified administrative zone, health zone, student support + local exchange zone, STEAM(creativity, personality) supporting zone. The administrative area includes administration office, principal's office and board rooms. The administrative zone is located against schoolyard. Because it is possible visual control of schoolyard. also it controls visitor access so it is placed near main entrance. Health zone is located near a special class, counseling center and wee class for emergency situation. and is located near schoolyard for visual control. Student support + local exchange area includes library and computer lab, audio-visual room, auditorium or gymnasium. It put more emphasis resident welfare, culture and education. So it opens for local residents. It is located center of few stories or near entrance. STEAM(creativity, personality) supports science lab, art room, family room. It is possible such a theory class, experience class and indoor and outdoor class. It is located few floors. This study is used as a reference for school building projects planing.
